Abstract

The present invention discloses an ironless high-power radial AC permanent-magnet synchronous motor. The permanent-magnet synchronous motor includes a motor rear end cover, a tailstock bearing, a motor housing, a motor shaft, an inner rotor, a connecting disc, an outer rotor, a stator winding, a front end bearing and a motor front end cover, wherein the stator winding includes a stator insulation core and a stator coil. The stator winding of the high-speed motor is designed to an ironless structure, so that the iron core loss is eliminated compared with an iron core structure; and an inner and outer rotor structure is used, so that the magnetic field of the permanent magnet of the inner rotor is diffused to the outer rotor, the magnetic density at the stator coil of the AC permanent-magnet synchronous motor is increased, and the output torque of the motor is increased.
