The mobile terminal 100 as shown in fig. 1 may be configured to operate with communication means such as wired and wireless communication means and satellite-based communication means that transmit data via frames or packets.
A communication apparatus in which a mobile terminal according to the present invention is operable will now be described with reference to fig. 2.
Such communication devices may use different air interfaces and/or physical layers. For example, the air interface used by the communication device includes, for example, Frequency Division Multiple Access (FDMA), Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA), Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), and universal mobile telecommunications device (UMTS) (in particular, Long Term Evolution (LTE)), global system for mobile communications (GSM), and so forth. The following description relates to a CDMA communication device, as a non-limiting example, but such teachings are equally applicable to other types of devices.
Referring to fig. 2, the CDMA wireless communication apparatus may include a plurality of mobile terminals 100, a plurality of Base Stations (BSs) 270, Base Station Controllers (BSCs) 275, and a Mobile Switching Center (MSC) 280. The MSC280 is configured to interface with a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) 290. The MSC280 is also configured to interface with a BSC275, which may be coupled to the base station 270 via a backhaul. The backhaul may be constructed according to any of several known interfaces including, for example, E1/T1, ATM, IP, PPP, frame Relay, HDSL, ADSL, or xDSL. It will be understood that an apparatus as shown in fig. 2 may include a plurality of BSCs 275.
Each BS270 may serve one or more sectors (or regions), each sector covered by a multi-directional antenna or an antenna pointing in a particular direction being radially distant from the BS 270. Alternatively, each partition may be covered by two or more antennas for diversity reception. Each BS270 may be configured to support multiple frequency allocations, with each frequency allocation having a particular frequency spectrum (e.g., 1.25MHz,5MHz, etc.).
The intersection of partitions with frequency allocations may be referred to as a CDMA channel. The BS270 may also be referred to as a base transceiver sub-assembly (BTS) or other equivalent terminology. In such a case, the term "base station" may be used to generically refer to a single BSC275 and at least one BS 270. The base stations may also be referred to as "cells". Alternatively, each sector of a particular BS270 may be referred to as a plurality of cell sites.
As shown in fig. 2, a Broadcast Transmitter (BT)295 transmits a broadcast signal to the mobile terminal 100 operating within the apparatus. In fig. 2, several global positioning device (GPS) satellites 300 are shown. The satellite 300 assists in locating at least one of the plurality of mobile terminals 100.
In fig. 2, a plurality of satellites 300 are depicted, but it is understood that useful positioning information may be obtained with any number of satellites. Other techniques that can track the location of the mobile terminal may be used instead of or in addition to GPS tracking techniques. In addition, at least one GPS satellite 300 may selectively or additionally process satellite DMB transmission.
As a typical operation of the wireless communication apparatus, the BS270 receives reverse link signals from various mobile terminals 100. The mobile terminal 100 is generally engaged in conversations, messaging, and other types of communications. Each reverse link signal received by a particular base station 270 is processed within the particular BS 270. The obtained data is forwarded to the associated BSC 275. The BSC provides call resource allocation and mobility management functions including coordination of soft handoff procedures between BSs 270. The BSCs 275 also route the received data to the MSC280, which provides additional routing services for interfacing with the PSTN 290. Similarly, the PSTN290 interfaces with the MSC280, the MSC interfaces with the BSCs 275, and the BSCs 275 accordingly control the BS270 to transmit forward link signals to the mobile terminal 100.
Based on the above-mentioned hardware structure of the mobile terminal and the structure of the communication device, the present invention provides various embodiments of the method.
As shown in fig. 3, a first embodiment of an apparatus for controlling a mobile terminal of the present invention is shown. The apparatus for controlling a mobile terminal of this embodiment includes:
the detection module 10 is configured to detect whether a touch operation exists in an edge touch area of the mobile terminal;
in this embodiment, the type of the mobile terminal may be set according to actual needs, for example, the mobile terminal includes a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and the like.
The mobile terminal may be a narrow-bezel mobile terminal, in which a touch area is provided in a side surface to receive a touch operation of a user, or a borderless mobile terminal, in which a side surface is a portion of a display screen to receive a touch operation input by a user. The borderless mobile terminal will be described in detail below as an example.
The touch area of the mobile terminal is divided into a main screen touch area and an edge touch area in advance, wherein the edge touch area is located on the left side and the right side of the main screen, is independent of the main screen, and can be subjected to touch operation based on FIT.
After the mobile terminal is powered on, the detection module 10 detects whether a touch operation exists in the edge touch area in real time or at preset intervals, where the touch operation includes a sliding operation, a clicking operation, a pressing operation, a double-clicking operation, and the like.
The determining module 20 is configured to determine whether a trigger operation exists in a main screen touch area of the mobile terminal within a preset time when it is detected that a touch operation exists in an edge touch area of the mobile terminal;
when it is detected that a touch operation exists in the edge touch area of the mobile terminal, it may be that a user holds the mobile terminal by hand to generate a touch operation in the edge touch area, or that a touch operation is generated by a user operating in the touch area, and at this time, the determining module 20 needs to further determine whether a trigger operation exists in the main screen touch area of the mobile terminal within a preset time, where the trigger operation includes a sliding operation, a clicking operation, a pressing operation, a double-clicking operation, and the like.
The first control module 30 is configured to control the mobile terminal to respond to a trigger operation when the trigger operation exists in a main screen touch area of the mobile terminal within a preset time.
In this embodiment, the response result corresponding to the trigger operation may be preset, for example, the trigger operations at different positions correspond to different response results, or the trigger operations correspond to different response results in different pressing times or pressing degrees, or the trigger operations correspond to different response results in different sliding directions and distances. As shown in fig. 4, when the user holds the mobile terminal, a touch operation of a finger of the user is generated in the edge touch area of the mobile terminal, and when there is a trigger operation in the main screen touch area of the mobile terminal within a predetermined time, which means that the user makes a normal input in the main screen touch area, the first control module 30 controls the mobile terminal to respond to the trigger operation in the main screen touch area. Therefore, touch operation generated by the handheld mobile terminal is shielded, and misoperation is reduced. The preset time can be flexibly set according to specific conditions.
The response result corresponding to the touch operation generated in the main screen touch area of the mobile terminal can be set according to different application scenes, so that different functions can be realized in different application scenes. For example, when the mobile terminal is in an application scene of playing a video, the mobile terminal may pause or start playing by performing a click operation in the main screen touch area, and when the mobile terminal is in an application scene of browsing a document, the mobile terminal may turn pages by performing a slide operation in the main screen touch area.
When the mobile terminal detects that the touch operation exists in the edge touch area, whether the trigger operation exists in the main screen touch area within the preset time is judged, when the trigger operation exists in the main screen touch area of the mobile terminal within the preset time, the fact that the touch operation exists in the edge touch area is abnormal operation, the fact that the trigger operation exists in the main screen touch area is normal operation, and the fact that the trigger operation exists in the main screen touch area is responded is judged. Therefore, the flexibility of controlling the mobile terminal is improved, and the false touch rate of the mobile terminal is reduced.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, a second embodiment of the apparatus for controlling a mobile terminal according to the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment of the apparatus for controlling a mobile terminal, and the difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment of the apparatus for controlling a mobile terminal according to the present invention is that the apparatus for controlling a mobile terminal further includes:
and the second control module 40 is configured to control the mobile terminal to respond to a touch operation existing in the edge touch area when there is no trigger operation in the main screen touch area of the mobile terminal within a preset time.
In this embodiment, the response result corresponding to the touch operation may be preset, for example, the touch operation at different positions in the edge touch area corresponds to different response results, or the touch operation at different pressing times or different pressing pressures in the edge touch area corresponds to different response results, or the touch operation at different sliding directions and distances in the edge touch area corresponds to different response results.
When the touch operation is detected to exist in the edge touch area of the mobile terminal, if the trigger operation does not exist in the main screen touch area of the mobile terminal within the preset time, the second control module 40 controls the mobile terminal to respond to the touch operation existing in the edge touch area. For example, as shown in fig. 6, there is a sliding operation of sliding upward in the edge touch area on the right side, and there is no trigger operation in the main screen touch area, at this time, a corresponding operation is performed according to the presence of sliding upward in the edge touch area.
Alternatively, the mobile terminal determines whether a plurality of touch points exist in response to a touch operation existing in the edge touch area, determines a designated touch point from the plurality of touch points as a target touch point when the plurality of touch points exist, for example, an uppermost touch point or a lowermost touch point on the same side may be set as the target touch point, or a newly generated touch point may be set as the target touch point, and the like, and then performs a corresponding operation according to the target touch point.
In the process of setting the target touch point, the mobile terminal can first judge the state of the mobile terminal and then set the target touch point according to the state of the mobile terminal. For example, when the mobile terminal is in a landscape state, the leftmost or rightmost touch point is set as the target touch point according to the position information of the plurality of touch points existing in the edge touch area on the same side. When the mobile terminal is in a vertical screen state, the uppermost or lowermost touch point is set as a target touch point according to the position information of a plurality of touch points in the edge touch area on the same side.
It should be noted that, in the process of detecting whether a touch operation exists in the edge touch area, the mobile terminal may determine the touch time generated by the touch point corresponding to the touch operation, and when the touch time generated by the touch point is greater than a preset time, the touch time is the touch point generated when the user holds the mobile terminal, so that the touch point with a longer time may be shielded.
In the embodiment, when the touch operation exists in the edge touch area of the mobile terminal, if the trigger operation does not exist in the main screen touch area within the preset time, the touch operation in the edge touch area is responded, so that the misoperation is reduced, and the accuracy of controlling the mobile terminal is improved.
Further, based on the second embodiment of the apparatus for controlling a mobile terminal, a third embodiment of the apparatus for controlling a mobile terminal of the present invention is provided, where the difference between this embodiment and the second embodiment of the apparatus for controlling a mobile terminal of the present invention is that, in this embodiment, the second control module 40 is further configured to, when there is no trigger operation in the main screen touch area of the mobile terminal within a preset time, determine whether there is a matching operation instruction in the touch operation in the edge touch area;
when the touch operation has a matched operation instruction, executing corresponding operation according to the operation instruction;
and outputting corresponding prompt information when the touch operation does not have a matched operation instruction.
In this embodiment, a mapping relationship between a touch operation corresponding to the edge touch area and an operation instruction is preset, where the operation instruction includes turning on or off a designated application, adjusting a volume, adjusting a brightness, inputting a number or a letter, and the like. In the process of responding to the touch operation of the mobile terminal, the second control module 40 may execute a corresponding operation according to the matching relationship between the touch operation and the operation instruction.
Specifically, when there is no trigger operation in the main screen touch area of the mobile terminal within the preset time, it is first determined whether there is a matching operation instruction in the touch operation in the edge touch area, and when there is a matching operation instruction in the touch operation, the second control module 40 executes a corresponding operation according to the operation instruction. For example, sliding up within the left edge touch area in a background desktop application scene may switch background applications, sliding simultaneously within the left and right edge touch areas may adjust brightness, and so on.
The method can set a response result corresponding to the touch operation generated in the edge touch area of the mobile terminal aiming at different application scenes, so that different functions can be realized in different application scenes. For example, in an application scene of playing a video, the mobile terminal slides up and down in the left edge touch area to adjust the volume; under the application scene of browsing pictures, the mobile terminal slides upwards in the edge touch area to enlarge the pictures, and slides downwards to reduce the pictures; the mobile terminal slides upwards in the edge touch area under the application scene of playing games to start a screen recording function; the mobile terminal slides downwards in the edge touch area in the application scene of photographing, so that the photographing function can be realized.
When there is no matched operation instruction in the touch operation, the second control module 40 controls the mobile terminal to output corresponding prompt information. Specifically, when the user forgets to set the mapping relationship between the touch operation and the operation instruction based on the edge touch area or the main screen touch area, after the user performs any operation in the edge touch area, when there is no matched operation instruction in the touch operation, the mapping relationship list between the touch operation and the operation instruction may be called and displayed, so as to prompt the user to perform a correct operation. Or outputting the related prompt information of the operation error in a screen display mode, a voice broadcast mode and the like.
When the mobile terminal responds to the touch operation in the edge touch area, if the touch operation is determined to have the matched operation instruction, executing corresponding operation according to the operation instruction; if the touch operation does not have the matched operation instruction, outputting corresponding prompt information, thereby improving the flexibility of controlling the mobile terminal.
Further, based on the first embodiment of the apparatus for controlling a mobile terminal, a fourth embodiment of the apparatus for controlling a mobile terminal of the present invention is provided, and the difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment of the apparatus for controlling a mobile terminal of the present invention is that the apparatus for controlling a mobile terminal further includes:
the third control module is used for controlling the mobile terminal to enter a false touch mode when a user input is received to start the false touch mode;
the detection module is further used for detecting whether touch operation exists in the edge touch area of the mobile terminal after the terminal enters the false touch mode.
In this embodiment, in order to reduce the erroneous operation, a switch of the erroneous touch mode may be set, and after the erroneous touch mode is turned on, the third control module controls the mobile terminal to enter the erroneous touch mode, so that when it is detected that a touch operation exists in the edge touch area of the mobile terminal, it is determined whether a trigger operation exists in the main screen touch area of the mobile terminal within a preset time to respond to the corresponding operation. The user can turn on or turn off the error touch mode according to the use requirement of the user in the process of using the mobile terminal.
This embodiment mobile terminal gets into the mistake and touches the mode after receiving to open the mistake and touch the mode for the user can set up according to liking of oneself, has improved the convenience of using mobile terminal, and has promoted user experience.
Further, a fifth embodiment of the apparatus for controlling a mobile terminal according to the present invention is provided based on any one of the first to fourth embodiments of the apparatus for controlling a mobile terminal of the present invention, and the difference between this embodiment and any one of the first to fourth embodiments of the apparatus for controlling a mobile terminal according to the present invention is that the first control module 30 is further configured to, when a trigger operation exists in a main screen touch area of the mobile terminal within a preset time, obtain image information of a designated area within a visible range of the mobile terminal;
judging whether a user uses the mobile terminal according to the image information;
and controlling the mobile terminal to respond to the trigger operation when the user is using the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, in the process of responding to the trigger operation existing in the main screen touch area of the mobile terminal, the first control module 30 may control the mobile terminal to respond according to the condition that the user uses the mobile terminal. Specifically, when there is a trigger operation in a main screen touch area of the mobile terminal within a preset time, the mobile terminal collects image information of a designated area within a visual range of the mobile terminal through a preset front camera.
After the image information in the designated area of the visible range of the mobile terminal is obtained, the image information is analyzed, and whether the user uses the mobile terminal is judged. For example, the image information may be compared with pre-stored target image information, whether the iris of the user exists may be determined according to a pixel value in the image information, and when the iris of the user exists, it is indicated that the user is paying attention to the mobile terminal, that is, it may be determined that the user is using the mobile terminal. For example, a user is playing a game, browsing web pages, watching videos, etc. using a mobile terminal. When the user is using the mobile terminal, the first control module 30 controls the mobile terminal to respond to a trigger operation existing within the touch area of the main screen. When the user is not using the mobile terminal, the trigger operation existing in the touch area of the main screen is explained to be possibly misoperation, and the trigger operation is not responded at the moment.
When the mobile terminal is determined to be used by the user, the mobile terminal responds to the trigger operation existing in the main screen touch area, so that the misoperation of the mobile terminal when the user does not use the mobile terminal is reduced, and the reliability of controlling the mobile terminal is improved.
Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 7, a first embodiment of a method for controlling a mobile terminal according to the present invention is proposed. The method for controlling a mobile terminal in this embodiment corresponds to the first embodiment of the apparatus for controlling a mobile terminal described above, and the method for controlling a mobile terminal in this embodiment includes:
step S10, detecting whether a touch operation exists in an edge touch area of the mobile terminal;
in this embodiment, the type of the mobile terminal may be set according to actual needs, for example, the mobile terminal includes a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and the like.
After the mobile terminal is started, whether touch operation exists in the edge touch area is detected in real time or at preset time intervals, wherein the touch operation comprises sliding operation, clicking operation, pressing operation, double-clicking operation and the like.
Step S20, when detecting that the touch operation exists in the edge touch area of the mobile terminal, judging whether the trigger operation exists in the main screen touch area of the mobile terminal within preset time;
when it is detected that a touch operation exists in the edge touch area of the mobile terminal, it may be that a user holds the mobile terminal by hand to generate a touch operation in the edge touch area, or that a touch operation is generated by a user operating in the touch area, and at this time, it is necessary to further determine whether a trigger operation exists in the main screen touch area of the mobile terminal within a preset time, where the trigger operation includes a sliding operation, a clicking operation, a pressing operation, a double-clicking operation, and the like.
And step S30, when the trigger operation exists in the main screen touch area of the mobile terminal within the preset time, controlling the mobile terminal to respond to the trigger operation.
4, when the user holds the mobile terminal, a touch operation of a finger of the user is generated in the edge touch area of the mobile terminal, and when there is a trigger operation in the main screen touch area of the mobile terminal within a preset time, it is described that the user performs a normal input in the main screen touch area, and the mobile terminal is controlled to respond to the trigger operation in the main screen touch area.
8, a second embodiment of the method for controlling a mobile terminal of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment of the method for controlling a mobile terminal described above, and the method for controlling a mobile terminal of the present embodiment corresponds to the second embodiment of the apparatus for controlling a mobile terminal described above. The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment of the method for controlling a mobile terminal in the present invention is that, in this embodiment, after step S30, the method includes:
and step S40, when no trigger operation exists in the main screen touch area of the mobile terminal within the preset time, controlling the mobile terminal to respond to the touch operation existing in the edge touch area.
When the touch operation exists in the edge touch area of the mobile terminal, if the trigger operation does not exist in the main screen touch area of the mobile terminal within the preset time, the mobile terminal is controlled to respond to the touch operation existing in the edge touch area.
Further, a third embodiment of the method for controlling a mobile terminal according to the present invention is proposed based on the second embodiment of the method for controlling a mobile terminal described above, and the method for controlling a mobile terminal according to the present embodiment corresponds to the third embodiment of the apparatus for controlling a mobile terminal described above. The difference between this embodiment and the second embodiment of the method for controlling a mobile terminal in the present invention is that step S40 in this embodiment includes:
when the trigger operation does not exist in the main screen touch area of the mobile terminal within the preset time, judging whether the touch operation in the edge touch area has a matched operation instruction;
when the touch operation has a matched operation instruction, executing corresponding operation according to the operation instruction;
and outputting corresponding prompt information when the touch operation does not have a matched operation instruction.
In this embodiment, a mapping relationship between a touch operation corresponding to the edge touch area and an operation instruction is preset, where the operation instruction includes turning on or off a designated application, adjusting a volume, adjusting a brightness, inputting a number or a letter, and the like. And in the process of responding to the touch operation, the mobile terminal can execute corresponding operation according to the matching relation between the touch operation and the operation instruction.
Specifically, when there is no trigger operation in the main screen touch area of the mobile terminal within a preset time, it is first determined whether there is a matching operation instruction in the touch operation in the edge touch area, and when there is a matching operation instruction in the touch operation, a corresponding operation is executed according to the operation instruction.
And outputting corresponding prompt information when the touch operation does not have a matched operation instruction.
Further, a fourth embodiment of the method for controlling a mobile terminal according to the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment of the method for controlling a mobile terminal described above, and the method for controlling a mobile terminal according to the present embodiment corresponds to the fourth embodiment of the apparatus for controlling a mobile terminal described above. The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment of the method for controlling a mobile terminal in the present invention is that, in this embodiment, step S10 includes:
when a user input is received to start a false touch mode, controlling the mobile terminal to enter the false touch mode;
and after the terminal enters a false touch mode, executing the step of detecting whether touch operation exists in an edge touch area of the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, in order to reduce the erroneous operation, a switch of the erroneous touch mode may be set, and after the erroneous touch mode is turned on, the mobile terminal enters the erroneous touch mode, so that when it is detected that a touch operation exists in the edge touch area of the mobile terminal, it is determined whether a trigger operation exists in the main screen touch area of the mobile terminal within a preset time to respond to the corresponding operation. The user can turn on or turn off the error touch mode according to the use requirement of the user in the process of using the mobile terminal.
This embodiment mobile terminal gets into the mistake and touches the mode after receiving to open the mistake and touch the mode for the user can set up according to liking of oneself, has improved the convenience of using mobile terminal, and has promoted user experience.

judging whether a user uses the mobile terminal according to the image information;
and controlling the mobile terminal to respond to the trigger operation when the user is using the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, the mobile terminal may respond according to the situation that the user uses the mobile terminal in the process of responding to the trigger operation existing in the main screen touch area.
When the user is using the mobile terminal, a trigger operation existing within the main screen touch area is responded. When the user is not using the mobile terminal, the trigger operation existing in the touch area of the main screen is explained to be possibly misoperation, and the trigger operation is not responded at the moment.
