Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing book reading authorization according to an embodiment of the present invention, which can be performed by any device having data processing capability. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step S101, obtaining the current login user account information, and judging whether the user account information belongs to a pre-defined target user set.
For example, after the client is started, the current login user account information is acquired, and whether the user account information belongs to a pre-defined target user set is judged, for example, account information of a debit card push target user, which is identified by a platform, is included in the target user set.
And step S102, if the user account information belongs to a pre-defined target user set, judging whether the behavior scene of the user meets the push triggering condition of the debit card.
And if the user account information is judged to belong to a pre-defined target user set, further judging whether the behavior scene of the user meets the debit card pushing condition. It can be seen that in the mode of this embodiment, whether to borrow the card to the user propelling movement need carry out the judgement in two aspects, firstly judge whether the user belongs to the target user set, namely the judgement of user's identity, secondly judge whether the action scene of user accords with borrow the card propelling movement trigger condition, the judgement of propelling movement opportunity promptly, its purpose is in order to borrow the card to the target user propelling movement at the most suitable opportunity, guarantee the accuracy nature of borrowing the card propelling movement. For example, the user account information of a certain user belongs to a preset target user set, and when the user frequently switches books to browse in a book city, the user does not find a target to read, the user does not necessarily have a demand for borrowing the certain book, and when the user stays in a book detail page of the certain book for a long enough time but does not pay to purchase the book, the user is interested in the book, the user has a demand for borrowing the book, and at this time, the borrowing card is pushed to the user, so that the probability that the user purchases the borrowing card is high.
Step S103, if the behavior scene of the user accords with the borrowing card pushing triggering condition, the borrowing card information aiming at the target book is pushed to the user, and the borrowing card information comprises: borrowing card price information and borrowing period information.
If the fact that the user account information belongs to a pre-defined target user set is judged, and the fact that the behavior scene of the user meets the pushing triggering condition of the borrowing card is judged, the borrowing card is pushed to the user, so that the user can pay the amount of money corresponding to the borrowing card, and therefore the time-limited reading permission of the target book is obtained.
The target book may be a book of interest to the user, such as a book that the user is reading but not purchasing, a book that the user joins in a bookshelf but not purchasing, a predicted book matching the book preference of the user, or a book that is configured uniformly, such as a book in a leaderboard, and the like, which is not limited by the present invention.
And step S104, detecting the payment operation of the user for the information of the borrowing card, and configuring a time-limited reading right for the user for the target book according to the borrowing period information.
If the payment operation of the user for the information of the borrowing card is detected, the user can obtain the time-limited reading permission of the target book, namely, if the user purchases the borrowing card of the target book, the user can read the target book free of charge within the time limited by the borrowing card. In specific implementation, the price of the borrowing card is set to be smaller than the actual price of the target book, so that the user can spend less funds to obtain the time-limited reading authority of the book, and compared with the price of paying the book in full amount, the borrowing card can attract the user to pay for the book.
Optionally, after the debit card information is pushed to the user, in response to a viewing operation of the user for the debit card information, a debit card payment page is displayed in a skipping mode, and the debit card payment page is displayed with debit card price information, debit cycle information and target book information. The user clicks and views the debit card to directly jump the debit card payment interface, the operation of the user is convenient, the user is prevented from giving up payment due to the complex payment process,
according to the processing method for the book reading permission provided by the embodiment, the current login user account information is obtained, whether the user account information belongs to a pre-defined target user set or not is judged, so that whether the current login user belongs to a target user or not is identified, if the user account information belongs to the pre-defined target user set, whether a behavior scene of the user meets a borrowing card pushing trigger condition or not is further judged, so that whether a borrowing card pushing opportunity occurs or not is judged, and therefore the borrowing card is pushed to a user with a real borrowing demand at the most appropriate opportunity, and the borrowing card pushing accuracy is ensured; if the user account information belongs to a pre-defined target user set and the behavior scene of the user also meets the reading card pushing triggering condition, card borrowing information aiming at the target book is pushed to the user, wherein the card borrowing information comprises: borrowing card price information and borrowing cycle information so that a user can obtain the borrowing card information to pay; the payment operation of the user for the information of the borrowing card is detected, and the time-limited reading permission for the target book is configured for the user according to the borrowing cycle information, so that the user can obtain the book reading permission with limited duration by purchasing the borrowing card. Through the mode, the debit card is pushed to the target user at the most appropriate time, the accurate pushing of the debit card is realized, the pushing resource waste is avoided, the debit card with the lower price is pushed to the user, compared with the price of a full payment book, the price threshold of the user for obtaining the reading permission of the book is reduced, the user can be attracted to pay and purchase, the conversion rate of conversion from a non-paying user to a paying user is improved, and the occupation ratio of the paying user is kept.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing book reading authorization according to another embodiment of the present invention, which can be executed by any device with data processing capability. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
step S201, judging whether the user is a target user for pushing the debit card according to the historical behavior information and/or the account balance information of the user, and if so, adding the user account information of the user to a target user set.
Any behavior generated by the user when using the reading platform is recorded by the background server, so that the historical behavior information and account balance information of the user can be inquired and obtained from the background server according to the user account information of the user, and the historical behavior information of the user can comprise historical browsing behavior information, historical recharging behavior information, historical purchasing behavior information, historical searching behavior information, historical comment behavior information, historical praise behavior information and the like.
The step of judging whether the user is a target user for pushing the debit card may include the following several embodiments:
the first embodiment: determining a reading user attribute label of a user according to historical behavior information of the user; wherein reading the user attribute tag comprises: a local book user tag and a book city book user tag; and judging whether the user is a target user for pushing the debit card according to the reading user attribute tag of the user.
The local book user refers to a user who directly imports a locally downloaded book to a reading platform for reading, the user usually does not buy the book for reading, and the possibility of the demand of book borrowing is low; the book users in the book city refer to users who buy books from the reading platform to read, and the users generally buy the books to read and have the demand of borrowing the books. Therefore, when the reading user attribute tag of the user is a book user tag in the book city, the user is determined to be a target user for pushing the debit card.
Optionally, the number of the local books and the books in the book city in the user bookshelf or read is counted, if the ratio of the number of the local books in the user bookshelf or read exceeds a preset value, the attribute tag of the reading user of the user is determined to be the local book user tag, and otherwise, the attribute tag of the reading user of the user is determined to be the book user tag in the book city. Of course, the invention is not limited thereto.
The second embodiment: in this way, on the basis of the first implementation manner, it is further determined whether the user is a user with a demand for book borrowing by combining the liveness of the user, specifically: evaluating the activity degree score of the user according to the historical behavior information of the user; and judging whether the user is a target user for pushing the debit card according to the activity score of the user and the reading user attribute label of the user. For example, according to historical browsing behavior information, historical recharging behavior information, historical purchasing behavior information, historical searching behavior information, historical comment behavior information, historical praise behavior information and the like of the user, the time and frequency of various behaviors of the user are counted, the liveness score of the user is obtained through evaluation, if the liveness score is high, the user frequently uses a reading platform and is a faithful user of the reading platform, and whether the user has the demand of borrowing books can be judged more accurately by combining the book type of the user in normal reading.
Preferably, if the liveness information score of the user exceeds a preset value and the reading user attribute tag of the user is a book user tag in a book city, the user is determined to be a target user for pushing the debit card. That is, if the user has a high activity and is a book user in the book city, it indicates that the user is interested in purchasing books for reading in the platform, and the user has a high demand for book borrowing, and directly determines that the user is a target user for card borrowing and pushing.
Third embodiment: determining the frequency and/or the amount of historical purchasing behavior of the user according to the historical purchasing behavior information of the user; and judging whether the user is a target user for pushing the debit card according to the historical purchasing behavior frequency and/or the historical purchasing behavior amount of the user. The method comprises the steps of judging whether a user pushes a target user for the borrowing card according to the amount and/or frequency of money related to purchasing behaviors of the reading platform within a certain time, wherein the amount and/or frequency of money related to purchasing behaviors of the user within a certain time is not more than a threshold value and/or the frequency of money related to purchasing behaviors of the user within a certain time is not more than a preset threshold value, and the situation shows that the purchasing ability of the user is not strong and the book borrowing requirement is met.
Fourth embodiment: and judging whether the user is a target user for pushing the debit card or not according to the account balance information of the user, and if the account balance of the user is less than the current price of reading books by the user, judging that the user is the target user for pushing the debit card. In this way, if the account balance of the user is less than the price of the book currently being read, which indicates that the balance of the user cannot purchase the book in which the user is interested, the user has a demand for book borrowing, and it is determined that the user is a target user for card borrowing push.
In practical applications, the various embodiments described above may be implemented alone to determine whether the user is the target user for pushing the debit card, or may be combined with various embodiments to determine whether the user is the target user for pushing the debit card, which is not limited in this disclosure.
Step S202, obtaining the current login user account information, and judging whether the user account information belongs to the target user set.
And acquiring the current login user account information of the client, and inquiring whether the user account information exists in a target user set.
Step S203, if the user account information belongs to the target user set, determining whether the behavior scene of the user meets the debit card push trigger condition.
If the information of the currently logged-in user account exists in the target user set, further judging that the information meets the debit card push triggering condition, wherein the specific implementation mode is as follows: and judging whether the behavior scene of the user is a behavior scene of not purchasing books according to the historical behavior information of the user, and if so, judging that the behavior scene of the user meets the push triggering condition of the debit card. The book unpurchased behavior scenario generally refers to a behavior scenario in which a user has an opportunity to purchase a book but abandons the purchase of the book, and may include one or more of the following: browsing unpurchased behavior scenarios, searched unpurchased behavior scenarios, collected unpurchased behavior scenarios, paid chapter unpurchased behavior scenarios, abandoning book order behavior scenarios.
The browsed and unpurchased behavior scene refers to a scene that a user browses a detail page of a book but does not purchase the book, the searched and unpurchased behavior scene refers to a scene that the user accurately searches the book but does not purchase the book, the collected and unpurchased behavior scene refers to a scene that the user has added the book to a bookshelf, a book list and/or a shopping cart but does not purchase the book, the paid section unpurchased behavior scene refers to a scene that the reading progress of the user reaches a paid section but the user does not purchase a subsequent paid section, and the book order abandoning behavior scene refers to a scene that the user has entered a book order payment page but does not complete payment. In the non-purchasing behavior scenario, the user may give up purchasing due to the price of the book, and then may push a debit card with a relatively low price to the user, that is, the debit card meets the push triggering condition of the debit card, so that the user may obtain the time-limited reading right of the book by purchasing the debit card. The above-mentioned unpurchased behavior scenes can be obtained by analyzing the user behavior information, and certainly, the unpurchased behavior scenes include, but are not limited to, the above-mentioned scenes, and the actual application can be set according to the actual business needs.
Step S204, if the behavior scene of the user accords with the borrowing card pushing triggering condition, the borrowing card information aiming at the target book is pushed to the user, and the borrowing card information comprises: borrowing card price information and borrowing period information.
If the fact that the user belongs to the target borrowing card pushing user is judged, and the fact that the behavior scene of the user meets the pushing triggering condition of the borrowing card is judged, borrowing card information of the target book is pushed to the user, so that the user can pay the amount of money corresponding to the borrowing card, and therefore the time-limited reading permission of the target book is obtained. On the contrary, if neither of the two conditions is satisfied, which indicates that the user does not have the demand for borrowing books, the borrowing card information does not need to be pushed to the user.
And step S205, detecting the payment operation of the user for the borrowing card information, and configuring a time-limited reading right for the target book for the user according to the borrowing cycle information.
And if the payment operation of the user for the debit card information is detected, configuring the time-limited reading authority of the target book for the user. For example, assume that the debit card price information is: 1 yuan, borrowing period information is as follows: and 7 days, the user can obtain the free reading authority of the target book for 7 days by paying 1 yuan, namely, the user can read the target book for free within 7 days from the payment completion time.
Optionally, if the payment operation of the user for the debit card information is not detected, the debit card information is updated, and the updated debit card information is pushed to the user. If the fact that the user is the target user for pushing the borrowing card is determined, and the behavior scene of the user also meets the condition for pushing the borrowing card, the borrowing cards with different prices and different borrowing periods are continuously pushed for the user, and the user with the demand for borrowing books is prevented from being lost.
Step S206, caching the book content of the target book, adding book elements of the cached book content for linking to the target book in the bookshelf page, wherein the book elements show the remaining effective time with the limited reading permission of the user.
In specific implementation, the step may be executed in sequence with the step of configuring the time-limited reading right for the target book for the user according to the borrowing period information, or may be executed simultaneously, which is not limited in the present invention.
When the payment operation of the user for the borrowing card information is detected, the corresponding target book is added into the bookshelf, so that the user can quickly find the borrowed target book. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of caching book contents of a target book, adding book elements linked to the cached book contents in a bookshelf page, wherein the book elements can be book cover pictures which can be triggered, and displaying effective countdown of time-limited reading permission of a user, such as displaying information of '2 days, 8 hours and 20 minutes are left', and the book elements are used for reminding the user of the remaining effective time of the time-limited reading permission and providing convenience for the user.
Optionally, the book element also shows the reading progress of the target book by the user to inform the user of the reading progress of the borrowed book.
Further optionally, book elements of the target book corresponding to the borrowing card are configured to be displayed on top, in practical application, the book elements of the book being read by the user can be arranged at the first position in a bookshelf page, so that the user can read the book quickly, and in the mode, the book elements of the target book corresponding to the borrowing card are displayed on top, so that the book elements corresponding to the target book being borrowed by the user are displayed at the first position forever and cannot be replaced by other book elements. Because the reading authority of the user to the book to be borrowed is limited by time, the book elements of the user are placed on the top and displayed at the obvious position, the remaining time of the card to be borrowed and the remaining content volume of the book are reminded, and the book borrowing method is helpful for urging the user to read the book to be borrowed as soon as possible.
Optionally, in response to an instruction for jumping a bookshelf page or an instruction for refreshing a bookshelf page, the current remaining effective time of the time-limited reading right of the user is requested from the server, so as to update the remaining effective time of the time-limited reading right displayed by the book element. In order to ensure accuracy, when jumping to a book page from other pages or a user refreshes a bookshelf page, the connection server acquires the latest time-limited reading right residual effective time to update the time-limited reading right residual effective time displayed in the bookshelf page, so that the user can be ensured to acquire the accurate time-limited reading right residual effective time every time the user enters the bookshelf page.
Step S207, responding to the reading triggering operation executed by the user through the book element corresponding to the target book, and checking whether the limited time reading authority of the user is overdue; if not, step S208 is executed, and if yes, step S209 is executed.
When a user needs to read a borrowed target book, clicking book elements corresponding to the borrowed target book, namely executing reading triggering operation aiming at the target book, and checking whether the reading authority of the user to the target book is overdue. In order to ensure the accuracy of the verification, a request is submitted to the server so that the server can verify whether the limited time reading authority of the user is expired or not according to the current time.
And step S208, displaying the book content of the cached target book for the user to read.
And if the limited time reading authority of the user is not expired, reading the book content of the target book from the cache, and rendering the book content into a plurality of reading pages for displaying.
Besides the time-limited reading right of the user needs to be checked when the user opens the target book, the time-limited reading right of the user can be checked in the reading process. Optionally, after displaying the book content of the target book, checking whether the time-limited reading right of the user is expired according to a predetermined cycle or in real time; and if so, stopping displaying the book content of the target book and displaying prompt information that the reading authority is overdue.
In an optional manner, the book content of the target book includes at least one book content segment divided according to a preset dimension, for example, a plurality of chapters divided according to a chapter dimension, and the step of caching the book content of the target book specifically includes: according to the reading progress information of the user on the target book, book content fragments are cached, namely, not all book contents of the target book are cached, but the book content fragments closest to the reading progress of the user are cached, so that the cached book content fragments are ensured to be continuously connected with the reading progress of the user, and meanwhile, storage resources can be saved.
In the manner of caching the book content fragments, the manner of checking the limited time reading authority of the user is as follows: if the reading progress information indicates that the user has read the cached book content fragments, checking whether the limited time reading authority of the user is overdue; if not, caching a next book content segment of the cached book content segments, and displaying the cached next book content segment. In the method, whenever the user finishes reading the cached book content segment, the time-limited reading right of the user is checked once, and if the time-limited reading right is not expired, the next book content segment is cached and displayed, so that the user can read the next book content segment conveniently. By the method, the user is guaranteed to finish reading a complete book content fragment when the time limit reading time is up, the user is not allowed to continue reading immediately when the time limit reading time is up, and the influence of time limit reading on the reading experience of the user is reduced. On the contrary, if the user has read the cached book content segment and the limited reading authority thereof has expired, the next book content segment is not cached any more, and the prompt message that the reading authority has expired is displayed.
Step S209, acquiring reading progress information and reading speed information of the target book by the user, and pushing the card renewal information for the target book to the user according to the reading progress information and the reading speed information, wherein the card renewal information includes: the card renewal price information and the renewal period information.
If the limited time reading authority of the user is expired, namely the borrowing authority of the user is expired, determining the time required by the user to read the residual content of the book according to the reading progress and the reading speed of the borrowed book by the user, pushing a repayment card aiming at the target book to the user, wherein the price of the repayment card can be set to be higher than that of the borrowing card. For example, the user purchases a 1 yuan-7 day debit card, if the user reads 20% of the book contents when the limited reading authority is expired, it means that the user needs 4 and 7 days to complete the reading of the remaining book contents, and the price of the debit card is determined to be 4 yuan, and the debit period is determined to be 28 days.
Step S210, detecting payment operation of the user for the information of the interest card, and updating the time-limited reading authority of the user for the target book according to the information of the interest cycle.
If the payment operation of the user for the information of the interest card is detected, updating the time-limited reading authority of the user for the target book, for example, the time-limited reading authority of the target book obtained by the user through purchasing a borrowing card ranges from 1 month to 1 month and 7 days, the user purchases a 7-day time-limited interest card for the target book at 1 month and 8 days, and the time for updating the time-limited reading authority of the user for the target book ranges from 1 month and 8 days to 1 month and 14 days. Therefore, in the mode of the embodiment, after the borrowing authority of the user is expired, the reasonable price and the periodic renewal card are continuously pushed to the user according to the reading speed and the reading progress of the borrowed book by the user, and the loss rate of the paying user is favorably reduced.
According to the book reading permission processing method provided by the embodiment, on one hand, whether the user belongs to a target user pushed by a borrowing card is determined by combining historical behavior information and/or account balance information of the user, so that a user set of the target user pushed by the borrowing card is obtained by dividing, and users who really have book borrowing requirements can be screened out; on the other hand, after the client logs in, whether the user account information belongs to a user set of a pushing target user or not is judged, whether the time for pushing the borrowing card occurs or not is judged according to the behavior information of the user, and when the user account information belongs to the user set of the pushing target user and the time for pushing the borrowing card occurs, the borrowing card information is determined to be pushed to the user, the borrowing card can be pushed to the user with the borrowing demand at the most proper time, the pushing accuracy of the borrowing card is ensured, and the waste of pushing resources is avoided; on the other hand, if the fact that the user is the target user for pushing the borrowing card is determined, the behavior scene of the user also meets the condition for pushing the borrowing card, but the user does not purchase the pushed borrowing card, the borrowing cards with different prices and different borrowing cycles are continuously pushed for the user, and the user with the demand of borrowing books is prevented from being lost; on the other hand, the borrowing card is pushed to the user, so that the user can obtain the reading permission of the book within the limited time by purchasing the borrowing card, the book borrowing function is realized, the price threshold of the user for obtaining the reading permission of the book is reduced, the user can be attracted to pay for purchase, and the conversion rate from a non-paying user to a paying user is improved; on the other hand, book contents of a target book borrowed by a user are cached, the book contents are added into the bookshelf, book elements of the target book are displayed in a page of the bookshelf, the book elements are always displayed on the top, and the remaining effective time of the time-limited reading authority of the user and the reading progress of the user on the target book are displayed in the book elements, so that the borrowed book can be conveniently and quickly found by the user, the remaining time and the reading progress of a card borrowed by the user can be automatically reminded, and the user experience is improved; on the other hand, when the bookshelf page is jumped or refreshed, the server is connected to obtain the latest effective time of the time-limited reading permission of the user, so that the user can obtain the accurate remaining effective time of the time-limited reading permission every time the user enters the bookshelf page; on the other hand, book contents are divided into a plurality of book content segments, only one book content segment is cached during each caching, storage resources can be saved, when a user finishes reading the cached book content segment, whether the limited time reading authority of the user is expired is checked, and the next book content segment is continuously cached if the limited time reading authority of the user is not expired, so that the user finishes reading a complete book content segment when the limited time reading time is up, the situation that the time of limited time reading is up to interrupt the reading of the user suddenly is avoided, and the influence of limited time reading on the reading experience of the user is reduced; on the other hand, when the borrowing authority of the user is expired, the continuous borrowing card is pushed out to the user again according to the reading progress and the reading speed of the user on the book, so that the user can obtain the reading authority of the limited time again through payment, the user is enabled to be accustomed to and accept the payment principle of the platform, and the proportion of the payment user is further kept.
