Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of mining engineering, and provides a system for reducing concentrated stress of overlying coal pillars in a balanced way and a using method thereof. The system for reducing concentrated stress of overlying coal pillars in a balanced way comprises a borehole stress gauge monitoring system and a balanced pressure regulating system, wherein the balanced pressure regulating system comprises a pressure regulating elastic contraction and expansion bag, a push pipe, a bidirectional pressure regulating two-way valve, a positioning ring, a push shield, an adjustable four-way valve, an extension pipe and the like. Through the borehole stress gauge monitoring system and balanced pressure regulating system, the stress balance of coal pillar is monitored and controlled to be significantly reduced, which fundamentally solves the defect that the traditional pressure relief methods such as hydraulic fracturing and blasting pressure relief of overlying coal pillar can not significantly and evenly reduce the concentrated stress of overlying coal pillar, can effectively solve various adverse mining environments affected by the concentrated stress of overlying coal pillar, and especially ensure the safe withdrawal of equipment in fully mechanized mining (caving) face in the final mining area affected by overlying coal pillar, and has very extensive and important popularization and application value.
