2.相关技术描述
在相关技术中,工作单元被用来生成焊接(weld)或焊接部件。存在至少两种广义的工作单元类别,包括机器人工作单元和半自动工作单元。
在机器人工作单元中,焊接操作的排程(schedule)和执行大多为自动的,鲜有操作员介入。因此,这些单元一般具有相对低的劳动成本和相对高的生产率。然而,它们的重复操作不能容易地适于变化的焊接条件和/或序列(sequence)。
相反,半自动工作单元(即涉及至少一些操作员的焊接操作的工作单元)一般提供相对于机器人工作单元来说较低的自动化,并且相应地具有相对较高的劳动成本和相对较低的生产率。不过,存在很多使用半自动焊接工作单元实际上较之于机器人工作单元有利的情况。例如,半自动焊接工作单元可以更容易地适于变化的焊接条件和/或序列。
不幸的是,在相关技术的半自动工作单元中,当焊接较多复杂的组件时,通常针对不同组件部件上不同类型的焊接而需要多个不同的焊接排程。在很多系统中,当必须使用不同的焊接排程时,需要操作员停止焊接操作并根据新的排程手动调整半自动装备的输出。在一些其他的系统中,通过在工作单元中储存特定排程来消除该手动调整。尽管如此,甚至在这样的系统中,操作员仍旧需要暂停焊接操作并在其可以继续焊接之前按下按钮来选择新的焊接排程。

发明内容

具体实施方式
现在将在下面通过参照附图描述本发明的示例性实施方案。所描述的示例性实施方案旨在帮助对本发明的理解,而并不打算以任何方式限制本发明的范围。全文中类似的标号指代类似的部件。
在本发明的示例性实施方案中,提供了焊接作业定序器(sequencer)。该焊接作业定序器通过在无需累及其中可用焊接排程数量的情况下提高半自动工作单元的生产率来改进相关技术的半自动工作单元。该焊接作业定序器通过在半自动工作单元中实施自动的改变并且通过为操作员提供大量命令和指令阵列来达到该改进。
更具体地,在示例性实施方案中,焊接作业定序器自动地选择和实施焊接工作单元的功能。这样的功能的实施例包括要与半自动工作单元一起使用的特定焊接排程。换言之,焊接作业定序器可以为特定的焊接选择焊接排程,并且自动为操作员(即无需操作员特别干涉)根据所选择的焊接排程修改半自动工作单元的设置。
另在,在示例性实施方案中,焊接作业定序器可以自动指示操作序列,操作员应当遵循该序列以制作(create)最终的焊接组件。连同对焊接排程的自动选择,该指示的序列允许操作员遵循该序列来制作最终的焊接部件,而并非必须花费时间来调整、选择或者复查每个单独的焊接排程和/或序列。
因此,因为焊接作业定序器设置焊接装备并组织工作流程,并且因为操作员仅仅执行焊接操作本身,所以焊接操作中出错的机会大大减小,而生产率和质量提高。
示例性实施方案在图2中图示性给出。在图2中,在操作110,焊接作业定序器开始操作,并且立即设定焊接装备使用焊接排程A(操作120)且指导操作员执行焊接#1、#2和#3。随后,操作员使用焊接排程A执行焊接#1、#2和#3(操作122、124和126)。接下里,焊接作业定序器将焊接装备设定为使用焊接排程B(操作130),并且指导操作员执行焊接#4。随后操作员使用焊接排程B执行焊接#4(操作132)。在完成焊接排程B之后,焊接作业定序器将焊接装备设定为使用焊接排程C(操作150),并且指导操作员执行焊接#5和焊接#6,并且检验部件。随后,操作员使用焊接排程C执行焊接#5和焊接#6(操作152和154),并且检验完成的部件以确认其正确(操作160)。该检验可以包括尺寸核实、视觉缺陷确认,或者可能需要的任何其他类型的检查。进一步地,操作160可以包括这样的要求,即操作员例如通过按下“OK”按钮来在可能进展到下一操作之前肯定地指示所述检验完成。最后,焊接作业定序器指示焊接操作到其终点(操作170),并且为下一操作进行重新设定。

Claims (24)
1.一种半自动焊接工作单元,包括:
焊接作业定序器,所述焊接作业定序器选择至少一个第一焊接排程并且指示所述第一焊接排程以及选择第二焊接排程并且指示所述第二焊接排程,所述至少一个第一焊接排程以及所述第二焊接排程由操作员使用来对焊接组件进行焊接,
其中,所述第一焊接排程包括至少一个第一焊接设置参数,并且所述第二焊接排程包括至少一个第二焊接设置参数,所述至少一个第一焊接设置参数中的至少一个与所述第二焊接设置参数中的至少一个不同,
其中,一旦所述操作员对所述焊接组件完成所述第一焊接排程,所述焊接作业定序器从所述第一焊接排程自动改变到所述第二焊接排程,所以所述操作员可以根据所述第二焊接排程焊接所述焊接组件而无需所述操作员进入所述第一焊接设置参数或所述第二焊接设置参数;
其中所述焊接作业定序器通过将所述操作员的动作与识别的焊接序列进行比较选择焊接排程。
2.如权利要求1所述的半自动焊接工作单元,其中所述焊接排程包括关于以下中至少之一的信息:焊接工艺、焊丝类型、焊丝尺寸、WFS、伏特值、修整、待使用的焊丝馈送装置,或待使用的馈送头。

确定由焊接操作员完成了所述第一焊接排程;

12.如权利要求11所述的半自动焊接工作单元中的焊接方法,其中所述焊接排程包括关于以下中至少之一的信息:焊接工艺、焊丝类型、焊丝尺寸、WFS、伏特值、修整、待使用的焊丝馈送装置,或待使用的馈送头。
13.如权利要求11所述的半自动焊接工作单元中的焊接方法,还包括选择焊接序列以供所述半自动焊接工作单元中的操作员使用。
14.如权利要求13所述的半自动焊接工作单元中的焊接方法,还包括向所述半自动焊接工作单元中的所述操作员指示所选择的焊接序列。
15.如权利要求11所述的半自动焊接工作单元中的焊接方法,还包括选择焊丝馈送装置以供所述半自动焊接工作单元中的操作员使用。
16.如权利要求11所述的半自动焊接工作单元中的焊接方法,还包括监控所述操作员制作的焊接的质量量度,其中所述质量量度至少包括关于用于形成所述操作员所制作的所述焊接的电弧的信息。
17.如权利要求11所述的半自动焊接工作单元中的焊接方法,还包括向所述半自动焊接工作单元中的所述操作员指示信息。
18.如权利要求11所述的半自动焊接工作单元中的焊接方法,还包括接受至少包括部件ID号、操作员ID号或者焊接指令的作业信息。
19.如权利要求11所述的半自动焊接工作单元中的焊接方法,还包括产生作业报告,所述作业报告包括执行的焊接数、总的电弧时间、各个电弧时间、序列中断、错误、故障、焊丝使用、电弧数据中的至少之一。
20.如权利要求11所述的半自动焊接工作单元中的焊接方法,还包括执行系统检查,所述系统检查至少包括对焊丝供应、气体供应和时间的检测。
21.一种焊接生产线,包括:
至少一个半自动焊接工作单元;以及
焊接作业定序器,所述焊接作业定序器选择至少一个第一焊接排程并且指示所述第一焊接排程以及选择第二焊接排程并且指示所述第二焊接排程,所述至少一个第一焊接排程以及所述第二焊接排程由焊接操作员使用来对焊接组件进行焊接,
其中,所述第一焊接排程包括至少一个第一焊接设置参数,并且所述第二焊接排程包括至少一个第二焊接设置参数,所述至少一个第一焊接设置参数中的至少一个与所述第二焊接设置参数中的至少一个不同,
其中,一旦所述操作员对所述焊接组件完成所述第一焊接排程,所述焊接作业定序器从所述第一焊接排程自动改变到所述第二焊接排程,所以所述操作员可以根据所述第二焊接排程焊接所述焊接组件而无需所述操作员进入所述第一焊接设置参数或所述第二焊接设置参数;
其中所述焊接作业定序器通过将所述操作员的动作与识别的焊接序列进行比较选择焊接排程。
22.如权利要求21所述的焊接生产线,还包括监控系统,所述监控系统与所述焊接作业定序器通信,以引导所述焊接作业定序器自动选择焊接排程以供其中的所述操作员使用。
23.一种监控焊接生产线的方法,所述方法包括:
确定由半自动焊接工作单元的焊接操作员完成了焊接作业定序器中的第一焊接排程,所述焊接作业定序器选择所述第一焊接排程并且指示所述第一焊接排程,所述第一焊接排程具有至少一个第一焊接设置参数;以及
所述焊接作业定序器自动选择至少一个第二焊接排程并且指示所述第二焊接排程以供所述半自动焊接工作单元中的所述操作员使用,所述第二焊接排程具有至少一个第二焊接设置参数,所述第二焊接设置参数中的至少一个与所述第一焊接设置参数中的至少一个不同;以及
由所述焊接作业定序器从所述第一焊接设置参数和所述第一焊接排程中的至少一个自动切换到所述第二焊接设置参数和所述第二焊接排程中的至少一个;
其中所述焊接作业定序器通过将所述操作员的动作与识别的焊接序列进行比较选择焊接排程。
24.如权利要求23所述的监控焊接生产线的方法,还包括引导所述焊接作业定序器自动选择焊接排程以供其中的所述操作员使用。
