Compared with the prior art, the method for binding the main card and the auxiliary card of the dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal provided by the embodiment has the advantages that the dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal does not need to periodically switch the main card and the auxiliary card, namely, the dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal can always monitor the access network equipment by the main card when not receiving the auxiliary card paging message, and when a user dials the auxiliary card number, the dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal switches the auxiliary card to monitor the access network equipment, so that the problem that the data transmission of the main card is interrupted when no paging request exists in the prior art is solved, the experience of the user in using the mobile terminal is improved, and the mobile terminal cannot be periodically switched from the main card to the auxiliary card, so that the consumption of system resources is avoided.

A method for binding a main card and an auxiliary card of a dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal is characterized in that the dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal always monitors access network equipment by the main card when not receiving an auxiliary card paging message, and the method comprises the following steps:
the MME to which the calling belongs only sends a call request to the MME to which the main card belongs, wherein the call request comprises a paging message of a secondary card;
the MME to which the main card belongs sends the paging message of the auxiliary card to the main card;
the main card sends the auxiliary card paging message to a dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal so that the dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal can be switched to an auxiliary card according to the auxiliary card paging message to enable the auxiliary card to monitor access network equipment;
before the MME to which the calling party belongs sends the call request to the MME to which the main card belongs, the method further includes:
the MME to which the calling belongs sends a first query request to HLR/HSS, wherein the first query request comprises an auxiliary card number;
the HLR/HSS returns the signed main and auxiliary card binding service of the auxiliary card number to the MME to which the calling belongs according to the auxiliary card number, wherein the signed main and auxiliary card binding service comprises the main card number bound by the auxiliary card;
the MME to which the calling party belongs sends a second query request to the HLR/HSS, wherein the second query request comprises a main card number;
and the HLR/HSS returns the MME information attached to the main card to the MME to which the calling party belongs according to the main card number.

The method for binding the primary card and the secondary card of the dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein after the dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal switches the secondary card to monitor the access network device according to the secondary card paging message, the method further comprises:
the MME to which the calling party belongs sends a third query request to HLR/HSS, wherein the third query request comprises the auxiliary card number;
the HLR/HSS returns MME information attached to the auxiliary card to the MME to which the calling party belongs according to the auxiliary card number;
the MME to which the calling party belongs sends a call request to the MME to which the auxiliary card belongs according to the MME information to which the auxiliary card belongs, wherein the call request comprises an auxiliary card paging message;
and the auxiliary card receives the auxiliary card paging message, is connected with an access network and establishes a call with the calling party.

A system for binding a main card and an auxiliary card of a dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal is characterized in that the dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal always monitors access network equipment by the main card when not receiving paging messages of the auxiliary card, and the system comprises:
the MME to which the calling belongs is used for sending a call request to the MME to which the main card belongs, wherein the call request comprises a paging message of the auxiliary card;
the MME to which the main card belongs is used for receiving the call request sent by the MME to which the calling party belongs and sending the paging message of the auxiliary card to the main card;
the main card is used for sending the auxiliary card paging message to the dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal;
the dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal is used for switching to the auxiliary card according to the auxiliary card paging message so as to enable the auxiliary card to monitor the access network equipment;
the MME to which the calling party belongs is also used for sending a first query request to HLR/HSS, wherein the first query request comprises the auxiliary card number; sending a second query request to the HSS, wherein the second query request comprises a main card number;
the system for binding the main card and the auxiliary card of the dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal further comprises:
the HLR/HSS is used for receiving a first query request sent by the MME to which the calling party belongs; and returning an inquiry result to the MME to which the calling belongs, wherein the inquiry result comprises a signed main and auxiliary card binding service of the auxiliary card number, and the signed main and auxiliary card binding service comprises the binding relationship of the main and auxiliary cards;
and the HLR/HSS is also used for receiving a second query request sent by the MME to which the calling belongs and returning the MME information attached to the main card to the MME to which the calling belongs according to the main card number.

the MME to which the calling party belongs is also used for sending a third query request to the HLR/HSS, wherein the third query request comprises the auxiliary card number; sending a call request to an MME to which the auxiliary card belongs according to the MME information to which the auxiliary card belongs, wherein the call request comprises an auxiliary card paging message;
the HLR/HSS is also used for receiving a third query request sent by the MME to which the calling party belongs and returning MME information attached to the secondary card to the MME to which the calling party belongs according to the secondary card number;
the system for binding the main card and the auxiliary card of the dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal further comprises:
the MME to which the auxiliary card belongs is used for receiving a call request sent by the MME to which the calling party belongs, and the call request comprises an auxiliary card paging message;
and the secondary card is used for receiving the paging message of the secondary card.
