Abstract
A cardiovascular interventional operation device based on integration of calcified tissue removal, recovery and cooling, and a working method therefor. The cardiovascular interventional operation device comprises a guide wire (1), a spiral transmission shaft (2) which is sleeved on the periphery of the guide wire (1), a step drill (3) which is fixed to the periphery of a local section of the spiral transmission shaft (2), six thin-wall curved surface connecting pieces (4) which are used for fixedly connecting the step drill (3) to the spiral transmission shaft (2), a sheath (5), and an elastic filter screen (6) which is disposed on a front side of the step drill (3) and the opening and closing of which may be controlled. The spiral transmission shaft (2) is driven by a power mechanism to rotate; a sleeve (7) is fixedly arranged on a front portion of the step drill (3), and through holes (10) are evenly provided in the step drill (3); the elastic filter screen (6) is a cylindrical structure having an opening in a rear end and is fixed in a position of the guide wire (1) close to the tip; and four connecting rods (8) are fixed to the rear end of the elastic filter screen (6) and connected to a front end portion of the sleeve (7) of the step drill; the tip of the guide wire (1) is coated with a soft material so as to prevent the guide wire (1) from damaging an inner wall of a blood vessel; and the through holes (10) are disposed in the step drill (3), and the effect of reducing heat accumulation is achieved by increasing the flow of a liquid.
