Abstract
The application relates to the technical field of heat exchangers, and discloses ahigh-efficient tank-type heat exchanger with an oil return function for a heat pump unit, which includes a tank body. A spiral pipe is fixedly connected in the tank body, one end of the spiral pipe is fixedly connected with a water inlet pipe, one end of the water inlet pipe is fixedly connected with a water purification mechanism fixedly connected with the tank body, the other end of the spiral pipe is fixedly connected with a water outlet pipe, and a heat exchange cleaning mechanism is arranged in the tank body (1). According to the high-efficient tank-type heat exchanger with the oil return function for the heat pump unit, a fan blade, a second transmission pipe and a first transmission pipe in a transmission case are driven to rotate by a driving mechanism, and a first connecting pipe and the second connecting pipe respectively drive a first cleaning brush and a second cleaning brush on a first transmission box and a second transmission box to perform timely and sufficient reciprocating cleaning on inner and outer surfaces of the spiral pipe, so that dirt and impurities accumulated on the surface of the spiral pipe are prevented from affecting a heat exchange efficiency, and a service life of the heat exchanger is prolonged.
