Claims (2)

1. A method for presenting a lock screen picture is characterized by comprising the following steps:
monitoring whether the mobile terminal receives a bright screen unlocking action, and detecting whether the mobile terminal is in a motion state or a static state when the bright screen unlocking action is received;
when the state of the mobile terminal is judged to be a motion state, acquiring the moving speed of the mobile terminal;
comparing the moving speed of the mobile terminal with a preset moving speed threshold, and searching a picture matched with the moving speed of the mobile terminal from a picture library according to a comparison result, wherein the method comprises the following steps: if the picture 1 and the picture 2 are pictures which are adjacently stored in the same picture library, and the pictures stored in the picture library are matched with the moving speed of the mobile terminal, if the picture 1 is selected as the picture matched with the moving speed of the mobile terminal, the picture 2 is selected as the picture matched with the moving speed of the mobile terminal next time;
taking the searched picture as a screen locking picture to be displayed on a screen locking interface;
the comparing the moving speed of the mobile terminal with a preset moving speed threshold value, and searching a picture matched with the moving speed of the mobile terminal from a picture library according to a comparison result, includes:
judging whether the moving speed of the mobile terminal is greater than a first preset moving speed threshold value or not;
when the moving speed of the mobile terminal is greater than a first preset moving speed threshold value, searching a picture matched with the moving speed of the mobile terminal from a first picture library, wherein the content of the found picture comprises: characters and/or cartoons corresponding to the mobile phone are not required to be played on the vehicle, and the characters and/or the cartoons corresponding to the mobile phone are safely driven;
when the state of the mobile terminal is judged to be a static state, acquiring the position information of the mobile terminal, wherein the position refers to a house or a school;
searching a picture matched with the position information of the mobile terminal from a picture library;
when a screen locking instruction of the mobile terminal is received, the searched picture is taken as a screen locking picture to be displayed on a screen locking interface;
when the moving speed of the mobile terminal is less than or equal to a first preset moving speed threshold value, judging whether the moving speed of the mobile terminal is greater than a second preset moving speed threshold value, wherein the second preset moving speed threshold value is less than the first preset moving speed threshold value, and the second preset moving speed threshold value is set as the walking or running speed of the pedestrian;
when the moving speed of the mobile terminal is greater than a second preset moving speed threshold value, searching a picture matched with the moving speed of the mobile terminal from a second picture library;
the step of taking the searched picture as a screen locking picture to be displayed on a screen locking interface includes:
when a screen locking instruction of the mobile terminal is received, judging whether the difference between the time point of the searched picture and the time point of the received screen locking instruction is smaller than a preset time difference threshold value or not;
when the difference between the time point of the searched picture and the time point of the received screen locking instruction is smaller than a preset time difference threshold value, taking the searched picture as a screen locking picture to be displayed on a screen locking interface;
and when the difference between the time point of the searched picture and the time point of the received screen locking instruction is larger than or equal to a preset time difference threshold value, the moving speed of the mobile terminal is obtained again, a picture matched with the obtained moving speed of the mobile terminal is searched from the picture library, and the searched picture is used as a screen locking picture to be displayed on a screen locking interface.
2. A mobile terminal, comprising:
the state detection unit is used for detecting whether the mobile terminal is in a motion state or a static state when the mobile terminal receives the bright screen unlocking action;
the mobile terminal comprises a mobile speed acquisition unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the mobile speed acquisition unit is used for acquiring the mobile speed of the mobile terminal when judging that the state of the mobile terminal is a motion state;
the picture searching unit is used for searching a picture matched with the moving speed of the mobile terminal from a picture library according to a comparison result of comparing the moving speed of the mobile terminal with a preset moving speed threshold, and comprises: if the picture 1 and the picture 2 are pictures which are adjacently stored in the same picture library, and the pictures stored in the picture library are matched with the moving speed of the mobile terminal, if the picture 1 is selected as the picture matched with the moving speed of the mobile terminal, the picture 2 is selected as the picture matched with the moving speed of the mobile terminal next time;
the screen locking picture determining unit is used for taking the searched picture as a screen locking picture to be displayed on a screen locking interface;
the picture searching unit includes:
the first preset moving speed threshold value comparison module is used for judging whether the moving speed of the mobile terminal is greater than a first preset moving speed threshold value or not;
the first picture searching module is used for searching a picture matched with the moving speed of the mobile terminal from a first picture library when the moving speed of the mobile terminal is greater than a first preset moving speed threshold, and the found picture content comprises: characters and/or cartoons corresponding to the mobile phone are not required to be played on the vehicle, and the characters and/or the cartoons corresponding to the mobile phone are safely driven;
the mobile terminal comprises a position information acquisition unit, a position information acquisition unit and a position information processing unit, wherein the position information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the position information of the mobile terminal when judging that the state of the mobile terminal is a static state, and the position refers to a house or a school;
the picture searching unit is matched with the position information and used for searching a picture matched with the position information of the mobile terminal from a picture library;
the screen locking instruction receiving unit is used for taking the searched picture as a screen locking picture to be displayed on a screen locking interface when a screen locking instruction of the mobile terminal is received;
a second preset moving speed threshold value comparing module, configured to, when the moving speed of the mobile terminal is less than or equal to a first preset moving speed threshold value, determine whether the moving speed of the mobile terminal is greater than a second preset moving speed threshold value, where the second preset moving speed threshold value is less than the first preset moving speed threshold value, and the second preset moving speed threshold value is set as a speed at which a pedestrian walks or runs;
the second picture searching module is used for searching a picture matched with the moving speed of the mobile terminal from a second picture library when the moving speed of the mobile terminal is greater than a second preset moving speed threshold value;
the lock screen picture determination unit includes:
the preset time difference threshold value comparison module is used for judging whether the difference between the time point of the searched picture and the time point of receiving the screen locking instruction is smaller than a preset time difference threshold value or not when the screen locking instruction of the mobile terminal is received;
the first screen locking picture determining module is used for taking the searched picture as a screen locking picture to be displayed on a screen locking interface when the difference between the time point of the searched picture and the time point of receiving the screen locking instruction is smaller than a preset time difference threshold value;
and the second screen locking picture determining module is used for reacquiring the moving speed of the mobile terminal when the difference between the time point of the searched picture and the time point of the received screen locking instruction is greater than or equal to a preset time difference threshold value, searching a picture matched with the reacquired moving speed of the mobile terminal from the picture library, and then taking the searched picture as a screen locking picture to be displayed on a screen locking interface.
