5. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the signal parameters of the received signal comprise at least one of: received signal strength and received signal quality.
6. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the computing module is specifically configured to:
calculating the current transmitting power according to the transmitting power calculation strategy and the signal parameters;
acquiring current position information, and acquiring historical transmitting power of preset times according to the current position information, wherein the historical transmitting power is the transmitting power corresponding to the current position information and the communication system;
and determining the transmitting power according to the current transmitting power and the historical transmitting power of the preset times.
