The sorting machine is provided with a linear motor for driving the transmission mechanism and a frequency converter for controlling the linear motor, and the linear motor is connected with the frequency converter.
The conveying mechanism of the sorting machine adopts a trolley for conveying, a roller and a roller driver for providing power for the trolley are arranged on the trolley, and the roller is connected with the roller driver.
The roller adopts the electric roller, and the roller is connected with the roller motor for driving the roller, so that the trolley can realize self operation, thereby not only realizing annular operation around the track, but also realizing longitudinal operation of the trolley.
The controller system is provided with a frequency converter for controlling the sorting machine, a servo driver for a wrapping port and a main station of an asynchronous motor, a secondary station for controlling a roller motor, an identification controller for controlling an identification system and a controller, wherein the main station, the secondary station and the identification controller are all connected with the controller.
The power supply control system is provided with a power supply cabinet and a power supply converter, wherein a power supply is arranged in the power supply cabinet and connected with a power supply guide rail for supplying power to the rollers on the sorting machine after being installed in parallel.
The electric roller is provided with the open-loop photoelectric encoder, so that the electric roller can be accurately positioned.
In the invention, the controller is in communication connection with the frequency converter and the roller motor through RS 485.
The invention discloses a packaging control module, a sorting machine control module, an identification control module and a controller module.
