As an alternative, in the embodiment of the present invention, in an embodiment, the application to which the second user account belongs is different from the instant messaging application in the first user terminal, as listed above, the instant messaging application in the first user terminal is a WeChat, the application to which the second user account belongs is an enterprise WeChat, the WeChat client in the first user terminal is linked with the WeChat server through a network, as shown in fig. 5, the WeChat server includes a contact Svr (contact management module) for managing contact information in the WeChat, and a WeChat message Svr (WeChat message management module) for managing messaging between contacts in the WeChat, and similarly, the enterprise WeChat client to which the second user account belongs may also be linked with the enterprise WeChat server through a network, and the enterprise WeChat server also includes a contact Svr for managing contact information in the enterprise WeChat, of course, the contact Svr in the enterprise wechat server may also manage the leaving state of the contact, the leaving inheritance logic of the contact, and the like as shown in fig. 5, and the enterprise wechat server further includes an enterprise wechat Web management end, and the enterprise wechat Web management end mainly configures a substitute (inheritor) for the leaving person.

step S2: synchronously updating the attribute information of the second user in the enterprise WeChat server contact Svr, namely changing the attribute information into a leaving state, and updating the inheritor of the second user into a third user;
step S3: the enterprise WeChat server sends the leaving state of the second user to the WeChat server;
step S4: the WeChat server updates the attribute information of the second user in the Svr of the contact of the WeChat server according to the information sent by the enterprise WeChat server;
step S5: and the WeChat server sends the leaving state information of the second user to a WeChat client in the first user terminal.

step S11: the enterprise WeChat server feeds back account information of a third user for taking over the second user to the WeChat server;
step S12: sending third user account information of the catcher to the WeChat contact person Svr by the WeChat message Svr in the WeChat server;
step S13: a contact person Svr in the WeChat server adds a third user account to a friend;
step S14: the WeChat server synchronously updates an address book of a WeChat client in the first user terminal, namely, a third user account is added to a friend in the address book;
step S15: and the WeChat client in the first user terminal establishes a session interface with the third user.

In practical application, the instant messaging control method in the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to an application scenario in which an instant messaging application is used for enterprise business communication, such as an application scenario in which a WeChat in a terminal is used for enterprise business communication, an application scenario in which an enterprise WeChat in a terminal is used for enterprise business communication, and the like, so that the risk of enterprise customer loss caused by employee job leaving can be reduced by the instant messaging control method in the embodiment of the present invention, and a purpose of better maintaining client resources of an enterprise can be achieved. In practical application, programming languages such as C language, C + + language, Java language, and the like may also be used, and based on the instant messaging control method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, a program or APP that is specifically used for controlling an instant messaging application client in a terminal is developed, and then when the instant messaging application client in the terminal is used, the program or APP is called, so as to reduce the risk of enterprise client loss caused by employee job leaving.

and establishing a session interface with a third user account in the instant messaging application based on the friend relationship.
Optionally, if an instruction that the first user does not perform switching is obtained based on the interactive interface, the establishing unit is further configured to:
and displaying prompt information for prompting that the second user cannot receive the message sent by the first user on a session interface with a second user account.
Optionally, the establishing unit is further configured to:
displaying the established session interface with the third user account;
and displaying prompt information for prompting that the first user can send messages to and from the third user in the established session interface with the third user account.
Optionally, when the application to which the second user account belongs is the same as the instant messaging application, the obtaining unit is further configured to:
sending a request for acquiring account information of a third user taking over the second user to an instant messaging application server;
and obtaining the account information of the third user fed back by the instant messaging application server.
Optionally, when the application to which the second user account belongs is different from the instant messaging application, the obtaining unit is further configured to:
sending a request for acquiring account information of a third user taking over the second user to a server to which the account of the second user belongs through the instant messaging application server;
and obtaining account information of the third user fed back by the server to which the second user account belongs through the instant messaging application server.
Based on the same inventive concept, an instant messaging control apparatus is provided in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12, and includes at least one processor 30 and at least one memory 31, where the memory 31 stores a program, and when the program is executed by the processor 30, the processor 30 is caused to execute the steps of the instant messaging control method as described above.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention provides a storage medium, where computer instructions are stored, and when the computer instructions are executed on a computer, the computer is caused to execute the steps of the instant messaging control method as described above.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Claims (14)

1. An instant messaging control method, comprising:
opening a session interface with a second user account according to an instruction of a first user, wherein the second user account is a social contact account of an enterprise employee for providing business service for the first user in an address book of an instant messaging application of the first user;
determining whether the attribute information of the second user is in a leaving state, and if so, acquiring account information of a third user taking over the second user;
and establishing a session interface with a third user account based on the account information of the third user, wherein the third user account is a social contact account of the enterprise employee, which takes over the second user and is used for providing business service for the first user.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the establishing a session interface with a third user account based on the account information of the third user specifically includes:
displaying whether the second user in the off-duty state is switched to the interactive interface of the third user in a session interface with the second user account;
based on the interactive interface, when a switching instruction of a first user is obtained, a friend relationship with the third user account is established in the instant messaging application;
and establishing a session interface with a third user account in the instant messaging application based on the friend relationship.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein when an indication that the first user does not perform switching is obtained based on the interactive interface, prompt information for prompting that the second user cannot receive the message sent by the first user is displayed on a session interface with a second user account.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after establishing a session interface with a third user account in the instant messaging application, the method further comprises:
displaying the established session interface with the third user account;
and displaying prompt information for prompting that the first user can send messages to and from the third user in the established session interface with the third user account.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein, when the application to which the second user account belongs is the same as the instant messaging application, the obtaining account information of a third user that takes over the second user specifically includes:
sending a request for acquiring account information of a third user taking over the second user to an instant messaging application server;
and obtaining the account information of the third user fed back by the instant messaging application server.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein, when the application to which the second user account belongs is different from the instant messaging application, the obtaining account information of a third user that takes over the second user specifically includes:
sending a request for acquiring account information of a third user taking over the second user to a server to which the account of the second user belongs through the instant messaging application server;
and obtaining account information of the third user fed back by the server to which the second user account belongs through the instant messaging application server.
7. An instant messaging control apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises an opening unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the opening unit is used for opening a session interface with a second user account according to an instruction of a first user, and the second user account is in an address book of an instant messaging application of the first user and is used for providing a social contact account of an enterprise employee of business service for the first user;

8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the establishing unit is to:
displaying whether the second user in the off-duty state is switched to the interactive interface of the third user in a session interface with the second user account;
based on the interactive interface, when a switching instruction of a first user is obtained, a friend relationship with the third user account is established in the instant messaging application;
and establishing a session interface with a third user account in the instant messaging application based on the friend relationship.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein if an indication that the first user does not perform the switch is obtained based on the interactive interface, the establishing unit is further configured to:
and displaying prompt information for prompting that the second user cannot receive the message sent by the first user on a session interface with a second user account.
10. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the establishing unit is further configured to:
displaying the established session interface with the third user account;
and displaying prompt information for prompting that the first user can send messages to and from the third user in the established session interface with the third user account.
11. The apparatus according to any one of claims 7 to 10, wherein, when the application to which the second user account belongs is the same as the instant messaging application, the obtaining unit is further configured to:
sending a request for acquiring account information of a third user taking over the second user to an instant messaging application server;
and obtaining the account information of the third user fed back by the instant messaging application server.
12. The apparatus according to any one of claims 7 to 10, wherein, when the application to which the second user account belongs is different from the instant messaging application, the obtaining unit is further configured to:
sending a request for acquiring account information of a third user taking over the second user to a server to which the account of the second user belongs through the instant messaging application server;
and obtaining account information of the third user fed back by the server to which the second user account belongs through the instant messaging application server.
13. An instant messaging control apparatus comprising at least one processor and at least one memory, wherein the memory stores a program which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
14. A storage medium storing computer instructions which, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
