Description
der das lieil.le Gas und mit diesem das Förder- grit durch die vertikale Leitung -r nach oben drückt. Die Leitung i besitzt eine Erwei- ternng; 8 lind an diese ist eine horizontale Leitung 9 angeschlossen, welche in den Kasten 10 ausmündet, in welchen sich das Fi;
Method and device for simultaneous viewing. Conveying and drying of small items. The process forming the subject of the present invention is based on the fact that:
, one (read small-storey goods being conveyed with a hot gas stream, iii which latter it is poured in. The pouring of the goods into the stream and the strength of the stream can be such, (Ial.) a sifting of the goods takes place,
in that the lighter parts of the same are carried away by the gas flow and the heavier parts fall out of the flow and remain lying. The stone material that remains in the gas flow gives off moisture aii the hot gas and dries during the conveyance.
In order to achieve the most uniform possible drying of the various large parts of the conveyed material, the gas flow can be directed vertically over a distance, for example. During this vertical stretch, the speed of the heavier parts of the conveyed material will be somewhat slower than that of the small parts or parts that have already dried and are therefore lighter.
The heavier and noeli humid parts remain in place for a little longer (Tasstroni nud give off their moisture in the process, so that finally the food is evenly dry.
The (-rasstroni can be led through a line which has a widening in its vertical part, so that at this point there is a change in speed. a slowdown. occurs, the conveyed good will execute a slowed movement at this point, possibly a backward one, until it has given up its resistance.
Tin carrying out the method is a device, of which an embodiment example is shown schematically in the accompanying drawing, partly in section.
Through a funnel 1 is the conveyed material? into a current fed in through line 3.) He (-rase. -z. B. air, poured.
The heavier parts of the bulk material fall out of the funnel -1 (xasstrom. The lighter parts are fed from this through the line) to a pressure fan 6,
which pushes the lieil.le gas and with it the conveyor grit through the vertical line -r upwards. Line i has an extension; 8 and a horizontal line 9 is connected to this, which opens into the box 10, in which the Fi;
rder- well precipitates and is collected in a heap 11. The parts of the fiirder-giites that are more humid and therefore heavier than the rest. slow down their movement especially when passing through the enlarged part B. so that they remain in contact with the hot gases for a little longer.
