Background
In the process of oil field exploration, a rock core is important data for finding an oil-gas layer, researching stratum, oil producing layer, oil storage layer, cover layer, structure and the like, and the lithology, physical property, oil content, gas content and aquatic characteristic of the underground rock stratum can be directly known through observation and research on the rock core. After the oil field is put into development, the deposition characteristics of the oil layer are further researched and known through the rock core, and the physical properties, pore structure, wettability, relative permeability and lithofacies characteristics of the oil layer are further researched, and the physical simulation and flooding rules of the oil layer are realized; the oil layer flooding characteristics of different development stages and different water-containing stages are recognized and mastered, the distribution of residual oil is cleared, and scientific basis is provided for the design of oil field development schemes, the adjustment of layers and well patterns and the encryption of wells.
The core taking is to take underground rock to the ground by using a special coring tool in the drilling process, and the agglomerated rock is called a core, so that various properties of the rock can be measured, the underground structure and the rock deposition environment can be intuitively studied, and the fluid properties and the like can be known. In mineral exploration and development, the stratum horizon and depth are needed to be designed according to geology, drilling work is carried out, a coring tool is put into the well, and a rock sample is taken out.
The drilling tool is an indispensable tool for taking the core, the existing coring bit has low drilling speed and low coring efficiency; in addition, the cooling speed of the blade of the coring bit is low, the abrasion of the cutter is high, and the service life of the blade is short.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a hard rock core drill, wherein the drill bit is provided with a secondary blade, so that the drilling speed can be increased, and the core taking efficiency can be improved; the cooling liquid loop holes are arranged to accelerate cooling of the blade, so that the service life of the blade is prolonged.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

Preferably, the first stage blades are equally spaced apart in the circumferential direction by three.

Furthermore, the inner wall of the drill bit is provided with a sealing ring, and the high-elasticity annular sealing ring is utilized to realize the wrapping of the rock core in the coring process, so that the isolation quality guarantee effect is achieved, and the aims of moisture preservation and quality guarantee are fulfilled.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the hard rock core drilling tool disclosed by the invention comprises a hollow drill bit 1, wherein the drill bit 1 is a PCD cutter. The drill bit 1 comprises a primary blade 2 for drilling and a secondary blade 3 for reaming.
The drill bit 1 comprises an inner drill bit 11 and an outer drill bit 12, the inner drill bit 11 comprising first stage blades 2 and a hollow inner drill bit body 111. As shown in fig. 3, a first stage blade mounting groove 112 for mounting the first stage blade 2 is provided at the lower end of the inner drill body 111, the first stage blade mounting groove 112 is opened at the lower end surface of the inner drill body 111, a coolant loop hole 6 is provided at the first stage blade mounting groove 112 on the inner drill body 111, the coolant loop hole 6 is an arc hole, and the arc hole is opened at the front end surface of the drill bit 1 and is communicated with the first stage blade mounting groove 112. Three first-stage blade mounting grooves 112 are formed in the inner drill body 111 at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, cooling liquid loop holes 6 are formed in the positions of each first-stage blade mounting groove 112, and first-stage blades 2 are mounted in each first-stage blade mounting groove 112. The inner wall of the inner drill cutter body 111 is provided with a sealing ring 8, and the high-elasticity annular sealing ring is utilized to realize the wrapping of the rock core in the coring process, so that the isolation quality guarantee effect is achieved, and the aims of moisture preservation and quality guarantee are fulfilled.
The outer drill bit 12 comprises a second stage blade 3 and a hollow outer drill bit body 121. As shown in fig. 2, the outer wall of the secondary blade 3 is provided with a secondary blade mounting groove 122 for mounting the secondary blade 3, the secondary blade mounting groove 122 on the outer drill body 121 is provided with a cooling liquid loop hole 6, and the cooling liquid loop hole 6 is a strip-shaped hole which is communicated with the secondary blade mounting groove 122. The outer drill body 121 is provided with three second-stage blade mounting grooves 122 at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, a cooling liquid loop hole 6 is formed in each second-stage blade mounting groove 122, and a second-stage blade 3 is mounted in each second-stage blade mounting groove 122.
The inner drill bit 11 is arranged in the outer drill bit 12, a first-stage blade avoiding notch 7 is arranged on the outer drill bit body 121 corresponding to the first-stage blade 2, the first-stage blade avoiding notch 7 is arranged on the front end face of the outer drill bit 12, and the cutting edge of the first-stage blade 2 is exposed out of the outer drill bit body 121 from the first-stage blade avoiding notch 7. The thickness of the blade in this embodiment is 3.2mm.
The drill bit is divided into the two-stage blades, the first-stage blade 2 at the lowest end firstly drills small holes, and the second-stage blade 3 above the small holes reams holes, so that the drilling speed can be improved. Through holes are provided in the blade portions as coolant circuit holes 6 through which coolant can be sprayed to cool the blade. The invention uses the hard alloy sharp-mouth thin-lip drill bit to cut rock strata, reduces disturbance to the stratum in the coring process, and ensures the integrity and quality of coring.
As shown in fig. 4, in another embodiment, the hard rock core drill further includes an outer core tube 5, the drill bit 1 is mounted at the lower end of the outer core tube 5, the upper end of the outer drill bit body 121 is connected with the lower end of the outer core tube 5, the outer core tube 5 and the outer wall of the outer drill bit body 121 are both provided with spiral grooves 4, and the spiral grooves 4 on the outer drill bit body 121 are continuous with the spiral grooves 4 on the outer core tube 5. The outer core pipe 5 of the outer wall setting up helical groove 4 is equivalent to the spiral outer brill, along with outer core pipe 5 screw in stratum, and outer core pipe 5 creates a confined space for coring tool, and sealing washer 8 is in the parcel of coring in-process to the rock core, prevents that the fidelity cabin from being polluted.
