Abstract

1. A lamp housing having at least one U-shaped spring (4) with two arms (42) and a hook-shaped end (41), which elastically springs out transversely to the plane passing through the arms in order to releasably hold insertes, characterised in that the two free arms (42) of the U-shaped spring (4) are held between a wall (1) of the housing and a coupling member (3) connected thereto; that on the side facing the wall (1) of the housing, the coupling member (3) has openings (33, 34) to accommodate the free arms (42, 43) of the spring (4), a hammer head (31) which has a neck (32) appropriate to the thickness of the wall (1) of the lamp housing, and a stop projection (35) ; and that the wall (1) of the housing has both a T-shaped opening (2) having a lead-through part (21) and a holding part (22) for the hammer head (31), and a stop edge (23) for the stop projection (35) of the coupling member (3).
