It should be noted that the second preset time is determined according to the application information submitted when the user applies for in advance, and optionally, the second preset time is less than the first preset time. For example, the application operation time when the user applies for the application is 2.0 hours, and the second preset time is 1.5 hours. That is, the intelligent control terminal 200 sends a prompt signal to the user after the cabinet door is opened for 1.5 hours. After receiving the prompt signal, the user may accelerate the operation or apply for a delay to the intelligent control terminal 200.
Meanwhile, it should be noted that the prompt signal is sent to the user, and the manner of receiving the prompt signal by the user may be a short message, a WeChat, or a telephone.
The user selects to delay the operation time after receiving the prompt signal, and at this time, the intelligent control terminal 200 receives an operation time extension instruction sent by the user to control the target cabinet door of the server cabinet 100 to be opened for the extension time on the basis of the first preset time. Wherein the extended time matches the time required by the extended operation time instruction.
It should be noted that the manner in which the intelligent control terminal 200 receives the extended operation instruction sent by the user may be a manner of updating the application information and then updating the operation duration in the opening information, or may be a manner in which the user directly contacts a manager of the intelligent control terminal 200, and inputs the extended operation time instruction to the intelligent control terminal 200 through the manager, and the intelligent control terminal 200 controls the cabinet door of the server cabinet 100 to open the extended time again on the basis of the first preset time according to the extended operation time instruction.
It can be understood that the cabinet door state is detected at the second preset time, and when the target cabinet door state is closed, it indicates that the user has finished using, so the intelligent control terminal 200 does not process. When the cabinet door is opened, the user still probably uses the cabinet door and the original first preset time is probably unable to finish the scheduled work, therefore, a prompt signal is sent to the user, so that the user can select whether to extend the operation time according to the prompt signal. When the user selects to extend, the intelligent control terminal 200 updates the time required to be operated in the original application information of the user according to the time length required by the extended operation time instruction so as to meet the sufficient operation time of the user.
Referring to fig. 6, the present embodiment further provides a server rack management apparatus 300, configured to manage the server rack 100. The server rack management device 300 includes: the matching module 320 is used for generating opening information according to the application information and comparing the opening information with the received user verification information; the control module 310 is configured to control the target server cabinet 100 to open the cabinet door when the user authentication information matches the opening information.
Optionally, the server cabinet management apparatus 300 further includes: the receiving module 330 is configured to receive application information submitted by a user, where the application information includes a user identity and a server cabinet number; the generating module 340 is configured to obtain corresponding user identity information according to the user identity, and obtain corresponding server cabinet information according to the server cabinet application number; the matching module 320 is further configured to determine whether the actual number corresponding to the target server cabinet 100 that receives the user authentication information matches the server cabinet information; and when the actual number of the server cabinet receiving the user verification information is matched with the server cabinet information, executing a step of comparing the received user verification information with the opening information.
Optionally, the server cabinet management apparatus 300 further includes: the detection module 350 is configured to detect a first state of the target cabinet door after the target cabinet door is opened and a first preset time elapses, where the first preset time is determined according to the received application information; the detecting module 350 is further configured to transmit a signal representing the first state to the control module 310, where the control module 310 is further configured to determine whether the first state is open, and when the first state of the target cabinet door is open, the control module 310 controls the target server cabinet 100 to close the target cabinet door.
Optionally, the detecting module 350 is further configured to detect a second state of the target cabinet door after the target cabinet door is opened and a second preset time elapses, where the second preset time is determined according to the received application information, and the second preset time is shorter than the first preset time; the detection module 350 is also configured to transmit a signal indicative of the second state to the control module 310. The control module 310 is further configured to determine whether the second state is on. When the second state of the target cabinet door is open, the control module 310 is further configured to generate a prompt signal and send the prompt signal.
Optionally, the receiving module 330 is further configured to transmit the extended operation time instruction to the control module 310 according to the received extended operation time instruction, and the control module 310 is further configured to control a cabinet door of the server cabinet 100 to open for an extended time on the basis of the first preset time; wherein the extended time matches the time required by the extended operation time instruction.
Optionally, the server cabinet management apparatus 300 further includes an alarm module 360, the control module 310 is further configured to generate an alarm instruction and transmit the alarm instruction to the alarm module 360 when the user authentication information does not match the opening information, and the alarm module 360 is configured to issue an alarm according to the alarm instruction.
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment further provides a server rack management system 10 for implementing the server rack management method.
The server cabinet management system 10 provided by the embodiment comprises an intelligent control terminal 200 and a server cabinet 100, wherein the intelligent control terminal 200 is in communication connection with the server cabinet 100.
The intelligent control terminal 200 is configured to obtain opening information, where the opening information is generated according to the received application information; the server cabinet 100 is configured to acquire user authentication information and transmit the user authentication information to the intelligent control terminal 200; the intelligent control terminal 200 is further configured to compare the user authentication information with the opening information, generate an opening instruction when it is detected that the user authentication information matches the opening information, and transmit the opening instruction to the server cabinet 100 to control the target server cabinet 100 to open the corresponding target cabinet door.
It is understood that the communication connection between the intelligent control terminal 200 and the server cabinet 100 may be a wired connection or a wireless connection.
Optionally, the opening information includes user identity information and server cabinet information, the intelligent control terminal is further configured to receive application information submitted by a user, and the application information includes a user identity identifier and a server cabinet application number; the intelligent control terminal 200 is further configured to obtain corresponding user identity information according to the user identity identifier, and obtain corresponding server cabinet information according to the server cabinet application number; the intelligent control terminal 200 is further configured to compare the received user authentication information with the opening information when it is determined that the actual number of the target server cabinet 100 receiving the user authentication information matches the server cabinet information.
Optionally, the intelligent control terminal 200 is further configured to detect a first state of the target cabinet door after the target cabinet door is opened and a first preset time elapses, where the first preset time is determined according to the received application information; when detecting that the first state of the target cabinet door is open, the intelligent control terminal 200 is further configured to generate a closing instruction and transmit the closing instruction to the server cabinet 100, so as to control the target server cabinet 100 to close the target cabinet door.
Optionally, the intelligent control terminal 200 is further configured to detect a second state of the target cabinet door after the target cabinet door is opened and a second preset time elapses, where the second preset time is determined according to the received application information, and the second preset time is less than the first preset time; when detecting that the second state of the target cabinet door is open, generating a prompt signal and sending the prompt signal.
Optionally, the intelligent control terminal 200 is further configured to control a cabinet door of the target server cabinet 100 to open for an extended time on the basis of the first preset time according to the received extended operation time instruction; wherein the extended time matches the time required by the extended operation time instruction.
Optionally, the server cabinet management system 10 further includes an alarm, the alarm is connected to the server cabinet 100 and/or the intelligent control terminal 200, and the alarm is connected to the intelligent control terminal 200 in a communication manner. When the user authentication information is not matched with the opening information, the intelligent control terminal 200 is further configured to generate an alarm instruction and transmit the alarm instruction to the alarm to open the alarm.
It should be noted that, the alarm may be connected to the server rack 100 for performing a prompt on the server rack 100 side, may be used for performing a prompt on the intelligent control terminal 200 side, may be used for performing a prompt on the server rack 100 side, and may also be used for performing a prompt on the intelligent control terminal 200 side at the same time, where at least two alarms are provided.

1. A server cabinet management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
comparing the received user authentication information with opening information, wherein the opening information is generated according to the received application information;
when the user verification information is matched with the opening information, controlling a target server cabinet to open a corresponding target cabinet door;
the opening information comprises user identity information and server cabinet information, and the server cabinet management method further comprises the following steps:
receiving application information submitted by a user, wherein the application information comprises a user identity identifier and a server cabinet application number;
acquiring corresponding user identity information according to the user identity;
acquiring corresponding server cabinet information according to the server cabinet application number;
judging whether the actual number corresponding to the target server cabinet receiving the user verification information is matched with the server cabinet information or not;
if yes, executing the step of comparing the received user authentication information with the opening information;
the server cabinet management method further comprises the following steps: after the target cabinet door is opened and first preset time passes, detecting a first state of the target cabinet door, wherein the first preset time is determined according to received application information; when detecting that the first state of the target cabinet door is open, controlling the target server cabinet to close the target cabinet door;
the server cabinet management method further comprises the following steps: after the target cabinet door is opened and a second preset time passes, detecting a second state of the target cabinet door, wherein the second preset time is determined according to the received application information, and the second preset time is less than the first preset time; and when the second state of the target cabinet door is detected to be opened, generating a prompt signal and sending the prompt signal.
2. The server cabinet management method according to claim 1, further comprising:
controlling a cabinet door of the target server cabinet to open for an extended time on the basis of the first preset time according to the received extended operation time instruction;
wherein the extended time matches a time required by the extended operation time instruction.
3. The server cabinet management method according to claim 1, wherein when the user authentication information does not match the opening information, the target server cabinet is controlled to issue an alarm.
4. A server cabinet management apparatus, characterized in that the server cabinet management apparatus includes:
the matching module is used for generating opening information according to the application information and comparing the opening information with the received user verification information;
the control module is used for controlling the target server cabinet to open the corresponding target cabinet door when the user verification information is matched with the opening information;
the server cabinet management device further includes:
the server comprises a receiving module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving application information submitted by a user, and the application information comprises a user identity identifier and a server cabinet number;
the generating module is used for acquiring corresponding user identity information according to the user identity identifier and acquiring corresponding server cabinet information according to the server cabinet application number;
the matching module is further used for judging whether the actual number corresponding to the target server cabinet receiving the user verification information is matched with the server cabinet information; when the actual number of the server cabinet receiving the user verification information is matched with the server cabinet information, executing a step of comparing the received user verification information with the opening information;
the server cabinet management device also comprises a receiving module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving application information submitted by a user, and the application information comprises a user identity identifier and a server cabinet number; the generating module is used for acquiring corresponding user identity information according to the user identity identification and acquiring corresponding server cabinet information according to the server cabinet application number; the matching module is also used for judging whether the actual number corresponding to the target server cabinet receiving the user verification information is matched with the server cabinet information or not; when the actual number of the server cabinet receiving the user verification information is matched with the server cabinet information, executing a step of comparing the received user verification information with the opening information;
the server cabinet management device further comprises a detection module, wherein the detection module is used for detecting a first state of a target cabinet door after the target cabinet door is opened and first preset time passes, and the first preset time is determined according to the received application information; the detection module is also used for transmitting a signal representing the first state to the control module, the control module is also used for judging whether the first state is open or not, and when the first state of the target cabinet door is open, the control module controls the target server cabinet to close the target cabinet door;
the detection module is further used for detecting a second state of the target cabinet door after the target cabinet door is opened and a second preset time passes, wherein the second preset time is determined according to the received application information, and the second preset time is shorter than the first preset time; the detection module is also used for transmitting a signal representing the second state to the control module; the control module is also used for judging whether the second state is open or not; when the second state of the target cabinet door is open, the control module is also used for generating a prompt signal and sending the prompt signal.
5. The server cabinet management system is characterized by comprising an intelligent control terminal and a server cabinet, wherein the intelligent control terminal is in communication connection with the server cabinet;
the intelligent control terminal is used for acquiring opening information, wherein the opening information is generated according to the received application information;
the server cabinet is used for acquiring user authentication information and transmitting the user authentication information to the intelligent control terminal;
the intelligent control terminal is further used for comparing the user verification information with the opening information, generating an opening instruction when the user verification information is detected to be matched with the opening information, and transmitting the opening instruction to the server cabinet so as to control a target server cabinet to open a corresponding target cabinet door;
the intelligent control terminal is used for receiving the application information submitted by the user, wherein the application information comprises a user identity mark and a server cabinet application number;
the intelligent control terminal is further used for acquiring the corresponding user identity information according to the user identity identification and acquiring the corresponding server cabinet information according to the server cabinet application number;
the intelligent control terminal is further used for comparing the received user verification information with the opening information when the fact that the actual number of the target server cabinet receiving the user verification information is matched with the server cabinet information is judged;
the intelligent control terminal is further used for detecting a first state of the target cabinet door after the target cabinet door is opened and a first preset time elapses, wherein the first preset time is determined according to the received application information; when the first state of the target cabinet door is detected to be open, the intelligent control terminal is further used for generating a closing instruction and transmitting the closing instruction to the server cabinet so as to control the target server cabinet to close the target cabinet door;
the intelligent control terminal is also used for: after the target cabinet door is opened and a second preset time passes, detecting a second state of the target cabinet door, wherein the second preset time is determined according to the received application information, and the second preset time is less than the first preset time; and when the second state of the target cabinet door is detected to be opened, generating a prompt signal and sending the prompt signal.
