The disclosure relates to a method and a device for realizing audio on demand through an intelligent radio. The method comprises the following steps: receiving an audio on-demand message sent by a second terminal with a first control authority of the intelligent radio, wherein the audio on-demand message carries a playing channel and playing time of an on-demand audio; and controlling the intelligent radio to receive audio through the playing channel at the playing time according to the audio on-demand message. Background
In the related technology, when a user wants to request a program to other people, the user can call a traditional broadcasting station to request the audio frequency, the requested audio frequency program is played linearly, the program playing has time limitation, and the requested program is limited to a broadcasting station program list and has single content. in step 401, when an audio on demand instruction for requesting audio to the first terminal is detected, an audio on demand message is generated, where the audio on demand message carries a play channel and a play time of the requested audio.
In one embodiment, the control right of the second terminal to the smart radio can be obtained by binding with the smart radio; in another embodiment, the control right of the second terminal to the smart radio can be shared by the first terminal bound to the smart radio.
In an embodiment, the audio on-demand instruction may be sent by the user through the second terminal, for example, may be directly set in an on-demand interface of the smart home APP of the second terminal.
In one embodiment, the playing channel and the playing time can be obtained by analyzing the audio on demand instruction.
In step 402, an audio on demand message is sent to the first terminal, where the audio on demand message carries a playing channel and a playing time of the on-demand program.
In an exemplary scenario, as shown in fig. 1B, the first terminal 110 and the second terminal 120 both have an open control right of the smart radio 130, the second terminal 120 may send a program on-demand audio-on-demand message to the first terminal 110, and carry a playing time and a playing channel in the audio-on-demand message, and the first terminal 110 controls the smart radio 130 accessing the network to open a corresponding playing channel at the playing time to receive and play the on-demand program. Those skilled in the art can understand that the first terminal can also send an audio on-demand message to the second terminal, and the second terminal correspondingly controls the smart radio to play on-demand programs; in addition, the first terminal and the second terminal both have the opening control authority of the smart radio, but the first terminal and the second terminal are not limited to the opening control authority of the smart radio, for example, if the first terminal is bound with the smart radio, the first terminal can have the control authority of closing, setting parameters, modifying icons and sharing the authority to other terminals besides the opening control authority of the smart radio, and if the first terminal is not bound with the smart radio and receives part of the control authority shared by the second terminal, the first terminal can have other control authorities shared by the second terminal besides the opening control authority of the smart radio.
In this embodiment, the second terminal may send an audio on-demand message to the first terminal, and the audio on-demand message carries the play time and the play channel, so as to enable the first terminal to control the smart radio accessing the network to start the corresponding play channel at the play time to receive and play the on-demand audio, the on-demand audio is not limited to a traditional broadcasting station, and can be downloaded from the network, and the content is rich.
In an embodiment, the method further comprises:
and analyzing the audio on-demand instruction, and acquiring a playing channel and playing time carried in the audio on-demand instruction.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus for implementing audio on demand through a smart radio according to an exemplary embodiment, where the apparatus for implementing audio on demand through a smart radio, as shown in fig. 5, includes:
a first receiving module 510, configured to receive an audio on-demand message sent by a second terminal having a first control authority of the smart radio, where the audio on-demand message carries a playing channel and playing time of an on-demand audio;
and a play control module 520 configured to control the smart radio to receive audio through the play channel at the play time according to the audio on-demand message.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram illustrating another apparatus for implementing audio on demand via a smart radio according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, on the basis of the above embodiment shown in fig. 5, in an embodiment, the apparatus further includes:
a second receiving module 530, configured to receive a sharing request message for sharing a second control right of the smart radio, which is sent by the second terminal, where the sharing request message is used by the second terminal to share the second control right of the smart radio to the first terminal;
wherein the control level of the second control authority is lower than the level of the first control authority.
In an embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
a first prompting module 540 configured to display sharing prompting information according to the sharing request message received by the second receiving module 530;
a first sending module 550, configured to send a sharing response message to the server when receiving response feedback information input according to the sharing prompt information displayed by the first prompt module 540;
the first display module 560 is configured to, when receiving an authorization response message returned by the server according to the sharing response message sent by the first sending module 550, display the device identification information of the smart radio in the device control list.
In an embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
the second sending module 570 is configured to send a sharing request message for sharing the first control right of the smart radio to the second terminal, where the sharing request message is used for sharing the first control right of the smart radio to the second terminal, and the first terminal has a third control right of the smart radio;
wherein the control level of the third control authority is higher than the level of the first control authority.
In one embodiment, the play control module 520 includes:
the parsing submodule 521 is configured to parse the playing channel and the playing time of the requested program from the audio-on-demand message received by the first receiving module 510;
the sending sub-module 522 is configured to send an audio playing instruction to the smart radio, where the audio playing instruction is used to instruct the smart radio to start a playing channel at a playing time to receive and play the requested program.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus for implementing audio on demand through a smart radio according to an exemplary embodiment, where the apparatus for implementing audio on demand through a smart radio, as shown in fig. 7, includes:
the determining module 710 is configured to generate an audio on-demand message when detecting an audio on-demand instruction for requesting audio to the first terminal, where the audio on-demand message carries a playing channel and a playing time of the requested audio;
the third sending module 720 is configured to send an audio on demand message to the first terminal, where the audio on demand message carries a playing channel and a playing time of the on-demand program.
Fig. 8 is a block diagram illustrating another apparatus for implementing audio on demand via a smart radio according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, on the basis of the above embodiment shown in fig. 7, in an embodiment, the apparatus further includes:
the parsing module 730 is configured to parse the audio on demand instruction, and obtain a playing channel and a playing time carried in the audio on demand instruction.
The implementation process of the functions and actions of each unit in the above device is specifically described in the implementation process of the corresponding step in the above method, and is not described herein again.
For the device embodiments, since they substantially correspond to the method embodiments, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiments for relevant points. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the disclosed solution. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, there is also provided a first terminal, including any one of the above-mentioned devices in fig. 5 to 6, which implements audio on demand through a smart radio. The device for realizing audio on demand through the smart radio is described in detail above, and is not described in detail here.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, there is also provided a second terminal, including the apparatus for implementing audio on demand through an intelligent radio set in fig. 7 to 8. The device for realizing audio on demand through the smart radio is described in detail above, and is not described in detail here.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, there is also provided a device for implementing audio on demand through an intelligent radio, the device including:
a first processor;
a first memory for storing first processor-executable instructions;
wherein the first processor is configured to:
receiving an audio on-demand message sent by a second terminal with a first control authority of the intelligent radio, wherein the audio on-demand message carries a playing channel and playing time of an on-demand audio;
and controlling the intelligent radio to receive the audio through the playing channel at the playing time according to the audio on-demand message.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, there is also provided a device for implementing audio on demand through an intelligent radio, the device including:
a second processor;
a second memory for storing second processor-executable instructions;
wherein the second processor is configured to:
when an audio on-demand instruction for ordering audio to a first terminal is detected, generating an audio on-demand message, wherein the audio on-demand message carries a playing channel and playing time of the ordered audio;
and sending an audio on-demand message to the first terminal, wherein the audio on-demand message carries the playing channel and the playing time of the on-demand program.
FIG. 9 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus suitable for audio on demand over a smart radio, according to an example embodiment. For example, the apparatus 900 may be a mobile device (e.g., a smartphone, a tablet, etc.).
Referring to fig. 9, apparatus 900 may include one or more of the following components: processing component 902, memory 904, power component 906, multimedia component 908, audio component 910, input/output (I/O) interface 912, sensor component 914, and communication component 916.
The processing component 902 generally controls the overall operation of the device 900, such as operations associated with display, voice playback, data communication, and recording operations. Processing element 902 may include one or more processors 920 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Further, processing component 902 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between processing component 902 and other components. For example, the processing component 902 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 908 and the processing component 902.
The memory 904 is configured to store various types of data to support operation at the device 900. Examples of such data include instructions, messages, pictures, etc. for any application or method operating on device 900. The memory 904 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
The power supply component 906 provides power to the various components of the device 900. The power components 906 may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the device 900.
The multimedia component 908 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the device 900 and a user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation.
The audio component 910 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, audio component 910 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when apparatus 900 is in an operating mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 904 or transmitted via the communication component 916. In some embodiments, audio component 910 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
I/O interface 912 provides an interface between processing component 902 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor component 914 includes one or more sensors for providing status assessment of various aspects of the apparatus 900. For example, the sensor assembly 914 may detect an open/closed state of the device 900, the relative positioning of the components, such as a display and keypad of the apparatus 900, the sensor assembly 914 may also detect a change in the position of the apparatus 900 or a component of the apparatus 900, the presence or absence of user contact with the apparatus 900, an orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the apparatus 900, and a change in the temperature of the apparatus 900. The sensor assembly 914 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object in the absence of any physical contact. The sensor assembly 914 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 914 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a distance sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 916 is configured to facilitate communications between the apparatus 900 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. Device 900 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WIFI, 2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 916 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast associated information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communications component 916 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 900 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the following methods:
receiving an audio on-demand message sent by a second terminal with a first control authority of the intelligent radio, wherein the audio on-demand message carries a playing channel and playing time of an on-demand audio;
and controlling the intelligent radio to receive the audio through the playing channel at the playing time according to the audio on-demand message.
Alternatively, the following method is performed:
when an audio on-demand instruction for ordering audio to a first terminal is detected, generating an audio on-demand message, wherein the audio on-demand message carries a playing channel and playing time of the ordered audio;
and sending an audio on-demand message to the first terminal, wherein the audio on-demand message carries the playing channel and the playing time of the on-demand program.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 904 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 920 of the apparatus 900 to perform the above-described method is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.

Claims (12)

1. A method for realizing audio on demand through an intelligent radio is applied to a first terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving an audio on-demand message sent by a second terminal with a first control authority of the intelligent radio, wherein the audio on-demand message carries a playing channel and playing time of an on-demand audio;
controlling the intelligent radio to receive audio through the playing channel at the playing time according to the audio on-demand message;
the method further comprises the following steps: receiving a sharing request message for sharing a second control authority of the smart radio, which is sent by the second terminal, wherein the sharing request message is used for the second terminal to share the second control authority of the smart radio to the first terminal; wherein the control level of the second control authority is lower than the level of the first control authority; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the method further comprises the following steps: sending a sharing request message for sharing a first control permission of the smart radio to the second terminal, wherein the sharing request message is used for sharing the first control permission of the smart radio to the second terminal, and the first terminal has a third control permission of the smart radio; wherein a control level of the third control authority is higher than a level of the first control authority.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising;
displaying sharing prompt information according to the sharing request message;
when response feedback information input according to the sharing prompt information is received, sending a sharing response message to a server;
and when receiving an authorization response message returned by the server according to the sharing response message, displaying the equipment identification information of the intelligent radio in an equipment control list.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said controlling said smart radio to receive audio via said broadcast channel at said broadcast time according to said audio on demand message comprises:
analyzing the playing channel and the playing time of the requested program from the audio requesting message;
and sending an audio playing instruction to the intelligent radio, wherein the audio playing instruction is used for instructing the intelligent radio to start the playing channel at the playing time to receive and play the requested program.
4. A method for realizing audio on demand through a smart radio is applied to a second terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
when an audio on-demand instruction for ordering audio to a first terminal through an intelligent radio is detected, generating an audio on-demand message, wherein the audio on-demand message carries a playing channel and playing time of the on-demand audio;
sending an audio on-demand message to the first terminal, wherein the audio on-demand message carries a playing channel and playing time of an on-demand program;
the second terminal has a first control right to the intelligent radio, and a second control right to the intelligent radio is shared by the first terminal; the control level of the second control authority is lower than the level of the first control authority; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the first terminal has a third control authority to the intelligent radio, and the second terminal shares the first control authority to the intelligent radio with the first terminal; the control level of the third control authority is higher than the level of the first control authority.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
and analyzing the audio on-demand instruction to acquire the playing channel and the playing time carried in the audio on-demand instruction.
6. An apparatus for realizing audio on demand through an intelligent radio, which is applied to a first terminal, the apparatus comprising:
the first receiving module is configured to receive an audio on-demand message sent by a second terminal with a first control authority of the intelligent radio, wherein the audio on-demand message carries a playing channel and playing time of an on-demand audio;
the playing control module is configured to control the smart radio to receive audio through the playing channel at the playing time according to the audio on-demand message;
the device further comprises: a second receiving module, configured to receive a sharing request message sent by the second terminal to share a second control right of the smart radio, where the sharing request message is used for the second terminal to share the second control right of the smart radio with the first terminal; wherein the control level of the second control authority is lower than the level of the first control authority; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the device further comprises: a second sending module, configured to send a sharing request message for sharing a first control right of the smart radio to the second terminal, where the sharing request message is used to share the first control right of the smart radio to the second terminal, and the first terminal has a third control right of the smart radio; wherein a control level of the third control authority is higher than a level of the first control authority.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the first prompting module is configured to display sharing prompting information according to the sharing request message received by the second receiving module;
the first sending module is configured to send a sharing response message to a server when receiving response feedback information input according to the sharing prompt information displayed by the first prompt module;
the first display module is configured to display the device identification information of the smart radio in a device control list when receiving an authorization response message returned by the server according to the sharing response message sent by the first sending module.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the playback control module comprises:
the analysis submodule is configured to analyze a playing channel and playing time of the on-demand program from the audio on-demand message received by the first receiving module;
and the sending submodule is configured to send an audio playing instruction to the intelligent radio, and the audio playing instruction is used for indicating the intelligent radio to start the playing channel at the playing time to receive and play the requested program.
9. An apparatus for realizing audio on demand through a smart radio, applied to a second terminal, the apparatus comprising:
the determining module is configured to generate an audio on-demand message when detecting an audio on-demand instruction for requesting audio to the first terminal through the intelligent radio, wherein the audio on-demand message carries a playing channel and playing time of the requested audio;
a third sending module, configured to send an audio on-demand message to the first terminal, where the audio on-demand message carries a playing channel and playing time of an on-demand program;
the second terminal has a first control right to the intelligent radio, and a second control right to the intelligent radio is shared by the first terminal; the control level of the second control authority is lower than the level of the first control authority; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the first terminal has a third control authority to the intelligent radio, and the second terminal shares the first control authority to the intelligent radio with the first terminal; the control level of the third control authority is higher than the level of the first control authority.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
and the analysis module is configured to analyze the audio on-demand instruction and acquire the playing channel and the playing time carried in the audio on-demand instruction.
11. An apparatus for realizing audio on demand through an intelligent radio, which is applied to a first terminal, the apparatus comprising:
a first processor;
a first memory for storing first processor-executable instructions;
wherein the first processor is configured to:
receiving an audio on-demand message sent by a second terminal with a first control authority of the intelligent radio, wherein the audio on-demand message carries a playing channel and playing time of an on-demand audio;
controlling the intelligent radio to receive audio through the playing channel at the playing time according to the audio on-demand message;
the first processor is further configured to: receiving a sharing request message for sharing a second control authority of the smart radio, which is sent by the second terminal, wherein the sharing request message is used for the second terminal to share the second control authority of the smart radio to the first terminal; wherein the control level of the second control authority is lower than the level of the first control authority; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the first processor is further configured to: sending a sharing request message for sharing a first control permission of the smart radio to the second terminal, wherein the sharing request message is used for sharing the first control permission of the smart radio to the second terminal, and the first terminal has a third control permission of the smart radio; wherein a control level of the third control authority is higher than a level of the first control authority.
12. An apparatus for realizing audio on demand through a smart radio, applied to a second terminal, the apparatus comprising:
a second processor;
a second memory for storing second processor-executable instructions;
wherein the second processor is configured to:
when an audio on-demand instruction for ordering audio to a first terminal through an intelligent radio is detected, generating an audio on-demand message, wherein the audio on-demand message carries a playing channel and playing time of the on-demand audio;
