After the short-range processing module 201 sets the communication mode of the mobile communication device to the non-remote wireless broadband communication mode, the short-range processing module 201 may obtain information (such as current state information and attribute information) of the wireless routing device through interaction of non-remote wireless broadband information between the mobile communication device and the wireless routing device; current state information of the wireless routing device, such as current configuration information of a corresponding configuration item of the wireless routing device, current working state information of the wireless routing device, and the like; the current working state information of the wireless routing equipment, such as the version information of the current operating system, error code information of broadband dialing, the CPU occupation condition of the wireless routing equipment, the memory occupation condition of the wireless routing equipment and the like; attribute information of the wireless routing device such as the model number and identification information of the wireless routing device.
The proximity processing module 201 obtains a specific example of information (here, current state information is taken as an example) of the wireless routing device: the short-range processing module 201 sends a current state information request or a current configuration information request to the wireless routing device through the mobile communication device, the wireless routing device carries the current state information in a current state information response after receiving the current state information request, the wireless routing device carries the current configuration information in the current configuration information response after receiving the current configuration information request, and then the wireless routing device returns the current state information response or the current configuration information response to the mobile communication device. The aforementioned current state information includes: current working state information, configuration item information and current configuration content of the configuration items; the aforementioned current configuration information includes: configuration item information and current configuration content of the configuration item.
The attribute information, the current working state information, the configuration item information and the current configuration content of the configuration item, which are acquired by the proximity processing module 201 through the mobile communication device, are generally information related to installation and troubleshooting of the wireless routing device, such as an error code of a width dial, a DNS configuration item and the current configuration content of the DNS configuration item.
The remote processing module 202 is mainly adapted to set the communication mode of the mobile communication device where the short-range processing module 201 is located to a remote wireless communication mode when the short-range processing module 201 obtains the current state information of the wireless routing device, and to transmit the current state information to the remote server through the remote wireless information interaction between the mobile communication device and the remote server, and to receive the diagnosis feedback information of the wireless routing device transmitted from the remote server by the mobile communication device;
specifically, the remote wireless communication mode (i.e., the remote wireless communication mode) in this embodiment may be a 2G mobile communication mode, a 3G mobile communication mode, or a 4G mobile communication mode; and other remote wireless communication modes capable of remotely interacting with the remote server can also be adopted. The remote server in this embodiment may be a computer or a server or a mobile intelligent device.
After the mobile communication device receives information (such as current state information and attribute information) transmitted by the wireless routing device, the remote processing module 202 should set the communication mode of the mobile communication device to a remote wireless communication mode, for example, when the remote processing module 202 checks that the current communication mode of the mobile communication device is the remote wireless communication mode, the current communication mode of the mobile communication device is not switched, that is, the current configuration information of the communication mode of the mobile communication device is not modified; for another example, when it is checked that the current communication mode of the mobile communication device is the non-remote wireless broadband communication mode, the remote processing module 202 switches the current communication mode of the mobile communication device to the remote wireless communication mode, i.e. modifies the current configuration information of the communication mode of the mobile communication device.
After the communication mode of the mobile communication device is set to the remote wireless communication mode, the remote processing module 202 may enable the mobile communication device to transmit the information (such as current state information and attribute information) of the wireless routing device, which is acquired by the mobile communication device, to the remote server through remote wireless information interaction between the mobile communication device and the remote server, and the remote processing module 202 may also receive diagnosis feedback information transmitted by the remote server through the mobile communication device, where the diagnosis feedback information may include: user operation prompt information and/or target configuration information and/or software packages of an operating system and the like; if the remote processing module 202 first sends a diagnosis request message carrying current state information of the wireless routing device to the wireless routing device through the mobile communication device, the remote server extracts the current state information of the wireless routing device from the received diagnosis request message, and then the remote server can judge that the operation required to be performed by the user and/or the configuration item required to be optimized needs to be modified according to the current state information (for example, according to the current configuration information in the current state information), and then carries user operation prompt information of the operation required to be performed by the user and/or target configuration information of the configuration item required to be optimized in the diagnosis response message to be transmitted to the mobile communication device. The target configuration information here includes: configuration item information and target configuration content of the configuration item. The user operation prompt information here includes: please check if the external network cable is plugged, etc.
The information (such as the current state information and the attribute information) of the wireless routing device carried in the diagnosis request message of this embodiment may be information of the wireless routing device that is not encrypted, for example, the remote processing module 202 directly carries the current state information of the wireless routing device received by the mobile communication device in a predetermined field of the diagnosis request message, and sends the diagnosis request message to the remote server by using the mobile communication device.
The information (such as the current state information and the attribute information) of the wireless routing device carried in the diagnosis request message of this embodiment may also be information of the wireless routing device that is subjected to encryption processing, for example, the remote processing module 202 encrypts the current state information of the wireless routing device received by the mobile communication device by using a key (i.e., a first encryption key) locally stored in the mobile communication device, and then the remote processing module 202 carries the encrypted current state information in a predetermined field of the diagnosis request message and sends the diagnosis request message to the remote server by using the mobile communication device.
The first encryption key stored locally by the mobile communication device may be obtained by the remote processing module 202 through information interaction between the mobile communication device and the remote server.
In the case that the information (such as the current status information and the attribute information) carried in the diagnostic request sent by the remote processing module 202 through the mobile communication device is the encrypted current configuration information, the remote server shall decrypt the information carried in the received diagnostic request by using the first decryption key stored locally by the remote server.
The diagnosis feedback information (such as the target configuration information and the user operation prompt information) of the wireless routing device, which is carried in the diagnosis response message of this embodiment, may be the diagnosis feedback information of the wireless routing device that is not subjected to the encryption processing, for example, the remote server directly carries the target configuration information of a certain configuration item of the wireless routing device, which is obtained after the analysis, in a predetermined field of the diagnosis response message, and sends the diagnosis response message to the mobile communication device.
The diagnostic feedback information of the wireless routing device carried in the diagnostic response message of this embodiment may also be the diagnostic feedback information of the wireless routing device that is subjected to encryption processing, for example, the remote server encrypts the target configuration information of one or some configuration items of the wireless routing device obtained after analysis by using a locally stored key (i.e., a second encryption key), then carries the encrypted target configuration information in a predetermined field of the diagnostic response message, and sends the diagnostic response message to the mobile communication device.
It should be noted that the first encryption key stored in the mobile communication device may be the same as or different from the second encryption key stored in the remote server; moreover, the first decryption key stored in the remote service end may be the same as or different from the first encryption key stored in the mobile communication device, for example, in a case where a symmetric encryption algorithm is used between the mobile communication device and the remote service end to encrypt information (such as current configuration information and attribute information) of the wireless routing device, the first decryption key stored in the remote service end may be the same as the first encryption key stored in the mobile communication device and the first encryption key stored in the mobile communication device.
The configuration module 203 is mainly adapted to set the communication mode of the mobile communication device to a non-remote wireless broadband communication mode when the mobile communication device where the mobile communication device is located receives the diagnosis feedback information including the target configuration information, and configure the corresponding configuration item of the wireless routing device through non-remote wireless broadband information interaction between the mobile device and the wireless routing device by using the target configuration information.
Specifically, after the mobile communication device receives feedback information (e.g., a diagnosis response message carrying the target configuration information) which is transmitted by the remote server and contains the target configuration information, the configuration module 203 should set the communication mode of the mobile communication device to the non-remote wireless broadband communication mode, for example, when the configuration module 203 checks that the current communication mode of the mobile communication device is the non-remote wireless broadband communication mode, the current communication mode of the mobile communication device is not switched, that is, the configuration module 203 does not modify the current configuration information of the communication mode of the mobile communication device; for another example, when it is detected that the current communication mode of the mobile communication device is the long-range wireless communication mode, the configuration module 203 switches the current communication mode of the mobile communication device to the non-long-range wireless broadband communication mode, that is, the configuration module 203 modifies the current configuration information of the communication mode of the mobile communication device.
After the communication mode of the mobile communication equipment is set to be the non-remote wireless broadband communication mode, the configuration module 203 can enable the mobile communication equipment to transmit target configuration information to the wireless routing equipment through non-remote wireless broadband information interaction between the mobile communication equipment and the wireless routing equipment; for example, the configuration module 203 sends a configuration command carrying a configuration item and target configuration content to the wireless routing device through the mobile communication device, after receiving the configuration command, the wireless routing device modifies the current configuration content of the corresponding configuration item to the corresponding target configuration content in the configuration command, and then the wireless routing device may return a configuration response to the mobile communication device to notify the mobile communication device: the current configuration content of the corresponding configuration item has been successfully modified.
Under the condition that the diagnosis feedback information of the wireless routing device, which is carried in the diagnosis response message received by the mobile communication device, is encrypted, the configuration module 203 decrypts the diagnosis feedback information carried in the diagnosis response message by using a second decryption key locally stored in the mobile communication terminal, and then the configuration module 203 carries the target configuration information in the decrypted diagnosis feedback information in a predetermined field of the configuration command and sends the configuration command carrying the target configuration information to the wireless routing device.
It should be noted that the second decryption key stored in the mobile communication device may be the same as or different from the second encryption key stored in the remote server; for example, in the case where a symmetric encryption algorithm is used between the mobile communication device and the remote server, the first decryption key stored in the remote server may be the same as the first encryption key stored in the mobile communication device and the remote server in the case where the target configuration information is encrypted.
When the mobile communication device receives the diagnosis feedback information including the user operation prompt information, the configuration module 203 may display the user operation prompt information through the mobile communication device to instruct the user to perform a corresponding operation, such as instructing the user to perform an operation of checking whether a network cable is plugged.
In the case that the mobile communication device receives the diagnosis feedback information containing the operating system software package, the configuration module 203 may install the operating system for the wireless routing device through the mobile communication device.

Claims (14)

1. A remote diagnostic method for a wireless routing device, comprising:
under the condition that the mobile communication equipment receives a remote diagnosis request input by a user, information interaction is carried out with the wireless routing equipment through a non-remote wireless broadband communication mode of the mobile communication equipment, so that the mobile communication equipment obtains the current state information and/or attribute information of the wireless routing equipment;
under the condition that the mobile communication equipment acquires the current state information and/or the attribute information, performing information interaction with a remote server through a remote wireless communication mode of the mobile communication equipment, so that the mobile communication equipment transmits the current state information and/or the attribute information to the remote server, and receives diagnosis feedback information of the wireless routing equipment transmitted by the remote server;
under the condition that the mobile communication equipment receives diagnosis feedback information containing target configuration information, the target configuration information is utilized to carry out information interaction with the wireless routing equipment through a non-remote wireless broadband communication mode of the mobile equipment so as to configure the wireless routing equipment;
the current state information includes: the current configuration information of the corresponding configuration item of the wireless routing equipment and/or the current working state information of the wireless routing equipment;
the current configuration information of the respective configuration item of the wireless routing device comprises current configuration information of a DNS configuration item;
the current working state information of the wireless routing equipment comprises: version information of the current operating system, error code information of broadband dialing, CPU occupation of the wireless routing equipment and memory occupation of the wireless routing equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the non-remote wireless broadband communication mode comprises: a WiFi communication mode, a Near Field Communication (NFC) mode, a Bluetooth communication mode or an infrared communication mode.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the long-range wireless communication mode comprises: 2G mobile communication mode, 3G mobile
A mobile communication mode or a 4G mobile communication mode.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
verifying whether the user is a master control user;
and under the condition that the user is verified to be the master control user, displaying a remote diagnosis interface of the wireless routing equipment on a display screen of the mobile communication equipment, wherein the remote diagnosis interface comprises an area for inputting a remote diagnosis request by the user.
5. The method of claim 1 or 2 or 3 or 4, wherein the transmitting the current state information and/or attribute information to a remote server comprises:
and encrypting the current state information and/or the attribute information by using a first encryption key locally stored in the mobile communication equipment, and transmitting the encrypted current state information and/or the encrypted attribute information to a remote server through the mobile communication equipment.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the method further comprises:
performing information interaction with a remote server through a remote wireless communication mode of mobile communication equipment to obtain the first encryption key, and locally storing the first encryption key in the mobile communication equipment;
the remote server decrypts the received current state information and/or attribute information by using the first decryption key stored locally by the remote server.
7. The method of claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein the diagnostic feedback information of the wireless routing device transmitted by the remote server is the diagnostic feedback information encrypted by the remote server by using a second encryption key stored locally;
and the receiving the diagnosis feedback information of the wireless routing equipment transmitted by the remote server comprises: and decrypting the diagnosis feedback information transmitted from the remote server by using a second decryption key locally stored in the mobile communication equipment.
8. A remote diagnostic device for a wireless routing apparatus, comprising:
the short-range processing module is suitable for performing information interaction with the wireless routing equipment through a non-long-range wireless broadband communication mode of the mobile communication equipment under the condition that the mobile communication equipment receives a remote diagnosis request input by a user, so that the mobile communication equipment obtains the current state information and/or attribute information of the wireless routing equipment;
