6. The apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the initial selection condition at least comprises:
the payment mode of the order to be delivered is online payment, the commodity value does not exceed the first threshold value, the distribution point to which the order belongs opens the crowdsourcing logistics service, and the wrapping volume of the order is smaller than the second threshold value.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the customer sensitivity assessment module is further configured to:
calculating the order rejection rate of the customer, wherein the order rejection rate of the customer is the ratio of the rejected order quantity to the historical order quantity of the customer;
calculating self-operation distribution dissatisfaction rate of the customer, wherein the self-operation distribution dissatisfaction rate of the customer is the ratio of the order quantity with a self-operation distribution satisfaction score smaller than or equal to a third threshold value to the historical order quantity of the self-operation distribution of the customer;
calculating a crowdsourcing distribution dissatisfaction rate of the customer, wherein the crowdsourcing distribution dissatisfaction rate of the customer is a ratio of an order quantity with a crowdsourcing distribution satisfaction score of less than or equal to a fourth threshold value to a historical order quantity of crowdsourcing distribution of the customer;
calculating dissatisfaction differences of the customers, wherein the dissatisfaction differences of the customers are ratios of crowdsourcing distribution dissatisfaction rates of the customers to self-marketing distribution dissatisfaction rates of the customers;
scoring the difference value of the order rejection rate and the dissatisfaction rate of the customer to respectively obtain an order rejection rate score and a dissatisfaction rate score;
calculating the sensitivity of the customer to the delivery service quality, wherein the sensitivity of the customer to the delivery service quality is the sum of the order rejection rate score and the dissatisfaction rate score.
8. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the quality of service of each crowdsourcing person is a ratio of a sum of historical delivery satisfaction scores for each crowdsourcing person to a historical total order amount for each crowdsourcing person.

selecting a crowdsourced delivery order in combination with the order increment, the maximum delivery capacity, and the crowdsourced delivery order quantity, wherein,
if the order increment is less than 0, the orders to be delivered are all delivered according to a self-operation delivery mode, wherein,
if the order increment is greater than or equal to 0, taking the minimum value of the order increment, the maximum delivery capacity and the crowdsourced delivery order quantity, wherein,
if the minimum value is equal to the quantity of the crowdsourcing orders, distributing all the crowdsourcing orders according to a crowdsourcing distribution mode;

calculating the maximum delivery capacity of the crowdsourcing people online comprises:
