Detailed Description
So that the manner in which the features and aspects of the present invention can be understood in detail, a more particular description of embodiments of the invention, briefly summarized above, may be had by reference to the appended drawings, which are included to illustrate, but are not intended to limit the invention.
Before further detailed description of the present invention, terms and expressions referred to in the embodiments of the present invention are described, and the terms and expressions referred to in the embodiments of the present invention are applicable to the following explanations.
The verification failure rate corresponding to the information verification mode is as follows: when the current information verification mode is adopted, the times of verification failure in the information verification process are divided by the total times of verification requests;
for example, the number of billing information authentication failures is divided by the total number of billing information authentication requests.
The corresponding service conversion rate of the information verification mode is as follows: when the current information verification mode is adopted, the ratio of the successful completion number of the services to the service initiation request number is adopted;
for example, the ratio of the successful charging number of the user to the charging request number initiated by the user, and the ratio of the successful payment number of the user to the total number of the initiated payment services.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of information verification methods of different security levels, and as shown in fig. 1, the information verification methods of different security levels are, in order from low to high according to the security level:
no-confirmation (one-key payment), sliding graph check, click graph check, simple graph verification code, short message + graph verification code.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of an optional flow of an information verification method adjustment method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, an optional flow of the information verification method adjustment method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step 201: acquiring a verification failure rate corresponding to an information verification mode and/or a service conversion rate corresponding to the information verification mode;
step 202: judging whether the verification failure rate corresponding to the acquired information verification mode and/or the service conversion rate corresponding to the information verification mode meet the adjustment condition, if so, executing a step 203, otherwise, executing a step 204;
in an embodiment of the present invention, when the verification failure rate corresponding to the obtained information verification manner and/or the service conversion rate corresponding to the information verification manner meets an adjustment condition, determining that the adjustment direction of the information verification manner is adjusted to a low security level verification manner includes:
when the verification failure rate corresponding to the information verification mode is higher than a preset first verification failure rate threshold value, determining that the information verification mode adjustment direction is to be adjusted towards a low-security level verification mode;
when the verification failure rate corresponding to the information verification mode is higher than the preset first verification failure rate threshold value, it is difficult for the user to successfully pass the current information verification mode, the information verification mode of the current security level needs to be repeatedly performed, and the use experience of the user is influenced.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the verification failure rate corresponding to the obtained information verification manner and/or the service conversion rate corresponding to the information verification manner meets an adjustment condition, determining that the adjustment direction of the information verification manner is adjusted to a low security level verification manner includes:
and when the service conversion rate is lower than a preset first conversion rate threshold value, determining that the information verification mode adjustment direction is adjusted to a low-security level verification mode.
In the process of service operation by a user, if the verification failure rate is in a normal level, the service conversion rate is further judged, and if the service conversion rate is lower than a preset first conversion rate threshold value, it indicates that after a plurality of users initiate service requests, verification is not started, and the service is abandoned, which is often caused by the fact that the difficulty of the current verification mode is high and the users do not perform verification. Therefore, the information authentication manner can be adjusted to the low security level authentication manner.
Step 203: determining that the information verification mode adjustment direction is adjusted towards a low security level verification mode;
step 204: keeping the existing information verification mode;
step 205: based on the determined adjustment direction of the low security level, the security level of the information verification mode is adjusted to be low;
in an embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting the security level of the information verification manner to be lower based on the determined adjustment direction of the low security level includes:
based on the determined adjustment direction of the low security level, adjusting the current information verification mode to an adjacent information verification mode of the low security level; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
based on the determined adjustment direction of the low security level, adjusting the current information verification mode to the adjustment direction of the low security level by a preset adjustment value;
the preset adjustment value may be an integer value greater than or equal to 2, and the information verification mode may be reduced from the highest security level to the lowest security level through the adjustment mode, so that a user can conveniently and rapidly pass the information verification to perform a service operation.
In an embodiment of the present invention, it may also be determined whether there is a user behavior affecting service security;
and if the user behavior influencing the service safety is determined to exist, the safety level of the information verification mode corresponding to the service is increased.
Specifically, the safety factor of the information verification mode can be obtained;
when the information verification mode safety factor is higher than the safety factor threshold,
determining that the information verification mode adjustment direction is towards the verification mode adjustment of high security level;
adjusting the information verification manner based on the determined adjustment to the verification manner with high security level.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the operation event may be compared with a condition in a preset policy repository, and if the condition in the policy repository is satisfied, it is determined that the machine is operating, and a security early warning is triggered.
Specifically, if the time between the user requesting authentication and the time of initiating authentication is shorter than the preset time in the policy library, the behavior of the machine is likely to be the behavior of the machine;
for sliding operation, if the sliding track is very smooth, it can also be considered as machine operation;
in addition, if the multiple sliding trajectories are identical, it can also be considered that the machine is operating
By the method, when the service is judged to have the safety risk, the safety level can be increased, and the first safety of the service is ensured.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a current information verification method of a target user and a corresponding verification failure rate of the target user can also be obtained,
the verification failure rate corresponding to the target user is used for representing verification failure statistical information of the target user when different information verification modes are used;
and when the current information verification mode of the target user is higher than a preset verification level and the verification failure rate corresponding to the target user is higher than a preset second verification failure rate threshold value, determining that the information verification mode adjustment direction is to be adjusted to a low-security level verification mode.
Further, when the current information verification mode of the target user is higher than a preset verification level, the verification failure rate of the target user is lower than the second verification failure rate threshold, and the information verification mode adjustment direction is determined to be suspended adjustment;
and when the current information verification mode of the target user is lower than the preset verification level, the verification failure rate of the target user is higher than a preset third verification failure rate threshold value, and warning information is sent out.
By the method, when the target user uses different information verification modes, different users are considered to be different in the used safety verification modes, so that the failure rates of the different users in the different verification modes are different, the failure rates of the users in the different safety verification modes can be respectively counted, and different safety verification modes are provided for the different users according to the failure rates of the users in the different safety verification modes. When the security level of the information verification mode currently used by the target user is too high, the corresponding verification failure rate of the target user is higher than a preset second verification failure rate threshold, which indicates that the verification mode of the current security level is not suitable for the current user, so that the information verification mode used by the current user needs to be reduced, and conversely, if the verification failure rate of the target user is lower than the second verification failure rate threshold, which indicates that the information verification mode used by the current security level by the target user is suitable, the adjustment can be suspended; and when the information verification mode to which the target user belongs currently is lower than the preset verification level, the verification failure rate of the target user is higher than a preset third verification failure rate threshold value, which indicates that abnormal operation may occur, and warning information needs to be sent out, and further, the service performed by the target user can be suspended, so that the service operation safety of the user is further ensured.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a source channel of the service request may be further obtained, and based on the source channel of the service request, at least one of the following is performed:
when the source channel of the service request is a source channel in a preset trust list, determining that the information verification mode adjustment direction is adjusted to a low-security level verification mode; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and when the source channel of the service request exceeds the source channel in the preset trust list, determining that the information verification mode adjustment direction is adjusted to a high-security level verification mode.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a source channel of a service request and a verification failure rate corresponding to the source channel of the service request may also be obtained, and when the verification failure rate corresponding to the source channel of the service request is higher than a preset fourth verification failure rate threshold, it is determined that the information verification manner adjustment direction is adjusted toward a low security level verification manner. By the method, the information verification modes corresponding to the service requests of different source channels are adaptive to the source channel of the service request, and the different service request source channels obtain the information verification modes corresponding to the service requests of the different source channels.

When assessing whether the business is safe, mainly go on through user behavior analysis, user behavior analysis is mainly to the user at the comprehensive analysis of APP inside trigger event, and the analysis main points mainly include:
analyzing the operation event of the APP component;
and comparing the operation event with the conditions in the preset strategy library, and if the conditions in the strategy library are met, judging that the operation is machine operation and triggering safety early warning.
In one embodiment of the invention, if the time between the time when the user requests to perform information verification and the time when the user initiates verification is shorter than the preset time in the policy library, the operation can be judged to be a machine behavior;
in one embodiment of the invention, for a sliding operation, if the sliding trajectory is very smooth, it can be judged that the operation is a machine behavior;
in one embodiment of the invention, if the multiple sliding trajectories are identical, it may be determined that the operation is machine behavior.
In an embodiment of the present invention, backtracking analysis may be performed on the user event before the charging request, so as to determine whether the charging process is normal.
Specifically, a series of behaviors before the user billing request are analyzed, for example, the time duration consumed by each operation and the frequency of occurrence of each operation are analyzed, and then compared with conditions in a preset decision library to determine whether the behavior is a machine behavior, and if a certain operation is too frequent or the time spent on executing a certain process is too short, the behavior can be regarded as the machine behavior.
In an embodiment of the invention, statistical analysis can be carried out on the transaction volume cycle ratio growth rate in the same time period every day, and if the transaction volume cycle ratio growth rate in the same time period every day is too high, early warning is triggered.
Step 402: calculating the verification failure rate and the service conversion rate of the service;
in an embodiment of the present invention, the verification failure rate of the service may be calculated by obtaining the service completion number and the service initiation request number, and the verification failure rate of the service may be calculated by obtaining the number of the charging security verification failures and the total number of the charging security verification requests.
Specifically, during the service, the state of each service order is stored in the database, for example, for the charging service, after a service request is initiated, a service order is often generated, and each completed order is correspondingly stored in the database. Therefore, the completion number of the service and the initiation request number of the service can be obtained from the database for recording the service progress.
Further, for the verification failure rate, when the user terminal sends a verification request to the server, the terminal returns the information related to the verification to the terminal side, and at this time, the number of times of the verification request can be recorded; when the user terminal fails or succeeds in verification, the verification result can be recorded, so that the times of verification failure are obtained.
In order to ensure the timeliness of adjusting the charging security verification mode, the verification failure rate and the service conversion rate in the latest period of time can be calculated according to a certain frequency. For example, the frequency of one time calculation in 10 minutes is used to calculate the failure rate of service verification and the service conversion rate in the last 10 minutes.
Step 403: keeping the existing information verification mode;
step 404: judging whether the security level of the verification mode needs to be lowered or not according to the verification failure rate and the service conversion rate, if so, executing the step 405, otherwise, executing the step 403;
step 405: and adjusting the information verification mode to the direction of low security level.
In the scheme, in order to ensure the service safety, the verification level is further lowered according to the verification failure rate and the service conversion rate only under the condition that the safety early warning is not triggered.
Specifically, when the verification level is adjusted, whether the verification failure rate is too high or not is judged, and if the verification failure rate is higher than a set verification failure rate threshold value, the verification security level is reduced by one level; and if the verification failure rate does not exceed the set verification failure rate threshold, further considering the service conversion rate, judging whether the service conversion rate is lower than the set service conversion rate threshold, and if so, reducing the verification security level by one level.
Fig. 5 is an optional operation diagram of the information verification method adjustment method according to the embodiment of the present invention, and different services may be applicable to different verification methods due to differences in operation flows, for example, for a telephone fee payment service, a user is often in a shutdown state when making a telephone fee payment, and if a short message verification method is used, a verification failure rate is likely to be too high. When steps 401 to 404 are executed, it is necessary to customize an authentication manner suitable for different services, so as to optimize the user experience while ensuring security.
As shown in fig. 5, first, an information verification method corresponding to a current service is obtained for the current service, and then, whether the information verification method adopted by the current service needs to be adjusted is determined by analyzing a verification failure rate of the information verification method corresponding to the current service and analyzing a service conversion rate corresponding to the current information verification method.
In practical application, a certain APP charging verification mode is simple graph test, in a certain period of time, the number of initiated charging requests is 10000, charging is actually confirmed and charging is successfully completed only by 10, the conversion rate is only 0.01%, the verification mode of the APP with low security level can be 'click graph test' according to the security evaluation result, and the charging verification mode is adjusted from 'simple graph test' to 'click graph test'.
Furthermore, a certain APP charging verification mode is simple graph verification, in a certain period of time, the increase rate of the charging request quantity is too high, the verification failure rate also exceeds the safety assessment early warning value, and the system automatically adjusts the charging verification mode from the simple graph verification to short message verification.
Fig. 6 is an optional operation diagram of the information verification method adjustment method according to the embodiment of the present invention, and considering that different users are used to different security verification methods, and therefore, different users have different verification failure rates in different verification methods, failure rates of the users using different security verification methods can be respectively counted, different security verification methods are provided for different users according to the failure rates of the users using different security verification methods, and user experience is further improved.
In a specific implementation, for a single user, the authentication failure rate and the service conversion rate of the user may be counted, as shown in fig. 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, when the user uses a service of a certain APP for the first time, a verification manner determined based on the service conversion rate of the whole APP, that is, a verification manner determined based on the service conversion rate and the authentication failure rate in a recent period of time (for example, in the recent 10 minutes) is provided by default.
Further, after the user uses the APP within a period of time, the authentication mode for the user is comprehensively determined according to the failure rate of the user in different authentication modes and the security level determined according to the user behavior of the user, so that the user experience is ensured, and the service security is also ensured.
When calculating the verification failure rate and the service conversion rate of the user under the service, only the service conversion rate and the verification failure rate in the last period of time (such as in the last week) may be determined, and if the user does not have relevant data sufficient for determining the service conversion rate and the verification failure rate in the period of time, a verification manner determined based on the service conversion rate of the service as a whole is still provided for the user.
