a processing completion unit 701, configured to determine that the service process of the current service node is completed when an instruction for online card punching of a surveyor terminal is received within a time limit corresponding to the user level;
a service query unit 702, configured to obtain a service processing flow table corresponding to the service flow, and query in the service processing flow table to determine a next service node of the current service node.

In addition, an embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a business process processing program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the business process processing program is executed by a processor, the steps of the business process processing method are implemented as described above.

Claims (10)

1. A business process processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining a current service node where a service flow is located, and determining a service processing type corresponding to the current service node, wherein the service processing type comprises different states;
generating an exclusive service processing type corresponding to the current service node based on the service processing type, and pushing an initial state of the exclusive service processing type to a client;
and when the progress update of the current service node is detected, determining an update state corresponding to the exclusive service processing type based on the update progress, and pushing the update state to the client.
2. The business process processing method of claim 1, wherein before determining the current business node where the business process is located and determining the business process type corresponding to the current business node, further comprising:
establishing a preset service processing type list, wherein the preset service processing type list comprises service processing types corresponding to different service nodes and different states contained in the different service processing types;
and saving the preset service processing type list.
3. The business process processing method of claim 2, wherein the generating an exclusive business process type corresponding to the current business node based on the business process type and pushing an initial state of the exclusive business process type to a client comprises:
inquiring in the preset service processing type list based on the service processing type, and determining the current state corresponding to the service processing type;
inquiring the service flow, determining a service case corresponding to the service flow, and determining a user grade corresponding to the service case, wherein different user grades correspond to different time limits;
determining an initial state of an exclusive service processing type corresponding to the current service node based on the current state corresponding to the service processing type and the user level;
and pushing the initial state of the exclusive service processing type to a client.
4. The business process flow processing method of claim 3, wherein after said pushing the initial state of the proprietary business process type to a client, further comprising:
and sending prompt information to the client to remind the client to check the initial state of the exclusive service processing type.
5. The business process processing method of claim 3, wherein the determining an update status corresponding to the exclusive business processing type based on an update progress when detecting a progress update of the current business node, and pushing the update status to the client comprises:
if an instruction of completing online card punching by a survey staff end is received within a time limit corresponding to the user level, determining the progress updating of the current service node, inquiring in the preset service processing type list, and determining the next state of the initial state as an updated state;
and pushing the update state to the client.
6. The business process processing method of claim 1, wherein after determining an update status corresponding to the exclusive business processing type based on an update progress when the progress update of the current business node is detected, and pushing the update status to the client, the method further comprises:
after the service process of the current service node is processed, determining a next service node corresponding to the current service node;
determining a service processing type corresponding to the next service node, and generating an exclusive service processing type corresponding to the next service node based on the service processing type corresponding to the next service node;
and pushing the initial state of the exclusive service processing type corresponding to the next service node to the client.
7. The business process processing method of claim 6, wherein after the business process of the current business node is completed, determining a next business node corresponding to the current business node comprises:
when an online card punching instruction of a surveyor terminal is received within a time limit corresponding to the user level, determining that the service process of the current service node is finished;
and acquiring a service processing flow table corresponding to the service flow, inquiring in the service processing flow table, and determining a next service node of the current service node.
8. A business process processing apparatus, wherein the business process processing apparatus comprises:
the system comprises a determining module, a judging module and a judging module, wherein the determining module is used for determining a current service node where a service process is located and determining a service processing type corresponding to the current service node, and the service processing type comprises different states;
the first pushing module is used for generating an exclusive service processing type corresponding to the current service node based on the service processing type and pushing an initial state of the exclusive service processing type to a client;
and the updating module is used for determining an updating state corresponding to the exclusive service processing type based on the updating progress when the progress updating of the current service node is detected, and pushing the updating state to the client.
9. A business process processing apparatus comprising an input-output unit, a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein computer readable instructions which, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform the steps of the business process processing method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein a business process processing program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the business process processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
