Compared with the prior art, the method and the device have the advantages that the man-machine interaction in the video playing process is increased, the video playing process is changed, the difficulty and the cost are increased for screen recording, and therefore the probability of screen recording of the video is reduced. Specifically, during video playing, the video is forcibly inserted and paused, and the video is continuously played only by corresponding operation of a user, so that the video can be completely played only by the participation of an actual user during video playing, artificial links in the screen recording process are increased, the cost is increased, the fluency of the video can be damaged, the screen recording effect is further reduced, and the possibility that the video is recorded is reduced.
As a further improvement, when acquiring a corresponding time pause rule and a corresponding play resuming rule, also acquiring interaction information corresponding to the video, wherein the interaction information is used for shielding the video interface; the pausing the video further comprises: and displaying the interaction information to a user. Further inject when pausing the video, still show interactive information with the display screen for the video is when pausing, and the interface is sheltered from, further reduces the visibility behind the record screen, thereby reduces the record screen probability.
As a further improvement, if the number of the interactive information is greater than 1, the content of the displayed interactive information is different each time the video is paused. The content of the interactive information is enriched, the visibility after screen recording can be further reduced, and the interactive mode with the user can be enriched, so that the implementation mode of the invention is more flexible and changeable.
As a further improvement, the resume play rule includes: receiving a first user instruction which accords with a pre-stored instruction; the monitoring of the operation of the user on the video specifically comprises: receiving a first user instruction; the operation of the user conforms to the resume play rule, specifically: the received first user instruction corresponds to the pre-stored instruction. Further limiting, the playing is restored through the instruction of the user, and the instruction operation of the user is simple and easy to implement.
As a further improvement, the number of the pre-stored instructions is more than one, and the number of the displayed interactive information corresponds to the number of the pre-stored instructions one by one; the received first user instruction conforms to a pre-stored instruction, and specifically comprises the following steps: the received first user instruction is consistent with a pre-stored instruction corresponding to the displayed interactive information. Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application in various embodiments of the present invention. However, the technical solution claimed in the present application can be implemented without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments.
A first embodiment of the present invention relates to a video playback method. The flow is shown in fig. 1, and specifically comprises the following steps:
step 101, acquiring a corresponding time pause rule and a corresponding play resuming rule according to the identification information of the video to be played.
Specifically, each video is provided with identification information when stored, and the identification information may include: a unique number or a video name. On the other hand, the system also prestores a time pause rule and a resume play rule corresponding to the identification information one by one, that is, each video corresponds to the time pause rule and the resume play rule, and of course, the time pause rule and the resume play rule of each video may be the same or different, and are not limited herein.
102, judging whether the playing time of the video meets a time pause rule or not when the video is played; if yes, go to step 103; if not, the step 102 is returned to.
Specifically, when the video is played, the playing time is checked to determine whether the playing time meets a time pause rule corresponding to the video. More specifically, the time-out rule may be a specific time point, for example, the specific time point may be the 5 th minute, the 15 th minute and the 25 th minute, and when the video is played to the 5 th minute, the 15 th minute or the 25 th minute, it is the playing time that satisfies the time-out rule.
Step 103, pausing the video.
Specifically, when the video is paused, control buttons such as a progress bar of a video playing interface can be set to be unavailable, so that the user is prevented from skipping the paused interface by dragging the progress bar. Further, the following rules may be set: within a preset time period (such as 2 minutes) before and after the time pause point, the control button of the video playing interface is unavailable. If the user changes the playing progress within the time period, the playing target position adjusted by the user is detected, and if the target position is covered in the time period, the step of pausing the video is also executed. Therefore, if the playing target position adjusted by the user is outside the time period and is later than the time pause point, the playing process is reduced by at least 4 minutes, the playing effect is also reduced, and the possibility of preventing screen recording is reduced.
104, monitoring the operation of the user on the video, and judging whether the operation of the user meets the playback recovery rule; if yes, go on to step 105; if not, return to step 104.
It should be noted that, the operation of the video by the user may include inputting an instruction through an input device, and in practical applications, the specific information may also be sent through a mobile terminal bound to the user account, which is not listed here.
And 105, continuing to play the video.
Specifically, when the playback is resumed, the playback can be resumed from the pause time in step 103.
It should be noted that, because there may be a plurality of playing times meeting the time pause rule, the video may be paused for a plurality of times during the playing process, so after the video is continuously played, the step 102 may be returned to continuously determine whether the playing time of the video meets the time pause rule, until the playing time meeting the time pause rule is paused, the video is continuously played until the playing is completed.
Compared with the prior art, the main differences and effects of the present embodiment are as follows: human-computer interaction in the video playing process is increased, the video playing process is changed, difficulty and cost are increased for screen recording, and therefore the probability that the video is recorded on the screen is reduced.
A second embodiment of the present invention relates to a video playback method. The second embodiment is a further improvement on the first embodiment, and the main improvement is that: in the second embodiment of the present invention, interaction information for shielding a video interface is added, so that when the video is paused, the playing interface is shielded, and the visibility after screen recording is further reduced, thereby reducing the screen recording probability.
The video playing method in this embodiment is shown in fig. 2, and specifically includes the following steps:
step 201, according to the identification information of the video to be played, acquiring the corresponding time pause rule, resume playing rule and interaction information.
That is, compared to step 101 in the first embodiment, this step also acquires the interactive information corresponding to the video when acquiring the corresponding temporal pause rule and resume play rule. Specifically, the interaction information is used for shielding the video interface, and more specifically, the content of the interaction information may cover: information for prompting the user to restore the playing rule, advertisement information, introduction information of the video, and the like, which are not limited herein, but the interactive information has a common characteristic: specific information which needs user interaction, such as a question for the current video content, is included, and answers provided by the user need to be specifically judged in the subsequent recovery playing rule, rather than a simple way of closing a dialog box.
Step 202 is similar to step 102 in the first embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Step 203, pause the video.
Specifically, the method further comprises the following steps: and displaying the interactive information to the user. More specifically, the presentation may be by a display that plays a video.
In practical applications, the realistic manner may include the following forms: selecting type (pop-up question, ticker caption display, inputting verification code and other modes), time (time for triggering strategy), content (question content of question type, ticker caption content, verification code generation mode, such as random and the like), response mode (response measures after question answer, how long ticker caption display is carried out, wrong processing after verification code answer and the like). The interactive information and the recovery playing rule mainly provide a processing and responding mode, have flexible and changeable extensible characteristics, and can have various different processing modes for the same video aiming at different users. The implementation of the rules needs to rely on information interaction between the service server and the player.
The embodiment can be further optimized, and the number of the interactive information can be multiple, so that the content of the displayed interactive information is different when the video is paused each time. Due to the fact that displayable interactive contents are rich and diverse, different contents are displayed during each pause, the interactive modes with the user can be enriched, and automatic execution caused by the same interactive modes is avoided.
Step 204, monitoring the operation of the user on the video, and judging whether the operation of the user meets the playback recovery rule; if yes, go on to step 205; if not, return to step 204.
Specifically, the resuming of the playing rule in this embodiment may include: a first user instruction is received that corresponds to the pre-stored instruction. Correspondingly, the operation of the user conforms to the playback resuming rule, which specifically includes: the received first user instruction corresponds to the pre-stored instruction. Then, the operation of the user on the video is monitored, specifically: a first user instruction is received. Wherein, the first user instruction can be input through an input device (such as key input or gesture input, etc.), and if the displayed interactive information is a question and an option, the instruction can be an answer input by using a keyboard, or even an option selection directly performed by using a mouse. Further defined, the interactive information may be question information for a video.
Furthermore, the number of the pre-stored instructions is more than one, and the number of the displayed interactive information corresponds to the number of the pre-stored instructions one by one; the received first user instruction conforms to the pre-stored instruction, and specifically comprises the following steps: the received first user instruction is consistent with a pre-stored instruction corresponding to the displayed interactive information.
For example, the following steps are carried out: three times of pause appear on a certain video, when the playing time is 5 minutes, 10 minutes and 15 minutes respectively, the interactive information displayed in each pause is question information, in the prestored instructions, the preset instruction corresponding to the pause played to 5 minutes is the letter "A", the preset instruction corresponding to the pause played to 10 minutes is the letter "B", the preset instruction corresponding to the pause played to 15 minutes is the letter "C", when the video is played to 5 minutes, the playing is paused, the operation of a user is monitored, once the letter "A" input by the user is received, the video is resumed, the subsequent pause and resumption are similar to those of the first pause, and the repeated description is omitted.
In summary, the present embodiment further defines that the interaction information is displayed by the display screen when the video is paused, so that the interface is shielded when the video is paused, and the visibility after the screen is further reduced, thereby reducing the screen recording probability. Meanwhile, the content of the interactive information is enriched, the visibility after screen recording can be further reduced, and the interactive mode with the user can be enriched, so that the implementation mode of the invention is more flexible and changeable. In addition, the first user instructions are further limited to be different, and the user can be required to send different instructions according to different interaction information, so that the user operation in the embodiment of the invention is enriched, and the possibility of automatic execution is reduced.
A third embodiment of the present invention relates to a video playback method. The third embodiment is similar to the first embodiment, with the main differences being: the time pause rule in the first embodiment includes a specific time point, while the time pause rule in the present embodiment includes a time length between two adjacent pauses.
Specifically, in the embodiment, when determining whether the playing time of the video meets the time pause rule, the next pause time is determined according to the predetermined time length, so as to determine the playing time of each pause, where the first pause time may be the 6 th minute or a certain preset time. If the time length between two adjacent pauses is 6 minutes, the first pause is 6 minutes of playing time, the second pause is 12 minutes of playing time, the third pause is 18 minutes of playing time, and so on until the video playing is finished.
Therefore, the embodiment provides another time suspension rule, and the time suspension rule provided by the invention is enriched, so that the time suspension rule can be set according to actual requirements, and is very flexible.
A fourth embodiment of the present invention relates to a video playback method. The fourth embodiment is a further improvement on the first embodiment, and the main improvement is that: and a step of authenticating the user is added, so that the video is ensured to be played by the authorized user, and the probability of the video being transmitted is further reduced.
A flow chart of the video playing method in this embodiment is shown in fig. 3, which specifically includes the following steps:
step 301, receiving a video selection instruction including user information, and authenticating the user information.
Specifically, in practical application, a separate authentication server may be provided, and during authentication, user information is received and sent to the authentication server for authentication, and whether authentication is passed or not is determined according to information fed back by the authentication server.
And step 302, when the authentication is passed, determining a video to be played by using the video selection instruction.
Specifically, the video selection instruction may be specified by carrying identification information, or may be specified by carrying a play address, which is not limited herein.
Steps 303 to 307 in this embodiment are similar to steps 101 to 105 in the first embodiment, and are not described again here.
Therefore, the user authentication step is added in the embodiment, the video is guaranteed to be played by the authorized user, and the probability of the video being transmitted is further reduced.
The fifth embodiment of the present invention also relates to a video playback method. The fifth embodiment is similar to the first embodiment, with the main differences being: the time pause rule and the resume play rule in the first embodiment are directly stored locally, and are simply searched when being acquired, but the time pause rule and the resume play rule in the embodiment are acquired from the cloud server.
Specifically, a video server can be set up for storing and managing the video to be played; a service server may be set up for storing the time-out rule and the resume play rule, and may also store the interaction information in the second embodiment. And after the video to be played is determined, searching and downloading the corresponding time pause rule and the playing resuming rule from the service server. The video server and the business server can be cloud servers, and the rules are stored and managed by the cloud servers, so that the rules can be modified remotely by an administrator conveniently.
In addition, it should be noted that various rules stored in the service server may set multiple permissions, so as to open different permissions for different levels of administrators, and the administrators may specify a video to be played, a time pause rule, and a resume play rule for the player. If the authority of one administrator corresponds to the first class rule, the data contained in the first class rule can be obtained, and the authority of the other administrator corresponds to the second class rule, the data protected by the second class rule can be obtained. In practical application, different authorities are set according to video watching groups managed by an administrator. If the watching group is a company client, the authority of the administrator can correspond to a simpler play resuming rule, and if the video is paused, interactive information of a ticker type appears, and the playing is continued when a user clicks a certain key; if the viewing group is an individual client, the administrator's right may correspond to a question-and-answer type resume play rule, for example, after the video is paused, the correct answer to the displayed question needs to be input to continue playing. Other types of permissions are similar and are not listed here.
It is worth mentioning that after various rules are downloaded, if the video to be played is not played in time, the various rules can be periodically updated from the cloud server, so that the rules are not easy to crack. At the same time, the rules stored in the cloud server may also be changed.
This embodiment may be further optimized, as shown in fig. 4, before playing the video in step 403, the method further includes: step 402, modifying the time-pause rule and the resume play rule by a third user instruction.
Step 403, when playing a video, judging whether the playing time of the video meets the time pause rule; if yes, go on to step 404; if not, return to step 403.
Specifically, when a video is played, whether the playing time of the video meets the modified time pause rule is judged.
Step 405, monitoring the operation of the user on the video, and judging whether the operation of the user meets the playback recovery rule; if yes, go on to step 406; if not, return to step 405.
Specifically, in this embodiment, if the user operation meets the modified resume play rule, the video is continuously played.
It should be noted that steps 401, 404, and 406 in this embodiment are similar to steps 101, 103, and 105 in the first embodiment, and are not described again here.
In addition, in addition to the various rules mentioned in the first embodiment being pre-stored locally, or in the present embodiment being pre-stored in the cloud, in practical applications, the corresponding time suspension rule and resume play rule may also be obtained through a second user instruction, where the second user instruction may be an instruction input by a user through an input device, or an instruction sent by a mobile terminal, and these instructions are not listed one by one.
In short, the embodiment provides a plurality of rule obtaining modes, so that the obtaining of various rules in the invention is flexible and changeable, and different requirements of different users are met.
The steps of the above methods are divided for clarity, and the implementation may be combined into one step or split some steps, and the steps are divided into multiple steps, so long as the same logical relationship is included, which are all within the protection scope of the present patent; it is within the scope of the patent to add insignificant modifications to the algorithms or processes or to introduce insignificant design changes to the core design without changing the algorithms or processes.
A sixth embodiment of the present invention relates to a terminal, as shown in fig. 5, including:
at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor.
Specifically, the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor, and the instructions are executed by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to execute any one of the video playback methods according to the first to fourth embodiments.
Where the memory and processor are connected by a bus, the bus may comprise any number of interconnected buses and bridges, the buses connecting together one or more of the various circuits of the processor and the memory. The bus may also connect various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface provides an interface between the bus and the transceiver. The transceiver may be one element or a plurality of elements, such as a plurality of receivers and transmitters, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. The data processed by the processor is transmitted over a wireless medium via an antenna, which further receives the data and transmits the data to the processor.
The processor is responsible for managing the bus and general processing and may also provide various functions including timing, peripheral interfaces, voltage regulation, power management, and other control functions.
