Abstract

Un método para determinar requerimiento de potencia de enlace ascendente para un transmisor/receptor ("transceiver") en un sistema de comunicación inalámbrica, incluye la obtención de mediciones a partir de una senal de radiofaro que ocupa un primer segmento de tiempo en un cuadro; la obtención de mediciones a partir de al menos un canal adicional que tiene una intensidad de senal transmitida conocida y que ocupa un segundo segmento de tiempo en el cuadro, y la utilización de las mediciones para determinar un estimado de pérdida de trayectoria.
