In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 3 to 5 and 7, the auxiliary piercing fixed bed further comprises: the base 70 is connected with the posture adjusting device 30, and can drive the bed body 10 to move through the posture adjusting device 30, so that the patient can be conveniently moved without changing the bed, and the subsequent operation or treatment of the patient can be conveniently performed; in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 3 to 5 and 7, the base 70 includes: a slide 71 and a moving frame 72, the moving frame 72 being connected to the posture adjustment device 30 and being slidable in the slide 71; preferably, as shown in fig. 1, 3 to 5 and 7, the number of the slide ways 71 is two, the moving frame 72 is a "U" frame, the "U" frame comprises two parallel support plates and a fixing plate, one end of each support plate is connected with the slide way 71 and can slide in the slide way 71, two ends of each fixing plate are respectively connected with the other ends of the two support plates, the bed body 10 is arranged on the fixing plate, the slide way 71 is matched with the moving frame 72, the moving stability of the whole bed body 10 is ensured, the damage to a patient caused by vibration in the movement of the bed body 10 is avoided, the using comfort of a product is improved, and the market competitiveness of the product is increased. In another embodiment of the present invention, the base 70 includes a bracket connected to the posture adjusting device 30 and a plurality of universal wheels provided at a lower end of the bracket, which is simple in structure, easy to manufacture, and reduces manufacturing of products. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art from the foregoing that the base 70 may be constructed in a variety of ways, and is not intended to be limiting as long as movement of the bed 10 is accomplished.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the posture adjustment device 30 includes a plurality of telescopic rods 31, one ends of the telescopic rods 31 are connected to the bed 10, and the other ends are connected to the base 70; the extension or shortening of the telescopic rod 31 enables the bed body 10 to rise or fall, enables the bed body 10 to present different postures, such as the inclination of the bed body 10 in any direction (such as the inclination of the side face, the inclination of the head and the tail or the combination of two inclination modes, etc.), and the inclination is at a designated angle (such as 45 degrees, 60 degrees, 15 degrees, 20 degrees, etc.), so that the treatment of patients or the positioning of focus can be facilitated, and the use comfort of the product is improved. In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the posture adjustment device 30 includes five telescopic rods 31, where the joints of four telescopic rods 31 and the bed body 10 are disposed at four corners of the bed body 10, and one telescopic rod 31 is disposed at the center of the bed body 10. In another embodiment of the present invention, the posture adjustment device 30 includes three telescopic rods 31, and the three telescopic rods 31 are connected with the bed body 10 in a triangular distribution, and the structure can enable the bed body 10 to take on various postures, so as to substantially meet the requirements of treatment and focus positioning of patients. It should be understood by those skilled in the art from the above embodiments that the number of the telescopic rods 31 may be eight, twelve, five, seven, etc., and are not specifically illustrated herein, and it is within the scope of the present invention to achieve the movement of the bed 10.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, the posture adjustment device 30 includes a plurality of telescopic rods 31 and universal joints 32, one ends of the telescopic rods 31 are connected with the bed 10, the other ends are connected with the base 70, one ends of the universal joints 32 are connected with the bed 10, the other ends are connected with the base 70, the telescopic rods 31 are extended or shortened to enable the bed 10 to be partially lifted or lowered, so that the bed 10 takes different postures, such as inclination of the bed 10 in any direction (such as side inclination, head-to-tail inclination or combination of two inclination modes, etc.), and the inclination is set at a designated angle (such as 45 °,60 °, 15 °,20 °, etc.), so as to facilitate treatment of patients or positioning of lesions, improve the use comfort of products, and in addition, the bed 10 takes the connection with the universal joints 32 as origin to change postures, so as to ensure the smoothness of the bed 10 when changing postures, thereby improving the use comfort of products. In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the posture adjustment device 30 includes four telescopic rods 31 and universal joints 32, the joints of the four telescopic rods 31 and the bed body 10 are arranged at four corners of the bed body 10, and the universal joints 32 are arranged at the center of the bed body 10. In another embodiment of the present invention, the posture adjustment device 30 includes two telescopic rods 31 and universal joints 32, the telescopic rods 31 and the universal joints 32 are distributed in a triangle shape and connected with the bed body 10, and the structure can enable the bed body 10 to take on various postures, so as to basically meet the requirements of treatment and focus positioning of patients. It should be understood by those skilled in the art from the above embodiments that the number of the telescopic rods 31 may be eight, twelve, five, seven, three, etc., which are not listed herein, and all the movements of the bed 10 are possible within the scope of the present invention.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, 3 to 5 and 7, the fixing device 20 further includes a vertical fixing assembly 80 for limiting the movement of the patient in the vertical direction, specifically, the vertical fixing assembly 80 is a fixing belt, and the fixing belt is fixed on the bed body 10, however, the vertical fixing assembly 80 may have other structures, which are not illustrated herein; it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the auxiliary piercing fixed bed should also have the basic structure for the operation and implementation of the device, as is not explicitly recited herein.

Claims (7)

1. An assisted penetration fixation bed for securing a patient, comprising:
the bed body is provided with a bulge at one end, and the bulge is used for supporting the head of a patient;
the fixing device is arranged on the bed body and is used for fixing a patient on the bed body; and
the posture adjusting device supports the bed body and can control the bed body to present different postures, and comprises two telescopic rods and universal joints, wherein the telescopic rods and the universal joints are distributed in a triangle shape and are connected with the bed body;
wherein, the fixing device includes:
the lateral fixing component is arranged on the bed body and used for clamping and fixing a patient and limiting the translation of the patient along the bearing surface of the bed body, and the clamping distance of the lateral fixing component is adjustable;
the lateral fixation assembly includes: the side fixing piece, the first fixing part and the second fixing part which are opposite to the first fixing part are fixedly connected with the bed body, the first fixing part and the second fixing part are guardrails, and vent holes are formed in the guardrails; the lateral fixing pieces are respectively arranged on the first fixing part and the second fixing part, and the distance between the lateral fixing pieces on the first fixing part and the second fixing part is adjustable so as to clamp a patient; the lateral fixing piece is provided with a concave-convex clamping surface to adapt to the body shape of a patient;
the lateral securing member includes: a gas/liquid expansion body provided on the first fixing portion or the second fixing portion; and
the gas/liquid conveying mechanism is connected with the gas/liquid expansion body and is used for inflating or filling liquid into the gas/liquid expansion body so as to expand the gas/liquid expansion body to clamp a patient;
the lateral fixation assembly includes: the adjusting frames are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bed body;
the left fixing part and the right fixing part are arranged opposite to the left fixing part, the left fixing part and the right fixing part are respectively arranged on the adjusting frame, the adjusting frame can drive the left fixing part and the right fixing part to move relative to the bed body, and the distance between the left fixing part and/or the right fixing part is adjusted so as to clamp a patient;
the auxiliary puncture fixed bed further comprises:
the plate body is arranged on the gas/liquid expansion body and can be propped against the body of a patient, and a groove matched with the shape of a human body is formed in the plate body;
and the rotating motor is connected with the first fixing part and the second fixing part and used for controlling the first fixing part and the second fixing part to rotate relative to the bed body.
2. The assisted penetration fixed bed of claim 1 wherein the lateral securing member comprises:
the telescopic device is arranged on the first fixing part or the second fixing part; and
the baffle is connected with the telescopic device, and the telescopic device is used for controlling the movement of the baffle relative to the bed body so as to clamp a patient.
3. The puncture-assisted fixed bed according to any one of claims 1 to 2, further comprising:
a pressure sensor disposed on the lateral fixation assembly for detecting a pressure applied by the lateral fixation assembly to a patient and transmitting an electrical signal; and
the controller is connected with the pressure sensor and the lateral fixing component respectively, and is used for receiving the electric signal and controlling the starting and stopping of the lateral fixing component according to the electric signal.
4. The puncture-assisted fixed bed according to any one of claims 1 to 2, further comprising:
the base is connected with the posture adjusting device and can drive the bed body to move through the posture adjusting device.
5. The auxiliary puncture fixed bed according to claim 4, wherein,
the base includes: a slideway; and
the movable frame is connected with the gesture adjusting device and can slide in the slideway.
6. The auxiliary puncture fixed bed according to claim 4, wherein,
the posture adjusting device comprises a plurality of telescopic rods, one ends of the telescopic rods are connected with the bed body, and the other ends of the telescopic rods are connected with the base.
7. The auxiliary puncture fixed bed according to claim 4, wherein,
the posture adjusting device comprises a plurality of telescopic rods and universal joints, one ends of the telescopic rods are connected with the bed body, the other ends of the telescopic rods are connected with the base, one ends of the universal joints are connected with the bed body, and the other ends of the universal joints are connected with the base.
