Abstract
Un sistema y método para minimizar los efectos del ruido del transmisor interno y externo para mejorar las decisiones de control que se basan en lasmediciones de potencia de la senal. Una red inalámbrica incluye un transmisor interno que transmite una primer senal a una primer frecuencia y ruido a otrasfrecuencias en un patron conocido. La potencia de la senal de la primer senal es medida por el receptor en la primer frecuencia. El ruido del transmisor de laprimer senal se calcula sobre otras frecuencias, utilizando el patron de ruido conocido del primer transmisor. Se hace entonces una determinacion de si elruido de la primer senal está por encima de un umbral sobre una o más de las otras frecuencias utilizadas por el sistema de comunicacion inalámbrico. Si elruido está por encima del umbral, se toma una accion correctiva. La red inalámbrica además incluye uno o más receptores que miden las potencias de la senal enel rango de frecuencias utilizado por el sistema. Se hace una correlacion entre el patron espectral conocido de los transmisores externos al sistema y lasmediciones de potencia de la senal. Si la correlacion está por encima de un umbral, entonces el ruido externo está presente y se toma una accion correctiva.
