Abstract
本发明公开了一种防误操作型切割吻合器,包括抵钉座、内部设有若干缝钉的钉仓,对组件起支撑作用的支架,用于推动钉仓内缝钉的推钉装置,所述推钉装置包括推片、推钉橇、推钉粒,在钉仓内部的推钉粒直接作用于缝钉,推钉橇初始位于钉仓初始位,其前部推动推钉粒,后部设有与推片前端搭桥的搭扣,推片后端连接滑块,推片前部设有锁定凸台,在锁定凸台和推钉橇间的支架上设有卡槽,在导向块上设置有推片弹片;在所述吻合器处于初始状态,向前推动推片,推片前端与推钉橇后部搭桥,锁定凸台通过卡槽,推片推动推钉橇到达钉仓前端,推钉橇被推钉粒卡位留置在钉仓前端,推片向后复位;再次推动推片时,推片无法与推钉橇搭桥,推片弹片向下压推片,锁定凸台落入卡槽中,锁定推片。该结构可以防止空钉仓误推。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种防误操作型切割吻合器。
背景技术
直线型切割吻合器是临床常用的器械,该器械具有缝合与切割两个功能,在进行伤口缝合的同时,将标本组织切除。一般包括上、下两个钳夹,以及用于闭合上、下钳夹的闭合把手,相对设置在上、下钳夹远端的钉砧和钉仓,设于钉仓内并可同时相对所述钉仓移动的推钉橇和远端设有切刀的推刀杆,以及用于驱动所述推钉橇和推刀杆移动的推钮。所述钉仓内排列设置有缝合钉,所述推钉橇依次按顺序推动推钉片并将缝合钉推向钉砧,所述切刀将位于钉仓和钉砧之间的组织切断。
在非击发状态需要对切割刀及推钉结构进行限定,防止切割刀伤人或缝合钉误击发。现有技术中,切割吻合器如图1和图2所示,常在钉仓上切割刀导槽1’的初始位设有门闩2’结构,门闩2’横置时(即门闩2’处于位置a),门闩2’压住切割刀3’,击发时通过门闩2’施力下压切割刀,切割刀作用于弹片4’,切割刀3’下沉,实现解锁后击发,切割刀3’沿切割刀导槽1’向前推进,门闩2’被推至位置b而处于打开状态,此时如果欲再次激发使用过的钉仓,由于门闩2’不能对切割刀3’施力,而无法击发,从而确保器械在安装使用过的空钉仓时无法击发,防止切割刀动作,外露伤人。但是这种空仓保护结构仍然存在安全隐患,在许多无意状况下,可能会误将击发后的门闩2’从位置b还原至位置a,导致空钉仓器械误击发而伤人。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述缺陷,提供一种在无钉仓或安装用过的空钉仓时,器械无法击发可有效防止切割刀动作外露伤人及提高使用安全性的防误操作型切割吻合器。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:防误操作型切割吻合器,包括抵钉座、内部设有若干缝钉的钉仓组件,对组件起支撑作用的支架,用于推动钉仓内缝钉的推钉装置,所述推钉装置包括推片、推钉橇、推钉粒,在钉仓内部的推钉粒直接作用于缝钉,推钉橇固定于钉仓初始位,其前部推动推钉粒,后部设有与推片前端搭桥的搭扣,推片后端连接滑块,推片前部设有锁定凸台,在锁定凸台和推钉橇间的支架上设有卡槽,在导向块上设置有推片弹片;在所述吻合器处于初始状态,向前推动推片,推片前端与推钉橇后部搭桥成功,锁定凸台则越过卡槽,推片推动推钉橇到达钉仓前端,推钉橇被推钉粒卡位留置在钉仓前端,推片向后复位;再次推动推片时,推片无法与推钉橇搭桥,推片弹片向下压推片,锁定凸台落入卡槽中,锁定推片。
所述推钉橇两侧对称设置有定位槽,该定位槽与钉仓导槽两侧钉仓凸台卡扣,将推钉橇固定于钉仓初始位置。
所述推钉橇的推钉斜面为双角度斜面,前段斜面角度a大于后端斜面角度b,a为25°-35°,b为15°-25°。
本发明采用了只有在推钉橇与推片搭桥后才能向前推动的空仓保护结构,在无钉仓或安装用过的空钉仓时,推片被锁定在支架上,无法被推动,切割刀因和推片都连接在滑块上,因此也无法被推动,此时刀刃仍在支架内,不会外露伤人。此外,推钉橇推钉斜面双角度的设计,使推钉、成钉效果更优。推钉初始阶段,缝钉还没有成型之前,推钉粒位于大角度斜面上,做到快速提升。开始成钉时,推钉粒位于小角度度斜面上,推钉橇给推钉粒向上的推钉分力加大,推钉粒向上运动的速度放缓,便于稳定准确成钉。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
防误操作型切割吻合器,包括抵钉座5、内部设有若干缝钉的钉仓1,对组件起支撑作用的支架2,用于推动钉仓内缝钉4的推钉装置,所述推钉装置包括推片10、推钉橇14、推钉粒3,在钉仓1内部的推钉粒3直接作用于缝钉4,推钉橇14初始位于钉仓初始位,即图3中推钉橇14所在的位置,其前部推动推钉粒3,后部设有与推片10前端凹槽6搭桥的凸台13,推片10后端连接滑块11,推片10前部设有锁定凸台9,在锁定凸台9和推钉橇14间的支架2上设有卡槽12,在导向块8上设置有推片弹片7。
在所述吻合器处于初始状态,经由滑块11向前推动推片10,推片10前端的凹槽6与推钉橇14后部的凸台13搭桥,如图4所示,搭桥后推片10被抬高,其锁定凸台9可以向前顺利越过卡槽12,推片推动推钉橇14到达钉仓1前端,推钉橇14被推钉粒3卡位留置在钉仓前端,即图5中推钉橇14所在的位置,拉动推片10向后复位。
再次推动推片10时,如图5所示,推片10无法与推钉橇14搭桥,在推片10向前推进过程中,推片弹片7向下压推片10,锁定凸台9落入卡槽12中,锁定推片10。对切割吻合器而言,推片10与切割刀(图中被推片遮挡,未标注)都与滑块11连接,当推片10锁定时滑块11无法推动,则与其相连的切割刀也无法推动,从而起到对切割刀的限定保护。
为了使推片10可以与推钉橇14快速、准确搭桥,本发明还进一步地在推钉橇14两侧对称设置有定位槽16,该定位槽16与钉仓导槽两侧钉仓凸台15卡扣,使推钉橇定位于钉仓1初始位置,为下一步击发做准备。
推钉橇14的推钉斜面为双角度斜面,如图6所示,前段斜面角度a大于后端斜面角度b,a为25°-35°,b为15°-25°。例如可以选择a=30°,b=20°;a=35°,b=30°;a=25°,b=18°;a=25°,b=15°等多种组合,双角度可以根据实际规格做出调整,其原则是:推钉初始阶段,缝钉还没有成型之前,大角度斜面使得推钉粒做到快速提升;开始成钉时,推钉粒位于小角度度斜面上,推钉橇给推钉粒向上的推钉分力加大,推钉粒向上运动的速度放缓,便于稳定准确成钉。根据此构思,对实施例所做的变化均落入本发明的保护范围中。
Claims (4)
1.防误操作型切割吻合器,包括抵钉座、内部设有若干缝钉的钉仓,对组件起支撑作用的支架,用于推动钉仓内缝钉的推钉装置,其特征在于:所述推钉装置包括推片、推钉橇、推钉粒,在钉仓内部的推钉粒直接作用于缝钉,推钉橇初始位于钉仓初始位,其前部推动推钉粒,后部设有与推片前端搭桥的搭扣,推片后端连接滑块,推片前部设有锁定凸台,在锁定凸台和推钉橇间的支架上设有卡槽,在导向块上设置有推片弹片;在所述吻合器处于初始状态,向前推动推片,推片前端与推钉橇后部搭桥,锁定凸台通过卡槽,推片推动推钉橇到达钉仓前端,推钉橇被推钉粒卡位留置在钉仓前端,推片向后复位;再次推动推片时,推片无法与推钉橇搭桥,推片弹片向下压推片,锁定凸台落入卡槽中,锁定推片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防误操作型切割吻合器,其特征在于:所述推片前端设有凹槽与推钉橇后部的凸台搭桥。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防误操作型切割吻合器,其特征在于:所述推钉橇两侧对称设置有定位槽,该定位槽与钉仓导槽两侧钉仓凸台配合。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的防误操作型切割吻合器,其特征在于:所述推钉橇的推钉斜面为双角度斜面,前段斜面角度a大于后端斜面角度b,a为25°-35°,b为15°-25°。
