Claims (5)

1. An automobile payment method, comprising:
under the condition that a charging end for charging is connected with a remote communication network, the charging end sends a charge payment request to a server end through the remote communication network, and also sends the charge payment request to an automobile for paying the charge through the remote communication network, wherein the charge payment request comprises payment amount; under the condition that the toll collection end cannot be connected with a remote communication network, the toll collection end sends the toll payment request to the automobile through near field communication connection, and sends the toll payment request to a server end through the remote communication network after being connected with the remote communication network;
after receiving the expense payment request, the automobile confirms the payment amount in the expense payment request, and sends payment amount confirmation information to the server through a remote communication network under the condition of being connected with the remote communication network;
and after receiving the expense payment request through a remote communication network, the block chain network in the server side deducts money from the account of the automobile and enters the account of the toll collection side according to the expense payment request to complete expense payment, and sends payment confirmation information to the toll collection side and the automobile through the remote communication network.
2. The method of claim 1,
and in the process that the block chain network deducts and accounts into the account of the charging terminal from the account of the automobile according to the fee payment request, the block chain network deducts and accounts into the bank account bound with the block chain account of the automobile from the bank account bound with the block chain account of the charging terminal through a bank network connected with the block chain network, the fee payment is finished by using legal currency, and payment information is recorded in the block chain network.
3. An automotive payment system, comprising:
the charging terminal is used for sending a fee payment request to the server terminal through the remote communication network under the condition of being connected with the remote communication network, and also sending the fee payment request to the automobile paying the fee through the remote communication network, wherein the fee payment request comprises payment amount; the system is also used for sending the fee payment request to the automobile through near field communication connection under the condition that the system cannot be connected with a remote communication network, and sending the fee payment request to a server through the remote communication network after the system is connected with the remote communication network;
the automobile is used for confirming the payment amount in the expense payment request after receiving the expense payment request and sending payment amount confirmation information to the server through the remote communication network under the condition of being connected with the remote communication network;
and the block chain network in the server is used for deducting and posting the account of the automobile to the account of the toll terminal according to the fee payment request after receiving the fee payment request through a remote communication network, and sending payment confirmation information to the toll terminal and the automobile through the remote communication network.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the blockchain network is configured to debit and credit a bank account bound to the blockchain account of the vehicle to a bank account bound to the blockchain account of the toll terminal through a bank network connected to the blockchain network according to the charge payment request, complete the charge payment by using legal currency, and record payment information in the blockchain network.
5. A computer storage medium storing computer readable instructions that, when executed by a processor, perform the operations of the method of claim 1.
