Abstract
The invention discloses an infrared remote control device which comprises an infrared signal transmitting module, a human body induction module, a wireless communication module and a main control module, wherein the infrared signal transmitting module comprises an infrared modulation module and a plurality of infrared signal transmitters, the infrared signal transmitters are distributed on a shell of the infrared remote control device, the human body induction module comprises a human body induction control module and at least three human body infrared sensors, the human body infrared sensors are arranged on the shell of the infrared remote control device in a surrounding mode, the infrared signal transmitting module, the human body induction module and the wireless communication module are all electrically connected with the main control module, and the wireless communication module is in communication connection with an intelligent terminal. The invention can realize the control of household appliances without moving a remote control device, is very convenient to use, has the function of human body induction, can effectively save electric power resources and achieves the purposes of saving and protecting the environment.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of remote control devices, in particular to an infrared remote control device.
Background
With the continuous development of science and technology, the concept of the family internet of things gradually tends to be hot. However, because the schemes of each household appliance manufacturer are different, the design concept of trying to create the same control platform by products of various brands is almost impossible to realize. the main control module is arranged in the infrared remote control device and is respectively electrically connected with the infrared modulation module, the human body induction control module and the wireless communication module, and is used for completing specific actions or generating control instructions according to the judgment result of the human body induction control module and sending the control instructions to corresponding household appliances through the infrared signal transmitting module, generating the control instructions according to the control information sent by the intelligent terminal and sending the control instructions to the corresponding household appliances through the infrared signal transmitting module, setting an electric signal threshold value in the human body induction control module according to the configuration information sent by the intelligent terminal, and upgrading firmware according to the updating information sent by the intelligent terminal.
As a preferred scheme, an electric signal threshold value is stored in the human body induction control module, the human body induction control module compares an electric signal value detected by the human body infrared sensor with the electric signal threshold value, and if the electric signal value is not less than the electric signal threshold value, the human body induction control module judges that a user approaches the remote control device; and if the electric signal value is smaller than the electric signal threshold value, the human body induction control module judges that no user approaches the remote control device.

3) The main control module 6 completes specific actions or/and generates control instructions to be sent to corresponding household appliances through the infrared signal transmitting module.
The specific actions comprise playing audio, turning off audio, lighting up the display screen 7, switching a display screen interface, turning off the display screen 7 and the like, the control instruction actions can be turning on and off a lamp, turning on and off an air conditioner, turning on and off a television and the like, the specific actions and the control instructions can be set according to user requirements in the control setting module 11, and then the control information is sent to the main control module 6 through the wireless communication network for implementation.
Through the configuration module 12, the user can set the threshold value of the electric signal and the threshold value of the vibration intensity according to the requirement, so that the user can use the electric signal more conveniently, and the good experience of the user is improved.
Through the control setting module 11, a user sets control information according to needs, the set control information is sent to the main control module 6 through the cooperation of the intelligent terminal 15 and the wireless communication network, the main control module 6 firstly compares the preset time in the control information with the current time, and if the preset time is consistent with the current time, the main control module 6 completes a specific action or/and generates a control instruction to be sent to a corresponding household appliance through the infrared signal transmitting module; if the preset time is not consistent with the current time, the main control module 6 does not work.
The main control module 6 sends a control instruction to the corresponding household appliance through the infrared signal transmitting module: the main control module 6 converts the control information into a control instruction, sends the control instruction to the infrared modulation module 2, and then the infrared modulation module 2 controls the infrared signal transmitter 1 to send the control instruction to the corresponding household appliance.
The workflow for updating the infrared database comprises the following steps:
1) the user inputs the household appliance information through the control setting module 11;
2) the control setting module 11 generates an SN code of the home appliance, and the control setting module 11 searches for a control instruction code of the home appliance through a network function of the intelligent terminal 15;
3) the intelligent terminal 15 sends the control instruction code and the SN code to the main control module 6 through the wireless communication network, and the main control module 6 transfers the control instruction code and the SN code to the infrared modulation module 2 for storage.
The control object information is an SN code, and the infrared remote control device 14 distinguishes the control object by encoding the SN code for all the home appliances.
The workflow of firmware upgrading comprises the following steps:
1) the firmware upgrading module 13 judges whether the firmware version number sent by the main control module is consistent with the current firmware version number, if so, the firmware upgrading module 13 does not work, and if not, the firmware upgrading module 13 downloads the update information through the network function of the intelligent terminal 15;
2) the intelligent terminal 15 sends the update information to the main control module 6 through the wireless communication network, and the main control module 6 automatically finishes firmware upgrade after receiving the update information.
The update information is stored in the cloud server, which facilitates the downloading of the firmware upgrade module 13.
Preferably, the wireless communication network is a WiFi wireless network, a ZIGBEE wireless network, or a bluetooth wireless network.
