Abstract

"FORMULAçãO OFTáLMICA COM SISTEMA DE GOMA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição farmacêutica adequada para a administração tópica a um olho, a composição compreendendo (a) uma concentração farmacologicamente eficaz de um agente ativo; e (b) um conjunto de pelo menos dois polímeros oftalmicamente compatíveis compreendendo um novo sistema de goma. Em modalidades preferidas da presente invenção, as composições aumentam o tempo de retenção do agente ativo no olho, quando em comparação com as composições com outras gomas ou sistemas de gomas.
