Fig. 2 illustrates a flow diagram of a method of conducting chat in accordance with an aspect of the subject invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the method of the present invention comprises: in operation S210, pushing chat topics to first and second parties participating in a chat; detecting whether at least one of the first and second parties rates the other party with respect to the chat topic in operation S220; and, in operation S230, in response to the detection, determining whether switching to the target chat topic is allowed.
It should be noted that the operation S210 is shown by a dashed box, which means that the operation S210 is an optional operation rather than a mandatory operation. In the invention, the stored chat topics can be used, and new topics can be continuously pushed to the chat party. In addition, although the operation S210 is shown in fig. 2 before the operations S220 and S230, the operation may be between the operations S220 and S230, or after the operations S220 and S230, and the present invention does not limit the operation sequence.
It should be understood that "first party" and "second party" participating in a chat as described herein refer broadly to multiple parties participating in a chat and are not limited to only two parties, in other words, the first party may include one or more chat participants and the second party may include one or more participants. The present invention is not limited to a particular participant participating in the chat. For convenience, in the present invention, the user a is referred to as a first party, and the user B is referred to as a second party.
On the other hand, the chat described in the present invention is not limited to the chat among several common peers, such as direct chat between two parties, chat among multiple parties in a shared group, and the like, and may also include a chat such as live webcast. In the network video live broadcast, the live broadcast personnel can be regarded as "broadcasting" the program to a plurality of unspecified audiences, the audiences can also feed back the information to the live broadcast personnel by sending voice, characters, gifts, enjoying and the like, the information can be shown to all other audiences in a bullet screen, character animation and the like, and can also be shown to the live broadcast personnel or one audience, so that the chat also forms the chat.
In the invention, in order to avoid the situation of cold spots or boring topics in chatting, new chatting topics can be pushed to the users A and B participating in the chatting at certain intervals, and the time interval can be adjusted according to experience, for example, the new chatting topics can be pushed to the chatting party at intervals of 15 seconds and 20 seconds, the chatting topics are pushed more frequently, which is beneficial to keeping the activity of the chatting and improves the interest of the chatting party.
The chat topic can be, for example, "sing a song with" love "word", "first meeting", "singing a song to a ta listening bar", "guessing a bar to a ta riddle", and so on. The chat topics can be divided into a plurality of categories, and each category includes a plurality of chat topics. For example, topic types may include games, shows, benefits, and so forth. A plurality of specific chat topics may be included in each category, and these chat topics may have cross sections. For example, the chat topic "guess a bar for ta riddle" may belong to the class of intelligence development and may also belong to the class of games.
In the prior art, the server can also push chat topics to several parties participating in the chat, but the chat topics are only used for prompting, and the users can leave the chat topics alone during the chat, so that the guidance of the chat topics to the users is not strong.
In the invention, the user is required to evaluate the pushed chat topic, and then whether to switch to the new chat topic is determined according to whether evaluation is carried out.
Operation S220 is described in more detail below by way of example.
When a user a and a user B chat, if they want to switch chat topics, according to one embodiment of the present invention, it needs to detect whether the user has evaluated other users participating in the chat on the current chat topic, where the evaluation may be that one user evaluates another user, that multiple users evaluate one user, that one user evaluates multiple users, or that multiple users evaluate multiple users.
When one user rates another user on a chat topic, a rating list may be generated for each user. For example, when users a and B are chatting, user a has rated B on the chat Topic 1, the result of the rating is "good", and the time of the rating is 2017, 1 month, 1 day, 12 points and 30 points, then a list may be generated for user B, for example:
item Results
Evaluating a user User A
Topic of evaluation Topic 1
Evaluation results Good taste
Evaluation time 12 o 30 m 1/2017
TABLE 1
This list may be stored under a directory for user B, whereby as user B chats increase in number and is commented on, a large amount of data for user B will appear. This data can be used for further analysis of the chat behavior of user B. It should be understood that the above table is merely an example, and those skilled in the art may add any other required items to the table or may delete any unnecessary items.
There may be a time limit to determine whether one user (e.g., user a) has evaluated another user.
For example, if user a and user B have chatted once on Topic 1 from 12 o 'clock 30 on 1/2017 and rated for user B, then within 24 hours from 12 o' clock 30 on 1/2017, it can be determined that user a has rated for user B if user a and user B have chatted once again on the same Topic 1. Otherwise, if the time is longer than this, even if the user a and the user B chat on the same chat topic, the user a needs to re-evaluate the user B (or the user B evaluates the user a) before considering that one of the two chat parties evaluates the other.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, it is necessary to determine whether one party has evaluated the other party in the chat currently described by the user. For example, if the user a and the user B quit the first chat under the chat Topic 1 and after a while, the user a and the user B perform the second chat again with respect to the chat Topic 1, even if the user a has rated the user B in the first chat, it is still necessary to determine whether one of the user a and the user B rated the other in the second chat.
Further, according to one embodiment of the present invention, if it is detected that at least one of the first party (e.g., user a) and the second party (e.g., user B) rated the other party with respect to the chat topic, switching to the target chat topic is allowed; and, according to another embodiment of the present invention, if it is detected that at least one of the first party (e.g., user a) and the second party (e.g., user B) has not rated the other party with respect to the chat topic, switching to the target chat topic is prohibited.
FIG. 3 illustrates an exemplary operator interface for requiring a user to perform an evaluation.
As shown in fig. 3, in the chat interface of a user, the pushed chat topics can be displayed, such as "sing the head with love word", "first meeting", singing the head song to hear a, remembering to sing a flower you ", and so on. These chat topics can be displayed in the lower left portion of the chat interface. In the case of video chat, the chat interface may also display the video of the user in a small window, as shown in the figure as "video of the user". In the lower part of the interface, a button for the user to evaluate, for example "do TA like" may be provided. Other content, such as "flower received", "praise received", "send flower" button, "beauty" button, duration remaining in the current video, etc., may also be displayed in the interface.
The user can click on the button "do like TA", after which the options "too spicy" and "general" appear. The former is a positive evaluation and the latter is a negative evaluation.
The above evaluation method is simple. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a hierarchical evaluation mode may also be adopted, for example, a user may score another user, and the full score may be 5, 10, or 100, etc. Taking 10 points as an example, a point of 6 points or more is regarded as a positive evaluation, and a point of 6 points or less is regarded as a negative evaluation.
According to one embodiment of the invention, as the chat progresses, the rating of one user to another may change. For example, when starting to chat, user a may feel that user B is generally present on the Topic of Topic 1 chat, so user a may score user B lower; as the chat progresses, the user a finds that the user B performs better and better, so that the user B can be given a higher score. Thus, during a chat, one user may rate another user multiple times, and as a final rating result, the latest rating result (e.g., the last rating result) may be recorded.
As further shown in fig. 3, the present invention also provides the user with a "change topic" button that actively changes chat topics. The user may click on this button when he wishes to change chat topics. According to one embodiment of the present invention, when it is detected that at least one of the first party and the second party does not evaluate the other party with respect to the chat topic, if it is detected that either one of the first party and the second party actively issues a handover request, a prompt to evaluate is generated. For example, when the user a chats with the user B about a chat topic, the user a clicks the button "change topic", but the system detects that either of the user a and the user B has never evaluated the other about the chat topic, and a prompt for the user a to evaluate is popped up. After the user a has rated, it automatically switches to another chat topic, referred to herein as the "target chat topic".
According to one embodiment of the invention, the selection of the target chat topic may be random. For example, one may be randomly selected from a plurality of topics that have been pushed.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the target chat topic may be a chat topic in which both chat parties have never joined. This can give a feeling of freshness to both parties, thereby facilitating communication between both parties.
According to yet another embodiment of the present invention, the target chat topic is: the evaluation made with respect to the target chat topic satisfies a specific condition. Therefore, in this case, the selection of the target chat topic has certain purpose, and the chat of the user can be better guided.
The specific conditions described above are explained in detail below.
According to one embodiment of the invention, wherein the evaluation of at least one of the first and second parties exceeds a certain threshold.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the specific condition may be that an evaluation of one of the first and second parties exceeds a specific threshold.
For example, the user a chats about the chat Topic 1 with the user B, the user C, the user D, the user E, and the user F, the ratings of the user B, the user C, the user D, the user E, and the user F to the user a are respectively (10 points) 9 points, 8 points, 6 points, 5 points, and 7 points, and the points are all higher than or equal to 5 points, so it can be determined that the user a has a better communication skill in the chat Topic 1 aspect and can bring a better chat experience to other users, therefore, when switching topics, the Topic with a higher rating can be preferentially switched to the user a, thereby avoiding switching topics to topics that are less interesting to the user a. It should be understood that although the above description has been given with 5 points as one threshold, this is only an example, and those skilled in the art may adopt different thresholds according to actual situations.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the specific condition may be that the evaluation of both of the first and second parties exceeds a specific threshold.
For example, the user a has performed a chat with the chat Topic 1, and the user B, the user C, the user D, the user E, and the user F have rated (10 points) 9, 8, 6, 5, and 7 for the user a, respectively, and the scores are all higher than or equal to 5. On the other hand, the user a 'has performed a chat with the same chat Topic 1, and the user B', the user C ', the user D', the user E 'and the user F' have rated (10 points) for 7 points, 6 points, 7 points, 6 points and 8 points, respectively, and the scores are all higher than or equal to 6 points. Therefore, it can be seen that the user a 'is good at the chat Topic 1, and therefore the Topic can be recommended to the user a and the user a', thereby ensuring that both are good at the secondary chat Topic. It should be understood that the threshold values used for user a and user a' may be different or the same. The judgment as to whether or not the evaluation exceeds the specific threshold may be made by requiring all the evaluations to exceed a specific threshold, or by requiring at least half or more of the evaluations to exceed a specific threshold. The selection can be made by those skilled in the art according to the actual situation.
The above description is only given for the case of two users, and the present invention can be applied to the case of a plurality of users. For example, in the case where a plurality of users participate in a chat, if all or most of the users participating in the chat are given a higher rating on a certain chat topic, the topic can be recommended to the users, thereby increasing the purpose of topic push and promoting smooth chat.
Further, as can be appreciated from the above, since each chat topic can be attributed to a different category, one can also be selected from the types of topics that the user is interested in depending on how the user is rated by others. For example, user a may be more interested in a topic of the sports category, and may then randomly select a chat topic from a plurality of topics of the sports category.
It is to be understood that, as the number of times of the users participating in the chat is more and more, the number of the chatting people is more and more, and the data statistics for a certain user is more and more, so that the chatting preference of the user can be more comprehensively and accurately counted, and the topics which are more interesting to the user can be more pertinently recommended to the user.
Fig. 4 shows an apparatus for guiding chat according to a second aspect of the invention, comprising: a second means M420 for detecting whether at least one of the first party and the second party participating in the chat has rated the other party with respect to the chat topic; and a third means M430 for, in response to said detection, determining whether to allow switching to the target chat topic.
According to one embodiment of the invention, switching to the target chat topic is allowed if at least one of the first and second parties is detected to rate the other party with respect to the chat topic.
According to one embodiment of the invention, switching to the target chat topic is inhibited if it is detected that at least one of the first and second parties has not rated the other party with respect to the chat topic.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further comprises means for generating a prompt to perform evaluation if it is detected that either one of the first party and the second party actively issues a handover request, in a case where it is detected that at least one of the first party and the second party does not evaluate the other party with respect to the chat topic.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, further comprising: a first means M410 for pushing chat topics to the first and second parties participating in the chat.
It is to be understood that although the first device M410 is shown in fig. 4, the first device M410 is optional and not mandatory. In the present invention, the chat topic stored in advance may be used, or a new chat topic may be continuously recommended by the first device M410.
According to one embodiment of the invention, new chat topics are pushed to the first party and the second party participating in the chat at specific time intervals.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the chat topics are divided into a plurality of categories, and each category includes a plurality of chat topics.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein the evaluation includes a positive evaluation and a negative evaluation.
According to an embodiment of the invention, wherein the evaluation is a rating evaluation.
According to one embodiment of the invention, wherein, in one chat, the rating is a plurality of ratings and only the latest rating is recorded.
According to one embodiment of the invention, wherein the target chat topic is randomly selected.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the target chat topic is a chat topic in which the first party and the second party have not participated.
According to one embodiment of the invention, wherein the target chat topic is: the evaluation performed with respect to the target chat topic satisfies a specific condition.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the specific condition is that an evaluation of at least one of the first party and the second party exceeds a specific threshold.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the first party and/or the second party comprise one or more chat participants.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a server comprising: one or more processors; a memory; a program stored in the memory, which when executed by the one or more processors, causes the server to perform the method as described above.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a computer readable storage medium storing a program which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the method as described above.
The method and the device provided by the invention strengthen the guidance of the chat topics, so that rich chat topics exist among strange chat users (such as users in video chat). In addition, in the invention, the target chat topic is switched to after the evaluation, so that the enthusiasm of interaction among users is enhanced, and the interest and the experience among the users are promoted. Furthermore, as the number of times of the users participating in the topics is increased, the number of times of evaluation is increased, the role model of the users in the system is more complete, and the matching success rate of the high-quality users can be improved.
