The card outlet of the card feeding frame 205 is provided with a card feeding mechanism for feeding out a small number of playing cards, and the card feeding mechanism can refer to a card feeding mechanism in a card feeding device disclosed in patent document with publication number CN105854274a, but the preferred embodiment is as follows: as shown in fig. 6, the card discharging mechanism comprises a card blocking plate 602, a conveying roller B215 and a card discharging pinch roller 214, wherein the card blocking plate 602 is provided with a vertical extension part, the vertical extension part is arranged at a card discharging port of the card feeding frame 205 to limit the number of the playing cards discharged once, a channel for discharging the playing cards is formed between the bottom of the card blocking plate 602 and a conveying belt 213 below the card blocking plate 602, the card discharging pinch roller 214 is arranged on the card blocking plate 602, and the card discharging pinch roller 214 is matched with the conveying roller B215 below the card blocking plate to further limit the number of the playing cards discharged once. The card discharging pinch roller 214 is preferably pressed against the playing card above by the pressing component, so as to realize quick separation of a plurality of playing cards stacked up and down, for example, as shown in fig. 7, a pinch roller frame 218 capable of rotating relatively is arranged on the card blocking plate 602, the card discharging pinch roller 214 is mounted on the movable end of the pinch roller frame 218, and the movable end of the pinch roller frame 218 rotates in one direction by a spring or dead weight, so that the card discharging pinch roller 214 presses the upper one of the playing cards entering the card discharging port.
In order to avoid the playing card from being embedded into the gap between the conveying belt and the inner wall of the tail of the card feeding frame, as shown in fig. 6, a notch 2053 concave backwards is added on the inner wall of the tail of the card feeding frame 205, so that the joint of the conveying belt 213 and the card feeding frame 205 can not be inserted when the playing card retreats. The cam structure 2131 is added at the bottom of the conveying surface of the conveying belt 213, so that the playing cards can be separated in a floating way up and down, and the problem that two playing cards are firmly propped side by side and cannot be separated and sent out can be avoided; the cam structure 2131 may be a fixed structure but is preferably an adjustable structure driven by a motor for ease of debugging and selective use.
As shown in fig. 6, 11, 12 and 13, the card managing apparatus 6 in this embodiment includes a card feeding belt 605, a card managing belt 608, a card shifting wheel 610 and a side baffle 6011 mounted on a card holder 601, and a card pressing wheel 603 mounted on the card blocking plate 602. The card feeding belt 605 is arranged on the card sorting bracket 601 through the card feeding roller A604 and the card feeding roller B606, so that playing cards entering the card sorting device 6 can be transferred, the card feeding roller A604 is positioned on the card feeding side of the card feeding belt 605, the card feeding roller B606 is positioned on the card discharging side of the card feeding belt 605, the card sorting belt 608 and the side baffle 6011 are respectively positioned on the other two sides of the card feeding belt 605, the roller shafts of the card sorting belt 608 are vertically arranged, the movement direction of the card sorting belt 608 is opposite to that of the card feeding belt 605, the card baffle 602 is provided with a transverse extension part, the transverse extension part is positioned above the card feeding belt 605, a card passing channel for the playing cards to pass through is formed between the card feeding belt and the card feeding roller, and the card baffle 602 is also provided with a pressing wheel 607 matched with the card feeding roller B606. The card channel is closed up and down by the card baffle 602 and the card feeding belt 605, the card channel is closed left and right by the card tidying belt 608 and the side baffle 6011, the card channel is provided with a card inlet at the back and a card outlet at the front, the card pressing wheel 603 stretches into the card channel and can press the playing cards on the card feeding belt 605, the card poking wheel 610 is positioned at one side of the card tidying belt 608 close to the card outlet, the shaft of the card poking wheel 610 is vertically arranged, the moving direction of the card poking wheel 610 is opposite to the moving direction of the card tidying belt 608, and the card poking wheel 610 is provided with a card poking part 6101 for pushing the playing cards. As shown in fig. 17, the card sorting belt 608 and the side baffle 6011 are arranged in a horn shape with a large card inlet and a small card outlet, the shortest distance L from the card sorting belt 608 to the side baffle 6011 is greater than the width of the playing card and smaller than the length of the playing card, and the shortest distance M from the card dialing part 6101 on the card dialing wheel 610 to the side baffle 6011 is greater than the width of the playing card and smaller than the shortest distance L from the card sorting belt 608 to the side baffle 6011. Thus, when the card feeding belt 605 forwards feeds the playing cards, the card feeding belt 605 contacts with the card arranging belt 608, the card arranging belt 608 can drive the playing cards to rotate and adjust the direction so that the playing cards can pass through the card feeding channel, the card blocking plate 602 and the card pressing wheel 603 can avoid floating and dead locking of the rotating playing cards, the card pressing wheel 603 can provide the rotating center range of the playing cards so as to improve card arranging efficiency, and the card stirring wheel 610 can correct the transferring direction of the playing cards, so that the playing cards in various directions can be rapidly fed out according to one direction after passing through the card arranging device 6.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the cover support 203 and the card arranging support 601 are both installed on one side of the card outlet of the card feeding frame 205, the card arranging support 601 is fixedly connected with or integrally formed with the card feeding frame 205, the card blocking plate 602 is fixed or integrally formed below the cover support 203, and the cover support 203 can be fixedly connected with or integrally formed with the card feeding frame 205. But preferably, the cover plate support 203 is movably connected with the card feeding frame 205 through the connecting arm 208, so that the cover plate support 203 and the card blocking plate 602 can be opened upwards, and thus when the playing cards in the card feeding channel of the card sorting device 6 need to be cleaned, the card feeding bin gate 201 and the card blocking plate 602 can be turned upwards, so that the card feeding channel of the playing cards is opened, the playing cards in the channel are cleaned conveniently, and the assembly, the debugging and the later maintenance are convenient. In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 26 and 27, a card arranging cover plate frame 6021 is fixedly connected above the card blocking plate 602, the card arranging cover plate frame 6021 covers above the card blocking plate 602, one end of the card arranging cover plate frame 6021 is hinged to the card arranging support 601 at two sides of the card outlet of the card feeding channel, and the other end of the card arranging cover plate frame 6021 is in snap connection with the card feeding frame 205 above the card feeding inlet of the card feeding channel. When in snap connection, the card arranging cover plate frame 6021 and the card baffle 602 are integrally covered above the card moving channel to form an upper seal; when the buckling relation is released, the end part of the card arranging cover plate frame 6021 is a movable end part, and can be turned relative to the hinged end; when the playing cards in the card moving channel of the card sorting device 6 need to be cleaned, the card sorting cover plate frame 6021 and the card blocking plate 602 at the lower end of the card sorting cover plate frame are turned upwards, so that the card moving channel of the playing cards is opened, the playing cards in the channel are convenient to clean, and the assembly, the debugging and the later maintenance are convenient. The buckle connection structure is specifically that a side wall of a frame body of the card feeding frame 205 is provided with a pin hole, and two axially opposite pin holes 612 are preferably arranged; the pin shaft, the shift lever driving the pin shaft to axially move, and the elastic component (such as a spring) are arranged in the card arranging cover plate frame 6021, the elastic component can drive the pin shaft to enter the pin hole 612 to form a buckling relationship, and the shift lever is operated by external force, so that the pin shaft can be pulled out of the pin hole 612 against the elasticity of the elastic component, and the buckling relationship is relieved. Further, the upper end surface of the card blocking plate 602 is sleeved with the lower end surface of the card sorting cover plate frame 6021 through a mortise and tenon structure, the mortise and tenon sleeved end is positioned above the card feeding end of the card feeding channel, and the card blocking plate 602 and the card sorting cover plate frame 6021 are basically fixed through the mortise and tenon structure; only an adjusting spring 613 is arranged between the card baffle 602 above the card outlet end of the card channel and the card arranging cover plate frame 6021 as a connecting part, and a pressing wheel 607 matched with the card feeding roller B606 is also arranged on the card baffle 602; under the structure, the card baffle 602 above the card outlet end of the card moving channel is not completely fixed, the card baffle 602 has certain material elasticity, and the adjusting spring can apply downward force to the card baffle 602; with this structure, the fit clearance between the pressing wheel 607 and the card feeding roller B606 is relatively adjustable, so as to avoid damage caused by card jamming.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the side baffle 6011 is fixedly connected with or integrally formed with the card arranging bracket 601; the card feeding roller A604 of the card feeding belt 605 is in transmission connection with the card feeding motor 611 arranged on the card sorting support 601, the roller shaft of the card sorting belt 608 is in transmission connection with the card sorting motor 609 arranged on the card sorting support 601, and the roller shaft of the card sorting belt 608 is in transmission connection with the card poking wheel 610 through gears. The card dialing part 6101 on the card dialing wheel 610 may be in the shape of a bar, a tooth or a sheet, and preferably, the card dialing part 6101 is made of rubber or soft plastic with elasticity. As shown in fig. 24 and 25, in another embodiment, the card pulling portion 6101 has an inclined card pushing surface 6102, and the position of the card pulling portion 6101 contacting the playing card changes during the rotation of the card pulling portion 6101 by the card pulling wheel 610. The card pulling part can be spirally arranged, and the card pushing surface on the card pulling part can be a curved surface (concave-convex inclined surface) or a flat inclined surface, and only the playing card can be lifted in the rotating direction of the card pulling part. The setting is pressed to the card shifting portion, because the card pushing surface 6102 of card shifting portion inclines, in the process of shifting the transfer direction of the card of the correction playing card in the card shifting wheel, the card shifting portion can drive one corner of the playing card contacted with the card shifting portion to be lifted upwards to be separated from the card conveying belt, the force required for shifting the playing card is small in the separation state of the playing card and the card conveying belt, the contact position of the card shifting portion and the playing card is always changed, the situation that the card only contacts the same position of the card shifting wheel is avoided, the damage of the playing card to the card shifting portion is reduced, and therefore the service life of the card shifting wheel is prolonged.
The convex rings 6041 are arranged on the circumferences of the two sides of the card feeding roller A604 extending out of the card feeding belt 605, so that the position, which is not covered by the card feeding belt 605, of the card feeding position of the horn-shaped card feeding channel also forms the transferring power for transferring the playing cards, and the playing cards are prevented from being blocked or staying in the card feeding channel. Preferably, the convex ring 6041 on the circumference of the card feeding roller A604 near the side of the baffle 6011 has an outer diameter higher than the conveying surface of the card feeding belt 605, so that the playing cards can move towards the side of the card sorting belt 608, the card sorting efficiency is improved, and the card locking of the playing cards is further avoided. Further preferably, the collar 6041 is helical to further facilitate movement of the playing cards to the side of the card managing belt 608.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6, the minimum distance between the card baffle 602 and the conveyer 213 is smaller than the minimum distance between the card baffle 602 and the card feeding belt 605, so that the card feeding amount of the card feeding port of the card feeding channel can be limited, and the card arranging space is sufficient, thereby ensuring smooth card feeding and card arranging.
Preferably, the card arranging belt 608 has a surface structure such as grooves, ribs or bars on the outer surface contacting with the playing cards, so as to facilitate the rotation of the playing cards, thereby improving card arranging efficiency.
The card pressing wheel 603 may be fixed, but the card pressing wheel 603 preferably may move up and down through power transmission, so that the card pressing wheel 603 may be lifted to reduce friction of playing cards when the card sorting device is fast in card discharging, and the card pressing wheel 603 may be pressed down to ensure card sorting efficiency when the card sorting device is not in card discharging for a long time. The card pressing wheel 603 can be driven by a motor to move up and down.
The card arranging method comprises the following steps:
as shown in figure 14, the playing cards 1000 are placed in the card feeding frame at any angle, the card feeding motor drives the card feeding belt 605 to move to transfer the playing cards, the card feeding belt is horizontally placed on the playing cards, the card pressing wheel rolls to press the playing cards, when the playing cards do not move forward with the width edge, the playing cards can contact the card sorting belt 608 moving backwards, under the simultaneous action of the card feeding belt 605 and the card sorting belt 608, as shown in figure 15, the playing cards rotate clockwise, the playing cards continue to move forwards until the card outlet direction is adjusted to be the width edge forward, in this way, the card sorting belt rotates to sort the playing cards forward with the width edge, as shown in figure 16, the card pulling wheel 610 dials the transfer direction of the playing cards, and the card feeding belt translates the playing cards to be sent out, and the card sorting is finished.
As shown in fig. 18, 19 and 20, the card distributing device 7 preferably refers to a card discharging mechanism of a card feeding device in the patent document with publication number CN105854274a, in this embodiment, the card distributing device 7 preferably includes a card distributing bin 701, a conveying mechanism 702 is disposed at the bottom of the card distributing bin 701, a card discharging mechanism is disposed at a card discharging port of the card distributing bin 701, the card discharging mechanism includes a card feeding pressing plate a703, a card feeding roller a711, a card feeding pressing plate B710, a card feeding roller B709, a card discharging pressing plate 704, a card discharging pressing roller 705 and a card discharging roller 706, and the card feeding roller a711, the card feeding roller B709 and the card discharging roller 706 are disposed on the card distributing bin 701 in parallel and are in transmission connection with a card distributing motor 708 through a gear set; the card feeding pressing plate A703 is fixed on the card distributing bin 701, the card feeding pressing plate A703 and the card feeding roller A711 are arranged up and down correspondingly and are used for the passing of the playing cards, the bottom of the card feeding pressing plate A703 is provided with a pressing plate convex strip, the pressing plate convex strip is staggered with the axis of the card feeding roller A711 by a horizontal distance d, the pressing plate convex strip is closer to the card storage space of the card distributing bin 701 than the axis of the card feeding roller A711, the pressing plate convex strip is lower than the top of the card feeding roller A711, and a gap for the passing of the playing cards is formed between the pressing plate convex strip and the card feeding roller A711; the card feeding pressing plate B710 is fixed on the card distributing bin 701, the card feeding pressing plate B710 and the card feeding roller B709 are arranged up and down correspondingly, a gap for the playing cards to pass through is reserved between the card feeding pressing plate B710 and the card feeding roller B709, a plurality of annular protrusions are arranged on the card feeding roller B709, a groove A corresponding to the annular protrusions is arranged on the card feeding pressing plate B710, and the annular protrusions on the card feeding roller B709 protrude into the corresponding groove A on the card feeding pressing plate B710; the card discharging pressing plate 704 is movably arranged on the card distributing bin 701 and endows the card distributing bin with a downward pressing trend through an elastic mechanism, the card discharging pressing plate 704 is provided with a card discharging pressing roller 705, and the card discharging pressing roller 705 and the card discharging roller 706 are correspondingly arranged in a vertical rotating way and clamp the playing cards between the two, so that the single playing cards are sent out from a card discharging port of the card feeding device. In the embodiment, the card discharging pressing plate 704 is hinged with the card distributing bin 701 through a rotating shaft and is endowed with a downward pressing trend through a torsion spring (so that the card discharging pressing roller 705 is pressed on the card discharging roller 706); two annular bulges are arranged on the card feeding roller B709, and two grooves A corresponding to the annular bulges are arranged on the card feeding pressing plate B710; the bottom wall of the card distributing bin 701 extends from the card storing space to the card feeding roller B709, and a space for discharging paper scraps of the playing cards is reserved between the card feeding roller B709 and the card discharging roller 706, so that the faults of moving parts or the faults of sensors caused by the paper scraps are avoided.
In the prior art, as disclosed in patent documents such as CN2801230Y, CN203303617U, a dealing limit plate is adopted to limit the card outlet height of a card outlet of a dealing bin, or the card outlet height of the card outlet of the dealing bin is limited by arranging an upper roller and a lower roller which are oppositely rolled up and down, the number of playing cards passing through the card outlet of the dealing bin is limited by the structure, and the structure is very easy to be blocked when a plurality of playing cards enter the card outlet of the dealing bin, so that the requirement on the used playing cards is very high, the size adjustment of the card outlet of the dealing bin is also required to be completely consistent with the thickness of the playing cards, and the situation that a plurality of playing cards cannot be separated and blocked at the card outlet of the dealing bin due to static electricity or viscosity between the playing cards is also easy to be caused during use.
In order to solve the technical problem, the gap between the pressing plate convex strip and the card feeding pressing plate A703 limits the entrance of only a few playing cards (at most three playing cards in the embodiment), and through the front-back dislocation and the upper-lower overlapping design of the pressing plate convex strip and the card feeding pressing plate A703 (the pressing plate convex strip is staggered with the axis of the card feeding roller A711 by a horizontal distance d and is closer to the card storage space of the card separating bin 701 than the axis of the card feeding roller A711, and the pressing plate convex strip is lower than the top of the card feeding roller A711), when the gap between the pressing plate convex strip and the card feeding roller A711 enters a plurality of playing cards, the entering ends of the playing cards are tilted so that the upper playing cards and the lower playing cards are prevented from being separated by electrostatic adhesion, and the static adhesion of the upper playing cards and the lower playing cards is avoided, because the static friction force between the pressing plate convex strip and the upper playing cards is far greater than the friction force between the upper playing cards and the lower playing cards, and the conveying power of the playing cards is derived from the card feeding roller A is applied to the lower playing cards, and the upper playing cards and the lower playing cards are kept to be separated and the lower cards and the upper and the lower playing cards are kept forward and the lower and are kept temporarily separated. In other embodiments of the card distributing mechanism of the present invention, the upper and lower positions of the card feeding pressing plate a703 and the card feeding roller a711 may be interchanged, or the upper and lower positions of the card feeding pressing plate B710 and the card feeding roller B709 may be interchanged, or the upper and lower positions of the card discharging pressing plate 205 and the card discharging pressing roller 705 and the card discharging roller 706 may be interchanged, or the concave-convex structures on the card feeding roller B709 and the card feeding pressing plate B710 may be interchanged or deformed, so that the effective separation of the plurality of playing cards may be realized, which is one of the specific embodiments applying the playing card separating principle of the present invention. The card feeding pressing plate a703, the card feeding roller a711, the card feeding pressing plate B710, the card feeding roller B709, the card discharging pressing plate 704, the card discharging pressing roller 705 and the card discharging roller 706 may be an integral part or a combined part formed by a plurality of parts to achieve the same function, for example, the card feeding pressing plate B710 may be an integral part with concave-convex structure, the card feeding pressing plate B710 may also be formed by fixing a roller part with concave-convex rings on a pressing plate part, and in another embodiment, the roller part with concave-convex rings is mounted on the pressing plate part in a mode of extremely large rotation resistance (i.e. the roller part can rotate relative to the pressing plate part but has large rotation difficulty resistance).
Preferably, the card feeding pressing plate a703 is formed with an inclined plane or an arc surface on one side of the pressing plate convex strip close to the card feeding direction, so that only a few playing cards enter between the pressing plate convex strip and the card feeding roller a711 after being separated by blocking, and the playing card separating pressure of the card discharging mechanism is reduced. Similarly, the card feeding pressing plate B710 is formed with an inclined plane or an arc surface at one side close to the card feeding direction, so that when two or three playing cards pass through the pressing plate convex strip and the card feeding roller a711 and then tilt up, the playing cards can be further and conveniently moved up and down, and only one or two playing cards enter between the card feeding pressing plate B710 and the card feeding roller B709 through blocking, and the playing card separation pressure of the card discharging mechanism can be reduced, and the blocking of the playing cards can be avoided. In addition, a space for tilting one end of the playing card is provided between the card feeding pressing plate a703 and the card feeding pressing plate B710, that is, an upward inclined plane or an arc surface is formed behind the pressing plate convex strip, so that a plurality of playing cards passing through the pressing plate convex strip and the card feeding roller a711 can be fully tilted and thoroughly separated.
Preferably, the cross section of the pressing plate convex strip is V-shaped, so that the pressing plate separating effect is better.
In the above embodiment, the card arranging device 6 is used for adjusting the card discharging direction, that is, adjusting the card discharging direction of the playing card to the width side to the front; the card discharging mechanism of the card distributing device 7 is used for discharging the single playing card from the card discharging port; the card distributing bin 701 is arranged between the card outlet end of the card managing device 6 and the card outlet mechanism, and the card distributing bin has the function of mainly storing the partial cards as a middle area when the card outlet efficiency of the card managing device 6 is higher than that of the card outlet mechanism, so that the situation that the number of the playing cards entering the card outlet mechanism exceeds the range which can be processed by the card outlet mechanism and cards are caused is avoided. However, as described in the above embodiments, in the card feeding device, the card outlet of the card feeding frame 205 is provided with a card discharging mechanism for discharging a small number of playing cards; the card discharging mechanism has the same function as that realized by the card discharging mechanism of the card distributing device 7, so that the card discharging efficiency of the card distributing device 7 can be completely suitable for the card discharging efficiency of the card distributing device 6 in theory, and the phenomenon of stacking playing cards can not be generated. Therefore, the card sorting device 7 in this embodiment can discard the card sorting bin 701 and the conveying mechanism 702 therein, and only the card discharging mechanism of the card sorting device 7 is reserved and is received on the card discharging port of the card sorting device 6. In another embodiment, the card discharging mechanism only retains one group of card feeding devices, and discards the whole card distributing device 7, namely the card distributing device 7 is not contained in the scheme, and the card discharging port of the card arranging device 6 directly receives the card turnover device. In another embodiment, the card sorting device 6 is discarded, and is sequentially accepted by the card feeding device, the card distributing device and the card turning device, and the playing card machine under the structure can not realize the card sorting function (i.e. can not adjust the card discharging direction of the playing cards) as a simplified plate, so that players are required to sort the playing cards to be processed into the same card discharging direction before the playing cards are put into the card feeding device, and the card feeding port of the card feeding device can be designed into a shape suitable for a single card discharging direction so as to standardize the direction in which the players put the playing cards, and avoid misplacement.
On the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 28, the poker machine further includes a central control board 8, wherein the lower end of the board body of the central control board 8 is fixed on the card distributing device 7, and when the poker machine does not have the card distributing device 7, the poker machine can also be fixed on the card feeding device, the card arranging device or the card turning device. The upper end surface of the disk body of the central control disk 8 is kept on the same plane with the table top 11 of the poker machine, and the central control disk 8 comprises a height adjusting base fixed on the card feeding device, the card arranging device or the card turning device, an angle positioning base 82 fixed on the height adjusting base, an angle positioning plate 83 fixed on the angle positioning base 82, and a disk body 84 fixed on the angle positioning plate 83. The angle positioning base 82 is connected with the height adjusting base through a bolt and nut assembly, and the connecting end of the angle positioning base 82 or the height adjusting base is a longitudinally extending strip-shaped groove, so that the height of the central control panel can be adjusted according to the position of the bolt and nut assembly in the strip-shaped groove; in addition, the height adjusting base is provided with a poking wheel 85, the upper end surface of the poking wheel 85 is a curved surface at different horizontal heights, and the angle positioning base 82 is provided with a positioning column which is propped against the upper end surface of the poking wheel 85 and is used for assisting in positioning the height of the central control panel. The angle positioning base 82 is provided with a first positioning ring which is positioned on the same circumference, the angle positioning plate 83 is provided with a second positioning ring which is relatively matched with the first positioning ring, and the connection angle of the first positioning ring and the second positioning ring is fixed and not adjustable, but the disc 84 can be positioned rapidly during installation. A tray cavity 81 is arranged in the tray body 84, a plurality of dice are placed in the tray cavity 81, and a control key is arranged on the upper end surface of the tray body 84 of the central control tray 8 and used for stirring dice movement so as to randomly generate different points; the control key can be a mechanical key or an electronic key, the key can toggle the dice through the deflector rod through mechanical transmission, and the dice or other control structures capable of realizing the movement of the dice can be toggled through a magnetic field generated by a circuit. In use, a user can randomly obtain dice points through the central control panel 8, so that the dealing order can be determined.
As shown in fig. 21 and 22, the card turning device comprises a card turning box 309 rotatably connected with a card turning seat 301, the card turning box 309 has a front-back through gap for placing playing cards and allowing the playing cards to move in and out, the front end of the card turning box 309 is provided with a card inlet, the rear end of the card turning box 309 is provided with a card outlet, the card turning seat 301 is provided with a card dealing mechanism outside the card outlet of the card turning box 309, the card turning box 309 is in transmission connection with a card turning motor 303 arranged on the card turning seat 301, and a recognition element for recognizing the front and the back of the playing cards and a detection element for detecting the position of the playing cards are arranged in the card turning box 309. The centers of the card inlet and the card outlet of the card shoe 309 are located on the rotation axis thereof.
In this embodiment, the card inlet is provided with a slope surface for facilitating the entry of the playing cards. The card turning box 309 is rotatably mounted on the card turning seat 301 through a large bearing 306, and a turntable is fixed on the card turning box 309 and is in transmission connection with the card turning motor 303 through a transmission belt. In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 23, the carousel is drivingly connected to the card flipping motor 303 by gears.
The card pushing structure on the card turning box 309 can adopt a card pushing mechanism in the form of a card pushing rocker arm disclosed in patent document with publication number of CN103041579A, and can also adopt a card sending wheel structure disclosed in patent document with publication number of CN103083896A, the card turning box 309 adopts the latter, two sides of the card turning box 309 are provided with a wide gap communicated with the inside, so that the card sending wheels 310 on two sides can extend into the card turning box 309 through the wide gap, at least one playing card thickness gap is reserved between the two card sending wheels, the two card sending wheels can extend into the card turning box, two sets of transmission mechanisms are arranged on the card turning seat 301, the two sets of transmission mechanisms respectively correspond to the card sending wheels on two sides of the card turning box 309, the card sending motor 302 is fixed on the card turning seat 301, after the card turning box 309 is turned over, the card sending wheels on one side are pressed into the card turning box 309, and the card sending motor 302 drives the card sending wheels on one side to rotate to send out the playing cards through the transmission mechanism.
The card turning box 309 is internally provided with identification elements for identifying the front and back sides of the playing cards, and the card turning box 309 is internally provided with a plurality of detection elements for detecting the positions of the playing cards. The identification element is a camera, and the camera is connected with the image identification module. In this way, when playing cards enter different positions in the card turning box 309, the photos of the same surface and different positions of the playing cards are obtained, and the law that the overlapping degree of the four directions of the back surface pattern of the playing cards is high for each position is utilized, so that whether the playing cards are the front surface or the back surface of the playing cards is determined according to the overlapping degree of the patterns of the photos.
For further setting of the card shoe, reference is made to the patent document with publication number CN103083896a and the related patent application of the inventor for a specific card turning process.
The card-turning seat 301 is provided with a card-dealing mechanism outside the card outlet of the card-turning box 309, and reference is made to a card-dealing mechanism disclosed in patent document CN105854274 a. The dealing mechanism comprises a dealing support arranged outside a dealing outlet of a dealing box 309, one end of the dealing support is fixed on a dealing seat 301, a dealing pressing plate 307 is arranged on the dealing support, one end of the dealing pressing plate 307 is hinged with the dealing support, a dealing pressing piece 305 is arranged at the other end of the dealing pressing plate 307, a channel for playing cards to pass through is formed between the dealing support and the dealing pressing plate 307, and a dealing roller 304 which is arranged up and down corresponding to the dealing piece 305 is arranged on the dealing seat 301 or the dealing support and is in transmission connection with a dealing motor 302, and the dealing pressing plate 307 gives the trend that the dealing piece 305 approaches the dealing roller 304 through an elastic mechanism. In this embodiment, the elastic mechanism is a torsion spring sleeved on the hinge shaft of the dealing press plate 307, one end of the torsion spring is propped against the dealing support or the card flipping seat, and the other end of the torsion spring is propped against the dealing press plate 307.
Although two playing cards stacked up and down are separated in the card distributing device, the possibility that two playing cards enter the card turning box at the same time still exists under the condition of extremely low probability, so that preferably, in the embodiment, the card dealing roller 304 and the card pressing piece 305 are arranged up and down correspondingly, a gap for playing cards to pass is reserved between the two playing cards, a plurality of annular grooves are arranged on the card dealing roller 304, protrusions corresponding to the annular grooves are arranged on the card pressing piece 305, and the protrusions on the card pressing piece 305 protrude into the annular grooves on the card dealing roller 304. The card pressing member 305 is fixed on the card dealing press plate 307, or is integrally formed with the card dealing press plate 307, or is mounted on the card dealing press plate in such a manner that the rotation resistance is extremely large, so that the card pressing member 305 cannot rotate synchronously with the card dealing roller 304. In this way, the invention makes the upper and lower playing cards deform through the matching of the card dealing roller 304 and the concave-convex structure on the card pressing piece 305, thereby avoiding the situation that the upper and lower playing cards cannot be separated due to electrostatic adhesion, and because the card pressing piece 305 cannot rotate synchronously with the card dealing roller 304 and the concave-convex structure is smaller in contact area with the playing cards, the static friction force between the card pressing piece and the playing cards is far greater than the friction force between the upper and lower playing cards, and the conveying power of the playing cards comes from the card dealing roller, so that the playing cards contacted with the card dealing roller are conveyed to move forward continuously, the playing cards contacted with the card pressing piece are temporarily retained, and only one playing card is sent out from between the card dealing roller 304 and the card pressing piece 305. Based on the possibility that two playing cards enter the card turning box, an embodiment can also be adopted in which an inductor is arranged in the card turning device or at the card outlet and is used for identifying the stacking condition of a plurality of playing cards (the inductor can not identify when the two playing cards are completely overlapped and can only identify when stacking dislocation exists), when the inductor monitors the abnormal condition of identifying the stacking condition of the plurality of playing cards, the plurality of playing cards are returned to the card turning device, the card turning and dealing process is carried out again, and only one playing card is guaranteed to be sent out from the position between the card dealing roller 304 and the card pressing piece 305; the retained playing cards are subjected to image recognition and card turning processes again, and then enter a card dealing mechanism to deal again. By adopting the repeated card rubbing method combining the card distribution and the card turning, the possibility that the card turning device simultaneously sends out two playing cards can be reduced to the minimum.
In this embodiment, the card pressing member 305 is a roller fixed to the card-distributing platen, and the protrusions are formed in a ring shape on the circumferential surface of the roller, which is convenient for processing and manufacturing, and also facilitates the discharge of paper chips along both sides of the ring-shaped protrusions. In other embodiments, the card pressing member may be integrally formed with the card dealing platen, and a corresponding concave-convex structure is provided at a position of the card pressing member corresponding to the card dealing roller. In other embodiments of the invention, the card dealing rack may be integrally formed with the card shoe.
In order to avoid playing card damage and machine faults caused by the fact that the card pressing piece is pressed on the card dealing roller by great pressure, a card pressing limiting mechanism used for limiting the moving range of the card pressing piece is arranged, the card pressing limiting mechanism can be a waist-shaped hole structure or an upper and lower limiting stop structure arranged on the card turning seat or the card dealing bracket, two ends of the card pressing piece are limited by the waist-shaped hole structure or the upper and lower limiting stop structure, in the embodiment, the card pressing limiting mechanism comprises rollers arranged at two ends of the card dealing roller 304 and bearings arranged at two ends of the card pressing piece 305, the rollers of the card dealing roller are arranged at two ends of a roller shaft of the card dealing roller, the bearings are arranged on shafts at two ends of the card pressing piece 305, and the rollers of the card dealing roller are in rolling contact with the bearings of the card pressing piece in a propping fit mode, so that the minimum gap between the card pressing piece and the card dealing roller can be limited, and the card dealing roller can be provided with very high matching precision and running precision. The elastic mechanism can exert larger acting force on the card pressing piece to accurately control the gap between the card pressing piece and the card dealing roller, and in order to avoid excessive withdrawal of the card pressing piece caused by the fact that the card pressing piece extrudes a plurality of playing cards between the card pressing piece and the card dealing roller, a limit rod for limiting withdrawal of the card pressing piece 305 or the card dealing pressing plate 307 is arranged on the card turning seat or the card dealing bracket so as to limit the maximum gap between the card pressing piece and the card dealing roller.
As shown in fig. 29, the card shoe 301 is provided with a card dealing cover 311 outside the card dealing mechanism, the card dealing cover 311 limits the flying range of the playing cards sent out from the card dealing mechanism so as to avoid that the playing cards cannot fall into the card receiving box, and the card dealing cover 311 is provided with a detecting element 312 for detecting whether the playing cards are sent out or not and a steel sheet 313 for guiding the flying direction of the playing cards. The steel sheet 313 is arranged at the card outlet of the card dealing mechanism of the card turning device, the playing card passing path formed by the card dealing roller 304 and the card pressing piece 305 points to the steel sheet 313, and the steel sheet 313 is inclined or arc-shaped and the like and is used for changing the flying direction of the playing card. When the playing cards fly out from the card outlet, the playing cards face the steel sheet 313 according to the flight track defined by the passing path, the kinetic energy of the playing cards is reduced on one hand after the playing cards touch the steel sheet 313, and the flying direction of the playing cards is guided towards the card receiving box on the other hand, so that the situation that the playing cards cannot fall into the card receiving box is avoided.
The playing cards can generate a large amount of static electricity in the running process of the playing card machine and in the playing process of players, the static electricity is a reason that the upper playing cards and the lower playing cards can generate larger adhesive force and can not be separated, meanwhile, the static electricity can also cause that parts such as a sensor are polluted and invalid, in the process of the playing cards being sent out from a card dealing mechanism to fly, the playing cards with static electricity often drift due to the electric field force and can not fall into a card receiving box, therefore, in the embodiment, the card pressing piece 305 is preferably made of conductive metal materials, and the card pressing piece 305 is grounded to eliminate static electricity on the playing cards.
The dealing arrangement 4 comprises a dealing mechanism arranged outside a card outlet of the card turning box 309, and a plurality of card receiving boxes for receiving the playing cards sent by the dealing mechanism are distributed along the same circumference and move along the circumference. The dealing mechanism is positioned in the rotating circumference of the card receiving box, and the card discharging direction of the dealing mechanism is consistent with the radial direction of the rotating circumference of the card receiving box. The plurality of card receiving boxes are fixed on a rotating ring which is connected with the motor in a transmission way.
Preferably, three positioning wheels are mounted on the frame table-board 1 along the same circumference, and the rotating ring is mounted in the middle of the three positioning wheels in a suspending manner and is in rolling friction contact with the three positioning wheels. The rotating ring is provided with circumferential internal teeth and is in transmission connection with the card distributing motor through gears. The rotating ring is provided with magnetic steel and a baffle for positioning and identifying the card receiving boxes, the table surface of the rack is provided with a corresponding magnetic steel detection element and a corresponding baffle detection element, the control module controls the card distributing motor to randomly distribute playing cards to the card receiving boxes, and the control module records the card receiving quantity of the card receiving boxes and finally completes the random card dealing process.
Further arrangements of the card dealing arrangement, the card shoe and the specific card dealing process can be found in the patent document with publication number CN103083896a and the related patent application of the inventor.
The card lifting device 5 and the card lifting process are described in patent document with publication number CN103055500A, CN103170131A and related patent application of the inventor. As shown in fig. 30 to 33, this embodiment is an improvement of the card lifting device disclosed in CN103055500a, which includes a card lifting seat 51, a card supporting plate 52 provided on the card lifting seat 51, and a driving assembly for driving the card supporting plate 52 to rise and fall. The drive assembly includes a lift motor and a lift belt 54 connected to the lift motor output and positioned by a pulley; the end part of the card supporting plate 52 is provided with a base plate 55 which is connected to the lifting belt 54; in use, the driving motor drives the lifting belt 54 to operate, so as to drive the card supporting plate 52 to move. However, in further production practice, it has been found that the connection between the base plate 55 and the lifting belt 54 is a face connection, and when the card supporting plate 52 is lifted to the highest position or lowered to the lowest position, the lifting belt 54 at the two positions is an arc-shaped face rather than a vertical face due to the positioning of the pulleys, so that the card supporting plate 52 cannot be moved to the theoretically ideal highest position or lowest position (mainly, there is a problem that the angle of the card supporting plate 52 is changed and the connection face is easily stretched). In order to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks, in this embodiment, the lifting belt 54 is not an integral closed endless belt, both ends of the lifting belt 54 are respectively provided with a first tongue 541 and a second tongue 542 extending outwards in the belt direction, the first tongue 541 and the second tongue 542 are integrally formed with the belt body of the lifting belt 54 and have a smaller width than the belt body, preferably, the first tongue 541 and the second tongue 542 are in complementary shapes, and the sum of the widths of the first tongue 541 and the second tongue 542 is equal to the belt body width of the lifting belt 54, so that the lifting belt 54 adopted in this scheme can be obtained by cutting the whole conventional integral closed lifting belt 54 as required. Further, the first tongue 541 of the lifting belt 54 is led down from above the base plate 55, and the tongue end thereof is fixedly connected to the lower end of the base plate 55, the second tongue 542 of the lifting belt 54 is led up from below the base plate 55, and the tongue end thereof is fixedly connected to the upper end of the base plate 55, that is, the first tongue 541 and the second tongue 542 of the lifting belt 54 are respectively connected to the base plate 55, so as to ensure the connection strength between the lifting belt 54 and the base plate 55. Further, since the connection ends between the first tongue 541, the second tongue 542 and the base 55 are relatively independent, the base 55 will not rise to the highest position or fall to the lowest position, and the inclination will occur, thereby overcoming the problem that the card supporting plate 52 cannot be lifted to the highest position or lowered to the lowest position in the prior art. As shown in fig. 32, when the lifting belt 54 pulls the card supporting plate 52 upward, the tongue end of the first tongue 541 is used as a connection force application end, and the tongue end of the first tongue 541 is connected to the lower end of the base plate 55, so that the card supporting plate 52 can be lifted to the highest position; as shown in fig. 33, when the lifting belt 54 pulls the card supporting plate 52 downward, the tongue end of the second tongue 542 serves as a connection urging end, and the tongue end of the second tongue 542 is connected to the lower end of the base plate 55, so that the card supporting plate 52 can be lifted to the lowest position.
The poker machine as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3 comprises a card feeding device 2, a card sorting device 6, a card distributing device 7, a card turning device 3, a card dealing device 4 and a card lifting device 5 which are arranged on a rack table board 1; the plurality of card receiving boxes in the card dealing device 4 are distributed along the same circumference, the card turning boxes in the card turning device 3 are horizontally arranged and can be turned 180 degrees, a card feeding frame of the card feeding device 2 for placing scattered playing cards, a card sorting device 6 for sorting the playing cards sent out by the card feeding device 2 into width edges to be forwards and horizontally sent out, a card distributing device 7 for separating the playing cards sent out by the card sorting device 6 into playing cards one by one and sending the playing cards to the card turning boxes 309, a card turning box 309 for identifying the playing cards and turning the playing cards according to the requirement and a card dealing mechanism for sending the playing cards from the card turning boxes 309 to the card receiving boxes are sequentially and linearly arranged on the diameter of the circumference of the distribution of the plurality of card receiving boxes, and a plurality of card lifting devices 5 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of card receiving boxes. The layout can ensure reliable matching and continuity among devices, and is compact and reasonable and high in space utilization rate.
The playing card sorting method of the complete machine type playing card machine of the embodiment is as follows:
Step 1), a card feeding bin gate is opened, scattered playing cards are placed in a card placing bin of a card feeding frame, and the card feeding bin gate is closed;
step 2), a card feeding mechanism in the card feeding device feeds a plurality of playing cards in a card feeding frame into a card arranging device;
step 3), in the card sorting device, the playing cards are horizontally placed on the card feeding belt, the card pressing wheel rolls and presses the playing cards, the card sorting belt drives the playing cards to rotate so as to straighten the playing cards to the width side to the front, the card shifting wheel dials the transfer direction of the playing cards, and the card feeding belt forwards translates and feeds the playing cards to the card distributing device;
step 4), in the card distributing device, the card distributing mechanism separates a playing card from a card outlet at the bottom of the card distributing bin and sends the playing card to the card turning device;
step 5), the playing cards enter a card turning box of a card turning device, and the card turning device recognizes the front and back sides of the playing cards and turns the playing cards according to the requirements;
step 6), the playing cards from the card turning device enter a card dealing mechanism, and an inductor detects the number of the playing cards passing through the card dealing mechanism once; when detecting that only one playing card passes through the card dealing mechanism at the same time, executing the next step; when detecting that two or more playing cards pass through the dealing mechanism at the same time, returning a plurality of playing cards to the front of the dealing mechanism and repeating the step 5;
Step 7) the dealing mechanism randomly sends the playing cards to one of a plurality of card receiving boxes;
step 8), after all the playing cards in the card placing bin are distributed to a plurality of card receiving boxes, the card lifting device lifts the playing cards in the card receiving boxes to the table top.
Secondly, the playing card sorting method of the playing card machine of the embodiment lacking the card sorting device comprises the following steps:
step 1), opening a card feeding bin gate, putting the stack of playing cards (stacked at the same angle) into a card placing bin of a card feeding frame, and closing the card feeding bin gate;
step 2), a card feeding mechanism in the card feeding device feeds a plurality of playing cards in a card feeding frame into a card distributing device;
step 3), in the card distributing device, the card distributing mechanism separates a playing card from a card outlet at the bottom of the card distributing bin and sends the playing card to the card turning device;
step 4), the playing cards enter a card turning box of a card turning device, and the card turning device recognizes the front and back sides of the playing cards and turns the playing cards as required;
step 5), the playing cards from the card turning device enter a card dealing mechanism, and an inductor detects the number of the playing cards passing through the card dealing mechanism once; when detecting that only one playing card passes through the card dealing mechanism at the same time, executing the next step; when detecting that two or more playing cards pass through the dealing mechanism at the same time, returning a plurality of playing cards to the front of the dealing mechanism and repeating the step 4;
Step 6) the dealing mechanism randomly sends the playing cards to one of a plurality of card receiving boxes;
step 7), after all the playing cards in the card placing bin are distributed to a plurality of card receiving boxes, the card lifting device lifts the playing cards in the card receiving boxes to the table top.
Thirdly, the playing card sorting method of the playing card machine of the embodiment lacking the card distributing device is as follows:
step 1), a card feeding bin gate is opened, scattered playing cards are placed in a card placing bin of a card feeding frame, and the card feeding bin gate is closed;
step 2), a card feeding mechanism in the card feeding device feeds a plurality of playing cards in a card feeding frame into a card arranging device;
step 3), in the card arranging device, the playing cards are horizontally placed on the card conveying belt, the card pressing wheel rolls and presses the playing cards, the card arranging belt drives the playing cards to rotate so as to straighten the playing cards to the width side to the front, the card shifting wheel dials the transfer direction of the playing cards, and the card conveying belt forwards translates the playing cards to the card turning device;
step 4), the playing cards enter a card turning box of a card turning device, and the card turning device recognizes the front and back sides of the playing cards and turns the playing cards as required;
step 5), the playing cards from the card turning device enter a card dealing mechanism, and an inductor detects the number of the playing cards passing through the card dealing mechanism once; when detecting that only one playing card passes through the card dealing mechanism at the same time, executing the next step; when detecting that two or more playing cards pass through the dealing mechanism at the same time, returning a plurality of playing cards to the front of the dealing mechanism and repeating the step 4;
Step 6) the dealing mechanism randomly sends the playing cards to one of a plurality of card receiving boxes;
step 7), after all the playing cards in the card placing bin are distributed to a plurality of card receiving boxes, the card lifting device lifts the playing cards in the card receiving boxes to the table top.

A card arranging device of a poker machine comprises a card feeding belt, a card arranging belt, a card poking wheel and a side baffle plate, wherein the card feeding belt, the card arranging belt, the card poking wheel and the side baffle plate are arranged on a card arranging bracket; the card arranging belt and the side baffles are respectively positioned at two sides of the card conveying belt, the roll shafts of the card arranging belt are vertically arranged, and the movement direction of the card arranging belt is opposite to that of the card conveying belt; the method is characterized in that: the card feeding device also comprises a card blocking plate, wherein the card blocking plate is provided with a transverse extension part which is positioned above the card feeding belt so as to form a card passing channel for playing cards to pass through.

A card managing apparatus of a poker machine according to claim 1, wherein: the upper part of the card baffle plate is fixedly connected with a card arranging cover plate frame, the card arranging cover plate frame covers the upper part of the card baffle plate, one end part of the card arranging cover plate frame is hinged with card arranging brackets on two sides of a card outlet of the card passing channel, and the other end of the card arranging cover plate frame is connected with a card inlet frame buckle above the card inlet of the card passing channel.

A card managing apparatus of a poker machine according to claim 2, wherein: the side wall of the frame body of the card feeding frame is provided with a pin hole, a pin shaft, a deflector rod and an elastic component, wherein the deflector rod and the elastic component are arranged in the card arranging cover plate frame and drive the pin shaft to axially move, and the elastic component can drive the pin shaft to enter the pin hole to form a buckling relationship; the deflector rod is operated by external force, and the pin shaft can be pulled out of the pin hole against the elasticity of the elastic part, so that the buckling relation is relieved.

A card managing apparatus of a poker machine according to claim 2, wherein: the upper end face of the card blocking plate is sleeved with the lower end face of the card sorting cover plate frame through a mortise and tenon structure, and the mortise and tenon sleeved end is positioned above the card feeding end of the card feeding channel; only an adjusting spring is arranged between the card baffle above the card outlet end of the card feeding channel and the card sorting cover plate frame to serve as a connecting part, and a pinch roller matched with the card feeding roller B is also arranged on the card baffle.

The card managing apparatus of the poker machine according to claim 6, wherein: the card pulling part is provided with an inclined card pulling surface on the card pulling wheel, and the position of the card pulling part contacted with the playing card is changed in the process that the card pulling wheel drives the card pulling part to rotate.
