Such communication devices may use different air interfaces and/or physical layers. For example, the air interface used by the communication device includes, for example, Frequency Division Multiple Access (FDMA), Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA), Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), and universal mobile telecommunications device (UMTS) (in particular, Long Term Evolution (LTE)), global system for mobile communications (GSM), and so forth. The following description relates to a CDMA communication device, as a non-limiting example, but such teachings are equally applicable to other types of devices.
Referring to fig. 2, the CDMA wireless communication apparatus may include a plurality of mobile terminals 100, a plurality of Base Stations (BSs) 270, Base Station Controllers (BSCs) 275, and a Mobile Switching Center (MSC) 280. The MSC280 is configured to interface with a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) 290. The MSC280 is also configured to interface with a BSC275, which may be coupled to the base station 270 via a backhaul. The backhaul may be constructed according to any of several known interfaces including, for example, E1/T1, ATM, IP, PPP, frame Relay, HDSL, ADSL, or xDSL. It will be understood that an apparatus as shown in fig. 2 may include a plurality of BSCs 275.
Each BS270 may serve one or more sectors (or regions), each sector covered by a multi-directional antenna or an antenna pointing in a particular direction being radially distant from the BS 270. Alternatively, each partition may be covered by two or more antennas for diversity reception. Each BS270 may be configured to support multiple frequency allocations, with each frequency allocation having a particular frequency spectrum (e.g., 1.25MHz,5MHz, etc.).
The intersection of partitions with frequency allocations may be referred to as a CDMA channel. The BS270 may also be referred to as a base transceiver sub-assembly (BTS) or other equivalent terminology. In such a case, the term "base station" may be used to generically refer to a single BSC275 and at least one BS 270. The base stations may also be referred to as "cells". Alternatively, each sector of a particular BS270 may be referred to as a plurality of cell sites.
As shown in fig. 2, a Broadcast Transmitter (BT)295 transmits a broadcast signal to the mobile terminal 100 operating within the apparatus. In fig. 2, several global positioning device (GPS) satellites 300 are shown. The satellite 300 assists in locating at least one of the plurality of mobile terminals 100.
In fig. 2, a plurality of satellites 300 are depicted, but it is understood that useful positioning information may be obtained with any number of satellites. Other techniques that can track the location of the mobile terminal may be used instead of or in addition to GPS tracking techniques. In addition, at least one GPS satellite 300 may selectively or additionally process satellite DMB transmission.
As a typical operation of the wireless communication apparatus, the BS270 receives reverse link signals from various mobile terminals 100. The mobile terminal 100 is generally engaged in conversations, messaging, and other types of communications. Each reverse link signal received by a particular base station 270 is processed within the particular BS 270. The obtained data is forwarded to the associated BSC 275. The BSC provides call resource allocation and mobility management functions including coordination of soft handoff procedures between BSs 270. The BSCs 275 also route the received data to the MSC280, which provides additional routing services for interfacing with the PSTN 290. Similarly, the PSTN290 interfaces with the MSC280, the MSC interfaces with the BSCs 275, and the BSCs 275 accordingly control the BS270 to transmit forward link signals to the mobile terminal 100.
Based on the above-mentioned hardware structure of the mobile terminal and the structure of the communication device, the present invention provides various embodiments of the method.
Fig. 3 shows a first embodiment of an edge touch device of a mobile terminal according to the present invention. The edge touch device of the mobile terminal of the embodiment includes:
the acquiring module 10 is configured to acquire position information of a touch point corresponding to a touch operation when the touch operation is detected to exist in an edge touch area on the same side of the mobile terminal;
in this embodiment, the type of the mobile terminal may be set according to actual needs, for example, the mobile terminal includes a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and the like. The mobile terminal may be a narrow-bezel mobile terminal, in which a touch area is provided in a side surface to receive a touch operation of a user, or a borderless mobile terminal, in which a side surface is a portion of a display screen to receive a touch operation input by a user. The borderless mobile terminal will be described in detail below as an example.
The touch area of the mobile terminal is divided into a main screen touch area and an edge touch area in advance, wherein the edge touch area is located on the left side and the right side of the main screen, is independent of the main screen, and can be subjected to touch operation based on FIT. The edge touch area can be divided into sub-areas, and the same touch operation in each sub-area can correspond to the same or different operation instructions.
After the mobile terminal is started, whether touch operation exists in the edge touch area is detected in real time, in order to reduce misoperation, a switch of an edge touch mode can be set, after the edge touch mode is started, touch operation can be carried out in the edge touch area, and at the moment, whether touch operation exists in the edge touch area needs to be detected. The user can open or close the edge touch mode according to the use requirement of the user in the process of using the mobile terminal.
When the mobile terminal detects that touch operation exists in the edge touch area on the same side, whether the touch operation has a plurality of touch points is judged, the touch operation comprises click operation, press operation, sliding operation and the like, and the touch points can be touch points generated by the click or press operation and can also be sliding tracks generated by the sliding operation. When there is a single touch point, the obtaining module 10 obtains the position information of the touch point; when there are a plurality of touch points, the obtaining module 10 obtains position information of each touch point. The position information includes coordinate information of the touch point, and it is understood that a touch area may be generated when the user finger touches the edge touch area, and therefore, a center point of the touch area may be set as the coordinate information of the touch point.
It should be noted that, when touch operations exist in the edge touch areas on the left and right sides of the mobile terminal, one of the edge touch areas can be selected as a detection object according to specific situations.
A setting module 20, configured to set, as a target touch point, a touch point at a specified position among touch points on the same side according to the position information of the touch point;
when there is a single touch point on the same side, the setting module 20 directly sets the touch point as a target touch point according to the acquired position information of the touch point. For example, as shown in fig. 4, the screen of the mobile terminal includes an area a (i.e., a main screen touch area) and an area C (i.e., left and right edge touch areas), the right edge touch area is set as a detection object, and when a user holds the mobile terminal and performs a touch operation on the right edge touch area with a thumb, a touch point is generated, which is a target touch point, in response to the operation of the target touch point.
When there are multiple touch points on the same side, the setting module 20 sets the touch point at the specified position in the multiple touch points as the target touch point according to the obtained position information of each touch point. For example, the uppermost or lowermost touch point on the same side may be set as the target touch point, or the newly generated touch point may be set as the target touch point, and so on.
The following examples are given. As shown in fig. 5, the screen of the mobile terminal includes an area a and an area C, the right edge touch area is set as a detection object, and when the user holds the mobile terminal with one hand and performs a touch operation on the right edge touch area by a finger of the other hand, a touch point generated by the finger performing the touch operation on the right edge touch area is set as a target touch point at the moment so as to respond to the operation of the target touch point.
It should be noted that, in the process of detecting whether there is a touch operation in the edge touch area, the mobile terminal may determine the touch time generated by the touch point corresponding to the touch operation, and when the touch time generated by the touch point is greater than the preset time, the touch time is the touch point generated when the user holds the mobile terminal, so that the touch point with a longer time may be shielded.
And the execution module 30 is configured to execute a corresponding operation according to the operation instruction when the corresponding matched operation instruction exists at the target touch point.
In this embodiment, a mapping relationship between the touch points and the operation instructions may be preset, for example, the touch points at different positions correspond to different operation instructions, or the touch points correspond to different operation instructions at different pressing times or pressing pressures, or the touch points correspond to different operation instructions at different sliding directions and distances. The operation instruction includes turning on or off a specified application, volume adjustment, brightness adjustment, inputting numbers or letters, and the like.
It should be noted that, for different application scenarios, the mapping relationship between the touch point corresponding to the touch operation generated in the edge touch area of the mobile terminal and the operation instruction may be set, so that the mobile terminal has different functions in different application scenarios. For example, in an application scene of playing a video, the mobile terminal slides up and down in the left touch area to adjust the volume; under the application scene of browsing pictures, the mobile terminal slides upwards in the touch area to amplify the pictures, and slides downwards to reduce the pictures; the mobile terminal can start a screen recording function by double clicking in the touch area in an application scene of playing games; the mobile terminal can realize the photographing function by clicking in the touch area in the photographing application scene.
After determining the target touch point, the executing module 30 may determine whether the target touch point has a corresponding matched operation instruction, if so, execute a corresponding operation according to the operation instruction, and if not, not execute the operation. For example, as shown in fig. 6, the screen of the mobile terminal includes an area a and an area C, and when the user performs a click operation in the edge touch area on the right side, the camera application is opened according to an instruction for opening the camera application corresponding to the click operation.
The mobile terminal acquires the position information of each touch point when detecting that multi-point touch operation exists in the edge touch areas on the same side, and then sets the touch point at the specified position in the touch points on the same side as a target touch point according to the position information of each touch point. And when the target touch point has the corresponding matched operation instruction, executing corresponding operation according to the operation instruction. The method and the device realize that corresponding operation is executed by identifying the target touch point in the edge touch area, improve the flexibility of edge touch of the mobile terminal, and reduce the false touch rate of the edge touch area of the mobile terminal.
Further, a second embodiment of the edge touch device of the mobile terminal of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment of the edge touch device of the mobile terminal, and the difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment of the edge touch device of the mobile terminal of the present invention is that in this embodiment, the setting module 20 is further configured to, when the mobile terminal is in a horizontal screen state and a plurality of touch points exist in the edge touch area on the same side, set a leftmost or rightmost touch point on the same side as a target touch point according to position information of each touch point;
and when the mobile terminal is in a vertical screen state and a plurality of touch points exist in the edge touch area on the same side, setting the uppermost or lowermost touch point on the same side as a target touch point according to the position information of each touch point.
In this embodiment, the setting module 20 may determine the state of the mobile terminal first in the process of setting the target touch point, and then set the target touch point according to the state of the mobile terminal. Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, when the mobile terminal is in a horizontal screen state, it is determined whether there are multiple touch points in the edge touch area on the same side, and when there are multiple touch points in the edge touch area on the same side, the setting module 20 sets the leftmost or rightmost touch point on the same side as a target touch point according to the position information of each touch point; and when a single touch point exists in the edge touch area on the same side, setting the touch point as a target touch point.
As shown in fig. 8, when the mobile terminal is in the vertical screen state, it is determined whether there are multiple touch points in the edge touch area on the same side, and when there are multiple touch points in the edge touch area on the same side, the setting module 20 sets the uppermost or lowermost touch point on the same side as the target touch point according to the position information of each touch point; and when a single touch point exists in the edge touch area on the same side, setting the touch point as a target touch point.
It should be noted that, when the mobile terminal is in the landscape state, for the convenience of the user operation, the edge touch areas may be switched from two sides of the mobile terminal in the extending direction of the screen length to two sides of the mobile terminal in the extending direction of the screen width, as shown in fig. 9. In order to facilitate the use of the user, a switch can be further arranged, the user can turn on or turn off the switching function through the switch according to the use requirement, and when the switching function is turned on and the mobile terminal is in a horizontal screen state, the position of the edge touch area can be adjusted. Therefore, the edge touch area of the mobile terminal can change the distribution position along with the screen of the mobile terminal, the user can conveniently operate the edge touch area of the mobile terminal, and the problems that the user is not used to the edge touch area and even the function is disordered are avoided.
According to the mobile terminal, the leftmost touch point, the rightmost touch point, the uppermost touch point or the lowermost touch point in the same side is set as the target touch point according to the state of the mobile terminal and the position information of each touch point, so that the convenience and the accuracy of setting the target touch point by the mobile terminal are improved.
Further, based on the first embodiment of the edge touch device of the mobile terminal, a third embodiment of the edge touch device of the mobile terminal is provided, where the difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment of the edge touch device of the mobile terminal is that in this embodiment, the executing module 30 is further configured to determine a matching time interval according to the pressing time when the pressing force reaches a preset pressure value; and determining the corresponding matched operation instruction according to the mapping relation between the time interval and the operation instruction, and executing corresponding operation according to the operation instruction.
In this embodiment, taking the touch operation as the pressing operation as an example, different pressing times can be set to match different operation instructions. Specifically, when the touch operation is a press operation, the target touch point includes a press time and a press pressure, and when the press operation exists in the edge touch area, the execution module 30 first determines whether the press pressure of the press operation reaches a preset pressure value, where the preset pressure value can be flexibly set according to specific conditions. When the pressing force reaches the preset pressure value, the mobile terminal responds to the operation, namely, the matched time interval is determined according to the pressing time corresponding to the pressing operation. Since the operation instructions corresponding to each time interval are different, the execution module 30 may determine the corresponding matched operation instruction according to the mapping relationship between the time interval and the operation instruction, and then execute the corresponding operation according to the operation instruction.
It should be noted that, the mobile terminal may also obtain an application scene currently running, for example, video playing, web browsing, game playing, and the like, and then determine, according to the application scene, a mapping relationship between a touch point generated by a touch operation in a touch area at the edge of the mobile terminal and an operation instruction. When the touch operation exists in the edge touch area, the corresponding operation is executed according to the operation instruction which is correspondingly matched with the touch point generated by the touch operation, so that the edge touch area has different functions under different application scenes of the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, when the touch operation is a pressing operation, after the pressing force degree corresponding to the pressing operation satisfies the response condition, the mobile terminal determines a corresponding matched time interval according to the pressing time corresponding to the pressing operation to determine a corresponding matched operation instruction, so as to execute the corresponding operation, thereby improving the flexibility of edge touch.
Further, as shown in fig. 10, a fourth embodiment of the edge touch device of the mobile terminal according to the present invention is provided based on the first embodiment of the edge touch device of the mobile terminal, and the difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment of the edge touch device of the mobile terminal according to the present invention is that the edge touch device of the mobile terminal further includes:
and the output module 40 is configured to output corresponding prompt information when the corresponding matched operation instruction does not exist in the target touch point.
In this embodiment, when the user forgets to set the mapping relationship between the touch point generated by the touch operation and the operation instruction based on the edge touch area, and after the user performs any operation in the edge touch area, when the determined target touch point does not have a corresponding matched operation instruction, the output module 40 may fetch and display the mapping relationship list between the touch point and the operation instruction, so as to prompt the user to perform a correct operation. Or the output module 40 outputs the prompt information related to the operation error in a screen display mode, a voice broadcast mode or the like. For example, only a click operation can be performed through the edge touch area, and when the user performs a sliding operation, information such as an operation instruction corresponding to the click operation is displayed in a display screen of the mobile terminal to remind the user of performing a correct operation.
In this embodiment, when the target touch point does not have the corresponding matched operation instruction, the mobile terminal outputs corresponding prompt information, so that the user can be prompted, and the user experience is improved.
Further, a fifth embodiment of the edge touch device of the mobile terminal is provided based on any of the first to fourth embodiments of the edge touch device of the mobile terminal, where the difference between this embodiment and any of the first to fourth embodiments of the edge touch device of the mobile terminal of the present invention is that the edge touch device of the mobile terminal further includes:
the determining module is used for receiving a setting instruction input by a user after the edge touch mode is started, and determining an edge touch area on the same side of the mobile terminal to be detected according to the setting instruction; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
recognizing the gesture of a user holding the mobile terminal, and determining the edge touch control area needing to be detected on the same side of the mobile terminal according to the gesture of the user holding the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, in order to reduce the misoperation, before detecting the edge touch area of the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal needs to be controlled to enter the edge touch mode. Specifically, a user can select whether to start the edge touch mode in a designated setting interface, or quickly start the edge touch mode through a preset key, and enter the edge touch mode when the mobile terminal receives the start edge touch mode input by the user. After the edge touch control mode of the mobile terminal is started, whether touch control operation exists in the edge touch control area on the same side is detected. Therefore, the phenomenon that when a user normally uses the mobile terminal, the touch operation is generated in the edge touch area due to the fact that the user holds the mobile terminal in a hand mode, and misoperation is caused is avoided. When the user does not need the mobile terminal to be in the edge touch mode, the mobile terminal can be controlled to exit the edge touch mode.
In order to enable the mobile terminal to effectively detect the edge touch area on one side before the mobile terminal detects the edge touch area on the same side, in an embodiment, a user can set the edge touch area on the same side of the mobile terminal through a preset key or in an appointed setting interface according to the use requirement of the user, and at this time, the determining module determines the edge touch area on the same side of the mobile terminal to be detected according to a setting instruction input by the user.
In another embodiment, the determining module may automatically identify a gesture of the user holding the mobile terminal, for example, identify whether the user holds the mobile terminal by a right hand or a left hand, and then determine that the edge touch areas on the same side of the mobile terminal need to be detected according to the gesture of the user holding the mobile terminal. For example, when the user holds the mobile terminal with the right hand, the edge touch area on the right side is set as the object to be detected, and when the user holds the mobile terminal with the left hand, the edge touch area on the left side is set as the object to be detected. Or, when the user holds the mobile terminal with the right hand, the left edge touch area is set as the object to be detected, and when the user holds the mobile terminal with the left hand, the right edge touch area is set as the object to be detected.
The mobile terminal can determine that the edge touch areas on the same side of the mobile terminal need to be detected according to the received setting instruction input by the user; or, the gesture of holding the mobile terminal by the user is recognized to determine the edge touch area on the same side of the mobile terminal to be detected, so that the operation of the user is facilitated, and the false touch rate is reduced.
Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 11, a first embodiment of an edge touch method of a mobile terminal according to the present invention is provided. The edge touch method of the mobile terminal of this embodiment corresponds to the first embodiment of the edge touch device of the mobile terminal, and the edge touch method of the mobile terminal of this embodiment includes:
step S10, when detecting that touch operation exists in the edge touch area on the same side of the mobile terminal, acquiring position information of a touch point corresponding to the touch operation;
in this embodiment, the type of the mobile terminal may be set according to actual needs, for example, the mobile terminal includes a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and the like.
When a single touch point exists, acquiring the position information of the touch point; when a plurality of touch points exist, the position information of each touch point is acquired.
Step S20, setting, as a target touch point, a touch point at a specified position among touch points on the same side according to the position information of the touch point;
and when a single touch point exists on the same side, directly setting the touch point as a target touch point according to the acquired position information of the touch point.
When a plurality of touch points exist on the same side, the touch point of the appointed position in the plurality of touch points is set as the target touch point according to the acquired position information of each touch point.
And step S30, when the target touch point has a corresponding matched operation instruction, executing corresponding operation according to the operation instruction.
For example, in an application scene of playing a video, the mobile terminal slides up and down in the left edge touch area to adjust the volume; under the application scene of browsing pictures, the mobile terminal slides upwards in the edge touch area to enlarge the pictures, and slides downwards to reduce the pictures; the mobile terminal can start a screen recording function by double clicking in the edge touch area in an application scene of playing games; the mobile terminal can realize the photographing function by clicking in the edge touch area in the photographing application scene.
After the target touch point is determined, whether the target touch point has a corresponding matched operation instruction or not can be judged, if yes, corresponding operation is executed according to the operation instruction, and if not, the operation is not executed.
Further, based on the first embodiment of the edge touch method of the mobile terminal, a second embodiment of the edge touch method of the mobile terminal is provided, and the edge touch method of the mobile terminal of this embodiment corresponds to the second embodiment of the edge touch device of the mobile terminal. The difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment of the edge touch method of the mobile terminal of the present invention is that step S20 in the present embodiment includes:
when the mobile terminal is in a horizontal screen state and a plurality of touch points exist in the edge touch area on the same side, setting the leftmost or rightmost touch point on the same side as a target touch point according to the position information of each touch point;
and when the mobile terminal is in a vertical screen state and a plurality of touch points exist in the edge touch area on the same side, setting the uppermost or lowermost touch point on the same side as a target touch point according to the position information of each touch point.
In this embodiment, in the process of setting the target touch point, the mobile terminal may first determine the state of the mobile terminal, and then set the target touch point according to the state of the mobile terminal. Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, when the mobile terminal is in a landscape state, it is determined whether there are multiple touch points in the edge touch area on the same side, and when there are multiple touch points in the edge touch area on the same side, the leftmost or rightmost touch point on the same side is set as a target touch point according to the position information of each touch point; and when a single touch point exists in the edge touch area on the same side, setting the touch point as a target touch point.
As shown in fig. 8, when the mobile terminal is in the vertical screen state, it is determined whether there are multiple touch points in the edge touch area on the same side, and when there are multiple touch points in the edge touch area on the same side, the uppermost or lowermost touch point on the same side is set as the target touch point according to the position information of each touch point; and when a single touch point exists in the edge touch area on the same side, setting the touch point as a target touch point.
Further, based on the first embodiment of the edge touch method of the mobile terminal, a third embodiment of the edge touch method of the mobile terminal is provided, and the edge touch method of the mobile terminal of this embodiment corresponds to the third embodiment of the edge touch device of the mobile terminal. The difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment of the edge touch method of the mobile terminal of the present invention is that step S30 in the present embodiment includes:
when the pressing degree reaches a preset pressure value, determining a matched time interval according to the pressing time;
and determining the corresponding matched operation instruction according to the mapping relation between the time interval and the operation instruction, and executing corresponding operation according to the operation instruction.
In this embodiment, taking the touch operation as the pressing operation as an example, different pressing times can be set to match different operation instructions. Specifically, when the touch operation is a pressing operation, the target touch point includes pressing time and pressing pressure, and when the pressing operation exists in the edge touch area, it is first determined whether the pressing pressure of the pressing operation reaches a preset pressure value, and the preset pressure value can be flexibly set according to specific conditions. When the pressing force reaches the preset pressure value, the mobile terminal responds to the operation, namely, the matched time interval is determined according to the pressing time corresponding to the pressing operation. Because the operation instructions corresponding to each time interval are different, the corresponding matched operation instruction can be determined according to the mapping relation between the time intervals and the operation instructions, and then the corresponding operation is executed according to the operation instruction.
12, a fourth embodiment of the edge touch method of the mobile terminal according to the present invention is provided based on the first embodiment of the edge touch method of the mobile terminal, and the edge touch method of the mobile terminal of the present embodiment corresponds to the fourth embodiment of the edge touch device of the mobile terminal. The difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment of the edge touch method of the mobile terminal of the present invention is that, after the step S20, the present embodiment includes:
and step S40, outputting corresponding prompt information when the target touch point does not have a corresponding matched operation instruction.
In this embodiment, when the user forgets to set the mapping relationship between the touch point and the operation instruction generated by the touch operation based on the edge touch area, after the user performs any operation in the edge touch area, and when the determined target touch point does not have a corresponding matched operation instruction, the mapping relationship list between the touch point and the operation instruction may be retrieved and displayed, so as to prompt the user to perform a correct operation. Or outputting the related prompt information of the operation error in a screen display mode, a voice broadcast mode and the like.
Further, a fifth embodiment of the edge touch method of the mobile terminal according to the present invention is provided based on any one of the first to fourth embodiments of the edge touch method of the mobile terminal, and the edge touch method of the mobile terminal of the present embodiment corresponds to the fifth embodiment of the edge touch apparatus of the mobile terminal. The difference between this embodiment and any one of the first to fourth embodiments of the edge touch method of the mobile terminal of the present invention is that, in this embodiment, the step S10 includes:
after the edge touch mode is started, receiving a setting instruction input by a user, and determining an edge touch area on the same side of the mobile terminal to be detected according to the setting instruction; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
recognizing the gesture of a user holding the mobile terminal, and determining the edge touch control area needing to be detected on the same side of the mobile terminal according to the gesture of the user holding the mobile terminal.
In an embodiment, a user can set the edge touch area on the same side of the mobile terminal to be detected through a preset key or in a specified setting interface according to the use requirement of the user, and at this time, the mobile terminal determines that the edge touch area on the same side of the mobile terminal needs to be detected according to a setting instruction input by the user.
In another embodiment, the mobile terminal may automatically recognize a gesture of the user holding the mobile terminal, for example, recognize whether the user holds the mobile terminal by a right hand or a left hand, and then determine that the edge touch areas on the same side of the mobile terminal need to be detected according to the gesture of the user holding the mobile terminal.
