Preferably, the elastic band 42 is disposed adjacent to and parallel to one side wing of the fixing assembly 2, the distal end (the side far from the main channel) of the elastic band 42 is provided with a fixing portion 50, and an attaching portion matched with the fixing portion 50 is disposed on the side wing adjacent to the elastic band 42, and the attaching portion extends along the radial direction of the side wing, so that the elastic band 42 can be fixed between the fixing portion 50 and the attaching portion in the whole range of natural shrinkage and maximum stretching.

Since the height of the transition ring 15 (i.e., the height of the truncated cone) directly affects the front opening caliber of the transition ring 15, i.e., the front opening caliber of the indwelling hose 13. If the caliber of the front opening is too small (namely, the transition ring 15 is too high), obvious liquid medicine jet flow can be formed during transfusion, so that a person to be transfused generates uncomfortable reaction, and the too small opening is easier to form blockage; if the diameter of the front opening is too large (i.e., the height of the transition ring 15 is too low), the adhesion area of the inner wall on the needle tip surface is too small, and considering that the indwelling hose 13 is made of a flexible material, and the transition ring 15 is thinner than the main body of the indwelling hose 13, the transition ring 15 is easily retracted due to the too low height, so that the purpose of easy puncture cannot be achieved. Therefore, the height of the transition ring 15 is preferably 0.1 to 0.6 times, more preferably 0.2 to 0.5 times, and still more preferably 0.3 to 0.4 times the height of the tip of the piercing steel needle 31.
Preferably, the plugging core 44 has a hemispherical front end, and the diameter of the plugging core 44 is smaller than the inner diameter of the main body portion of the indwelling hose, so that in the plugged state, the hemispherical portion of the front end of the plugging core 44 abuts against the inner side wall of the transition ring 15, and a plugging gap 51 is formed between the plugging core 44 and the inner wall of the indwelling hose 13.
Preferably, the elastic band 42 is made of silicone rubber or foldable material with a spring inside.
Preferably, the diameter of the occlusion core 44 is smaller than the inner diameter of the indwelling hose 13, thereby preventing the suction effect on blood from developing during re-stretching of the elastic band 42 after occlusion.
Preferably, a soft rubber plug is arranged at the upper part of the straight pipe section of the plugging core catheter 41, and after the puncture steel needle 31 is withdrawn, the liquid medicine cannot enter from the circular opening 49 at the upper part of the plugging core catheter 41.
