In a specific application, the sensing device 5 and the trigger applying member 133 may be products commonly used in the prior art, for example, the sensing device 5 is a reflective photoelectric switch, the trigger applying member 133 is a reflective member for triggering the reflective photoelectric switch, or the sensing device is a hall switch, and the trigger applying member is a magnet for triggering the hall switch. In this embodiment, the sensing device 5 is arranged on the lower jaw arm 443, and the sensing device 5 is embedded in the lower jaw arm 443 in order to make the structure of the stapler more compact. A sliding groove 446 extending along the staple discharging direction of the staples is formed in the lower jaw arm 443, when the staple cartridge assembly 20 is mounted on the working head 4, the clamping block 135 and the pressing block 117 are located in the sliding groove 446, the clamping block 135 and the pressing block 117 can move along the staple discharging direction and the staple discharging direction in the sliding groove 446, and a stop step 447 is arranged on one side of the sliding groove 446. The stop step 447 is located on the front side of the abutment block 117 in the staple ejection direction to limit the forward movement of the abutment block 117.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 4 to 6, the above-mentioned anastomat works in the following manner: when the cartridge module 20 needs to be mounted on the working head 4, the visual observation window 118 can be used for checking whether the nail pushing plate 13 can be seen, if not, the cartridge module 20 can be judged to be unfired (as a new cartridge module), otherwise, the cartridge module 20 can be unfired (as an old cartridge module), and the mounting and use can be avoided. After the nail bin assembly 20 is mounted on the working head 4, the sensing device 5 senses the trigger applying piece 133, if the sensing device 5 senses the trigger applying piece 133, the nail bin assembly 20 is further confirmed to be unfired, at the moment, the electric control part makes ready for closing and firing the nail anastomat, and if the sensing device 5 does not sense the trigger applying piece 133, the electric control part is closed. After the cartridge module 20 is mounted on the working head 4, the nail protection plate 2 of the cartridge module 20 needs to be removed first. After the staple protecting plate 2 is removed, the working head 4 of the surgical instrument is inserted into the tissue to be stapled and cut so that the stapled and cut tissue is positioned in the U-shaped jaw cavity 445, then the electronic control part starts a closing procedure, controls the battery power supply to drive the transmission assembly 45 to drive the closing rod 42 and the firing rod 43 to move towards the direction of the staple anvil 46 (the direction is the same as the staple discharging direction of the staples), because the staple cartridge assembly 20 is fixed on the closing rod 42 and the firing rod 43, at the moment, the closing rod 42 and the firing rod 43 push the staple cartridge assembly 20 together towards the direction of the staple anvil 46 until the tissue contact platform and the staple anvil 46 clamp the stapled and cut tissue, at the moment, the pressing block 117 and the stopping block 447 mutually abut against each other, the stopping block 447 limits the pressing block 117 to move forwards again, the staple cartridge assembly 20 cannot move towards the direction of the staple anvil 46 any more, so that the tissue contact platform and the nail anvil 46 can not excessively squeeze clamped and cut tissues, when the nail bin assembly 20 can not move towards the nail anvil 46 any more, the closing rod 42 stops moving, the electric control part starts the firing program, the firing rod 43 is controlled to still move towards the nail anvil 46, the firing rod 43 pushes the cutting assembly 14 in the nail bin assembly 20 to continuously move towards the nail anvil 46, the cutting assembly 14 pushes the nail pushing plate 13 to move towards the nail anvil 46 in the moving process, at the moment, the nail pushing plate 13 moves from the first position towards the second position, the trigger applying part 133 and the sensing device 5 are misplaced, the sensing device 5 can not sense the trigger applying part 133, at the same time, the nail pushing plate 13 gradually disappears from the visual observation window 118, the nail pushing plate 131 of the nail pushing plate 13 enters into the nail cavity to gradually push out the nail in the nail cavity from the nail cavity, the staples are moved in the direction of anvil 46 and the staples are driven into the tissue being stapled and severed to effect stapling, and upon completion of stapling, blade 142 severs the stapled tissue. When the stitching and cutting is completed, the ejector pin plate 13 is moved to the second position, and the positioning clamping blocks 137 on the ejector pin plate 13 enter the guard plate clamping grooves 1121 to realize clamping. When the suturing and cutting is completed, the electric control part starts a reset program, controls the firing bar 43 to retract first, drives the cutting assembly 14 fixedly connected with the firing bar 43 to retract when the firing bar 43 is retracted, and drives the whole nail bin assembly 20 to retract to the original position after the firing bar 43 and the closing bar 42 are simultaneously retracted backwards after the firing bar 43 is retracted to the same position as the closing bar 42. After the cartridge module 20 returns to its original position, the sensing device 5 will still not sense the trigger applying member 133 and the ejector plate 13 will not be exposed in the visual inspection window 118 because the positioning block 137 is in clamping engagement with the retainer plate slot 1121 and the ejector plate 13 remains in the second position. The cartridge assembly 20 and surgical instrument can be used to identify whether the cartridge assembly 20 is fired in two ways: 1. control program implements identification of cartridge assembly 20 (which may be referred to as electronic fool proofing): the nail bin assembly 20 and the surgical instrument are provided with the trigger applying piece 133 on the nail pushing plate 13, and the gun body 10 matched with the trigger applying piece 133 is provided with the sensing device 5 forming a recognition switch with the trigger applying piece 133, so that whether the nail bin assembly 20 is fired or not is recognized by sensing the position of the trigger applying piece 133 through the sensing device 5; 2. identification of cartridge assembly 20 is accomplished by visual inspection of the mechanical structure transformations: the cartridge module 20 and the surgical instrument determine whether the ejector plate 13 is fired by determining whether the ejector plate 13 is exposed by the visual observation window 118 by providing the cartridge body 11 with the visual observation window 118 for displaying the position of the ejector plate 13. Because the nail bin assembly 20 and the surgical instrument can identify the nail bin assembly 20 in a multiple mode through a control program and a visual observation mechanical mechanism, the accuracy of identifying the nail bin assembly 20 is improved, double insurance is realized, and medical accidents are avoided.
What should be stated here is also: when the closing rod 42 pushes the cartridge assembly 20 to move towards the anvil 46, the deflector rod 421 on the closing rod 42 simultaneously pushes the upper tissue positioning needle 12 to move towards the anvil 46 until the upper tissue positioning needle 12 is inserted into the upper tissue positioning hole 444, and the lower tissue positioning needle 47 is passively inserted into the cartridge body 11 during the process of moving the cartridge assembly 20 towards the anvil 46, so that the sutured and cut tissue in the U-shaped jaw cavity 445 is positioned at the upper and lower positions, and the sutured and cut tissue is positioned through the lower tissue positioning needle 47 and the upper tissue positioning hole 444, so that the subsequent suturing and cutting are facilitated.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The above examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the invention, which are described in detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present invention is to be determined by the appended claims.
