The proximal end firing push button 52 is pushed to drive the nail pushing rod 53 and the broach rod 54 to move simultaneously, the nail pushing rods 53 on the two sides push the nail pushing sheet 11 in the nail bin to move vertically downwards through the inclined planes of the distal end head, so that the sequential compression deformation of the suturing nails 10 is realized, and finally the B-type suturing nails are formed so as to suture tissues. Because the puller bar 54 is lagging behind and hidden inside the staple cartridge, the tissue between the contact surface 110 and the anvil surface 41 is not contacted during stapling. After the pushing rod 53 is pushed to the distal end to form all the staples 10 in the cartridge, the pulling rod 54 contacts the cutting knife holder body 3 inside the distal end of the cartridge. Because the cutting knife 30 is mounted on the cutting knife holder body 3 through the rotating shaft 33, when the pull knife bar 54 is inserted into the butt joint groove 311, the cutting knife 30 can be rotationally ejected out, and meanwhile, the elastic buckle 32 on the side plate 31 deforms and then buckles the clamping groove 541 of the pull knife bar 54. At this point, the staple 10 is fired, and the retraction of the firing button 52 will cause the cutting blade 30, which has been extended from the interior of the cutting blade body 3, to cut tissue from the distal end to the proximal end. During the cutting process, the elastic buckles 32 are held by the side wall of the nail bin at two sides in the cutting knife rest body 3, and cannot be deformed to be separated from the pull knife rod 54 until the complete cutting process of the tissue is completed. When the cutting knife 30 has cut the tissue and moves to the proximal end of the magazine, a step (not shown) at the proximal end of the magazine blocks the cutting knife holder body 3. While a recess (not shown) in the proximal side of the cartridge allows the resilient catch 32 to deform out of engagement, thereby disengaging the puller bar 54 from the cutting holder block 3. After the broaching tool bar 54 is separated from the cutting tool holder body 3, the torsion spring 34 disposed on the rotating shaft 33 enables the cutting tool 30 to be automatically retracted, thereby preventing the exposed cutting tool 30 from accidentally scratching a user.
In summary, the following steps: according to the nail bin for the surgical operation instrument and the surgical operation instrument, the pushing block with the cam groups with different lengths is used for pushing the nail pushing sheet, wherein the first cam group is longer than the second cam group, namely the end part of the first cam group is positioned on the front side of the end part of the second cam group, so that the inner suturing nails are firstly triggered, and the outer suturing nails are then triggered, therefore, the suturing effect of suturing nails is better, and the situations of tissue leakage, wound bleeding and the like are avoided. Meanwhile, the mode of forming nails by steps on the inner side and the outer side is adopted, so that the maximum load of the instrument during working is effectively reduced, and the safety factor of the instrument in use is improved.
And this a nail storehouse and surgical operation apparatus for surgical operation apparatus through with the cutting knife setting in the distal end of nail storehouse, after the sewing nail percussion is accomplished, broach pole and cutting knife rest body are to being connected to draw back near-end and are cut, organize the cutting again after the sewing nail complete molding of percussion promptly, guaranteed the stability of sewing nail forming process to realize unified one-tenth nail height and form, reduce the mesh of the hemorrhage seepage of coincide mouth.
