Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
A mobile terminal implementing various embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, suffixes such as "module", "component", or "unit" used to denote elements are used only for facilitating the explanation of the present invention, and have no specific meaning in themselves. Thus, "modules" and "components" may be used in a mixture.
The mobile terminal may be implemented in various forms. For example, the terminal described in the present invention may include a mobile terminal having a communication function, such as a mobile phone, a smart phone, a notebook computer, a digital broadcast receiver, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a PAD (tablet computer), a PMP (portable multimedia player), a navigation device, and the like. In the following, it is assumed that the terminal is a mobile terminal. However, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the configuration according to the embodiment of the present invention can be applied to a fixed type terminal in addition to elements particularly used for moving purposes.
A first embodiment of the present invention provides a mobile terminal 1. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the mobile terminal 1 includes: a body 2, a distance sensor 3, a key 4, a processor, and an elastic member 6.
The machine body 2 is provided with an accommodating cavity 20, the machine body 2 comprises a side plate 22 surrounding the accommodating cavity 20, and a mounting hole 24 penetrating through one side of the side plate 22 far away from the accommodating cavity 20 is formed in the side plate 22. For example, the body 2 may be made of a metal material such as an aluminum alloy, the body 2 has a substantially hollow flat rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the side plate 22 may be located on either side of the circumference of the body 2, or on the top or bottom of the body 2.
The distance sensor 3 is installed in the containing cavity 20 of the machine body 2, the distance sensor 3 is adjacent to a side plate 22 of the machine body 2, and a position on the side plate 22 corresponding to the distance sensor 3 is used for transmitting light. Wherein, the light transmission means that: the distance sensor 3 can function normally by emitting or receiving light pulses through the side plate 22.
The key 4 is movably installed in the installation hole 24 of the machine body 2 so that the key 4 can be far away from or close to the accommodating cavity 20 of the machine body 2, the key 4 directly faces the distance sensor 3, and the part of the key 4 corresponding to the distance sensor 3 is used for transmitting light. For example, the inner wall of the mounting hole 24 of the body 2 may be provided with a slide way, and correspondingly, the side wall of the key 4 is provided with a slide block that can slide in the slide way. Wherein, the light transmission means that: the distance sensor 3 can function normally by emitting or receiving light pulses through the keys 4.
The processor is installed in the accommodating cavity 20 of the machine body 2, and the processor is electrically connected to the distance sensor 3. The processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), controller, microcontroller, microprocessor, or other data Processing chip in some embodiments. The processor is generally configured to control the overall operation of the mobile terminal 1, such as performing control and processing related to data interaction or communication with a server.
The elastic element 6 is arranged between the key 4 and the side plate 22 of the machine body 2.
When the key 4 is pressed by a pressed object 9, such as a finger, the elastic member 6 is in an elastic deformation state, and when the distance between the pressed object 9 and the distance sensor 3 detected by the distance sensor 3 is smaller than a threshold value, the processor generates a control instruction. For example, the control instruction may be a screen-off instruction for controlling the screen of the mobile terminal 1 to be turned off.
In the mobile terminal 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, when the key 4 is pressed by the pressing object 9, so that the distance between the pressing object 9 and the distance sensor 3, which is detected by the distance sensor 3, is smaller than a threshold value, the processor generates a control instruction. In this way, the functions of key control and key auto-return of the mobile terminal 1 can be easily realized.
Optionally, the elastic element 6 is accommodated in an installation hole 24 of the machine body 2, and the elastic element 6 is clamped between the side plate 22 of the machine body 2 and one side of the key 4 close to the accommodating cavity 20 of the machine body 2. The elastic member 6 serves to transmit light. When the key 4 is pressed by the pressing object 9, the elastic element 6 is in an elastic compression state. Thus, the function of automatic reply of the key is realized.
Optionally, the elastic member 6 is provided with a first light hole 60 corresponding to the distance sensor 3 and the key 4, or the elastic member 6 is made of a light-transmitting material corresponding to the distance sensor 3 and the key 4, or the elastic member 6 has at least two parts, and a gap between the at least two elastic members 6 is used for transmitting light. Wherein, the light transmission means that: the distance sensor 3 can normally operate by emitting or receiving light pulses through the elastic member 6.
Alternatively, the elastic member 6 is sheet-shaped.
Optionally, one end of the elastic element 6 is fixed to a side plate 22 of the machine body 2, and the other end of the elastic element 6 is fixed to a side of the key 4 away from the accommodating cavity 20 of the machine body 2, and when the key 4 is pressed by the pressing object 9, the elastic element 6 is in an elastic extension state. Thus, the function of automatic reply of the key is realized.
Optionally, the elastic member 6 is a spring.
Optionally, a second light hole 26 is disposed on the side plate 22 corresponding to the distance sensor 3 and the key 4, or the side plate 22 corresponding to the distance sensor 3 and the key 4 is made of a light-transmitting material. In this way, light transmission of the side plates 22 is achieved.
Optionally, the key 4 is made of a light-transmitting material, or a third light-transmitting hole is formed in a position of the key 4 corresponding to the distance sensor 3. In this way, the light transmission of the key 4 is achieved.
A second embodiment of the present invention provides a control method for controlling the mobile terminal 1 as described above. Referring to fig. 4, the control method includes:
s1, receiving the distance between the object 9 and the distance sensor 3 detected by the distance sensor 3;
s2, when the distance detected by the distance sensor 3 is less than a threshold value, a control command is generated.
