By adopting the technical scheme, the definition of the equipment menu can be improved when the non-system menu image with the resolution ratio smaller than the screen resolution ratio of the display equipment is displayed, the user can accurately identify and select the menu, the time consumed by the user for repeatedly selecting and confirming the system menu is reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.

an image synthesizing module 403, configured to synthesize the system menu image and the second non-system menu image into an image to be displayed according to the first synthesis information, and display the image to be displayed through the display device.
In the menu display apparatus provided by the fourth embodiment of the present invention, the data to be displayed obtaining module obtains the system menu image to be displayed on the display device, the first non-system menu image to be processed, and the first synthesis information of the system menu image and the first non-system menu image, the resolution enlarging module enlarges the first resolution of the obtained first non-system menu image into the second resolution to form the second non-system menu image, the image synthesis module synthesizes the obtained system menu image and the formed second non-system menu image into the image to be displayed according to the obtained first synthesis information, and the display device displays the image to be displayed. By adopting the technical scheme, when the image to be displayed is formed, only the non-system menu image contained in the image to be displayed is amplified, the definition of the menu of the display equipment can be improved, the user can accurately identify and select the menu, the time consumed by the user for repeatedly selecting and confirming the system menu is reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Further, the display device of the menu provided by the embodiment may further include: and the system menu image drawing module is used for drawing the system menu image of the display equipment based on the resolution of the display equipment main control chip before the data to be displayed of the display equipment is acquired.
In the foregoing solution, the system menu image drawing module may include: the pixel color information determining unit is used for determining the pixel color information of each pixel point in the menu bitmap image of the display equipment according to a set menu drawing rule, and the resolution of the menu bitmap image is the same as that of the main control chip; and the first coloring unit is used for coloring each pixel point in the menu bitmap image based on the pixel color information so as to form a system menu image of the display equipment.
Further, the display device of the menu provided by the embodiment may further include: and the menu bitmap generation unit is used for acquiring the resolution of a main control chip of the display equipment before determining the pixel color information of each pixel point in the menu bitmap image of the display equipment according to the set menu drawing rule, and generating the menu bitmap image of the display equipment based on the resolution.
In the above solution, the image synthesis module 403 may include: a second synthesis information determination unit configured to determine second synthesis information of the system menu image and the second non-system menu image according to the first synthesis information and a preset synthesis rule; and the image synthesis unit is used for synthesizing the system menu image and the second non-system menu image into an image to be displayed according to the second synthesis information, and displaying the image to be displayed through the display equipment.
In the above solution, the resolution amplifying module 402 may include: a corresponding relation determining unit, configured to determine, according to the first resolution and the amplified second resolution, a corresponding relation between each first pixel point in the first non-system menu image and each pixel point in the non-menu bitmap image of the display device, where each pixel point in the non-menu bitmap image corresponds to each pixel point on the screen of the display device one to one; a second color information determining unit, configured to determine second color information of each pixel point in the non-menu bitmap image based on the correspondence and the first color information of each first pixel point; and the second coloring unit is used for coloring the non-menu bitmap image based on the second color information to form a second non-system menu image.
Further, the first resolution is a resolution of the main control chip of the display device, and accordingly, the display apparatus of the menu provided in this embodiment may further include: the system comprises an original data acquisition module, a display module and a resolution ratio calculation module, wherein the original data acquisition module is used for acquiring original data received by the display device before acquiring data to be displayed of the display device, and the original data comprises original non-system menu data and an original resolution ratio for rendering the original non-system menu data; and the to-be-processed image generation module is used for rendering the original non-system menu data based on the first resolution to form a first non-system menu image when the original resolution is smaller than the first resolution.
The menu display device provided by the fourth embodiment of the invention can execute the menu display method provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the menu display method. For details of the menu display method provided in any embodiment of the present invention, reference may be made to the technical details not described in detail in this embodiment.

Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a display apparatus according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the display apparatus includes a processor 50 and a memory 51, and may further include an input device 52 and an output device 53; the number of the processors 50 in the display device may be one or more, and one processor 50 is taken as an example in fig. 5; the processor 50, the memory 51, the input device 52 and the output device 53 in the display apparatus may be connected by a bus or other means, and the connection by the bus is exemplified in fig. 5.
The memory 51, as a computer-readable storage medium, may be used to store software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the display method of the menu in the embodiment of the present invention (for example, the data-to-be-displayed acquisition module 401, the resolution enlargement module 402, and the image synthesis module 403 in the display apparatus of the menu). The processor 50 executes various functional applications and data processing of the display device, that is, implements the above-described menu display method, by executing software programs, instructions, and modules stored in the memory 51.
The memory 51 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal, and the like. Further, the memory 51 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, the memory 51 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 50, which may be connected to the display device over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The input device 52 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function controls of the display apparatus. The output device 53 may include a display device such as a display screen.

An embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a computer processor, perform a method for displaying a menu, the method including:
acquiring data to be displayed of display equipment, wherein the data to be displayed comprises a system menu image to be displayed, a first non-system menu image to be displayed and first synthesis information of the system menu image and the first non-system menu image;
magnifying a first resolution of the first non-system menu image to a second resolution to form a second non-system menu image;
and synthesizing the system menu image and the second non-system menu image into an image to be displayed according to the first synthesis information, and displaying the image to be displayed through the display equipment.
Of course, the storage medium provided by the embodiment of the present invention contains computer-executable instructions, and the computer-executable instructions are not limited to the operations of the method described above, and may also perform related operations in the menu display method provided by any embodiment of the present invention.

1. A method for displaying a menu, comprising:
acquiring data to be displayed of a display device, wherein the data to be displayed comprises a system menu image to be displayed, a first non-system menu image to be displayed and first synthesis information of the system menu image and the first non-system menu image, the resolution of the system menu image is a first resolution, and the first resolution is the resolution of a main control chip of the display device;
magnifying a first resolution of the first non-system menu image to a second resolution to form a second non-system menu image;
determining second synthesis information of the system menu image and the second non-system menu image according to the first synthesis information and a preset synthesis rule;
and synthesizing the system menu image and the second non-system menu image into an image to be displayed according to the second synthesis information, and displaying the image to be displayed through the display equipment.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the obtaining data to be displayed of the display device, further comprising:
and drawing a system menu image of the display equipment based on the resolution of the main control chip of the display equipment.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the rendering the system menu image of the display device based on the resolution of the display device host chip comprises:
determining pixel color information of each pixel point in a menu bitmap image of the display equipment according to a set menu drawing rule, wherein the resolution of the menu bitmap image is the same as that of a main control chip of the display equipment;
and coloring each pixel point in the menu bitmap image based on the pixel color information to form a system menu image of the display equipment.
4. The method according to claim 3, before the determining pixel color information of each pixel point in the menu bitmap image of the display device according to the set menu drawing rule, further comprising:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining the resolution ratio of a display equipment main control chip, and generating a menu bitmap image of the display equipment based on the resolution ratio of the display equipment main control chip.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein said magnifying the first resolution of the first non-system menu image to a second resolution to form a second non-system menu image comprises:
determining a corresponding relation between each first pixel point in the first non-system menu image and each pixel point in a non-menu bitmap image of the display device according to the first resolution and the amplified second resolution, wherein each pixel point in the non-menu bitmap image corresponds to each pixel point on a screen of the display device one to one;
determining second color information of each pixel point in the non-menu bitmap image based on the corresponding relation and the first color information of each first pixel point;
and coloring the non-menu bitmap image based on the second color information to form a second non-system menu image.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the obtaining data to be displayed of the display device, further comprising:
acquiring original data received by the display equipment, wherein the original data comprises original non-system menu data and original resolution for rendering the original non-system menu data;
rendering the original non-system menu data based on the first resolution to form a first non-system menu image if the original resolution is less than the first resolution.
7. A display device of a menu, comprising:
the display device comprises a to-be-displayed data acquisition module, a display module and a display module, wherein the to-be-displayed data acquisition module is used for acquiring to-be-displayed data of a display device, the to-be-displayed data comprises a to-be-displayed system menu image, a to-be-displayed first non-system menu image and first synthesis information of the system menu image and the first non-system menu image, the resolution of the system menu image is a first resolution, and the first resolution is the resolution of a main control chip of the display device;
a resolution magnification module for magnifying a first resolution of the first non-system menu image to a second resolution to form a second non-system menu image;
the image synthesis module is used for synthesizing the system menu image and the second non-system menu image into an image to be displayed according to the first synthesis information and displaying the image to be displayed through the display equipment;
wherein the image synthesis module comprises: a second synthesis information determination unit configured to determine second synthesis information of the system menu image and the second non-system menu image according to the first synthesis information and a preset synthesis rule; and the image synthesis unit is used for synthesizing the system menu image and the second non-system menu image into an image to be displayed according to the second synthesis information, and displaying the image to be displayed through the display equipment.
8. A display device, characterized in that the display device comprises:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement a method of displaying a menu as claimed in any one of claims 1-6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a method of displaying a menu according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
