Background
With the increase of the reading consciousness of users, electronic books are more and more widely popularized. In order to better push activity information related to an electronic book to a reading user, it is often necessary to determine an activity type matched with a current reading user in combination with consumption requirements of the reading user, so as to improve a push success rate and further improve a reading amount of the user. At present, when determining the consumption demand of a reading user, all electronic books clicked, downloaded and/or read by the reading user are generally added to a demand list according to the historical reading record of the reading user, and the consumption demand of the reading user is calculated according to the demand list.
However, in the process of implementing the present invention, the inventors found that: simply adding all the e-books clicked, downloaded and/or read by the reading user into the demand list is too simple and extensive, the interaction depth between each e-book and the reading user is not considered, the e-books clicked by the user due to misoperation or the e-books which are not interested by the user at all and are closed only after being browsed for a few seconds are easily added into the demand list, so that the finally obtained consumption demand cannot truly reflect the potential consumption capacity of the user, the conversion rate of the activity content pushed according to the demand list is low, and the effect of improving the reading capacity of the user cannot be realized.

Example one
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a method for determining a total consumption inventory requirement of a reading user according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step S110: the method comprises the steps of obtaining electronic books interacted with a reading user, and determining operation time stamps of interaction operations executed by the reading user aiming at the electronic books aiming at each obtained electronic book.
First, when the electronic book interacting with the reading user is determined, each electronic book included in the history reading record of the reading user may be used as the electronic book interacting with the reading user. The historical reading record is used for recording various reading behaviors of the reading user and corresponding electronic book information. Wherein the reading behavior comprises: downloading, clicking, reading, opening, paying (here, paying for the front section of the concatenated book, not the entire paying), etc. The method can avoid omission and ensure that the information as comprehensive as possible is collected.
Alternatively, the e-book with which the reading user interacts may also be determined by: and judging whether the reading user performs preset interactive operation on each electronic book contained in the historical reading record of the reading user, and if so, determining the reading user as the electronic book interacted with the reading user. The preset interactive operations may only include operations of a specific type that can reflect the initial interest of the user in the electronic book, for example, a search operation, a download operation, an enter book detail page operation, a view directory operation, and the like. The method can directly acquire the electronic book which is possibly interested by the user so as to improve the subsequent processing efficiency.
Next, for each acquired electronic book, an operation timestamp of each interactive operation performed by the reading user for the electronic book is determined. Specifically, for each electronic book, when a reading user performs multiple interactive operations on the electronic book, an operation time stamp of each interactive operation is acquired respectively. Wherein, the operation time stamp is: and executing the corresponding system time of the interactive operation. Therefore, the operation sequence of each interactive operation can be determined by the operation time stamp of each interactive operation.
Step S120: and determining the interaction duration of the reading user for the electronic book according to the time interval between two adjacent interactive operations in each interactive operation.
Specifically, after the operation sequence of each interactive operation is determined according to the operation timestamp, the time interval between two adjacent interactive operations in each interactive operation is further determined. In one implementation manner, two adjacent interactive operations in each interactive operation include each two adjacent interactive operations in each interactive operation, that is: each two adjacent interoperations are taken into account. In another implementation manner, the two adjacent interactions in each interaction only include a plurality of groups of two adjacent interactions which meet the preset rule. For example, only two adjacent interactions with a time interval not greater than a preset value are included, so that interactions with an excessively long time interval are filtered out. As another example, only two consecutive interactions within a preset period (e.g., the last three months) are included, thereby excluding an overaged interaction. The invention does not limit the specific content and implementation mode of the preset rule, as long as the user requirements can be reflected more truly.
When the interaction duration of the reading user for the electronic book is determined according to the time interval between two adjacent interactive operations in each interactive operation, preset processing, such as accumulation and summation, may be performed on the time interval between two adjacent interactive operations in each interactive operation, so as to obtain the interaction duration of the reading user for the electronic book. The present invention does not limit the specific manner of the preset treatment.
In addition, the inventor finds out in the process of implementing the invention that: in the reading process, besides the interaction operation which is completed instantly, operations with longer duration such as reading and commenting may be included, and the operations may also reflect the real interaction process between the user and the electronic book, so that, in order to more accurately reflect the interaction degree between the user and the electronic book, optionally, in this step, when it is determined that each interaction operation includes the preset duration operation, the interaction duration of the reading user for the electronic book may be further determined in combination with the operation duration corresponding to the preset duration operation. Wherein, the continuous operation means: the operation process requires operations that are completed for a certain period of time, for example, various operations of a long duration such as reading operations, comment writing operations, and the like, as compared with operations that are completed instantaneously such as entering reading pages, opening directories, and the like.
Step S130: and screening the deep interactive electronic books corresponding to the reading user from the obtained electronic books according to the interaction duration of the reading user for each obtained electronic book.
The interaction duration is obtained according to the interaction operation of the reading user for the electronic book, and the interaction depth between the reading user and the electronic book can be reflected, so that the deep interaction electronic book corresponding to the reading user can be screened out according to the interaction duration.
For example, in one implementation manner, all the electronic books may be sorted according to the interaction duration of each electronic book, and the first electronic books are screened as deep interaction electronic books according to the sorting result. For another example, in yet another implementation manner, the deep-interaction e-book corresponding to the reading user may be screened according to a preset screening rule. The screening rule can be determined according to factors such as interaction duration and operation type. The two methods can be used independently or in combination.
It should be noted that the deep interactive electronic book described in this embodiment refers to an electronic book whose index data meet a predetermined threshold value in a measurement process of quantifiable index data. For example, when the quantifiable index data is an interactive duration, the predetermined threshold may be a TOP N (positive integer) number of preambles sorted according to the interactive duration, and the electronic book sorted in the TOP N is a deep interactive electronic book; or, the predetermined threshold may be a preset interaction duration, and the electronic book with the interaction duration being greater than or equal to the preset interaction duration is a deep interaction electronic book; alternatively, when the quantifiable index data is generated for the number of times of a specific operation type, the predetermined threshold may be a specifically set number of times M (positive integer), for example, when the user enters the purchase interface of a certain electronic book (but none of the times is purchased), it indicates that the user has a certain reading interest in the electronic book but is hesitant to purchase the electronic book three times after paying, so that the electronic book may be regarded as a deep interaction electronic book.
Step S140: and determining consumption demand information of the reading user according to the screened depth interactive electronic book and the consumption amount of the corresponding depth interactive electronic book.
The consumption amount of the deep interaction electronic book mainly refers to: the amount of the unpaid portion corresponding to the electronic book. For example, for an entire purchased electronic book, the entire price of the electronic book is referred to; for an e-book purchased in chapters, the price of the unpurchased chapters in the e-book is referred to. In specific implementation, the consumption demand information of the reading user can be determined according to the sum of the consumption amounts of the deep interactive electronic books.
Therefore, in the method for determining the total consumption stock requirement of the reading user, provided by the invention, the interaction duration of the reading user for each electronic book is determined according to the time interval between two adjacent interaction operations in each interaction operation executed by the reading user for each electronic book, the deep interaction electronic book corresponding to the reading user is screened according to the interaction duration, and finally the consumption requirement is calculated according to the deep interaction electronic book. Compared with the prior art that the electronic book operated by the user is determined as the required electronic book, the method takes a series of interactive operations generated by the user aiming at the electronic book as the basis, takes the time interval between the interactive operations as a consideration dimension, quantifies the interactive depth of the user and the electronic book, reflects the desire degree of the user for reading the electronic book, and simultaneously further combines the consumption amount of the electronic book to convert the desire degree of the user for the electronic book into the potential consumption requirement of the user for the electronic book, thereby improving the value of operation data and the conversion rate of operation activities.
Example two
Fig. 2 shows a flowchart of a determination method for reading the total consumption inventory requirement of the user according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
step S210: and acquiring the electronic book interacted with the reading user.
Specifically, this step can be realized by: determining each electronic book contained in the historical reading record of the reading user; according to a preset removing rule, removing each electronic book contained in the historical reading record of the reading user; and determining the electronic books left after the removing process is executed as the electronic books interacted with the reading user.
In specific implementation, when determining each electronic book included in the historical reading record of the reading user, each electronic book included in the historical reading record of the reading user may be searched, or only the electronic book for which the reading user performed the preset interaction operation may be searched, and specific implementation details may refer to the description of the corresponding part in step S110, which is not described herein again. And then, removing each electronic book found according to a preset removing rule. The preset removing rule is used for removing the electronic book irrelevant to the consumption requirement, namely: the electronic book which does not contribute to calculating the consumption demand specifically comprises the following components: e-books that are not of interest to the user (i.e., that have insufficient depth of interaction), and/or e-books that have no potential space to consume (e.g., free or fully paid-for e-books). In this embodiment, the preset culling rule may include at least one of the following:
(1) removing electronic books not downloaded by a user: if the user does not download the e-book, it can be presumed that the user is not interested in the e-book and should be rejected.
(2) Removing the electronic books which are not interacted in the preset time period: for example, if the user does not interact with the electronic book within the last month, it indicates that the user has forgotten the book.
(3) Removing the e-book with the read proportion of the free trial reading sections smaller than the preset removal proportion: for example, if the reading progress of the section of the free trial reading section by the user is less than a predetermined ratio, it indicates that the user is not interested in the book.
(4) Culling free e-books, and culling e-books that the user has paid in their entirety (including entire purchases and purchases by chapter): this type of book is a fully paid book and thus has no potential consumption space, namely: the consumption amount corresponding to the books is zero, and the books can be directly removed in the step in order to save subsequent calculation amount.
Step S220: and determining the operation time stamp of each interactive operation executed by the reading user for each acquired electronic book.
Specifically, the history reading record includes operation records of each interactive operation performed by the reading user for each electronic book, where each operation record includes an operation time stamp when the interactive operation is performed and an operation object (i.e., the electronic book) of the interactive operation. Accordingly, by analyzing each operation record, the operation time stamp of each interactive operation performed by the reading user for each electronic book can be determined for each acquired electronic book.
Step S230: and determining the interaction duration of the reading user for the electronic book according to the time interval between two adjacent interactive operations in each interactive operation.
The electronic books acquired in step S210 may include electronic books that are not interested by the user: for example, the user only clicks on the book detail page to browse the contents of the catalog, finds no interest and leaves; or the user clicks a reading interface of a certain book by misoperation, and the like, so that in order to reflect the e-book with practical consumption requirements of the user, the embodiment only focuses on the e-book with a deep interaction relationship, converts the interaction behavior of the user for the e-book into interaction duration, and embodies the interaction depth between the user and the e-book according to the interaction duration, thereby realizing the screening of the e-book with potential consumption requirements.
In order to achieve the above object, in the present embodiment, the following is specifically implemented: respectively aiming at each two adjacent interactive operations, determining whether the time interval between the two adjacent interactive operations is recorded as an interactive interval or not according to the time interval between the two adjacent interactive operations and/or according to a preset time axis slicing accumulation rule; and determining the interaction duration of the reading user for the electronic book according to the recorded interaction intervals. It can be seen that the interaction duration in this embodiment is determined according to each recorded interaction interval, where the interaction interval may be determined in at least one of the following two manners:
in a first interactive interval determining manner, for each two adjacent interactive operations, it is determined whether to record a time interval between the two adjacent interactive operations as an interactive interval according to the time interval between the two adjacent interactive operations. Specifically, whether the time interval between two adjacent interactive operations is greater than a preset interval threshold value is judged; if not, recording the time interval between the two adjacent interactive operations as an interactive interval. The method can record the time interval between two adjacent interactive operations with a short interval as an interactive interval so as to count the interactive duration accordingly, and the two adjacent interactive operations with a long interval are not taken as a basis for counting the interactive duration, and the purpose of setting the interval threshold is to restrict the concentration degree of multiple interactive operations, so as to reflect that the reading process of the user is completed once, while the interactive operations with a long interval may not have operational relevance, and the time interval cannot reflect the real user operation process.
In a second interactive interval determining manner, for each two adjacent interactive operations, according to a preset time axis segment accumulation rule, it is determined whether to record a time interval between the two adjacent interactive operations as an interactive interval. When the method is specifically implemented, recording each interactive operation on an interactive time axis corresponding to the electronic book in advance according to an operation time stamp; then, according to a preset time axis slicing accumulation rule, dividing the interactive time axis into a plurality of time slices; and finally, respectively aiming at each time slice, recording the time interval between every two adjacent interactive operations in each interactive operation belonging to the time slice as an interactive interval. Similar to the foregoing manner, the purpose of time slicing in this manner is to restrict the concentration degree of the interaction operations (embodied on the time interval of the interaction operations). The following details a specific implementation of this step when the second determination method is adopted, including:
step one, recording each interactive operation on an interactive time axis corresponding to the electronic book in advance according to an operation time stamp.
Firstly, storing operation records of interactive operation corresponding to each electronic book into a set corresponding to the electronic book; then, sequencing each operation record in the set according to the sequence of the operation timestamps; and finally, recording the sequenced operation records on an interactive time axis corresponding to the electronic book according to the time stamps.
And step two, dividing the interactive time axis into a plurality of time slices according to a preset time axis slice accumulation rule.
Specifically, the time axis is divided into a plurality of time slices according to a preset slicing time length and/or an operation time stamp of each interactive operation. For example, in a first division manner, time slices are divided only according to a preset slice duration: assuming that the preset slicing time duration is 30 minutes, correspondingly slicing by taking an operation time stamp of a first interactive operation (namely, the interactive operation with the earliest operation time stamp) recorded on an interactive time axis as a starting point, and dividing a first time slice with the length of 30 minutes; the end point of the subsequent previous time slice is taken as the starting point of the next time slice for continuous slicing. It can be seen that, each time slice in this division manner is continuous, and there is no time interval between every two adjacent time slices, that is: except for the first time slice, each subsequent time slice takes the end point of more than one time slice as a starting point. For another example, in the second partitioning manner, time slices are partitioned by combining the preset slice duration and the operation timestamps of each interactive operation: assuming that the preset slicing time duration is 30 minutes, correspondingly slicing by taking an operation time stamp of a first interactive operation (namely, the interactive operation with the earliest operation time stamp) recorded on an interactive time axis as a starting point, and dividing a first time slice with the length of 30 minutes; the first interaction after the end point of the subsequent previous time slice is sliced as the starting point of the next time slice. It can be seen that the time slices in this division are not necessarily consecutive, and there may be a time interval between two adjacent time slices. The two fragmentation division modes can be flexibly selected by a person skilled in the art, the fragmentation mode of the first mode is easier to operate, and the fragmentation mode of the second mode can reduce the fragmentation number and the calculation amount.
And thirdly, recording the time interval between every two adjacent interactive operations in each interactive operation belonging to the time slice as an interactive interval respectively aiming at each time slice.
Specifically, in this step, the interaction duration inside each time slice is calculated by taking each time slice as a unit. For example, assuming three interaction operations within the first time slice with corresponding timestamps of 3:00, 3:05, and 3:15, respectively, a time interval of 5 minutes between 3:00 and 3:05 is recorded as one interaction interval, and a time interval of 10 minutes between 3:05 and 3:15 is recorded as another interaction interval, namely: two interaction intervals of 5 minutes and 10 minutes are recorded in the first time slice, and the interaction intervals in the other time slices are determined in a similar manner. The advantages of this approach are: and regulating the concentration of the operation behaviors, and eliminating time length statistics among the operation behaviors with longer distances. Namely: the interactive duration is only counted according to the interactive operation inside each time slice, and for two times of interactive operation with long interval time, the interactive duration is not counted because the interactive duration belongs to different time slices respectively, so that the interactive depth between the user and the electronic book APP can be reflected more truly. Generally, a plurality of operations generated in a short time (e.g., 30 minutes) are more likely to be the operation behaviors generated by the user in a period of continuous use (interaction), and a larger time interval loses the true reflection of the continuous use process. For example, the user performs operations of entering a detail page, viewing a catalog, reading a free chapter, entering a paid page, not paying and exiting a paid page and the like within 30 minutes, the sum of the operations in the time sequence can reflect that the user continuously interacts with the book within a period of time, and the duration of the duration is the statistical interaction duration. On the contrary, if the user sleeps or works and learns after clicking the detail page, and returns to open the APP after several hours for subsequent operations, the time of the several hours is obviously not the time of interaction between the user and the book and needs to be removed.
And fourthly, respectively aiming at each time slice, determining the slice interaction sub-time length of the time slice according to each interaction interval recorded in the time slice, and determining the interaction time length of the reading user aiming at the electronic book according to the slice interaction sub-time length of each time slice.
Specifically, for each slice, the time length between all adjacent interaction operations included in the slice is calculated, and the sum of the time lengths is obtained to obtain the slice interaction sub-time length corresponding to the time slice (the case that the time stamp of the operation behavior coincides with the time endpoint of the slice is also included). And then, summing the fragment interaction sub-durations of all the fragments to obtain the total interaction duration of the reading user for the electronic book.
The operation that interval time is too long can be rejected through the mode to the time of working or study after opening APP with the user is excluded. However, the inventor finds that, in the process of implementing the present invention, some operations with a long duration may occur during the process of reading the electronic book, and the starting time point and the ending time point of the operations are respectively recorded on the interactive time axis as an interactive operation, but the starting time point and the ending time point may be respectively located in different time slices due to the long duration, so that the duration of the operations cannot be counted. In order to solve the above problem, optionally, in the above step, for each time slice, when it is determined that each interactive operation belonging to the time slice includes a preset continuous operation, further determining whether an operation start time point and an operation end time point of the preset continuous operation both belong to the time slice; if not, calculating the operation duration according to the operation starting time point and the operation ending time point; and modifying the fragment interaction sub-time length of at least two time fragments corresponding to the continuous operation according to the operation duration. When the operation duration is corrected specifically, the operation duration needs to be counted into the final interaction duration, so that the situation that the operation duration is repeatedly counted with other interaction operations included in the operation duration is prevented while the operation duration cannot be omitted. Wherein the preset continuous operation comprises the following steps: reading operation, comment writing operation, and the like. For example, a reading-like operation behavior has the concept of duration, and the start time and the end time of reading are both ordered as an interactive operation on the time axis. After slicing, if the reading time exceeds the range of the fragments, the exceeding part of the reading time needs to be counted into the interaction time of the fragments, in addition, for the condition that the reading starting time and the reading ending time respectively fall into different fragments, the interaction time of the fragments needs to be counted respectively, and the processing needs to be carried out according to a certain rule so as to prevent the repeated recording time of the fragments: for example, in one rule, each time slice is separately counted only for the duration of the continuous reading behavior in which the reading start point or end point falls into the slice; for another example, in another rule, each time slice is also counted for the duration of the continuous reading behavior in which the reading start point and the reading end point fall into the slice, but after counting, the repeated counted parts need to be processed for deduplication.
Similarly, in the first interaction interval determining manner, in order to improve accuracy, when it is determined that each interaction operation includes a preset continuous operation, the interaction duration of the reading user for the electronic book may be further determined in combination with the operation duration corresponding to the preset continuous operation. For example, assuming that the time interval between the operation start time stamp and the operation end time stamp of the reading operation is greater than the above-mentioned preset value, when two adjacent interactive operations in each interactive operation only include two adjacent interactive operations of which the time interval is not greater than the preset value, the operation duration of the reading operation cannot be taken into consideration. Namely: on the basis of obtaining the time interval between two adjacent interactive operations with the time interval not greater than the preset value, the operation duration corresponding to the preset continuous operation is further added into the interactive duration corresponding to the electronic book, so that the finally obtained interactive duration is more reasonable.
Step S240: and screening the deep interactive electronic books corresponding to the reading user from the obtained electronic books according to the interaction duration of the reading user for each obtained electronic book.
In this embodiment, all the electronic books are sorted according to the interaction duration of each electronic book, and a plurality of previous electronic books are screened as deep interaction electronic books according to a sorting result. Optionally, before or after the deep interactive electronic book is screened, the obtained electronic book may be further screened according to a preset screening rule, so that the finally obtained deep interactive electronic book better meets the user requirements. The screening rule may be determined according to factors such as interaction duration and operation type, and specifically may include at least one of the following rules:
(1) and screening the electronic book which has the interaction duration longer than the first preset duration and has executed the search operation. For example, the screening interaction time is longer than 600s, and the user performs a search operation on the electronic book.
(2) And the screening interaction time is longer than the second preset time, the ratio of the downloaded chapters to the chapters of the whole book is larger than the preset screening ratio, the number of the downloaded chapters is larger than the preset screening number, and/or the downloaded times is larger than the preset times. For example, the screening interaction time is longer than 1800s, the downloaded chapter progress accounts for more than 80% of the chapters of the whole book, the downloaded chapter progress is larger than 200 chapters, and the downloading times are larger than 5 times of the electronic book.
(3) And screening the electronic books with the interaction duration longer than the third preset duration and the payment behavior. For example, screening electronic books with interaction duration longer than 1800s, payment behavior and payment amount larger than 0.5 yuan.
(4) And screening the electronic books with the interaction duration longer than the fourth preset duration. For example, the interaction duration is greater than 3600 s. The rule is a rule with a single duration dimension, and therefore, the fourth preset duration should be set to a larger value.
Step S250: and determining consumption demand information of the reading user according to the screened depth interactive electronic book and the consumption amount of the corresponding depth interactive electronic book.
Specifically, the consumption demand information poPy can be calculated by the following formula:
Figure GDA0001913263420000131
wherein bid means book ID, CHbidThe Price is a book list (i.e. the list of the deeply interactive e-books obtained through the above steps) of the e-books meeting the preset rules (i.e. having the deep interactive relationship), andbidin the book list, the price of each book, that is, the consumption amount (specifically, the unpaid partial price or the potential consumption space, for purchasing books by chapter, the price needs to be calculated by combining chapter purchase data of the user, that is, the total price of the remaining unpurchased chapters is calculated). And multiplying each book by the corresponding price to obtain the consumption stock requirement of the book, wherein the sum of the consumption stock requirements of all the deeply interactive electronic books is the total consumption stock requirement corresponding to the reading user, namely the consumption requirement information poPy.
In addition, in order to make the finally determined consumption requirement information more reasonable, at least one item of information can be further combined to correct the obtained consumption requirement information: reading historical daily consumption amount of the user, average daily consumption amount of the user on the whole network, required conversion days and preset maximum recharge amount of a single day.
In the embodiment, the consumption demand information poPy is calculated based on a deeply interacted book, in other words, the size of the consumption demand information is determined by both the breadth (number of books) and the depth (interaction depth) of the user's interest in the book. However, the inventor finds out in the process of implementing the invention that: the reading interest of the user does not necessarily match the consumption habits of the user, and it is statistically found that most of the mismatch is that the interest is larger than the consumption amount determined by the consumption habits, i.e. the user is willing to read many books but not to spend the corresponding money (poPy). In this case, the poPy calculated from the user's interest is not the actual consumption demand of the user and needs to be corrected. For example, it can be processed according to the following formula:
B=min(mxPyD1,poPy)
wherein, B is the corrected consumption demand information, mxPyD1 is the maximum value of the historical daily consumption amount of the reading user, and the meaning of the formula is that if poPy is larger than the maximum value of the historical daily consumption amount of the reading user, it indicates that the consumption habit of the user is not met, therefore, the B value is based on mxPyD1, or the B value is modified by combining mxPyD1, so that the finally obtained consumption demand information is more suitable for the user.
Further, considering that the consumption stock demand reflects the total consumption demand of the user, the demand amount is not converted completely within one day, and several days of continuous consumption may be needed to convert the demand completely. Correspondingly, an adjusting coefficient related to the number of days can be added in the above formula, and the formula after deformation is:
B=min(mxPyD1*3,poPy)
wherein 3 is an adjustment coefficient related to the number of days, and the tolerance of the time of the demand stock conversion can be adjusted by setting the size of the adjustment coefficient. In a specific service scenario, in addition to setting to 3 days, other values such as 2 days or 5 days may also be set.
Further, mxPyD1 × 3 may be further modified, and the modified formula is:
B=min(max(3.4*3,mxPyD1*3),poPy)
wherein 3.4 is the average daily consumption limit of the users in the whole network, and the value needs to be adjusted according to the average daily consumption limit of the users in the whole network obtained in the service scene during actual implementation. The larger value between this value and mxPyD1 x 3 is aimed at: when the single-day consumption limit of the user is less than the average value of the users in the whole network, the B value is adjusted by referring to the average value of the users in the whole network, and the user can be guided to improve the consumption limit to a certain extent.
Furthermore, the formula can also be added with a coefficient of the single day allowed maximum recharge amount, and the formula after deformation is as follows:
B=min(max(3.4*3,mxPyD1*3),poPy,100)
wherein 100 is the maximum recharge amount allowed for a single day specified in the APP, and the specific value can be flexibly adjusted according to the service scene. I.e. the accumulated recharge amount of a user in one day cannot be more than 100 yuan. The coefficients are increased for the purpose of: when the poPy is larger than 100, the user can only recharge 100 yuan in the same day, so that the reference meaning of the poPy larger than 100 to subsequent operation distribution is not large, and finally obtained consumption demand information can be matched with the APP better through the operation of taking the minimum value.
In addition, in a strict sense, in the interactive operation behavior of the embodiment, the operation capable of expressing the length of the interactive time duration of the user only relates to continuous operations such as reading, and the like, in the embodiment, the time duration of one-time reading behavior of the user can be calculated by using various reading time duration statistics methods, and the remaining interactive behaviors are all operations at a time point and do not relate to the concept of length, so that the instant operation is converted into the time duration reflecting the interactive process of the user by adopting a slicing mode in the embodiment, and the accuracy of the interactive time duration is improved by eliminating the long-spaced instant operation.
In summary, in the method for determining the total consumption stock requirement of the reading user, provided by the invention, the interaction duration of the reading user for each electronic book is determined according to the time interval between two adjacent interaction operations in each interaction operation executed by the reading user for each electronic book, the deep interaction electronic book corresponding to the reading user is screened according to the interaction duration, and finally the consumption requirement is calculated according to the deep interaction electronic book. According to the method, the electronic books with deeper interaction depth, namely more interest of the user, can be screened out from the electronic books interacted with the user, so that the accuracy of consumption requirements is effectively improved, the conversion rate of the activity content pushed according to the consumption requirements is improved, and the effect of improving the reading capacity of the user is successfully achieved. In addition, in the embodiment, not only the time interval of the interactive operation is considered, but also the special situation of the continuous operation is considered, so that the consumption demand information obtained by final calculation is more accurate.
