Disclosure of Invention
Based on the foregoing, it is necessary to provide an information processing method, an apparatus, a computer device and a storage medium, which can display a shared page and an instant messaging session page of a current user and a first user sharing the page on a current display interface at the same time, so that when a user browses a page, the user can communicate with the user sharing the page without exiting the page, the operation is simple, and the utilization rate of computer resources is improved.
An information processing method, the method comprising: acquiring a target page link sent by a first terminal corresponding to a first user, wherein the target page link is used for being linked to a shared target page; acquiring the target page according to the target page link; acquiring a current user corresponding to a current terminal, and acquiring an instant messaging session page between the current user and the first user; and displaying the target page and the instant messaging session page on a current display interface of the current terminal.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: acquiring user attribute information corresponding to the first user; and displaying the user attribute information on the target page.
In one embodiment, the user attribute information includes user contact information, and the step of displaying the user attribute information on the target page includes: and displaying the user contact information at a preset position of the target page.

According to the information processing method, the information processing device, the computer equipment and the storage medium, the target page links sent by the first terminal corresponding to the first user are obtained, the target page links are used for being linked to the shared target page, the target page is obtained according to the target page links, the current user corresponding to the current terminal is obtained, the instant messaging session page between the current user and the first user is obtained, and the target page and the instant messaging session page are displayed on the current display interface of the current terminal. The shared page and the instant messaging session page of the current user and the first user sharing the page can be displayed on the current display interface at the same time, so that the user can communicate with the user sharing the page without exiting the page when browsing the page, the operation is simple, and the utilization rate of computer resources is improved.
Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
The information processing method provided by the application can be applied to an application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein the current terminal 102 may communicate with the first terminal 104 via a network. When the first user browses the target page on the first terminal 104, the target page link may be sent to the current terminal 102 through the first terminal 104, the current terminal 102 obtains the target page link sent by the first terminal 104, the target page link is used for linking to the shared target page, then the target page is obtained according to the target page link, the instant communication session page between the current user and the first user corresponding to the current terminal 102 is obtained, and the target page and the instant communication session page are displayed on the current display interface of the current terminal 102. The current terminal 102 and the first terminal 104 may be, but are not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, an information processing method is provided, and the following description will take the example that the method is applied to the current terminal 102 in fig. 1 as an example, and includes the following steps:
step S202, a target page link sent by a first terminal corresponding to a first user is obtained, wherein the target page link is used for being linked to a shared target page.
Specifically, the target page can be acquired through the target page link. The target page link may be obtained by the current terminal through an instant messaging application, and the instant messaging application may be a WeChat, a skype, a QQ, or the like, which is not specifically limited. The target page link may also be sent to the current terminal by other means, for example, the current terminal may send the target page link to the first terminal by a short-range communication means, such as bluetooth. In one embodiment, the first terminal may send the target page link to a session group of the instant messaging application, and the current user corresponding to the current terminal is also in the session group, so that the current terminal may obtain the target page link through the session group. For example, when the first user a browses the property information page, the first user a may click on the "share page" function control, and send the link of the property information page to the group C in the WeChat, where the current user is also a member of the group C. Thus, a link to the property information page may be obtained.
Step S204, obtaining the target page according to the target page link.
Specifically, when the target page needs to be browsed, a user where the current terminal is located can send a target page viewing instruction, and the current terminal responds to the target page viewing instruction and acquires the target page according to the target page link. For example, the user may click on the target page link, and when the current terminal detects that the target page link is clicked, the user may send a page acquisition request to the corresponding web server, and receive the target page returned by the web server.
Step S206, the current user corresponding to the current terminal is obtained, and the instant messaging session page between the current user and the first user is obtained.
Specifically, the current user refers to a user who logs in the instant messaging application on the current terminal. When the current user is acquired, the current terminal acquires an instant communication session interface for performing a session between the current user and the first user. For example, if the current terminal is provided with a WeChat application, the corresponding user identifier is "001", and the first user identifier is "002", the current terminal starts the WeChat chat pages of "001" and "002" on the WeChat application.
And step S208, displaying the target page and the instant messaging session page on the current display interface of the current terminal.
Specifically, when the target page and the instant messaging session page are obtained, the target page and the instant messaging session page are displayed at the same time on the current display interface, and the display rule can be specifically set according to actual needs.
In one embodiment, the target page can be displayed on the current display interface, and the instant messaging session page is displayed on the target page, wherein the display area of the instant messaging session page is smaller than the display area of the target page. The sizes of the display areas of the instant messaging session page and the target page can be preset. In one embodiment, the display ratio of the instant messaging session page display area to the target page display area may be preset in the instant messaging application, where the display ratio is smaller than 1, so that the display area of the instant messaging session page is smaller than the display area of the target page. In one embodiment, the size of the presentation area of the target page may be preset in the browser application. When the target page is to be displayed, the display area size of the target page set in the browser application is obtained, and then the display area size of the instant messaging session page is obtained according to the display proportion preset in the instant messaging application and the display area size of the target page. The display area size of the target page can be multiplied by the display proportion, and the display area size of the instant messaging session page can be obtained.
In one embodiment, the display area of the target page is the entire current display interface or greater than 50% of the current display page, while the display area of the instant messaging session page is less than 50% and/or greater than 25% of the current display interface. Therefore, the influence of the instant messaging session page on the target page browsed by the user can be reduced, and the current user can conveniently conduct session with the first user through the instant messaging session page.
In one embodiment, the target page may be displayed in a first display area of the current display interface, and the instant messaging session page may be displayed in a second display area of the current display interface. The first display area and the second display area are different display areas, for example, the first display area may be an upper half of the current display interface and the second display area may be a lower half of the current display interface. In one embodiment, the first display area may be larger than the second display area.
In one embodiment, after the target page is displayed, when the current user browses the target page, browsing related data corresponding to the current user may be obtained, where the browsing related data may include one or more of a current user identifier, a residence time description, and a page description. For example, the browse related data may be "user 10086&360& item detail page a". Wherein, the user 10086 is the current user identifier, 360 represents the residence time in seconds on the target page, the item detail page a is the page description of the target page, and the target page is the item detail page a.
In one embodiment, the browsing related data is recorded according to a preset rule, so as to avoid the need of dotting on each page to obtain the browsing related data, a description rule of a page parent class may be defined, and each web page is set as a subclass of the page parent class. Therefore, when the user browses the target page, the description rule of the parent class can be inherited to describe the browsing-related data of the target page.
In one embodiment, the current terminal may further receive push information sent by the server according to the browsing related information of the current terminal.
Specifically, when the current user performs a page skip operation on the target page, and the displayed page of the current display interface skips from the target page to the next page, the current terminal transfers the browsing related data of the target page to the next page, for example, when skipping occurs on the item detail page a and skips to the order page B, the browsing related information of the order page B may be "user &10086&180& order page bfrom=user &10086&360& item detail page a". The current terminal can send the browsing related data to the server, and the server sends push information to the current terminal according to the browsing related data.
In one embodiment, the current terminal may encrypt the browsing related data with the public key of the RSA encryption algorithm, and then transmit the encrypted browsing related data to the server, and after receiving the browsing related data, the server decrypts the browsing related data with the private key of the RSA algorithm to obtain the residence time of each page, the adjustment sequence of the pages, and the page content. The server may recommend information to the user according to the stay time of the user on the page, for example, analyze the stay time of the current user on each page, recommend similar commodities to the user according to the content of the web page corresponding to the stay time, then send the recommendation information to the current terminal, and display the recommendation information after the current terminal receives the recommendation information.
In one embodiment, a page sequence may be preset, after the server receives the page browsing related data of each terminal in the preset duration, the current conversion rate between the adjacent pages is calculated according to the sequence of the page sequence, then the current conversion rate is compared with the historical conversion rate, and if there is a significant difference between the current conversion rate and the trend of the historical conversion rate, the corresponding page identifier is output, so that a developer can conveniently confirm whether the page has a problem. The criteria for whether there is a significant difference may be set as desired, and in one embodiment, a difference between the conversion rates greater than a first predetermined threshold, e.g., 20%, may be set to indicate that there is a significant difference. Or a ratio of current conversion to historical conversion above a second preset threshold or below a third preset threshold indicates a significant difference. For example, a page sequence may be defined as commodity browsing page→shopping cart page→order page→payment page, and then the conversion rate from commodity browsing page to shopping cart page, and the conversion rate from shopping cart page to order page is calculated. Assuming that the browsing frequency of the commodity browsing page is 100 times within one hour, and the number of times of jumping from the commodity browsing page to the shopping cart page is 30 times, the current conversion rate from the commodity browsing page to the shopping cart page is 30%, if the historical conversion rate is 50%, the condition that abnormality exists is indicated, and the identification of the commodity browsing page can be output.
In the information processing method, the information processing device, the computer equipment and the storage medium, the target page link sent by the first terminal corresponding to the first user is obtained, the target page link is used for being linked to the shared target page, the target page is obtained according to the target page link, the current user corresponding to the current terminal is obtained, the instant messaging session page between the current user and the first user is obtained, and the target page and the instant messaging session page are displayed on the current display interface of the current terminal. The shared page and the instant messaging session page of the current user and the first user sharing the page can be displayed on the current display interface at the same time, so that the user can communicate with the user sharing the page without exiting the page when browsing the page, the operation is simple, and the utilization rate of computer resources is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the information processing method further includes the steps of:
step S302, user attribute information corresponding to a first user is acquired.
Specifically, the user attribute information corresponding to the first user is attribute information related to the first user, such as name, age, phone number, gender, and instant messaging number of the user. The first user attribute information may be sent by the first user together with the sending target page link, so that when the target page link is obtained, the user attribute information corresponding to the first user may be obtained. Of course, the user attribute information may be obtained in other manners. For example, the user attribute information corresponding to the first user may be an instant messaging identifier of the first user. Therefore, when the instant messaging session page is obtained, the instant messaging identifier corresponding to the first user in the instant messaging session page can be used as the user attribute information corresponding to the first user.
In one embodiment, the sharing link may be generated according to the target page link and the user attribute information, and when the current terminal receives the sharing link, the sharing link is parsed to obtain the target page link and the user attribute information.
Step S304, the user attribute information is displayed on the target page.
Specifically, after the user attribute information is obtained, the user attribute information is displayed on the target page, so that the user attribute information can be checked when the current user browses the target page. For example, the target page may be a property introduction page, when a property salesman needs to recommend a property to a potential customer, the current user receives a target page link sent by the property salesman, opens the target page, and the current terminal may display personal attribute information of the property salesman, such as a contact phone, on the target page, so that the current user may contact the property salesman in time through an exercise phone.
In one embodiment, the step of presenting user attribute information on the target page comprises: and displaying the user contact information at a preset position of the target page. In particular, the contact information may be information that a mailbox, a phone number, etc. may contact the first user, which is not particularly limited. The contact information is displayed at a preset position, and the preset position can be specifically set according to the target page. For example, the display position of the contact information in the target page is a rectangular position with the coordinate points (5 and 6) as the center and the size of 1*2 cm, and the preset position is a rectangular position with the coordinate points (5 and 6) as the center and the size of 1*2 cm.
In one embodiment, the step of displaying the user contact information at the preset location of the target page includes: and acquiring preset contact information corresponding to the preset position. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the information processing method may further include the steps of:
step S402, receiving a selection operation of the content of the target page, and acquiring the corresponding target content on the target page according to the selection operation.
Specifically, the selection operation of the content may be an operation of clicking or sliding the content, or the like, and is not particularly limited. And after the current terminal detects that the content of the target page is selected, acquiring the content corresponding to the selection operation as target content. For example, when the user clicks on the price of the property introduction page, the price is taken as the target content.
Step S404, obtaining a corresponding target question according to the target content, and inputting the target question into an input area of the instant messaging session page.
Specifically, the correspondence of the target content and the target problem may be set in advance. The problem identification corresponding to the target content and the specific problem corresponding to the problem identification can be set. Therefore, when the target content is obtained, the target problem identification corresponding to the target content is obtained, and then the target content is obtained according to the target problem identification. The input area of the instant communication session page refers to an area for inputting a session message, such as an input box. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, there is provided an information processing apparatus including: a link acquisition module 502, a target page acquisition module 504, a session page acquisition module 506, and a page presentation module 508, wherein:
the link obtaining module 502 is configured to obtain a target page link sent by a first terminal corresponding to a first user, where the target page link is used to link to a shared target page.
The target page obtaining module 504 is configured to obtain a target page according to the target page link.
The session page obtaining module 506 is configured to obtain a current user corresponding to the current terminal, and obtain an instant communication session page between the current user and the first user.
The page display module 508 is configured to display a target page and an instant messaging session page on a current display interface of a current terminal.
In one embodiment, the presentation module 508 is to: displaying a target page on the current display interface, and displaying an instant messaging session page on the target page, wherein the display area of the instant messaging session page is smaller than that of the target page.

The specific limitation on the information processing apparatus may be referred to the limitation on the information processing method hereinabove, and will not be described herein. Each of the modules in the above-described information processing apparatus may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and a combination thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and the internal structure thereof may be as shown in fig. 8. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement an information processing method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, can also be keys, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in FIG. 8 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present inventive arrangements and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present inventive arrangements may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine some of the components, or have a different arrangement of components.
