It should be further noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present disclosure may be combined with each other without conflict. The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the order placing time prompt of the order combining order is provided for the user, so that the order combining order generated by the user is effectively guided, the product distribution speed or the service providing speed can be effectively improved, the waiting time of the user is reduced, the service quality is improved, and the user experience is enhanced.
Fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a time alert method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the time prompting method includes the following steps S101 to S103:
in step S101, a first pickup address, a first delivery address and an estimated first pickup time of an order to be generated by a user are obtained;
in step S102, determining a generated order that can be merged with the to-be-generated order within a predetermined time range according to a first pickup address and a first delivery address of the to-be-generated order and an estimated first pickup time; the generated order is not finished to pick, the picking distance between the generated order and the order to be generated is smaller than a first preset threshold value, and the delivery distance between the generated order and the order to be generated is smaller than a second preset threshold value; the estimated second goods taking time and the estimated first goods taking time of the generated order meet preset conditions;
in step S103, the predetermined time range is provided to the user.
Considering that the prior art merging process is limited to performing similarity analysis on orders already generated by users and performing merging operation, the processing method is inefficient, and cannot effectively improve the product distribution speed or the service providing speed.
Therefore, in this embodiment, a time prompting method is provided, where the method first obtains a first pickup address, a first delivery address, and an estimated first pickup time of an order to be generated by a user, and then determines a generated order that can be merged with the order to be generated within a predetermined time range according to the first pickup address, the first delivery address, and the estimated first pickup time of the order to be generated, where the generated order has not finished picking up an order, and a pickup distance from the generated order is smaller than a first preset threshold, and a delivery distance from the generated order is smaller than a second preset threshold; the estimated second goods taking time and the estimated first goods taking time of the generated order meet preset conditions; and finally providing the predetermined time range to the user.
The order to be generated refers to an order to be generated by a user; the first pickup address of the order to be generated refers to a shipping address of a product or service purchased by the user, for example, when the user uses the ordering platform to order, the address of a merchant in a browsing page is the first pickup address; the first delivery address of the order to be generated refers to a receiving address of a product or service purchased by a user, for example, when the user uses a food ordering platform to order food, the address of the user for receiving the food is the first delivery address; the first pickup time is estimated by an estimation method to be the time for picking up the product or service purchased by the user.
After the first pick address and the first delivery address of the order to be generated of the user and the estimated first pick time are obtained, whether a generated order capable of being combined with the order to be generated of the user in a time range exists or not can be determined according to the information, if the generated order exists, the time range is calculated and provided for the user, and after the user receives the time range information, the user can know that the order can be placed in the time range, the order is combined with other generated orders, and the waiting time of the user can be greatly shortened.
The generated order may be an order already generated by another user, or an order previously generated by the current user. The generated order is an order which is not finished to take goods, the goods taking distance between the generated order and the user to-be-generated order is smaller than a first preset threshold value, and the goods sending distance between the generated order and the user to-be-generated order is smaller than a second preset threshold value; in addition, the estimated second picking time of the generated order and the first picking time meet preset conditions, for example, the second picking time of the generated order cannot be earlier than the first picking time, so that the influence of order merging on the picking time of the generated order is avoided, and the experience of a user with the generated order is reduced.
According to the technical scheme, the order placing time prompt of the order capable of being merged is provided for the user, so that the order capable of being merged is generated by the user and is effectively guided, the product distribution speed or the service providing speed can be effectively improved, the waiting time of the user is reduced, the service quality is improved, and the user experience is enhanced.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the step S102 of determining a generated order that can be merged with the to-be-generated order within a predetermined time range according to the first pickup address and the first delivery address of the to-be-generated order and the estimated first pickup time further includes the following steps S201 to S202:
in step S201, a second pickup address, a second delivery address and an estimated second pickup time of the generated order are obtained, the generated order has not finished picking up the goods, and a distance between the second pickup address and the first pickup address is smaller than a first preset threshold;
in step S202, the generated order for which the distance from the first pickup address is smaller than the first preset threshold and pickup is not completed, the second pickup address and the second delivery address of the generated order, and the estimated second pickup time are obtained;
in step S203, when the first picking time of the order to be generated is within the allowable time threshold range, it is determined that the generated order is a generated order that can be merged with the order to be generated within the predetermined time range.
In this embodiment, a second pick address, a second delivery address and an estimated second pick time of the generated but unfinished pick order are obtained, wherein the second pick address and the second delivery address are obtained from order specific information, and the estimated second pick time is estimated by an estimation method.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the second pickup time may be an estimated time when the delivery resource of the generated order arrives at the order provider, or an estimated time when the order provider prepares the goods of the generated order.
Then, whether the distance between the second goods taking address and the first goods taking address is close enough or not and whether a first preset condition is met or not is determined, such as whether the distance is smaller than a first preset threshold value or not; if so, determining whether the distance between the first delivery address and the second delivery address is close enough, and whether a second preset condition is met, such as whether the distance is smaller than a second preset threshold value; if the estimated first picking time meets the third preset condition, for example, whether the first picking time is within an allowed time threshold range is determined, wherein the allowed time threshold range is related to the second estimated picking time of the generated order, and here, it is considered that a time error may exist in the second estimated picking time, for example, the second estimated picking time is 11 o' clock, and usually the second estimated picking time is different from the actual picking time, that is, a time error exists between the second estimated picking time and the actual picking time, so that as long as the estimated first picking time is within the allowed time error range related to the second estimated picking time, the estimated first picking time is considered to meet the third preset condition.
And if the first goods taking address, the first delivery address and the estimated first goods taking time of the order to be generated all meet the preset conditions, determining that the generated order can be merged with the order to be generated within the preset time range.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the time error may be set to a fixed value according to the prior knowledge, in this case, the judgment of the third preset condition may be described as: determining whether a difference between the first pickup time and a first preset threshold is greater than the second pickup time. Of course, the time error may also be set as a variable related to the second estimated pickup time, for example, if the second estimated pickup time is in a peak time period, the time error is set to be larger, and if the second estimated pickup time is in a leisure time period, the time error is set to be smaller; the time error may also be set to be proportional to the second estimated pickup time. In summary, the setting of the time error can be selected according to the requirements of practical application, and the above is only an exemplary illustration.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, in step S102, the step of determining, according to the first pickup address and the first delivery address of the to-be-generated order and the estimated first pickup time, a generated order that can be merged with the to-be-generated order within a predetermined time range may further include the following steps:
and determining the preset time range according to the second goods taking time of the generated order and the first goods taking time.
In an alternative implementation of this embodiment, the predetermined time range may be calculated according to the following formula:
the predetermined time range is the second picking time + the time error-the estimated time for the shipment of the order to be generated, wherein the estimated time for the shipment of the order to be generated can be estimated through priori knowledge estimation or other estimation methods.
As mentioned above, in practice, the second pick time may be the estimated time of arrival of the delivery resource of the generated order at the order provider or the estimated time of preparation of the goods of the generated order by the order provider, and these two times are not generally consistent, in which case the predetermined time range may be calculated according to the following formula:
the preset time range is max (the countdown time of the shipment time of the generated order, the countdown time of the estimated arrival of the delivery resources at the shipment address) + the time error-the estimated shipment time of the to-be-generated order, wherein max () represents a maximum value taking function.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, a length of time that the second pickup time is greater than the first pickup time within an allowable time threshold range may be further determined as the predetermined time range.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the step S103, namely, the step of providing the predetermined time range to the user, includes the following steps:
and displaying the preset time range on a current page browsed by the user in a countdown mode.
In the embodiment, the preset time range is displayed on the current page browsed by the user in a countdown mode, so that the ordering desire of the user can be enhanced, the ordering speed of the user is increased, the order merging proportion of the user is increased, and the user can be effectively guided to generate a merged order, so that the product distribution speed or the service providing speed can be effectively increased, the waiting time of the user is reduced, the service quality is improved, and the user experience is enhanced.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the method further includes the following steps:
and responding to the event that the user generates the order within the preset time range, and sending the information of the order generated by the user to the distribution resource generating the order.
In this embodiment, after the user places an order within the predetermined time range, the order and the generated order that can be merged with the order can be merged, and the information of the generated order is sent to the delivery resource of the generated order for subsequent merged delivery.
The following are embodiments of the disclosed apparatus that may be used to perform embodiments of the disclosed methods.
Fig. 3 shows a block diagram of a time alert apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which may be implemented as part or all of an electronic device by software, hardware, or a combination of both. As shown in fig. 3, the time prompting apparatus includes an obtaining module 301, a determining module 302, and a providing module 303:
the obtaining module 301 is configured to obtain a first pickup address, a first delivery address and an estimated first pickup time of an order to be generated by a user;
a determining module 302 configured to determine a generated order capable of being merged with the to-be-generated order within a predetermined time range according to a first pickup address, a first delivery address and an estimated first pickup time of the to-be-generated order; the generated order is not finished to pick, the picking distance between the generated order and the order to be generated is smaller than a first preset threshold value, and the delivery distance between the generated order and the order to be generated is smaller than a second preset threshold value; the estimated second goods taking time and the estimated first goods taking time of the generated order meet preset conditions;
a providing module 303 configured to provide the predetermined time range to the user.
Considering that the prior art merging process is limited to performing similarity analysis on orders already generated by users and performing merging operation, the processing method is inefficient, and cannot effectively improve the product distribution speed or the service providing speed.
Therefore, in this embodiment, a time prompting device is proposed, which first obtains a first pickup address, a first delivery address and an estimated first pickup time of an order to be generated by a user through an obtaining module 301, then determines a generated order capable of being merged with the order to be generated within a predetermined time range according to the first pickup address, the first delivery address and the estimated first pickup time of the order to be generated through a determining module 302, and finally provides the predetermined time range to the user through a providing module 303.
4, the determining module 302 includes a first obtaining sub-module 401, a first determining sub-module 402, and a second determining sub-module 403:
a first obtaining submodule 401 configured to obtain the generated order for which the distance to the first pickup address is smaller than the first preset threshold and pickup is not completed, a second pickup address and a second delivery address of the generated order, and an estimated second pickup time;
a first determining sub-module 402 configured to determine whether a first pickup time of the order to be generated is within an allowed time threshold range when a distance between the first delivery address of the order to be generated and the second delivery address of the generated order is smaller than a second preset threshold, the allowed time threshold range being related to a second estimated pickup time of the generated order;
a second determining sub-module 403 configured to determine that the generated order is a generated order that can be merged with the to-be-generated order within the predetermined time range when the first picking time of the to-be-generated order is within an allowable time threshold range.
In this embodiment, the first obtaining sub-module 401 first obtains a second pickup address, a second delivery address and an estimated second pickup time of the generated order that does not complete pickup, wherein the second pickup address and the second delivery address are obtained from order specific information, and the estimated second pickup time is estimated by an estimation method.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the second pickup time may be an estimated time when the delivery resource of the generated order arrives at the order provider, or an estimated time when the order provider prepares the goods of the generated order.
Then the first determining submodule 402 determines whether the distance between the second pickup address and the first pickup address is close enough, and whether a first preset condition is met, such as whether the distance is smaller than a first preset threshold value; if so, determining whether the distance between the first delivery address and the second delivery address is close enough, and whether a second preset condition is met, such as whether the distance is smaller than a second preset threshold value; if the estimated first picking time meets the third preset condition, for example, whether the first picking time is within an allowed time threshold range is determined, wherein the allowed time threshold range is related to the second estimated picking time of the generated order, and here, it is considered that a time error may exist in the second estimated picking time, for example, the second estimated picking time is 11 o' clock, and usually the second estimated picking time is different from the actual picking time, that is, a time error exists between the second estimated picking time and the actual picking time, so that as long as the estimated first picking time is within the allowed time error range related to the second estimated picking time, the estimated first picking time is considered to meet the third preset condition.
If the first pickup address, the first delivery address and the estimated first pickup time of the order to be generated all satisfy the preset conditions, the second determining submodule 403 determines that the generated order can be merged with the order to be generated within the preset time range.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the time error may be set to a fixed value according to a priori knowledge, in this case, the determining module further includes a third determining submodule configured to determine whether a difference between the first pickup time and a first preset threshold is greater than the second pickup time, that is, the determination of the third preset condition may be described as: determining, by a third determination submodule, whether a difference between the first pickup time and a first preset threshold is greater than the second pickup time.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the determining module 302 further includes:
a fourth determination submodule configured to determine the predetermined time range according to a second pickup time of the generated order and the first pickup time.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the fourth determining sub-module includes:
a fifth determination submodule configured to determine a length of time that the second pickup time is greater than the first pickup time within an allowable time threshold range as the predetermined time range.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the providing module 303 includes:
a display sub-module configured to display the predetermined time range in a countdown manner on a current page browsed by the user.
In this embodiment, the display sub-module displays the predetermined time range on the current page browsed by the user in a countdown manner, so that the desire of the user to place an order can be enhanced, the speed of placing the order by the user can be increased, the order combining proportion of the user can be increased, and the order combining manner generated by the user can be effectively guided, so that the product distribution speed or the service providing speed can be effectively increased, the waiting time of the user can be reduced, the service quality can be improved, and the user experience can be enhanced.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the apparatus further includes:
a sending module configured to send information of the order generated by the user to the delivery resource of the generated order in response to an event that the user generates an order within the predetermined time range.
In this embodiment, after the user places an order within the predetermined time range, the order and the generated order that can be merged with the order can be merged, and the sending module sends the information of the generated order to the delivery resource of the generated order for subsequent merged delivery.
