Based on the hardware structure of the mobile terminal 100 and the communication network system, various embodiments of the method of the present invention are provided.
First, the present invention provides a mobile terminal, which includes a memory, a processor, and an early warning program 400 stored in the memory and executable on the processor. Preferably, the early warning method of the present invention is applied to a mobile terminal dedicated for the elderly, such as an elderly phone, in which a timer 112 is installed.
Fig. 3 is a functional block diagram of an early warning procedure 400 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the pre-warning program 400 may be divided into one or more modules, and the one or more modules are stored in the memory 109 of the mobile terminal 100 and executed by one or more processors (in this embodiment, the controller 110) to complete the present invention. For example, in fig. 3, the warning procedure 400 may be divided into a timing acquisition module 401, a first determination module 402, and a warning module 403. The module referred to in the present invention refers to a series of instruction segments of the fetcher program that can perform specific functions, and is more suitable than the fetcher program for describing the execution process of the software in the mobile terminal 100. The detailed description of the functions of the functional modules 401 and 403 will be described below. Wherein:
the timing time acquiring module 401 is configured to acquire the timing time of a timer in the mobile terminal, where the timer performs automatic clearing and re-timing when the mobile terminal detects a user operation.
In the invention, a timer is arranged in the mobile terminal, the timer counts time after the mobile terminal is started, and the timer automatically resets when the mobile terminal detects user operation, namely, the current timing time is reset to zero, and the timing is restarted. Specifically, when the mobile terminal detects a user operation, the reason why the timer is controlled to be cleared is that: if the mobile terminal can detect the user operation, the user is in a movable state, namely the user can be capable of giving an alarm when an accident occurs, so that early warning is not needed, and the counting time of the timer has no reference value before, so that zero clearing processing is performed. In this embodiment, the timer starts to count time after being started, and it is default that the early warning function corresponding to the early warning method of the present invention is in an on state after being started; in other embodiments, the user may select whether to start the warning function, and only after the user starts the warning function, the mobile terminal starts the timer to perform real-time timing in the power-on state. Specifically, the switch form of the early warning function may be various, for example, a physical key may be set on the mobile terminal as the switch of the early warning function, or a combination mode of existing keys may be used as the switch of the early warning function, for example, the early warning function is started when two of the physical keys are pressed down at the same time, of course, the control of the start or the stop of the early warning function may also be another form set by the user at will, which is not illustrated herein. In addition, in order to realize the automatic zero clearing control of the timer, when the processor executes the early warning program, the method further comprises the following steps: (1) detecting whether the mobile terminal receives user operation in real time; (2) if the mobile terminal receives the user operation, sending a timing zero clearing instruction to the timer, otherwise, repeatedly executing the step (1); and the timer can automatically clear the timing time and count again after receiving the timing clear instruction. It should be noted that, in the present invention, the mobile terminal may be a touch screen type mobile terminal or a push-button type mobile terminal, and the user operation may be any operation performed by the user on the mobile terminal, which includes but is not limited to pressing an entity button, touch operation, unlocking, charging, dialing, adjusting the volume of the mobile terminal, sliding a frame, and the like.
The first determining module 402 is configured to determine whether the timing time is greater than an early warning duration.
In the invention, the early warning time is preset and stored in the mobile terminal, and the early warning time can be set individually by a user according to own habits, for example, the early warning time of the mobile terminal is set to be 1 hour by the user A, and the early warning time of the mobile terminal is set to be 2 hours by the user B. The timing time in the timer is compared with the pre-warning duration preset by the user, whether the timing time is greater than the pre-warning duration is judged, if so, the pre-warning is performed through the pre-warning module 403, otherwise, the timing time acquisition module 401 is repeatedly executed, wherein the reason for performing the pre-warning when the timing time is greater than the pre-warning duration is as follows: if the user operation is not detected within the early warning duration, the user may not have a way to operate the mobile terminal within the time period, that is, the user may have an accident and cannot operate the mobile terminal.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the steps of detecting whether the mobile terminal receives the user operation and acquiring the timing time of the timer and determining whether the timing time is greater than the warning duration are performed simultaneously, and there is no time sequence between the steps, that is, after the mobile terminal starts the warning function, the timing time of the timer is acquired and determined whether the timing time is greater than the warning duration, and meanwhile, whether the mobile terminal receives the user operation and performs zero clearing control on the timer in real time according to the detection result.
The early warning module 403 is configured to perform early warning according to a preset warning method when the timing time is longer than the early warning time.
Specifically, the mobile terminal of the present invention further stores a preset alarm mode and a preset contact, and when the mobile terminal does not detect a user operation within the early warning duration, the early warning according to the preset alarm method specifically includes: and sending notification information to a preset contact person according to a preset alarm mode, wherein the preset contact person can actively confirm whether the user has an accident after receiving the notification information. In the invention, the preset alarm mode comprises one or more of sending a short message, sending an email, making a call and sending a message through social software. If the preset alarm mode is sending short messages, the mobile terminal sends the short messages to preset contacts (such as relatives in a mobile phone address book), and the content of the short messages is notification information. Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment when the mobile terminal performs an early warning by sending a short message, as shown in fig. 7, when the mobile terminal a detects that the timing time of the timer is longer than the early warning time, the mobile terminal a sends the short message to a preset contact, and in fig. 7, the mobile terminal B represents a mobile terminal of the preset contact, where the content of the short message is "the user a does not operate for a long time, please confirm whether the user a is safe", and when the preset contact receives the short message, the user a can be actively confirmed whether the user a is in a safe state. Of course, the present invention only illustrates some implementation manners of the warning method, and other methods capable of warning all belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
Through the module 401 and 403, the early warning program acquires the timing time of a timer in the mobile terminal, judges whether the timing time is greater than the early warning duration, and performs early warning according to a preset warning method when the judgment result is yes, so that intelligent early warning of the mobile terminal for the old is realized, serious consequences caused by failure in timely warning when a user is in an accident are avoided, and the user experience is improved; meanwhile, the timing time of the timer is automatically reset when the mobile terminal detects the user operation, so that unnecessary early warning is avoided when the user can freely operate the mobile terminal, and the user use condition is better met.
Further, based on the above-mentioned first embodiment of the warning program 400 of the present invention, a second embodiment of the warning program 400 of the present invention is proposed. Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a functional block diagram of a second embodiment of an early warning procedure 400 according to the present invention, wherein, compared with the first embodiment, the early warning procedure 400 further includes a setting module 404, a second determining module 405, a third determining module 406, and a reminding module 407. In this embodiment, each functional module is described as follows:
the setting module 404 is configured to receive and store a timing time period preset by a user. In this embodiment, the timing time period refers to a time period in which the early warning needs to be executed, and the time period may be set by the user according to the needs of the user, for example, the daily active time is set as the timing time period, and the sleep time does not need to be timed and early warning, and the time period is excluded. Such as: the timing period was set to 06: 00-22: 00, the step of acquiring the timing time of the timer in the mobile terminal is executed in the time period. Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of a setting interface of a mobile terminal, and as shown in fig. 8, a user may set parameters, such as a timing period, an alarm mode, a preset contact and an early warning duration, on the setting interface; after the user selects the preset contact, the setting interface pops up an address list for the user to select. It should be noted that, when the alarm mode selected by the user includes sending a message through the social software, and when the user sets the preset contact, the mobile terminal reads the friend information on the corresponding social software and provides the friend information for the user to select. Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic view of a user interface when an alarm manner set by a user is to send a message through qq social software and the user sets a preset contact at this time, as shown in fig. 9, a friend list of the user qq pops up on a setting interface of the mobile terminal at this time, and the user can select any friend of the friend list as the preset contact.
The second determining module 405 is configured to obtain a current time of the mobile terminal and determine whether the current time is within the timing time period, and if the determination result is yes, execute the third determining module 406.
The third determining module 406 is configured to determine whether the timing time is about to reach the early warning duration when the determination result of the first determining module 402 is negative, execute the reminding module 407 if the determination result is positive, and otherwise repeatedly execute the timing time obtaining module 401. In this embodiment, that the timing time is about to reach the early warning time period means that a difference between the timing time and the early warning time period is within a certain range, and if the difference is smaller than a certain set value, the user is reminded to operate the mobile terminal when the timing time is about to reach the early warning time period, the user is reminded to clear the timer, and the reminding mode includes vibration, ringing and other modes. The step of reminding the user to operate is to remind the user to clear the timer, and the step is performed to avoid the situation of false early warning caused by the fact that the user does not operate the mobile terminal for a long time.
And the reminding module 407 is configured to remind a user to operate the mobile terminal when the timing time is about to reach the early warning duration. When a user operates the mobile terminal according to the reminding, the mobile terminal sends a timing zero clearing instruction to the timer according to the detected user operation, and the timer clears the timing time and re-times according to the received timing zero clearing instruction; otherwise, if the user is in a state of the inoperable mobile terminal, if an accident occurs, the mobile terminal does not detect the user operation.
Through the module 401 and 407, the early warning program provided by the invention firstly acquires the current time of the mobile terminal and judges whether the current time is in a timing time period, if so, the timing time of the timer is acquired in real time and whether the timing time is greater than the early warning time period is judged, if the timing time is greater than the early warning time period, the notification information is sent to a preset contact person according to a preset warning mode, otherwise, if the timing time is not greater than the early warning time period, whether the timing time is about to reach the early warning time period is judged, and the user is reminded to operate the mobile terminal when the timing time is about to reach the early warning time period, so that the intelligent early warning of the mobile terminal is realized, the serious consequence caused by the fact that the user cannot give an alarm in time when an accident occurs is avoided, and; meanwhile, when the timing time is about to reach the early warning time length, the user is reminded to operate the mobile terminal to control the timer to reset, so that the situation of false early warning caused by the fact that the user does not operate the mobile terminal for a long time is avoided, and the situation is more in line with the use situation of the user; in addition, a timing time period is set, and the timing time of the timer is acquired when the current time is within the timing time period, and whether the timing time is about to reach the early warning duration is judged, so that unnecessary early warning during sleeping is avoided, and the power consumption can be reduced.
In addition, the present invention provides an early warning method, which is applied to the mobile terminal shown in fig. 1 to 2, where the mobile terminal includes a memory and a processor. Preferably, the early warning method of the present invention is applied to a mobile terminal dedicated for the elderly, such as an elderly phone, in which a timer 112 is installed.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating an implementation of the early warning method according to the first embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the execution order of the steps in the flowchart shown in fig. 5 may be changed and some steps may be omitted according to different requirements. The early warning method comprises the following steps:
step S501, acquiring the timing time of a timer in the mobile terminal, wherein the timer automatically clears and times again when the mobile terminal detects user operation.
In addition, in order to realize the automatic zero clearing control of the timer, the early warning method of the invention also comprises the following steps: (1) detecting whether the mobile terminal receives user operation in real time; (2) if the mobile terminal receives the user operation, sending a timing zero clearing instruction to the timer, otherwise, repeatedly executing the step (1); and the timer can automatically clear the timing time and count again after receiving the timing clear instruction.
Step S502, determining whether the timing time is greater than the warning duration, if so, executing step S503, otherwise, if not, re-executing step S501.
The method comprises the following steps of comparing the timing time in a timer with the pre-warning time preset by a user, judging whether the timing time is greater than the pre-warning time, if so, executing the step S503 for pre-warning, otherwise, repeatedly executing the step of acquiring the timing time of the timer, wherein the reason for pre-warning when the timing time is greater than the pre-warning time is as follows: if the user operation is not detected within the early warning duration, the user may not have a way to operate the mobile terminal within the time period, that is, the user may have an accident and cannot operate the mobile terminal.
And step S503, early warning is carried out according to a preset warning method.
Specifically, the mobile terminal of the present invention further stores a preset alarm mode and a preset contact, and when the mobile terminal does not detect a user operation within the early warning duration, the early warning according to the preset alarm method specifically includes: and sending the notification information to the preset contact according to a preset alarm mode.
Through the steps S501-S503, the early warning method obtains the timing time of the timer in the mobile terminal, judges whether the timing time is longer than the early warning time length, and carries out early warning according to a preset warning method when the judgment result is yes, thereby realizing the intelligent early warning of the mobile terminal for the old, avoiding serious consequences caused by the fact that the user cannot give an alarm in time when an accident occurs, and improving the user experience; meanwhile, the timing time of the timer is automatically reset when the mobile terminal detects the user operation, so that unnecessary early warning is avoided when the user can freely operate the mobile terminal, and the user use condition is better met.
Further, based on the first embodiment, a second embodiment of the warning method of the present invention is provided. Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating an implementation of the second embodiment of the warning method according to the present invention. In this embodiment, the execution order of the steps in the flowchart shown in fig. 6 may be changed and some steps may be omitted according to different requirements. The early warning method comprises the following steps:
step S601, receiving and storing a timing time period preset by a user.
Step S602, obtaining the current time of the mobile terminal and determining whether the current time is within the timing time period, if so, executing step S603, otherwise, repeatedly executing step S602.
Step S603, acquiring the timing time of a timer in the mobile terminal, wherein the timer automatically clears and times again when the mobile terminal detects a user operation. In this embodiment, after the timing time period is set, the timer will operate only when the current time is within the timing time period.
Step S604, determining whether the timing time is greater than the warning duration, if so, performing step S607, and if not, performing step S605.
Step S605, determining whether the timing time is about to reach the warning duration, if yes, performing step S606, and if no, returning to step S603.
And step S606, reminding the user to operate the mobile terminal.
Step S607, sending the notification information to the preset contact person according to a preset alarm mode, wherein the preset alarm mode comprises one or more of sending a short message, sending a mail, making a call and sending a message through social software.
Through the steps S601 to S607, the early warning method firstly acquires the current time of the mobile terminal and judges whether the current time is in a timing time period, if so, the timing time of the timer is acquired and whether the timing time is about to reach the early warning duration is judged, and when the timing time is about to reach the early warning duration, a user is reminded to operate the mobile terminal, and meanwhile, whether the timing time is greater than the early warning duration is judged in real time, if the timing time is greater than the early warning duration, the notification information is sent to a preset contact person according to a preset warning mode, so that the intelligent early warning of the mobile terminal is realized, the serious consequence caused by the fact that the user cannot give an alarm in time when an accident occurs is avoided, and the user experience is improved; meanwhile, when the timing time is about to reach the early warning time length, the user is reminded to operate the mobile terminal to control the timer to reset, so that the situation of false early warning caused by the fact that the user does not operate the mobile terminal for a long time is avoided, and the situation is more in line with the use situation of the user; in addition, a timing time period is set, and the timing time of the timer is acquired when the current time is within the timing time period, and whether the timing time is about to reach the early warning duration is judged, so that unnecessary early warning during sleeping is avoided, and the power consumption can be reduced.
