Fig. 8 is a general workflow of processing POS terminal information by a bank server according to an embodiment of the present invention, mainly performing the following analysis:
step 81: analyzing the operation condition; and counting the accepted bank card transactions, and comparing with the historical transaction conditions to obtain the business conditions of the merchants.
Step 82: transaction error checking: checking whether the number of successful transactions processed by the POS terminal 10 and the number of successful transactions in the background of the bank are consistent, and if not, generating an error list.
Step 83: POS quantity inspection: and counting the number of the POS terminals to be inspected, checking whether the number is consistent with the number registered in the background, and if not, returning the number of the POS terminals not to be inspected.
Step 84: failure cause analysis: statistical analysis is performed on the failed transactions processed by the POS terminal 10 to form an analysis report.
Step 85: operator analysis: and counting the transaction amount and the transaction amount of each teller, counting the transaction operation time, and forming the score of the teller through model analysis. In the analysis result, the teller number which does not meet the operation specification is recorded.
Step 86: software version analysis: the version and the upgrade details of the system software installed in the POS terminal 10 are analyzed to check whether the version is correct, and if an unauthorized version is installed, recording is performed.
Step 87: hardware analysis: the record of the installation of the external device by the POS terminal 10 is analyzed to check whether other external devices are illegally installed. The checking method comprises the following steps: the type and model of the external device are checked with the type and model of the compliant external device set in the background of the bank according to the record of the installation of the external device by the POS terminal 10, and if not, the installation is illegal.
Step 88: and (3) machine moving condition analysis: the position change information of the POS terminal 10 is analyzed, and it is checked whether the position that the POS terminal 10 transacts matches the transaction location registered in the background, and if not, recording is performed.
Step 89: and generating and returning a patrol report. After the above steps are analyzed, all the analysis results and the inspection are integrated to generate a patrol report, and the patrol report is sent to the round POS patrol device 30.
The POS inspection device, the POS inspection system and the POS inspection method based on the RFID have the following advantages: 1) When the bank makes merchant patrol, automation is realized in POS machine inspection items; 2) In the daily use process of the POS terminal, the transaction condition, the operation condition of an operator and POS system information are automatically recorded, so that the workload of manual recording is reduced; 3) After reading RFID information of the POS terminal through the POS inspection device, the bank inspection personnel are connected with the bank server to analyze transaction information and system information of the POS terminal in real time, so that the links of manual inspection are greatly reduced, the accuracy is improved, and the workload of the inspection personnel is greatly reduced; 4) For the order receiving mechanism such as banks, the POS inspection device can rapidly solve the behaviors of whether the merchant moves, tampers with the system, installs illegal peripherals and the like, and timely carries out risk control on the merchant; 5) For merchants, the business sales conditions of the enterprises can be known through the analysis report generated by the POS inspection device, the proficiency and contribution degree of POS teller are known, and business decisions of the merchants are facilitated.

Claims (10)

1. An RFID-based POS patrol device, the device comprising: the RFID reading unit and the communication unit are arranged in a shell, and the shell is used for protecting physical equipment in the POS inspection device and has the self-destruction safety functions of disassembly prevention and disassembly keys;
the RFID reading unit is used for communicating with an RFID tag embedded in the POS terminal through an RFID antenna so as to read POS terminal transaction information and POS terminal system information in the RFID tag;
the communication unit is used for communicating with a bank server in a wireless mode so as to send the POS terminal transaction information and the POS terminal system information to the bank server.
2. The RFID-based POS inspection device of claim 1, further comprising: the device comprises an input unit, a display unit, a storage unit, a power supply unit and a main control chip;
the input unit is used for receiving information input by a user;
the display unit is used for displaying at least one of information input by a user, prompt information and information returned by the bank server;
the storage unit is used for storing the POS terminal transaction information and the POS terminal system information read by the RFID reading unit;
the power supply unit is used for supplying power to the RFID reading unit, the communication unit, the input unit, the display unit, the storage unit and the main control chip;
the main control chip is used for coordinating and controlling the operations of the RFID reading unit, the communication unit, the input unit, the display unit, the storage unit and the power supply unit.
3. The RFID-based POS inspection device of claim 1, wherein the communication unit communicates with the bank server through one or more of a GSM network, a CDMA network, a GPRS network, a 3G network, a 4G network, and wireless WIFI.
4. An RFID-based POS patrol system, the system comprising: at least one POS terminal, at least one RFID tag, at least one RFID-based POS inspection device of claim 1, and a banking server; the RFID tags are equal to the POS terminals in number;
the POS terminal is communicated with the bank server through a special network, sends transaction request information to the bank server and receives a transaction processing result returned by the bank server; the RFID tag is embedded in the POS terminal; the POS terminal is used for accepting the bank card transaction and writing POS terminal transaction information and POS terminal system information into the RFID tag;
the POS inspection device is used for communicating with an RFID tag embedded in the POS terminal through an RFID antenna so as to read POS terminal transaction information and POS terminal system information in the RFID tag and send the POS terminal transaction information and the POS terminal system information to the bank server through a wireless network;
and the bank server is used for generating a patrol report according to the POS terminal transaction information and the POS terminal system information sent by the POS patrol device.
5. The RFID-based POS inspection system of claim 4, wherein the POS terminal comprises: transaction information acquisition device, system information acquisition device and RFID read-write device; wherein, the liquid crystal display device comprises a liquid crystal display device,
the transaction information acquisition device is used for acquiring transaction information of the POS terminal;
the system information acquisition device is used for acquiring system information of the POS terminal;
the RFID read-write device is used for writing the transaction information and the system information into the RFID tag.
6. The RFID-based POS inspection system of claim 4, wherein,
the POS terminal transaction information comprises: an operation step of operating the POS terminal transaction by a bank card transaction accepted by the POS terminal and a teller;
the POS terminal system information includes: the version and upgrade details of system software installed on the POS terminal, the record of the installation of external equipment of the POS terminal and the position change information of the POS terminal.

The RFID-based POS inspection system of claim 4, wherein the banking server comprises: the system comprises a POS transaction information analysis module, a POS system information analysis module and a patrol report generation module; wherein, the liquid crystal display device comprises a liquid crystal display device,
the POS transaction information analysis module is used for analyzing the business operation condition of a merchant according to the POS terminal transaction information, checking the number of successful or failed POS terminal transactions, counting the number of the patrol POS terminals, counting the transaction amount and the transaction amount of each teller, and recording teller numbers which do not accord with the operation specification;
the POS system information analysis module is used for checking whether the POS terminal system software version is correct or not, checking whether the POS terminal is illegally provided with other external equipment or not and checking whether the POS terminal transaction position is consistent with a transaction place registered in the background or not according to the POS terminal system information;
and the patrol report generation module is used for integrating the analysis results of the POS transaction information analysis module and the POS system information analysis module to generate a patrol report and sending the patrol report to the round POS patrol device.

The RFID-based POS inspection system of claim 4, wherein the banking server further comprises: the anti-fraud analysis processing module is used for judging whether the POS terminal system information and the POS terminal transaction information match with preset merchant fraud risk monitoring model conditions; if the suspicious merchant list is matched with the hit model situation, a suspicious merchant list and a hit model situation are generated and stored in a bank server, and a risk prompt message is generated.
9. An RFID-based POS patrol method, the method comprising:
reading an RFID tag embedded in a POS terminal by using the POS inspection device of claim 1 to obtain POS terminal transaction information and POS terminal system information in the RFID tag;
transmitting the POS terminal transaction information and POS terminal system information to a bank server in a wireless mode;
and receiving and displaying a patrol report generated by the bank server according to the POS terminal transaction information and the POS terminal system information.
10. An RFID-based POS patrol method, the method comprising:
receiving POS terminal transaction information and POS terminal system information which are sent by a POS inspection device;
analyzing the business operation condition of the commercial tenant according to the POS terminal transaction information, checking the number of successful or failed POS terminal transactions, counting the number of the patrol POS terminals, counting the transaction amount and the transaction amount of each teller, and recording teller numbers which do not accord with the operation specification;
checking whether the software version of the POS terminal system is correct or not, checking whether the POS terminal is illegally provided with other external equipment or not, and checking whether the transaction position of the POS terminal is consistent with the transaction place registered in the background or not according to the POS terminal system information;
and integrating the result obtained by analyzing the POS terminal transaction information and the result obtained by analyzing the POS terminal system information to generate a patrol report and sending the patrol report to a round POS patrol device.
