The limiting sheet 30 comprises a body 31, an ear portion 32, a limiting portion 33 and a positioning portion 34, the body 31 is of a U-shaped structure and comprises a bottom plate 311, and a first panel 312 and a second panel 313 which vertically extend from the bottom plate 311, the ear portion 32 extends from two sides of the first panel 312, namely, the ear portion 32 is coplanar with the first panel 312 and is a part of the first panel 312, the limiting portion 33 extends from the top end of the first panel 312 in a bending manner and extends towards the second panel 313, the limiting portion 33 is spaced from the second panel 313, the positioning portion 34 extends from the second panel 313 in a bending manner and is the same as the extending direction of the limiting portion 33, the height of the positioning portion 34 is not less than the height of the limiting portion 33, and the limiting portion 33 is used for slightly deforming and moving towards the positioning portion 34 when the limiting sheet is extruded and contacts the positioning portion 34 to limit the transitional deformation of the limiting sheet to fail.
The assembly process of the key position limiting structure is described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, during assembly, the fixing portion 24 of the key 20 passes through the through hole 121 of the side frame 12 of the mounting frame 10 and enters the positioning groove 141, because the length of the connecting portion 241 is greater than the length of the through hole 121 in the axial direction, the hook 242 passes through the through hole 121 and has a gap with the first sidewall 1411 of the positioning groove 141, the position-limiting sheet 30 is assembled into the positioning groove 141, the ear portion 32 of the position-limiting sheet 30 is clamped into the gap between the positioning groove 142 and the first sidewall 1411, the first panel 312 of the body 31 is opposite to the first sidewall 1411 of the positioning groove 141, the second panel 313 is opposite to the second sidewall 1412, and the positioning portion 34 is embedded into the groove 143 for positioning, thereby completing the assembly. According to the key limiting structure and the mobile terminal with the key limiting structure, the key limiting structure only needs to be provided with the positioning groove on the mounting frame or the middle frame, the middle frame does not need to be processed with high requirements, the limiting sheet is placed in the positioning groove to limit the key, the limiting sheet can be used as a module to be applied to any structural design with the positioning groove, the universality is high, the structure of the key limiting structure on the mounting frame or the middle frame is simple, the assembly and the disassembly are convenient, and the operability is high.
