In an embodiment of the invention, the insurance company performs pre-underwriting processing based on the insurance information of the user by using a blacklist system, a credit system, big data analysis, a conventional risk control model, a block chain risk control model and the like, and puts the insurance information of the user passing the pre-underwriting into a pre-underwriting pending library.
In an embodiment of the present invention, if the pre-insurance does not pass, the insurance company may notify the application channel platform of the pre-insurance status, that is, the pre-insurance does not pass, and may also notify the application channel platform of the reason for the pre-insurance does not pass, so as to notify the user of the application channel platform.
In process S830, the order is periodically issued according to the pre-approval result and the decision-making plan.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the process of periodically issuing an order according to the pre-approval result and the decision-making plan may include: and the insurance channel platform triggers the fixed investment regularly according to the fixed investment plan and the time. In one embodiment of the invention, if the insurance information does not meet the contract-signing order-making plan, the step of making the insurance order is not carried out.
Furthermore, in another embodiment of the present invention, after the pre-underwriting passes, the insurance company can time out the order according to the tape-out plan without the need to time trigger the order according to the application channel platform.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, after the user pre-checks the insurance, the insurance policy issuing form can be automatically triggered subsequently according to the fixed investment plan, so that the processes of repeatedly inputting information and repeatedly checking the insurance policy are avoided, the time for the user to obtain the insurance policy is shortened, and the user experience is improved.
Embodiments of the apparatus of the present invention are described below, which can be used to perform the above-described application processing method of the present invention.
FIG. 9 schematically shows a block diagram of an application processing apparatus, which may be applied to an application process, according to one embodiment of the invention.
Referring to FIG. 9, an application processing apparatus 900 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an acquisition unit 901, a pre-underwriting processing unit 902, a determination unit 903 and an application processing unit 904.
The obtaining unit 901 is configured to obtain insurance information of a user; the pre-underwriting processing unit 902 is configured to perform pre-underwriting processing based on the insurance application information of the user; the determining unit 903 is used for determining whether the target user passing the pre-check insurance needs to be insured; the application processing unit 904 is configured to generate a policy based on the application information of the target user when the determining unit determines that the target user needs to be applied with the application.
In some embodiments of the present invention, based on the foregoing scheme, the determining unit 903 is configured to: judging whether the current time meets the regular insurance application plan of the target user; and if the current time meets the regular insurance application plan, determining that the target user needs to be insured.
In some embodiments of the present invention, based on the foregoing solution, the application processing device 900 further includes: the generating unit is used for generating a regular insurance application plan aiming at the target user according to the insurance application information of the target user; the pushing unit is used for pushing the generated regular insurance application plan to the target user for selection; and the recording unit is used for recording the regular insurance plan selected by the target user so as to determine whether the target user needs to be insured based on the regular insurance plan selected by the target user.
In some embodiments of the present invention, based on the foregoing scheme, the generating unit is configured to: determining the risk level of the target user according to the insurance application information of the target user; determining a regular insurance application period formulated for the target user based on the risk level of the target user; determining an insurance product suitable for the target user according to the periodic insurance application period; and generating a regular insurance application plan aiming at the target user according to the regular insurance application period and the insurance product.
In some embodiments of the present invention, based on the foregoing solution, the application processing device 900 further includes: the receiving unit is used for receiving the regular insurance application plan sent by the target user; the auditing unit is used for auditing the regular insurance application plan sent by the target user; the generation unit is configured to: and when the periodical insurance application plan sent by the target user is not approved, generating a periodical insurance application plan aiming at the target user according to the insurance application information of the target user.
In some embodiments of the present invention, based on the foregoing scheme, the recording unit is configured to: and if the periodical insurance application plan sent by the target user passes the audit, recording the periodical insurance application plan sent by the target user so as to determine whether insurance application needs to be carried out on the target user based on the periodical insurance application plan sent by the target user.
In some embodiments of the present invention, based on the foregoing scheme, the determining unit 903 is configured to: detecting whether an application instruction triggered by the target user is received; and if an insurance application instruction triggered by the target user is received, determining that the target user needs to be insured.
In some embodiments of the present invention, based on the foregoing scheme, the obtaining unit 901 is further configured to: acquiring a subscription application which is submitted by a user and aims at pre-verification and protection, wherein the subscription application comprises subscription information; auditing the signing application based on the signing information; and if the signing application is approved, acquiring the application information of the user.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the obtaining unit 901 is configured to: and acquiring the insurance application information periodically sent by a third-party platform to which the user belongs.
For details which are not disclosed in the embodiments of the apparatus of the present invention, reference is made to the above-described embodiments of the application processing method of the present invention for the respective functional modules of the application processing apparatus of the exemplary embodiment of the present invention corresponding to the steps of the above-described exemplary embodiment of the application processing method.
Referring now to FIG. 10, shown is a block diagram of a computer system 1000 suitable for use with the electronic device implementing an embodiment of the present invention. The computer system 1000 of the electronic device shown in fig. 10 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the function and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 10, the computer system 1000 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)1001 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)1002 or a program loaded from a storage section 1008 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1003. In the RAM 1003, various programs and data necessary for system operation are also stored. The CPU 1001, ROM 1002, and RAM 1003 are connected to each other via a bus 1004. An input/output (I/O) interface 1005 is also connected to bus 1004.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 1005: an input section 1006 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 1007 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage portion 1008 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 1009 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 1009 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The driver 1010 is also connected to the I/O interface 1005 as necessary. A removable medium 1011 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 1010 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 1008 as necessary.
In particular, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the invention include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer-readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication part 1009 and/or installed from the removable medium 1011. The computer program executes the above-described functions defined in the system of the present application when executed by the Central Processing Unit (CPU) 1001.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present invention can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by software, or may be implemented by hardware, and the described units may also be disposed in a processor. Wherein the names of the elements do not in some way constitute a limitation on the elements themselves.
As another aspect, the present application also provides a computer-readable medium, which may be contained in the electronic device described in the above embodiments; or may exist separately without being assembled into the electronic device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by the electronic device, cause the electronic device to implement the application processing method as described in the above embodiments.
For example, the electronic device may implement the following as shown in fig. 1: step S110, acquiring insurance information of a user; step S120, pre-check insurance processing is carried out based on the insurance information of the user; step S130, determining whether the target user passing the pre-check guarantee needs to be insured; and step S140, if the target user is determined to need to be applied with insurance, generating an insurance policy based on the insurance application information of the target user.
As another example, the electronic device may implement the steps shown in fig. 2 to 7.
It should be noted that although in the above detailed description several modules or units of the device for action execution are mentioned, such a division is not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functionality of two or more modules or units described above may be embodied in one module or unit, according to embodiments of the invention. Conversely, the features and functions of one module or unit described above may be further divided into embodiments by a plurality of modules or units.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will readily understand that the exemplary embodiments described herein may be implemented by software, or by software in combination with necessary hardware. Therefore, the technical solution according to the embodiment of the present invention can be embodied in the form of a software product, which can be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (which can be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.) or on a network, and includes several instructions to enable a computing device (which can be a personal computer, a server, a touch terminal, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the embodiment of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. An application processing method, comprising:
determining the risk level of a target user according to the application information of the target user, determining a regular application period made for the target user according to the risk level, and generating a regular application plan according to the regular application period;
pushing the generated regular insurance application plan to the target user for selection;
recording the periodic insurance plan selected by the target user to determine whether insurance needs to be applied to the target user based on the periodic insurance plan selected by the target user;
acquiring the application information of a user; the insurance information comprises user information used for judging the insurance risk of the user; performing pre-check insurance processing based on the insurance information of the user;
determining whether the target user passing the pre-check insurance needs to be applied with insurance;
if the target user is determined to need to be applied with insurance, generating an insurance policy based on the insurance application information of the target user;
wherein the determining whether the target user who passes pre-underwriting needs to be insured comprises:
judging whether the current time meets the regular insurance application plan of the target user;
and if the current time meets the regular insurance application plan, determining that the target user needs to be insured.
2. The application processing method according to claim 1, wherein the generating a periodic application plan according to the periodic application cycle comprises:
determining an insurance product suitable for the target user according to the periodic insurance application period;
and generating a regular insurance application plan aiming at the target user according to the regular insurance application period and the insurance product.
3. The application processing method according to claim 1, wherein before generating the periodic application plan for the target user based on the application information of the target user, the application processing method further comprises:
receiving a regular insurance application plan sent by the target user;
auditing the regular insurance application plan sent by the target user;
and if the audit of the regular insurance application plan sent by the target user is not passed, generating the regular insurance application plan aiming at the target user according to the insurance application information of the target user.
4. The application processing method according to claim 3, further comprising:
and if the periodical insurance application plan sent by the target user passes the audit, recording the periodical insurance application plan sent by the target user so as to determine whether insurance application needs to be carried out on the target user based on the periodical insurance application plan sent by the target user.
5. The application processing method according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether the target user who passes the pre-underwriting needs to be applied with the application further comprises:
detecting whether an application instruction triggered by the target user is received;
and if an insurance application instruction triggered by the target user is received, determining that the target user needs to be insured.
6. The application processing method of claim 1, wherein prior to obtaining the user's application information, the application processing method further comprises:
acquiring a subscription application which is submitted by a user and aims at pre-verification and protection, wherein the subscription application comprises subscription information;
auditing the signing application based on the signing information;
and if the signing application is approved, acquiring the application information of the user.
7. An application processing apparatus, comprising:
the generating unit is used for determining the risk level of a target user according to the insurance information of the target user, determining a regular insurance application period made for the target user according to the risk level and generating a regular insurance application plan according to the regular insurance application period;
the pushing unit is used for pushing the generated regular insurance application plan to the target user for selection;
the recording unit is used for recording the regular insurance plan selected by the target user so as to determine whether the target user needs to be insured based on the regular insurance plan selected by the target user;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the insurance information of the user; the insurance information comprises user information used for judging the insurance risk of the user;
the pre-underwriting processing unit is used for performing pre-underwriting processing on the basis of the insurance information of the user;
the determining unit is used for determining whether the target user passing the pre-check insurance needs to be insured;
the insurance processing unit is used for generating an insurance policy based on the insurance information of the target user when the determining unit determines that the insurance needs to be applied to the target user;
wherein the determining whether the target user who passes pre-underwriting needs to be insured comprises:
judging whether the current time meets the regular insurance application plan of the target user;
and if the current time meets the regular insurance application plan, determining that the target user needs to be insured.
8. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out an application processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
storage means for storing one or more programs which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to carry out the application processing method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
