Further, referring to fig. 6, a second embodiment of the instant messaging based information sending method is further provided on the basis of the first embodiment of the present invention.
The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment of the present invention is that when the server determines that the sending account has no sending right of the receiving account, the server grants the right according to the application request of the user, or prompts the sending account to forward the IM information.
Specifically, the instant messaging-based information sending method includes:

If the server determines that the IM information contains sensitive information, the server grants a single sending permission of the sending account so that the sending account sends the IM information to an receiving account corresponding to the receiving account identifier; for example, when an enterprise has an emergency accident, enterprise staff sends emergency accident information to an enterprise manager through enterprise edition instant messaging software, a server determines that a sending account does not have sending permission of a receiving account, the server sends prompt information to the sending account to prompt a user corresponding to the sending account to apply for the sending permission, the server obtains IM information in an application request and judges whether the IM information contains sensitive information, and if the IM information contains the sensitive information, the server grants the sending account single-time sending permission to prevent delay of the information.
If the IM information does not contain sensitive information, the server sends prompt information to the sending account to prompt a user corresponding to the sending account to forward the IM information to an account with the sending authority of the IM information for forwarding the IM information, for example, the enterprise transmits the information of the common event, the enterprise staff sends the information needing to be transmitted to the enterprise manager through the enterprise edition instant messaging software, the server determines that the sending account does not have the sending authority of the receiving account, the server sends prompt information to the sending account to prompt a user corresponding to the sending account to apply for sending permission, the server obtains the IM information in the application request, judges whether the IM information contains sensitive information, if the IM information does not contain sensitive information, the server prompts the corresponding user of the sending terminal, and forwards the information to the account with the sending authority for forwarding so as to prevent the interruption of the information transmission.
In this embodiment, an information sending method when a sending account does not have a sending right of an receiving account in enterprise-version instant messaging software is specifically described, so that the sending of the IM information is ensured while the interference of the IM information is prevented, and the management of the information is more flexibly realized.
Further, referring to fig. 7, a third embodiment of the instant messaging based information sending method of the present invention is further provided.
In this embodiment, the receiving account can forward the IM information, and forwarding the IM information requires that the receiving user has a forwarding right, and meanwhile, the enterprise-version instant messaging software carries the source identifier of the IM information when forwarding the IM information.
The information sending method based on instant messaging comprises the following steps:
step S70, receiving a forwarding request triggered based on the IM information, acquiring the IM information included in the forwarding request, and using the account identifier of the original dispatch account as a tag of the IM information.
When the receiving account receives the IM information sent by the sending account, the receiving account can forward the sending information to other accounts, namely, the receiving account triggers a forwarding request of the IM information based on the terminal, the server receives the forwarding request triggered based on the IM information, obtains the IM information contained in the forwarding request, and uses the account identification of the initial sending account as a label of the IM information, so that a user can know a primary publisher of the information. Furthermore, the user can forward a plurality of pieces of instant messaging information, the server receives the IM information forwarding request, and the server acquires the IM information contained in the IM information forwarding request and determines the number of the IM information; and if the IM information contained in the IM information forwarding request is at least two, taking the account identifier of the initial sender as the IM label information, and displaying prompt information to prompt a user to select forwarding one by one or combined forwarding so as to reduce the operation steps of the user.
Step S80, the account triggering the forwarding request is used as a new issuing account, the account id of the new issuing account is obtained as a new first id, and the account id of the new receiving account in the forwarding request is obtained as a new second id.
The server takes the account triggering the forwarding request as a new sending account, acquires the account identification of the new sending account as a new first identification, and acquires the account identification of a new receiving account in the forwarding request as a new second identification.
And step S90, acquiring the operation authority corresponding to the new first identifier and the new second identifier according to the incidence relation between the preset account identifier and the operation authority, and judging whether the sending account has the forwarding authority of the receiving account.
The server acquires a new first identifier and a new second identifier corresponding to the operation authority according to the incidence relation between the preset account identifier and the operation authority, and judges whether the issuing account has the forwarding authority of the receiving account, namely, the server acquires the issuing authority level in the new first identifier operation authority and the receiving authority level in the new second identifier operation authority, and compares the issuing authority level with the receiving authority level; if the issuing authority level is matched with the receiving authority level, the issuing account has the forwarding authority of the receiving account, and it needs to be described in addition that in this embodiment, it may also be determined whether the new first identifier has the authority to forward the IM information of the original first identifier by comparing the authorities of the original first identifier and the new first identifier, where no specific description is made here, and the principle may refer to the matching of the authority levels.
And step S100, if the sending account has the forwarding authority of the receiving account, forwarding the IM information with the label to the receiving account.
If the sending account has the forwarding permission of the receiving account, the IM information with the label is forwarded to the receiving account so that the receiver can know the information source of the IM, and the server can receive the IM information with the label and highlight the label of the IM information so as to facilitate the user to view the IM information.
In this embodiment, the message forwarding is performed based on the instant messaging information, and the tag is added to the IM information, so that the user can know the message source, and the user in the enterprise edition instant messaging software can quickly determine the source of the IM information and respond to the IM information.
In addition, referring to fig. 8, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an information sending apparatus based on instant messaging, where the information sending apparatus based on instant messaging includes:
the receiving and acquiring module 10 is configured to receive an IM information sending request triggered based on enterprise-version instant messaging software, and acquire IM information, a first identifier of a sending account, and a second identifier of a receiving account, where the IM information, the first identifier of the sending account, and the second identifier of the receiving account are included in the sending request, and the first identifier is an account identifier of the sending account, and the second identifier is an account identifier of the receiving account;
the obtaining and judging module 20 is configured to obtain an operation permission corresponding to the first identifier and the second identifier according to an association relationship between a preset account identifier and the operation permission, and judge whether the sending account has a sending permission of the receiving account;
and the information sending module 30 is configured to send the IM information to the recipient account if the sending account has the sending authority of the recipient account.
The steps implemented by each functional module of the instant messaging based information sending device can refer to each embodiment of the instant messaging based information sending method of the present invention, and are not described herein again.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a computer storage medium.
The computer storage medium stores an instant messaging based message sending program, and the instant messaging based message sending program realizes the operation of the instant messaging based message sending method provided by the embodiment when being executed by a processor.

Claims (7)

1. An information sending method based on instant messaging is characterized in that the information sending method based on instant messaging comprises the following steps:
receiving an IM information sending request triggered based on enterprise edition instant messaging software, and acquiring IM information, a first identifier of a sending account and a second identifier of a receiving account which are contained in the sending request, wherein the first identifier is an account identifier of the sending account, and the second identifier is an account identifier of the receiving account;
receiving an authority configuration request triggered based on enterprise edition instant messaging software, and acquiring an account identifier contained in the authority configuration request;
comparing the account identification with the employee identification in a preset organization framework;
if the account identification is matched with the employee identification in the preset organization framework, acquiring corresponding department information and working content information of the employee identification;
taking the department information and the work content information as account identification corresponding to the post information of the user in the enterprise, wherein the preset organization architecture is enterprise department information which is defined in the enterprise edition instant messaging software in advance according to the enterprise organization architecture;
determining an account level corresponding to the account identification according to the position information, and determining the operation authority of the corresponding account according to the account level;
establishing an association relation between the operation authority and the account identifier so as to inquire the operation authority according to the account identifier;
acquiring operation authorities corresponding to the first identification and the second identification according to the incidence relation between the preset account identification and the operation authorities, and judging whether the sending account has the sending authority of the receiving account;
and if the sending account has the sending authority of the receiving account, sending the IM information to the receiving account.
2. The method for sending information based on instant messaging according to claim 1, wherein after the step of obtaining the operation authority corresponding to the first identifier and the second identifier according to the association relationship between the preset account identifier and the operation authority, and determining whether the sending account has the sending authority of the receiving account, the method further comprises:
if the sending account does not have the sending authority of the receiving account, sending prompt information to the sending account so as to prompt a user corresponding to the sending account to apply for the sending authority;
receiving a sending authority application request triggered based on a sending account, acquiring IM information contained in the sending authority application request, and judging whether the IM information contains sensitive information or not;
and if the IM information contains sensitive information, granting a single-time sending permission to the sending account so that the sending account sends the IM information to the receiving account corresponding to the receiving account identifier.
3. The method for sending information based on instant messaging according to claim 1, wherein the step of sending the IM information to the recipient account after the step of sending the IM information to the recipient account if the sending account has the sending authority of the recipient account comprises:
receiving a forwarding request triggered based on IM information, acquiring the IM information contained in the forwarding request, and if the IM information does not contain sensitive information, taking the account identifier of the initial sending account as a tag of the IM information;
taking the account triggering the forwarding request as a new sending account, acquiring an account identifier of the new sending account as a new first identifier, and acquiring an account identifier of a new receiving account in the forwarding request as a new second identifier;
acquiring operation authority corresponding to the new first identifier and the new second identifier according to the incidence relation between the preset account identifier and the operation authority, and judging whether the sending account has forwarding authority of the receiving account or not;
and if the sending account has the forwarding authority of the receiving account, forwarding the IM information carrying the label to the receiving account.
4. The method for sending information based on instant messaging according to claim 3, wherein if the sending account has the forwarding authority of the receiving account, the step of forwarding the IM information with the tag to the receiving account comprises the following steps:
and receiving the IM information with the tags, and highlighting the tags of the IM information so as to facilitate the user to check.
5. An instant messaging-based message sending device, the instant messaging-based message sending device comprising:
the receiving and obtaining module is used for receiving an IM information sending request triggered based on enterprise edition instant messaging software, and obtaining IM information, a first identifier of a sending account and a second identifier of a receiving account which are contained in the sending request, wherein the first identifier is an account identifier of the sending account, and the second identifier is an account identifier of the receiving account;
the acquisition judging module is used for acquiring the operation authority corresponding to the first identifier and the second identifier according to the incidence relation between the preset account identifier and the operation authority and judging whether the sending account has the sending authority of the receiving account or not;
the message sending module is used for sending the IM message to the receiving account if the sending account has the sending authority of the receiving account;
the information sending device based on instant messaging further comprises an authority configuration module, which is used for:
receiving an authority configuration request triggered based on enterprise edition instant messaging software, and acquiring an account identifier contained in the authority configuration request;
comparing the account identification with the employee identification in a preset organization framework;
if the account identification is matched with the employee identification in the preset organization framework, acquiring corresponding department information and working content information of the employee identification;
taking the department information and the work content information as account identification corresponding to the post information of the user in the enterprise, wherein the preset organization architecture is enterprise department information which is defined in the enterprise edition instant messaging software in advance according to the enterprise organization architecture;
determining an account level corresponding to the account identification according to the position information, and determining the operation authority of the corresponding account according to the account level;
and establishing an incidence relation between the operation authority and the account identification so as to inquire the operation authority according to the account identification.
6. An information sending apparatus based on instant messaging, characterized in that the information sending apparatus based on instant messaging comprises: a memory, a processor, and an instant messaging based messaging program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein:
the instant messenger based message transmission program when executed by the processor implements the steps of the instant messenger based message transmission method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
7. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein an instant messenger-based messaging program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the instant messenger-based messaging method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
