Here, the quality of the ringing content of the color vibration service can be at least divided into high-definition video ringing, standard-definition video ringing, smooth video ringing, high-definition audio ringing and standard-definition audio ringing from high to low; the types of ringing media can be at least divided into: real-time video when a calling party calls, mixed media ringing (audio and pictures), video resources of a color vibration service platform and audio resources of the color vibration service platform. In practical application, each ring tone content can carry a content quality attribute, and the color vibration service platform can select according to the ringing quality attribute when ringing needs to be played. Of course, the calling/called user can also set the playing authority for the video ring and the mixed media ring in advance, such as whether the playing is performed only when the called terminal is in the Wi-Fi network, or even when the called terminal is in the non-Wi-Fi network, the color vibration service platform is allowed to perform the video ring and the mixed media ring for the called terminal.
A specific application scenario is given below to illustrate a specific implementation flow of the method according to the embodiment of the present invention in practical application; specifically, in an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) network, an initial call request carries early media session information; and after the call request reaches the core network, the core network directly triggers the color vibration service platform to perform color vibration service media negotiation with the called terminal, as shown in fig. 2, the specific flow includes:
step 1: the called user uses a terminal with a function of playing the color vibration under the Wi-Fi network or a terminal provided with an application program APP with the function of playing the color vibration under the Wi-Fi network (the APP can be various APPs comprising a software development kit SDK with the function of playing the color vibration under the Wi-Fi network), and the called user terminal is called as follows. The called terminal (or the APP is utilized) registers the Wi-Fi color vibration service on the color vibration service platform, and the color vibration service platform is informed that the mobile terminal can try to play the color vibration by using a Wi-Fi network when the mobile terminal is used as the called terminal.
Step 2: the calling terminal initiates a call request, the core network triggers the color vibration service platform according to the signing condition of the color vibration service of the called party, and the color vibration service platform completes the initial call negotiation between the calling party and the called party. After receiving a call request from a core network, the color vibration service platform triggers a timer to start timing. And after receiving the color vibration service trigger of the core network, the color vibration service platform performs interaction with the core network according to the existing color vibration process.
And step 3: and after receiving the call request from the color vibration service platform, the called terminal sends a ringing play request to the color vibration service platform according to the network connection condition of the called terminal. After receiving the ringing playing request from the called terminal, the color vibration service platform stops the timer and sends a response to the called terminal.
Considering that the terminal request has a certain unreliability, if the color vibration service platform does not receive the ringing play request from the called terminal within the time set by the timer, the color vibration service platform actively initiates a Wi-Fi resident detection request to the called terminal to inquire about the current network connection condition of the called user. And the called user responds to the color vibration service platform after receiving the request, and the timer stops after the color vibration service platform receives the response. In practical application, there is no strict sequential logic definition between the Wi-Fi probe park request and other messages of the call request negotiation message except the initial call request.
And 4, step 4: and the color vibration service platform initiates a network speed detection request to the called terminal after receiving a ring play request or a Wi-Fi detection response from the called terminal. If the color vibration service platform judges that the called user is in the Wi-Fi connection state currently, detecting the current Wi-Fi network rate condition of the called user; if the color vibration service platform judges that the called party is in a non-Wi-Fi connection state at present, the current calling network speed condition of the called party is detected, and the called terminal feeds back a network speed detection response and informs the network condition.
And 5: and the color vibration service platform and the called terminal carry out media negotiation based on the current network connection.
Step 6: the color vibration service platform selects the best quality and the richest ringing content which can be provided for the called terminal currently to play the ringing to the called terminal according to the current network condition and the network speed condition of the called terminal and the ringing playing requirement which is set by the user in advance.
And 7: after the called party picks up the phone, the signaling of picking up the phone is sent to the color vibration service platform, and the color vibration service platform stops playing the ringing. And the color vibration service platform forwards the called off-hook message to the calling party, and the calling party and the called party start the communication.
Based on the color vibration service platform described above, this embodiment provides a composition structure of the color vibration service platform, and specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the color vibration service platform includes: the system comprises a Wi-Fi detection module, an internet speed detection module, a ringing play setting module, a ringing play logic control module and a ringing play module; wherein, each module function is as follows:
the Wi-Fi detection module is responsible for detecting the current Wi-Fi connection condition of the called terminal. When the called terminal color vibration service platform initiates Wi-Fi ringing registration, the module needs to record the current Wi-Fi registration related information of the called terminal, wherein the Wi-Fi registration related information may include, but is not limited to, a called user number, a called wireless network IP address, a gateway address (if any), a port number, a current Wi-Fi network rate (network rate), and the like. Furthermore, after the calling user initiates a call request to the called terminal, the module needs to detect the current Wi-Fi network connection state of the called terminal; here, the non-Wi-Fi connected state is for a called terminal for which Wi-Fi ringing is not registered. For the called terminal registered by Wi-Fi ringing, the module needs to judge whether the Wi-Fi connection of the called terminal is in an activated state according to the Wi-Fi state attribute of the current called terminal or by initiating a Wi-Fi connection detection request to the called terminal. The mode for the module to detect whether the Wi-Fi connection of the called terminal belongs to the active state may include, but is not limited to, the following two modes:
the first method is as follows: after the called terminal finishes the registration of the Wi-Fi ringing to the color vibration service platform, the called terminal can send heartbeat information to the color vibration service platform regularly as long as the called terminal keeps the Wi-Fi connection state. The heartbeat information may include, but is not limited to, the following information: called subscriber number, current Wi-Fi network rate, etc. When the calling terminal initiates a call request, the color vibration service platform can judge whether the called terminal is currently connected with the Wi-Fi network according to the heartbeat information of Wi-Fi ringing of the current called terminal. If the called network never initiates Wi-Fi ringing registration before, the color vibration service platform directly judges that the called terminal is not connected with the Wi-Fi network.
The second method comprises the following steps: the calling terminal initiates a call request, and after receiving the call request from the core network, the color vibration service platform triggers a self-set timer to start timing. And after receiving the call request, the called terminal sends a ringing play request to the color vibration service platform according to the network connection condition of the called terminal (here, if the called terminal is still in a Wi-Fi connection state, the called terminal initiates a Wi-Fi ringing play request to the color vibration service platform, and if the called terminal is in a non-Wi-Fi connection state, the called terminal initiates a ringing play request under a corresponding network to the color vibration service platform). After receiving the ringing playing request from the called terminal, the color vibration service platform stops the timer and sends a response to the called terminal. If the color vibration service platform does not receive the ringing playing request from the called terminal within the time set by the timer, the color vibration service platform initiatively initiates a Wi-Fi residence detection request to the called terminal to inquire whether the called terminal is in a Wi-Fi activated state currently. And the called terminal responds to the color vibration service platform after receiving the request, and the timer stops after the color vibration service platform receives the response. The Wi-Fi connection status information returned by the called terminal may include, but is not limited to, the following information: called subscriber number, current Wi-Fi network rate, etc.
And the network speed detection module is responsible for completing the network speed detection of the current playing ringing network of the called terminal. Here, the detection mode may be obtained from heartbeat information periodically sent by the called terminal, or directly send a network speed detection request to the called terminal, and obtain from self detection data returned by the called terminal.
And the ringing play setting module is responsible for receiving the play setting of the user on the ringing.
Here, on one hand, the user may specify the played ringing content, which may be one ringing or multiple ringing; it may also be different quality audio or video ringing; or may also be a ringing of a different media type. When the user designates the ring set to be played and when the color ringing service platform plays rings to the called user, the highest quality and richest rings that can be accepted by the current called terminal need to be selected from the ring tones designated by the user.
On the other hand, the user may set whether the color vibration service platform preferentially pushes the enhanced color vibration for the called terminal when the user is in the non-Wi-Fi network, such as: real-time calling video of the calling party. Namely, if the user sets that the non-Wi-Fi network also preferentially plays the enhanced color vibration, the color vibration service platform plays the enhanced color vibration for the called terminal as far as possible according to the current network speed condition of the user no matter whether the called terminal is in a Wi-Fi connection state currently, and only when the network speed does not meet the lowest video ring playing speed, the user selects to play the highest-quality audio ring which can be accepted by the called terminal. If the user sets that the enhanced color vibration is played only under the Wi-Fi network, when the color vibration service platform judges that the called terminal is under the Wi-Fi network, the enhanced color vibration is preferentially played for the called terminal according to the network speed condition of the called terminal; and when the called terminal is judged not to be in the Wi-Fi network, the platform pushes the audio ring with the best quality for the user according to the current network speed of the called terminal.
And the ringing play logic control module is responsible for selecting the ringing played for the called user under different conditions according to a certain ringing play rule. Specifically, the ring can be played according to the current network condition of the called terminal, for example, when the user connects to the Wi-Fi network, if the network speed is allowed, the enhanced color ring is preferentially selected for the user, and if the network speed is not allowed, the highest-quality audio color ring is played according to the network speed condition of the user. Further, the judgment process of the ringing push logic under the states that the called terminal is connected with Wi-Fi and not connected with Wi-Fi can be carried out according to the setting that whether the user only uses Wi-Fi network push for the video color ring. Namely: if the user sets that the non-Wi-Fi network also preferentially plays the enhanced color ring, the color ring service platform plays the enhanced color ring with the highest quality for the called terminal as far as possible according to the current network speed condition of the called terminal no matter whether the called terminal is in a Wi-Fi connection state or not, and only when the network speed does not meet the lowest playing speed of the enhanced color ring, the user selects to play the audio color ring with the highest quality accepted by the called terminal. If the user sets that the enhanced color vibration is played only under the Wi-Fi network, when the color vibration service platform judges that the called terminal is under the Wi-Fi network, the high-quality enhanced color vibration is preferentially played for the called terminal according to the network speed condition of the called terminal; and when the called terminal is judged not to be in the Wi-Fi network, the color vibration service platform pushes the audio ring with the best quality for the user according to the current network speed of the called user.
And a ringing playing module, configured to select a corresponding ringing or streaming media uploaded by the calling party in real time from the ring library according to the ringing content played by the ringing playing control module, and play the ringing to the called party through a Wi-Fi network or a called terminal calling network (including global system for mobile communications GSM, third generation mobile communication network WCDMA/CDMA200/TD-SCDMA, fourth generation mobile communication network 4G, etc.) established by the ringing playing control module.
The method of the embodiment of the invention can enable the called user to experience enhanced color vibration, such as: real-time video when the calling user calls, mixed media ringing (audio and pictures), etc. For example, the color vibration service platform can select to play the high-quality enhanced color vibration for the user according to the current wifi network condition of the user, so that the user can enjoy high-quality and rich ringing content and can save traffic cost. Furthermore, the color vibration service platform according to the embodiment of the present invention can select the best quality and the richest ringing content for the user by combining the current network connection condition, the network speed condition and the user ringing play setting of the user, and can enable the user to enjoy the best service to the greatest extent. Moreover, the called terminal of the embodiment of the invention can automatically initiate the WiFi registration process to the color vibration service platform when being connected with the WiFi network, so that the called terminal has the ringing playing request capability of requesting different network connections and qualities to the color vibration service platform, and lays a foundation for realizing the purpose that the called user can save flow cost while enjoying high-quality and rich ringing content.
Therefore, the method of the embodiment of the invention solves the problems that the color vibration service has single media type and the service experience is limited by the network quality, saves the high flow consumption generated by the enhanced color vibration service for the called terminal and improves the user experience. Moreover, the embodiment of the invention can select the multimedia content with higher quality and provide richer multimedia type ringing experience for the user according to different network environments and network speed conditions where the user is located, and simultaneously can ensure that 100% of the color vibration service can be reached, namely whether the called user supports Wi-Fi to play color vibration or not, the color vibration service platform can ensure that at least audio or video ringing meeting the network conditions where the called user is located is played for the called user. In addition, the color vibration service platform triggering is completed by the core network, so that the hidden danger of false attack is avoided.
In the second embodiment provided in the present application, it should be understood that the described platform embodiment is only illustrative, for example, the division of the unit is only one logical function division, and there may be other division ways in actual implementation, such as: multiple units or components may be combined, or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. Based on this, the embodiment of the present invention further provides another dividing and combining manner, as described in the following third embodiment, and the media information processing method described in the embodiment of the present invention can also be implemented by the network device described in the following third embodiment.
EXAMPLE III
This embodiment provides a network device, as shown in fig. 4, where the network device includes:
a first obtaining unit 41, configured to obtain a call request for a color vibration service, where the call request represents a first terminal request to communicate with a second terminal; before the second terminal communicates with the first terminal based on the call request, the second terminal can acquire target media information corresponding to the color vibration service from the network equipment and play the target media information; the network characteristic information of the target communication network where the second terminal resides is also obtained;
a first processing unit 42, configured to select, from at least one piece of media information associated with the second terminal, target media information whose media characteristics match network characteristic information of a target communication network in which the second terminal resides, based on the network characteristic information of the target communication network in which the second terminal resides;
a first sending unit 43, configured to send the target media information to the second terminal.
In an embodiment, the first obtaining unit is further configured to receive a play request for a color vibration service sent by the second terminal; the playing request carries network type information of a target communication network where the second terminal resides and the color vibration service is realized;
the first processing unit is further configured to parse the play request, obtain network type information of the target communication network, and select, from at least one piece of media information associated with the second terminal, target media information whose media characteristics are matched with the network type information and the network characteristic information of the target communication network where the second terminal resides, based on the network type information and the network characteristic information of the target communication network.
In another embodiment, the first sending unit is further configured to send a communication network probe request to the second terminal to probe whether the second terminal resides in a communication network other than a mobile communication network;
the first processing unit is further configured to determine that the second terminal resides in another communication network other than the mobile communication network, and use the other communication network as the target communication network; and when the second terminal is determined not to reside in other communication networks except the mobile communication network, taking the mobile communication network in which the second terminal resides as the target communication network.
In an embodiment, the first obtaining unit is further configured to obtain location information of a target communication network when it is determined that the second terminal resides in the target communication network other than the mobile communication network;
the first processing unit is further configured to select, from at least one piece of media information associated with the second terminal, target media information whose media characteristics match the network characteristic information and the location information of the target communication network in which the second terminal resides, based on the network characteristic information and the location information of the target communication network in which the second terminal resides.
Here, it should be noted that: the description of the above network device embodiment is similar to the description of the above method, and has the same beneficial effects as the method embodiment, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted. For technical details that are not disclosed in the embodiment of the network device of the present invention, those skilled in the art should refer to the description of the embodiment of the method of the present invention to understand that, for the sake of brevity, detailed description is not repeated here.

The present embodiment provides a second terminal, as shown in fig. 5, where the second terminal includes:
a second obtaining unit 51, configured to obtain a call request for a color vibration service, where the call request represents that a first terminal requests to communicate with the second terminal; before the second terminal communicates with the first terminal based on the call request, the second terminal can acquire target media information corresponding to the color vibration service from network equipment and play the target media information;
the second processing unit 52 is configured to determine a communication network where the second processing unit resides, and select a target communication network from the communication network where the second processing unit resides, so as to obtain target media information corresponding to the color vibration service through the target communication network; the system is also used for generating a playing request aiming at the color vibration service and carrying the network type information of a target communication network realizing the color vibration service in the playing request;
a second sending unit 53, configured to send the play request.
In an embodiment, the second obtaining unit is further configured to receive target media information whose media characteristics are matched with network type information and network characteristic information of a target communication network where the second terminal resides;
the second processing unit is further configured to play the target media information.
In another embodiment, the second processing unit is further configured to detect whether the second processing unit resides in a communication network other than the mobile communication network; when determining to reside in other communication networks except the mobile communication network, taking the other communication networks as the target communication network; and when determining that the mobile communication network does not reside in other communication networks except the mobile communication network, taking the mobile communication network in which the mobile communication network resides as the target communication network.
Here, it should be noted that: the above description of the second terminal embodiment is similar to the above description of the method, and has the same beneficial effects as the method embodiment, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted. For technical details that are not disclosed in the second terminal embodiment of the present invention, those skilled in the art should refer to the description of the method embodiment of the present invention for understanding, and for brevity, will not be described again here.
In some embodiments, the first terminal sends a communication network probe request to the second terminal to probe whether the second terminal is camped on a communication network other than the mobile communication network. In some embodiments, the first terminal may not know whether the second terminal resides in a communication network other than the mobile communication network by sending a communication network probe request to the second terminal, for example, the second terminal may report whether it resides in the communication network other than the mobile communication network after being called, or may report when a certain trigger condition is met after being called, for example, report after inquiring and/or determining a chattering service condition.

1. A method for media information processing, the method comprising:
the method comprises the steps that network equipment obtains a call request aiming at the color vibration service, wherein the call request represents a first terminal request to communicate with a second terminal; before the second terminal communicates with the first terminal based on the call request, the second terminal can acquire target media information corresponding to the color vibration service from the network equipment and play the target media information;
the network equipment determines that the second terminal is registered for Wi-Fi ringing, and judges whether the Wi-Fi connection of the second terminal is in an active state or not based on the Wi-Fi state attribute of the second terminal or by initiating a Wi-Fi connection detection request to the second terminal; the Wi-Fi status attribute is obtained by heartbeat information periodically sent by the second terminal to the network device, the heartbeat information including but not limited to: the number of the called user and the current Wi-Fi network speed;
acquiring network characteristic information of a target communication network where the second terminal resides;
and based on the network characteristic information of the target communication network where the second terminal resides, selecting target media information with media characteristics matched with the network characteristic information of the target communication network where the second terminal resides from at least one piece of media information associated with the second terminal, and sending the target media information to the second terminal.
2. A method for media information processing, the method comprising:
the method comprises the steps that network equipment obtains a call request aiming at the color vibration service, wherein the call request represents a first terminal request to communicate with a second terminal; before the second terminal communicates with the first terminal based on the call request, the second terminal can acquire target media information corresponding to the color vibration service from the network equipment and play the target media information;
acquiring network characteristic information of a target communication network where the second terminal resides;
based on the network characteristic information of the target communication network where the second terminal resides, selecting target media information with media characteristics matched with the network characteristic information of the target communication network where the second terminal resides from at least one piece of media information associated with the second terminal, and sending the target media information to the second terminal; the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a playing request aiming at the color vibration service sent by the second terminal; the playing request carries network type information of a target communication network where the second terminal resides and the color vibration service is realized;
correspondingly, the selecting, from at least one piece of media information associated with the second terminal, target media information whose media characteristics match the network characteristic information of the target communication network in which the second terminal resides, based on the network characteristic information of the target communication network in which the second terminal resides, includes:
analyzing the playing request and obtaining the network type information of the target communication network;
and selecting target media information with media characteristics matched with the network type information and the network characteristic information of the target communication network where the second terminal resides from at least one piece of media information associated with the second terminal based on the network type information and the network characteristic information of the target communication network.
3. A method for media information processing, the method comprising:
the method comprises the steps that network equipment obtains a call request aiming at the color vibration service, wherein the call request represents a first terminal request to communicate with a second terminal; before the second terminal communicates with the first terminal based on the call request, the second terminal can acquire target media information corresponding to the color vibration service from the network equipment and play the target media information;
acquiring network characteristic information of a target communication network where the second terminal resides;
based on the network characteristic information of the target communication network where the second terminal resides, selecting target media information with media characteristics matched with the network characteristic information of the target communication network where the second terminal resides from at least one piece of media information associated with the second terminal, and sending the target media information to the second terminal;
the method further comprises the following steps:
sending a communication network probe request to the second terminal to probe whether the second terminal resides in a communication network other than a mobile communication network;
when the second terminal is determined to reside in other communication networks except the mobile communication network, taking the other communication networks as the target communication network;
and when the second terminal is determined not to reside in other communication networks except the mobile communication network, taking the mobile communication network in which the second terminal resides as the target communication network.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
when the second terminal is determined to reside in a target communication network except a mobile communication network, acquiring the position information of the target communication network;
correspondingly, the selecting, from at least one piece of media information associated with the second terminal, target media information whose media characteristics match the network characteristic information of the target communication network in which the second terminal resides, based on the network characteristic information of the target communication network in which the second terminal resides, includes:
and selecting target media information with media characteristics matched with the network characteristic information and the position information of the target communication network where the second terminal resides from at least one piece of media information associated with the second terminal based on the network characteristic information and the position information of the target communication network where the second terminal resides.
5. A method for media information processing, the method comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a second terminal obtains a call request aiming at the color vibration service, wherein the call request represents that a first terminal requests to communicate with the second terminal; before the second terminal communicates with the first terminal based on the call request, the second terminal can acquire target media information corresponding to the color vibration service from network equipment and play the target media information;
determining a communication network where the target communication network resides, and selecting a target communication network from the communication network where the target communication network resides so as to obtain target media information corresponding to the color vibration service by using the target communication network; generating a playing request aiming at the color vibration service, carrying the network type information of a target communication network for realizing the color vibration service in the playing request, and sending the playing request; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the second terminal registers Wi-Fi ringing with the network equipment; the second terminal periodically sends heartbeat information to the network device, where the heartbeat information includes but is not limited to: the number of the called user and the current Wi-Fi network speed; or receiving a Wi-Fi connection probe request from the network device, and returning Wi-Fi connection state information to the network device, where the Wi-Fi connection state information includes but is not limited to: called subscriber number, current Wi-Fi network rate.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
and receiving target media information with media characteristics matched with the network type information and the network characteristic information of the target communication network where the second terminal resides, and playing the target media information.
7. The method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the selecting the target communication network from the communication networks residing in the target communication network comprises:
detecting whether the mobile communication network resides in other communication networks except the mobile communication network;
when determining to reside in other communication networks except the mobile communication network, taking the other communication networks as the target communication network;
and when determining that the mobile communication network does not reside in other communication networks except the mobile communication network, taking the mobile communication network in which the mobile communication network resides as the target communication network.
8. A network device, characterized in that the network device comprises:
the system comprises a first obtaining unit, a second obtaining unit and a third obtaining unit, wherein the first obtaining unit is used for obtaining a call request aiming at the color vibration service, and the call request represents that a first terminal request is communicated with a second terminal; before the second terminal communicates with the first terminal based on the call request, the second terminal can acquire target media information corresponding to the color vibration service from the network equipment and play the target media information; the network characteristic information of the target communication network where the second terminal resides is also obtained;
the first processing unit is used for selecting target media information of which the media characteristics are matched with the network characteristic information of the target communication network where the second terminal resides from at least one piece of media information associated with the second terminal based on the network characteristic information of the target communication network where the second terminal resides;
the first sending unit is used for sending the target media information to the second terminal;
the first processing unit is further configured to: determining that the second terminal has registered Wi-Fi ringing, determining whether the second terminal Wi-Fi connection is in an active state based on the second terminal Wi-Fi status attribute or by initiating a Wi-Fi connection probe request to the second terminal; the Wi-Fi status attribute is obtained by heartbeat information periodically sent by the second terminal to the network device, the heartbeat information including but not limited to: called subscriber number, current Wi-Fi network rate.
9. A network device, characterized in that the network device comprises:
the system comprises a first obtaining unit, a second obtaining unit and a third obtaining unit, wherein the first obtaining unit is used for obtaining a call request aiming at the color vibration service, and the call request represents that a first terminal request is communicated with a second terminal; before the second terminal communicates with the first terminal based on the call request, the second terminal can acquire target media information corresponding to the color vibration service from the network equipment and play the target media information; the network characteristic information of the target communication network where the second terminal resides is also obtained;
the first processing unit is used for selecting target media information of which the media characteristics are matched with the network characteristic information of the target communication network where the second terminal resides from at least one piece of media information associated with the second terminal based on the network characteristic information of the target communication network where the second terminal resides;
the first sending unit is used for sending the target media information to the second terminal;
the first obtaining unit is further configured to receive a play request for the color vibration service sent by the second terminal; the playing request carries network type information of a target communication network where the second terminal resides and the color vibration service is realized;
the first processing unit is further configured to parse the play request, obtain network type information of the target communication network, and select, from at least one piece of media information associated with the second terminal, target media information whose media characteristics are matched with the network type information and the network characteristic information of the target communication network where the second terminal resides, based on the network type information and the network characteristic information of the target communication network.
10. A network device, characterized in that the network device comprises:
the system comprises a first obtaining unit, a second obtaining unit and a third obtaining unit, wherein the first obtaining unit is used for obtaining a call request aiming at the color vibration service, and the call request represents that a first terminal request is communicated with a second terminal; before the second terminal communicates with the first terminal based on the call request, the second terminal can acquire target media information corresponding to the color vibration service from the network equipment and play the target media information; the network characteristic information of the target communication network where the second terminal resides is also obtained;
the first processing unit is used for selecting target media information of which the media characteristics are matched with the network characteristic information of the target communication network where the second terminal resides from at least one piece of media information associated with the second terminal based on the network characteristic information of the target communication network where the second terminal resides;
the first sending unit is used for sending the target media information to the second terminal;
the first sending unit is further configured to send a communication network probe request to the second terminal to probe whether the second terminal resides in a communication network other than a mobile communication network;
the first processing unit is further configured to determine that the second terminal resides in another communication network other than the mobile communication network, and use the other communication network as the target communication network; and when the second terminal is determined not to reside in other communication networks except the mobile communication network, taking the mobile communication network in which the second terminal resides as the target communication network.
11. The network device according to claim 10, wherein the first obtaining unit is further configured to obtain location information of a target communication network when determining that the second terminal resides in the target communication network other than a mobile communication network;
the first processing unit is further configured to select, from at least one piece of media information associated with the second terminal, target media information whose media characteristics match the network characteristic information and the location information of the target communication network in which the second terminal resides, based on the network characteristic information and the location information of the target communication network in which the second terminal resides.
12. A second terminal, characterized in that the second terminal comprises:
the second obtaining unit is used for obtaining a call request aiming at the color vibration service, wherein the call request represents that the first terminal requests to communicate with the second terminal; before the second terminal communicates with the first terminal based on the call request, the second terminal can acquire target media information corresponding to the color vibration service from network equipment and play the target media information;
the second processing unit is used for determining the communication network where the second processing unit resides and selecting a target communication network from the communication network where the second processing unit resides so as to obtain target media information corresponding to the color vibration service by using the target communication network; the system is also used for generating a playing request aiming at the color vibration service and carrying the network type information of a target communication network realizing the color vibration service in the playing request; or, register Wi-Fi ringing with a network device; periodically sending heartbeat information to the network device, the sending heartbeat information including but not limited to: the number of the called user and the current Wi-Fi network speed; or receiving a Wi-Fi connection probe request from the network device, and returning Wi-Fi connection state information to the network device, where the Wi-Fi connection state information includes but is not limited to: the number of the called user and the current Wi-Fi network speed;
and the second sending unit is used for sending the playing request.

The second terminal according to claim 12, wherein the second obtaining unit is further configured to receive target media information whose media characteristics match network type information and network characteristic information of a target communication network in which the second terminal resides;
the second processing unit is further configured to play the target media information.

The second terminal according to claim 12 or 13, wherein the second processing unit is further configured to detect whether the second terminal resides in a communication network other than the mobile communication network; when determining to reside in other communication networks except the mobile communication network, taking the other communication networks as the target communication network; and when determining that the mobile communication network does not reside in other communication networks except the mobile communication network, taking the mobile communication network in which the mobile communication network resides as the target communication network.
