The present invention discloses a shield abnormal data detection method and a system based on a Z-score model, and relates to the technical field of shield tunneling, and the method comprises the steps: collecting shield data through an intelligent means, and uploading the shield data to a Cloud for storage; analyzing and processing the collected shield data to obtain preprocessed shield data; performing data correlation analysis on said preprocessed shield data to confirm parameters influencing the overall data; and selecting the basic attributes of the shield data, and carrying out abnormal data detection based on a Z-score model. In the present invention, shield abnormal data early warning can be effectively carried out, and the intelligent level of shield construction engineering is improved.
