Ovaj pronalazak prikazuje jednostavan jednostepeni postupak za oblaganje putem granulisanja rastopa, radi efikasnog prikrivanja gorkog ukusa, i novu, za pacijente prijatnu oralnu farmaceutsku formulaciju pogodnu takodje i za dijabetičare, koja jednovremeno omogućava varijacije u brzini i mestu oslobadjanja aktivne komponente.The present invention provides a simple one-step process for coating by melt granulation, to effectively mask a bitter taste, and a new, patient-friendly oral pharmaceutical formulation suitable also for diabetics, which simultaneously allows variations in the rate and site of release of the active ingredient.
