For example, when an interesting or important text chapter or paragraph is seen, the reading speed can be slowed down, and the reading state can be entered, so that the user can deeply understand and experience the connotation and extension of the text; when the uninteresting or unimportant text chapters or paragraphs are seen, the reading speed can be increased, the reading state can be entered, and the reading efficiency can be improved for the user.
When a user acquires information by watching a video, it is generally necessary to play the video. In the embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of methods may be employed to determine a plurality of play speed description information associated with a plurality of time intervals of a video, respectively.
The first method for determining play speed description information associated with a time interval comprises the following steps: and determining the playing speed description information associated with each time interval of the video according to the recommendation information of the video service party.
It is easy to understand that the video service party usually needs to examine the video to be watched by the user in advance according to the regulations of relevant departments; or the video itself is made by the video service side; therefore, the video service side is very familiar with the content of the video, and can easily distinguish video clips of different time intervals in the video.
The video service party can determine the appropriate playing speed of the video clip of each time interval of each video according to historical data, empirical data, experimental data, and/or actual conditions, and generate playing speed description information according to the appropriate playing speed as the playing speed description information associated with the time interval.
Wherein the playback speed description information may be at least one of: absolute play speed, standard play speed, and multiples thereof. For example, the absolute play speed may be 22, 24, 25, or 30 frames/second, etc.; the standard playback speed may be 24 frames/second, and the multiple of the standard playback speed may be × 0.9, × 1, × 1.2(1.2 represents a multiple, and × 1.2 represents a 1.2-times speed of the standard playback speed), × 2.5, or × 10, and so on.
Further, research shows that the user does not perceive the playing speed not higher than x 1.2 obviously; that is, it is difficult for the user to partition whether the video is played at the standard play speed or at × 1.2 times the standard play speed with respect to the same video.
Preferably, after the playing speed description information associated with each time interval of the video is determined by the first method, the playing speed description information file of the video is generated according to a plurality of playing speed description information associated with a plurality of time intervals of the video respectively.
Specifically, a play speed description information file is created for each video, and the play speed description information file includes a plurality of pieces of description information. Each piece of description information includes: number of description information, time interval (start time and end time) of a video clip, and play speed description information of the time interval; preferably, each piece of description information may further include: the content of the video segment of the time interval is described.
For example, fig. 2 shows an example of a play speed description information file. The play-speed description information file shown in fig. 2 includes five pieces of description information numbered 1-5. The time interval of the first piece of description information is 4 seconds 299 milliseconds to 1 minute zero 6 seconds 290 milliseconds, the playing speed description information of the time interval is multiplied by 2.5 (namely 2.5 times of the standard playing speed), and the description information of the video clip corresponding to the time interval is 'head song, which can be multiplied by 2.5 times'. The details of the second to fifth pieces of description information are similar and are not repeated.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the playback speed description information of the entire video may be determined according to the level and/or category of the content of the video. Preferably, the playing speed description information of the whole video is determined according to the difficulty level and/or the category of the content of the video.
For example, the present inventors have found that as the standard of living increases, more and more people begin to pay attention to diet adjustment, exercise, and exercise. Therefore, the scientific, methodical and experienced fitness video is very popular with users. The main exercise methods of the users are usually practice following the movements in the video. The traditional body-building video respectively prepares a plurality of corresponding body-building videos according to a plurality of difficulty levels, such as body-building videos of entry, low order, middle order, high order and breakthrough limit levels; the difference of action frequency and rest interval between actions exists among the fitness videos with different difficulty levels. By utilizing the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, only one body-building video is required to be produced and stored for the same body-building content. Then, a plurality of pieces of playing speed description information are respectively configured for a plurality of difficulty levels of the fitness video. For example, the play speed description information of the fitness video of the entry, low, middle, high, and breakthrough limit levels may be configured as × 0.9, × 1, × 1.1, × 1.2, and × 1.3, respectively, etc. The storage space occupied by the playing speed description information is KB (kilobyte), which is far less than the storage space occupied by the video, and the manufacturing and maintenance cost of the video is greatly reduced.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the playing speed description information of the video is determined according to the preset playing time period of the video.
For example, the inventor of the present invention found that the office worker is short in time, and is very short in time when staying relaxed in the evening towards nine-fifths of a night, so there is gold book saying that 20 to 22 points per day is the peak time when the user watches the video.
By using the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the playing speed description information of all videos in the preset playing time segment within the peak time period can be set as the accelerated standard playing speed, for example, the standard playing speed is 1.1-1.2 times. And subsequently, the videos are played according to the accelerated standard playing speed, so that the video content of 2.2-2.4 hours can be played within 2 hours, and the user has no obvious feeling of accelerating the videos. Therefore, the playing quantity and efficiency of the videos in the same time period are increased under the condition that the user experience of watching the videos is not influenced.
The second method for determining the playing speed description information associated with the time interval comprises the following steps: and determining playing speed description information associated with each time interval of the video according to the operation of a plurality of users on the video.
A flowchart of a method for determining play speed description information associated with each time interval of a video according to operations of a plurality of users on the video is shown in fig. 1a, and includes the following steps:
s101: and collecting the operation of a plurality of users for each time interval of the video, and determining the habitual operation of the plurality of users for each time interval.
For each video, the operation of multiple users for each time interval of the video may be captured.
And according to the operation of the plurality of users for each time region of the video, determining the habitual operation of the plurality of users for the time region.
For example, a plurality of users take four operations for one time region of a video, and the number of users selecting each operation is different; the operation with the largest number of users can be used as the habitual operation of the plurality of users for the time zone.
S102: according to the habitual operation aiming at each time zone, the playing speed description information related to the time interval of the video is determined.
Habitual operations of a plurality of users for a time zone are various; for example, play, fast forward, skip, pause, rewind, and/or repeat play, etc.
When the habitual operation for a time zone is playing, the playing speed description information associated with the time zone is determined to be the standard playing speed.
When the habitual operation for a time zone is fast forward or skip, the playing speed description information associated with the time zone is determined as the standard playing speed after acceleration. For example, the standard playback speed is 1.2 times faster as indicated by x 1.2.
When the habitual operation for a time zone is pause, rewind and/or repeat play, the play speed description information associated with the time zone is determined to be the standard play speed after slowing down. For example, the standard playback speed indicated by x 0.9 is slowed down to 0.9 times the speed.
Preferably, when there is no habitual operation for a time zone, the playing speed description information associated with the time zone is determined according to the recommendation information of the video service party and/or the content of the video segment corresponding to the time zone.
Further, for a certain video, there is no user operation on the video, and naturally there is no habitual operation on the time region of the video. At this time, the playing speed description information associated with the time interval may be determined according to the recommendation information of the video service provider and/or the content of the video segment corresponding to the time zone. For example, the playback speed description information associated with the time region of the beginning of a movie of the video is set to a standard playback speed of × 10 times.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1b, a flowchart of another method for determining play speed description information associated with each time interval of a video according to operations of multiple users on the video further includes the following steps based on the steps S101 to S102:
s103: and generating a playing speed description information file of the video according to a plurality of playing speed description information respectively associated with a plurality of time intervals of the video.
Specifically, a play speed description information file is created for each video, and the play speed description information file includes a plurality of pieces of description information. Each piece of description information includes: number of description information, time interval (start time and end time) of a video clip, and play speed description information of the time interval; preferably, each piece of description information may further include: the content of the video segment of the time interval is described.
For example, fig. 2 shows an example of a play speed description information file. The play-speed description information file shown in fig. 2 includes five pieces of description information numbered 1-5. The time interval of the first piece of description information is 4 seconds 299 milliseconds to 1 minute zero 6 seconds 290 milliseconds, the playing speed description information of the time interval is multiplied by 2.5 (namely 2.5 times of the standard playing speed), and the description information of the video clip corresponding to the time interval is 'head song, which can be multiplied by 2.5 times'.
The second piece of description information in fig. 2 has a time interval of 290 milliseconds at 1 minute-zero 6 seconds to zero milliseconds at 40 minutes-zero seconds, the playback speed description information of the time interval is x 1.2 (i.e. 1.2 times the standard playback speed), and the description information of the video segment corresponding to the time interval is "dishonest do not disturb the subject content".
The time interval of the third piece of description information in fig. 2 is from 40 minutes zero seconds to 45 minutes zero seconds zero milliseconds, the playback speed description information of the time interval is × 1 (i.e., the standard playback speed), and the description information of the video segment corresponding to the time interval is "special guest, yellow dawn arena".
The fourth piece of description information in fig. 2 has a time interval from zero millisecond of 45 minutes to zero millisecond of 50 minutes, the playing speed description information of the time interval is × 0.9 (i.e. 0.9 times of the standard playing speed), and the description information of the video segment corresponding to the time interval is "guest live performance magic".
The time interval of the fifth piece of description information in fig. 2 is 50 minutes zero seconds and zero milliseconds to 53 minutes zero seconds and zero milliseconds, the playing speed description information of the time interval is x 10 (i.e. 10 times of the standard playing speed), and the description information of the video segment corresponding to the time interval is "trailer song, sponsor information".
A third method for determining play speed description information associated with a time interval includes: and determining the playing speed description information associated with each time interval of the video according to the setting information of other users for the playing speed of the video.
For example, the inventors of the present invention have discovered that more and more video play is proven to detonate new wind directions in the fashion of young people. The video service side can open the modification and sharing authority of the playing speed description information of the video time interval, so that other users can modify and share the personalized playing speed description information aiming at each time interval. The personalized play speed description information modified and/or shared by other users for each time interval can be used as the play speed description information of each time interval of the video. Further, the play speed description information supported by the most other users can be selected from the personalized play speed description information of the other users for the time interval as the play speed description information of each time interval of the video. When the candidate video is played according to the personalized playing speed description information of other users, the current user can experience the watching feeling of other users, and the current user is a brand-new experience, so that the experience range of the user is expanded, and the satisfaction degree of the user in watching the video is improved.
Preferably, after the playing speed description information associated with each time interval of the video is determined by the third method, the playing speed description information file of the video is generated according to the playing speed description information associated with the time intervals of the video.
Based on the above-mentioned video or the play speed description information of the time zone thereof, the embodiment of the present invention provides a video playing method, a flow chart of which is shown in fig. 3, and includes the following steps:
s301: a plurality of playback speed profiles respectively associated with a plurality of time intervals of a video are acquired.
Specifically, when a video is acquired by a terminal device such as a smart phone, a smart billboard or a smart propaganda window, a playing speed description information file of the video is acquired together.
Preferably, the terminal device downloads the video and the playing speed description information file of the video from the video server of the video service party through the network.
A plurality of pieces of play speed description information respectively associated with a plurality of time intervals of a video are acquired from a play speed description information file of the video.
S302: and playing the video clip corresponding to each time interval according to the acquired playing speed description information associated with each time interval.
And playing the video clip corresponding to each time interval according to the playing speed description information associated with each time interval in the obtained playing speed description information file.
For example, the playback speed description information file and the video thereof shown in fig. 2 are obtained in the above steps. In this step, the following playing speed description information, which is associated with time intervals of 4 seconds 299 milliseconds to 1 minute zero 6 seconds 290 milliseconds, 1 minute zero 6 seconds 290 milliseconds to 40 minute zero seconds zero milliseconds, 40 minute zero seconds zero milliseconds to 45 minute zero seconds zero milliseconds, 45 minute zero seconds zero milliseconds to 50 minute zero seconds zero milliseconds, and 50 minute zero seconds zero milliseconds to 53 minute zero seconds zero milliseconds, is analyzed from the playing speed description information file as x 2.5, x 1.2, x 1, x 0.9, and x 10, respectively. Then playing the beginning of the movie from 4 seconds 299 milliseconds to 1 minute zero 6 seconds 290 milliseconds at the speed of x 2.5; playing the dishonest-do-not-disturb subject content at a speed of x 1.2 from 1 minute zero 6 seconds 290 milliseconds to 40 minute zero seconds zero milliseconds; and x 1 speed plays the content of a special honoured guest yellow dawn field from zero milliseconds at 40 minutes and zero milliseconds at 45 minutes and zero milliseconds at zero milliseconds; playing the content of the guest live performance magic from 45 minutes zero seconds to 50 minutes zero seconds at the speed of multiplied by 0.9; the trailer and (non-honest) sponsor content is played at a speed of x 25 from zero milliseconds at 50 minutes zero seconds to zero milliseconds at 53 minutes zero seconds.
It is easy to understand that for a program which is periodically played, the content such as the beginning music and the ending music is often fixed, and the fixed content easily causes aesthetic fatigue of a user to watch, so that the video content is played at an accelerated speed, the content which the user desires to watch is not omitted, the watching experience of the user is not affected, the video playing speed is greatly increased, and the video playing efficiency is improved. For the main content of the program, the architecture or the flow of each program is consistent, so that the video playing speed can be slightly increased within the range (1.2 times speed) which is difficult to be perceived by a user; therefore, the video playing efficiency is improved under the condition that the watching experience of a user is not influenced. For the content of guests in the program, as the guests in each period are different, especially the performance of the guests is often unique and wonderful, and the content is often the viewpoint of the program in each period; and the user who is a viewer is usually interested in this part of the content, so the video segment in the time interval where the content unique to each program (for example, the guest related content) is located usually needs to be played at the standard playing speed or the standard playing speed slightly slowed down, so that the user can carefully taste the unique content.
In general, the playing speed of the whole program video is increased; the video playing speed and efficiency can be improved under the condition that the user experience of watching videos is not influenced.
Based on the above video playing method, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a video playing device, where a frame schematic diagram of an internal structure of the device is shown in fig. 4, and the video playing device includes: a playing speed description information acquisition module 401 and a video playing module 402.
The playing speed description information obtaining module 401 is configured to obtain a plurality of playing speed description information respectively associated with a plurality of time intervals of a video.
The video playing module 402 is configured to play the video segment corresponding to each time interval according to the playing speed description information associated with each time interval acquired by the playing speed description information acquiring module 401.
Preferably, the playing speed description information obtaining module 401 and the video playing module 402 are disposed in the terminal device according to the embodiment of the present invention.
Preferably, the playing speed description information obtaining module 401 is specifically configured to obtain a playing speed description information file of a video when the video is obtained; a plurality of pieces of play speed description information respectively associated with a plurality of time intervals of a video are acquired from a play speed description information file of the video.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the video playing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes: play-speed description information determination module 403.
The playing speed description information determining module 403 is configured to determine in advance a plurality of playing speed description information respectively associated with a plurality of time intervals of the video by at least one of the following methods: according to the recommendation information of the video service party, determining the playing speed description information associated with each time interval of the video; according to the operation of a plurality of users on the video, determining the playing speed description information associated with each time interval of the video; and determining the playing speed description information associated with each time interval of the video according to the setting information of other users for the playing speed of the video.
Preferably, the playing speed description information determining module 403 is specifically configured to collect operations of a plurality of users for each time interval of the video, and determine habitual operations of the plurality of users for each time interval; according to the habitual operation aiming at each time zone, the playing speed description information related to the time interval of the video is determined.
Preferably, the playing speed description information determining module 403 is specifically configured to determine that the playing speed description information associated with a time interval is a standard playing speed when the habitual operation for the time interval is playing; when the habitual operation aiming at one time zone is fast forward or skip, determining that the playing speed description information associated with the time zone is the accelerated standard playing speed; when the habitual operation for a time zone is pause, rewind and/or repeat play, the play speed description information associated with the time zone is determined to be the standard play speed after slowing down.
Preferably, the playing speed description information determining module 403 is further configured to determine, when there is no habitual operation for a time zone, the playing speed description information associated with the time zone according to the recommendation information of the video service provider and/or the content of the video clip corresponding to the time zone.
Preferably, the playing speed description information determining module 403 is further configured to determine playing speed description information associated with the time interval of the video according to the habitual operation for each time zone, and then generate a playing speed description information file of the video according to a plurality of playing speed description information associated with a plurality of time intervals of the video respectively.
Preferably, the playing speed description information determining module 403 is further configured to determine the playing speed description information of the video according to the grade and/or category of the content of the video; and determining the playing speed description information of the video according to the preset playing time interval of the video.
Preferably, the playing speed description information determining module 403 is disposed in the video server of the video server side according to the embodiment of the present invention. Further, the playing speed description information of the video or the time interval thereof determined by the playing speed description information determination module 403, and/or the playing speed description information file are stored in the video server of the video service side.
In the embodiment of the invention, the video clip corresponding to the associated time interval can be played according to the acquired playing speed description information without extra operation of the user. Through carrying out reasonable setting to the broadcast speed description information of different time intervals, for example set up the broadcast speed description information of the time interval of comparatively draging the plot of the head song, the tail song, and the plot of video to the standard broadcast speed after accelerating, under the condition that does not influence the user and watches comparatively splendid or the video clip that a plurality of users generally are comparatively interested in, can shorten the actual broadcast duration of every video, thereby can play more videos in same period, promote the video broadcast efficiency of video server greatly, promote user's video viewing efficiency greatly.
In addition, in the embodiment of the invention, the video can be acquired, and the playing speed description information file of the video can be acquired at the same time; a plurality of pieces of play speed description information respectively associated with a plurality of time intervals of a video are acquired from a play speed description information file of the video. The method integrates the plurality of playing speed description information associated with the plurality of time intervals of the video into the playing speed description information file, facilitates the operations of storage, transmission and the like of the playing speed description information, and is beneficial to reducing the difficulty and cost of maintaining and using the playing speed description information.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the playing speed description information associated with each time interval of the video may be determined according to the recommendation information of the video service provider, the operation of the multiple users for the video, or the setting information of the playing speed of the other users for the video. Claims (5)

1. A video playback method, comprising:
predetermining a plurality of play speed description information respectively associated with a plurality of time intervals of the video; the method comprises the following steps: according to habitual operation of a plurality of users for each time interval of the video, determining playing speed description information associated with each time interval of the video;
acquiring a plurality of play speed description information respectively associated with a plurality of time intervals of a video; the method comprises the following steps: when the video is obtained, obtaining a playing speed description information file of the video; acquiring a plurality of playing speed description information respectively associated with a plurality of time intervals of the video from the playing speed description information file of the video;
playing the video clip corresponding to each time interval according to the acquired playing speed description information associated with each time interval;
the playback speed description information includes: the playing speed is preset for each time interval of the video.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the playing speed description information associated with each time interval of the video according to the habitual operation of a plurality of users on each time interval of the video comprises:
collecting the operation of a plurality of users for each time interval of the video, and determining the habitual operation of the plurality of users for each time interval;
and according to the habitual operation aiming at each time interval, determining the playing speed description information associated with the time interval of the video.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the determining the playing speed description information associated with the time interval of the video according to the habitual operation for each time interval comprises:
when the habitual operation aiming at a time interval is playing, determining that the playing speed description information associated with the time interval is a standard playing speed;
when the habitual operation aiming at a time interval is fast forward or skip, determining that the playing speed description information associated with the time interval is the accelerated standard playing speed;
when the habitual operation for a time interval is pause, rewind and/or repeat playing, the playing speed description information associated with the time interval is determined to be the standard playing speed after slowing down.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein after determining the playing speed description information associated with each time interval of the video according to the habitual operation for each time interval, the method further comprises:
and generating a playing speed description information file of the video according to a plurality of playing speed description information respectively associated with a plurality of time intervals of the video.
5. A video playback apparatus, comprising:
a playing speed description information determining module, configured to determine in advance a plurality of pieces of playing speed description information respectively associated with a plurality of time intervals of the video; the method comprises the following steps: according to habitual operation of a plurality of users for each time interval of the video, determining playing speed description information associated with each time interval of the video;
the playing speed description information acquisition module is used for acquiring a plurality of pieces of playing speed description information respectively associated with a plurality of time intervals of the video; the playback speed description information includes: presetting a playing speed for each time interval of the video;
the playing speed description information acquisition module is further used for acquiring a playing speed description information file of the video when the video is acquired; acquiring a plurality of playing speed description information respectively associated with a plurality of time intervals of the video from the playing speed description information file of the video;
and the video playing module is used for playing the video clip corresponding to each time interval according to the acquired playing speed description information associated with each time interval.
