Fig. 2 is a method flow diagram illustrating a method of interaction in an e-commerce application in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The embodiment is exemplified by using the method in the server in the electronic commerce system shown in fig. 1. The method comprises the following steps:
step 201, receiving a live video stream sent by an anchor user account in a live channel of an e-commerce application program.
Live channels are provided in the e-commerce application, and optionally, one live channel corresponds to one anchor user account. Typically, a live channel is created by an anchor user account for the live channel, which has administrative rights to the live channel. The anchor user account of the live broadcast channel carries out live broadcast in the live broadcast channel, the audience user account of the live broadcast channel can watch the live broadcast, and at least one of real-time text message, picture message, voice message, video message, image-text message, link message and geographic position message can be sent to carry out communication message in the process of watching the live broadcast.
The live video stream transmitted by the anchor user account includes video content related to the predetermined commodity live by the anchor user account. Optionally, the live video stream includes video content for recommending a predetermined commodity, which is live in the anchor user account; and/or the live video stream comprises video content which is live broadcast by the anchor user account and used for providing service information of the predetermined commodity; and/or the live video stream comprises video content which is used for recommending the predetermined commodity and carries a purchase link of the predetermined commodity and is live broadcast by the anchor user account.
Optionally, the anchor user account is one of user accounts used by a plurality of common users; or, the anchor user account is a user account used by a merchant where the predetermined goods are located in the e-commerce application, for example, a user account used by an online customer service of the merchant where the predetermined goods are located, and for example, a user account used by a salesperson of the predetermined goods. In practical implementation, the anchor user account may also be a user account used by an administrator of the e-commerce application, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Step 202, determining a viewer user account corresponding to the live channel.
The audience user accounts are all user accounts or part of user accounts in the E-commerce application program, and the server determines the audience user accounts according to the live video stream; or, the server receives the audience user account sent by the anchor user account, and the server determines that the received audience user account is an audience user account corresponding to a live channel, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Step 203, sending the live video stream to the audience user account.
Typically, the viewer user account determined by the server includes at least two. When the number of the audience user accounts is at least two, optionally, the server sends the live video stream to the audience user accounts in a broadcast or multicast mode.
In practical implementation, the server does not directly send the live video stream to the account of the viewer user, and optionally, the server sends an entry address of the live channel to the account of the viewer user, where the entry address is usually a web link of the live channel. When the audience user account selects to watch the live broadcast of the anchor user account in the live broadcast channel, the audience user account clicks the entrance address, and the server receives the triggering operation which is sent by the audience user account and acts on the entrance address and then sends the live broadcast video stream to the audience user account.
Optionally, before sending the live video stream to the audience user account, the server further sends prompt information to the audience user account, where the prompt information is used to prompt the audience user account that the anchor user account is live in the live channel, and optionally, the prompt information is also used to prompt the audience user account that the anchor user account is live in the live channel. For example, the prompt message sent by the server to the account of the audience user is "xx anchor is living to evaluate xx mobile phones and go to a watching bar".
The audience user account is used for playing the live broadcast video stream through the audience user terminal, optionally, the audience user account sends an interactive virtual article to the anchor user account when playing the live broadcast video stream, and the interactive virtual article is a virtual gold coin, a virtual prop, a virtual gift, a virtual pet and the like.
To sum up, the interaction method in the e-commerce application provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure realizes bidirectional interaction between the anchor user account and the audience user account through the live video stream by providing the live channel in the e-commerce application, and enriches the interaction modes between different users in the e-commerce application; and the user terminal uses a live broadcast mode for interaction, so that the interactive information is richer, and the interaction efficiency is improved.
In the above exemplary embodiment, when the types of video contents included in the live video streams are different, the viewer user accounts of the live channels determined by the server are also different, and different live video streams and their corresponding viewer user accounts will be described in different embodiments.
Optionally, the live video stream includes a video content that is live in the anchor user account and is used for recommending a predetermined commodity, and then the step 202 includes at least one of the following two steps, as shown in fig. 3A:
step 301, determining the user account having a friend relationship with the anchor user account as the audience user account.
Optionally, the server stores the friend relationship between the user accounts in a graphical data structure. Optionally, the server stores a topology of the friend relationship among the user accounts, as shown in fig. 3B, the user accounts with the friend relationship are stored among the user accounts with the connection relationship, and when the anchor user account is the user account a, the audience user accounts determined by the server include the user account B, the user account C, and the user account D.
Optionally, a buddy list corresponding to each user account is stored in the server, optionally, the server stores a corresponding relationship between the user account and the buddy list, and the buddy list includes each user account having a buddy relationship with the user account. The server inquires a friend list corresponding to the account of the anchor user and determines each user account in the friend list as the account of the audience user.
In actual implementation, not only a two-way friend relationship but also a one-way attention relationship exists between the user accounts, and optionally, the server determines that the user account paying attention to the anchor user account is an audience user account, which is similar to the implementation manner of determining that the user account having the friend relationship is the audience user account, and this embodiment is not described again.
Step 302, determining other user accounts in the discussion group where the anchor user account is located, except for the anchor user account, as audience user accounts.
The discussion group comprises at least two user accounts, and one discussion group corresponds to one commodity category, one theme or one interest. For example, if the discussion group is an electronic feverish group, the user account in the discussion group is a user account used by a user who likes electronic products.
The server stores the corresponding relation between each user account and the discussion group where the user account is located, optionally, the discussion group has a unique group identifier, and the server stores the corresponding relation between the user account and the group identifier. In actual implementation, the server queries a group identifier corresponding to the anchor user account, determines that the discussion group of the group identifier is the discussion group in which the anchor user account is located, and determines that other user accounts except the anchor user account in each user account corresponding to the group identifier are audience user accounts.
Optionally, one user account is included in one or at least two discussion groups, and when the anchor user account is included in at least two discussion groups, the server determines that the other user accounts in each discussion group in which the anchor user account is located, except for the anchor user account, are audience user accounts.
For example, the user account a, the user account B, and the user account C are all in the discussion group 1, and the user account D and the user account E are all in the discussion group 2, so that when the anchor user account is the user account a, the audience user accounts determined by the server are the user account B and the user account C.
In summary, according to the interaction method in the e-commerce application provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the anchor user account recommends the predetermined commodity to the user accounts having a friend relationship or in the same discussion group in a live broadcast manner, compared with recommending in a text and picture manner, the information transmitted during recommending is richer, and the recommending efficiency is improved.
Optionally, the live video stream includes video content that is live in the anchor user account and is used for providing service information of a predetermined commodity, and then the steps 201 and 202 are implemented as the following steps, as shown in fig. 4:
step 401, receiving question information related to a predetermined commodity sent by a question user account in an e-commerce application program.
And the questioning user account is any user account in the E-commerce application program. The questioning information is used for questioning service information of a predetermined commodity, and the service information of the predetermined commodity includes at least one of evaluation, performance introduction, function demonstration and question answering of the predetermined commodity.
Step 402, the quiz information is sent to the anchor user account.

In actual implementation, when the anchor user account creates a live channel, the server sends the commodity list to the anchor user account, and in this embodiment, the commodity list at least includes a predetermined commodity.
In this embodiment, the anchor user account may be a user account used by a celebrity, a speaker, and the like, in addition to a user account used by a merchant, and this embodiment is not limited thereto.
Step 502, receiving a predetermined commodity sent by an anchor user account.
After receiving the commodity list, the anchor user account selects a commodity to be recommended in the live channel from the commodity list and sends the commodity to the server.
Step 503, generating a purchase link for the predetermined merchandise, and sending the purchase link to the anchor user account.
The purchase link is used for purchasing a predetermined commodity, optionally, the purchase link also carries identification information for identifying an anchor user account, the purchase link is provided in a live interface when the anchor user account carries out live broadcasting recommendation on the predetermined commodity in a live broadcasting channel, and the method for providing the purchase link by the anchor user account comprises the following possible implementation modes:
in a first possible implementation manner, the anchor user account provides a purchase link in a text form in a channel announcement information bar of a live channel, as shown in fig. 6A, the live interface includes a live video zone 611 for playing a live video stream and a purchase link in an announcement information bar 612: http, xyz-xshopping.
In a second possible implementation manner, the anchor user account provides a purchase link in the form of a chat message in the interactive review area of the live channel, as shown in fig. 6B, the live interface includes a purchase link in a live video area 621 and an interactive review area 622 for playing a live video stream: http, xyz-xshopping.
In a third possible implementation manner, the anchor user account provides a purchase link in a form of voice, picture or video in the live video stream of the live channel, as shown in fig. 6C, the live interface includes a live video zone 631 for playing the live video stream and a purchase entry 632 provided in a form of picture in the live video zone 631, and the purchase entry 632 corresponds to the purchase link: http, xyz-xshopping. When the user triggers the purchase entry 632, the e-commerce application jumps to the merchandise purchase page 641 and the user clicks the "buy immediately" button 642 on the merchandise purchase page 641 through the viewer user account to purchase the merchandise.
Step 504, receiving a live video stream sent by the anchor user account in a live channel of the e-commerce application program, wherein the live video stream includes a purchase link of a predetermined commodity.
After receiving the live video stream, the server performs the following step 505 and/or step 506.
Step 505, determining other user accounts in the discussion group where the anchor user account is located, except for the anchor user account, as audience user accounts.
Wherein, the discussion group comprises at least two user accounts. The implementation manner of this step may be combined with step 302, which is not described in detail in this embodiment.
Step 506, determining other user accounts except the anchor user account in the user accounts corresponding to the e-commerce application program as audience user accounts.

In the embodiment shown in fig. 5, when the viewer user account views the live video stream in the live channel, the purchase link is clicked to purchase the predetermined item. Since the purchase link carries identification information for identifying the anchor user account, the server can record that the purchase is purchased through the live channel of the anchor user account after the audience user account purchases a predetermined commodity in the e-commerce application program. The method further comprises the following steps, as shown in fig. 7:
step 701, counting the number of exchange resources for purchasing a predetermined commodity through a purchase link in a live channel.
Optionally, the server determines the exchange resource amount according to the recorded purchase record of the predetermined commodity purchased by the audience user account through the live channel of the anchor user account, where the exchange resource amount of the predetermined commodity includes the amount, unit price, total price, premium price, and the like of the predetermined commodity purchased by the audience user account.
Step 702, determining the contribution resources of the anchor user account according to the amount of the exchange resources.
The server determines the extraction resources according to the extraction algorithm corresponding to the preset commodity and the exchange resource quantity, wherein the extraction algorithm is usually preset by a merchant. Optionally, the referred resources include currency, coupons, and points, etc.
For example, if the unit price of the predetermined commodity Z is 100 yuan, 10 commodities are sold, the total price is 1000, and the pull-up algorithm is to extract 10% of the total price, the server determines that the pull-up resource of the anchor user account is 100 yuan.
Step 703, the extracted resources are sent to the resource account of the anchor user account.
Optionally, the server transfers the extracted resources from the resource account corresponding to the merchant to the resource account of the anchor user account.
To sum up, the interaction method in the e-commerce application provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure provides a purchase link of a predetermined commodity in a live broadcast video stream, so that a viewer user terminal can purchase the commodity through the purchase link in a live broadcast watching process, thereby improving convenience of purchasing the commodity, improving strength of a user participating in commodity purchase, and enriching purchase modes of the commodity; in addition, by providing the promotion resources for the anchor user account, the interactivity of the anchor user account participating in the promotion of commodities is increased, and the promotion and the sale of the commodities in the e-commerce platform are facilitated.
